          Hi team,

          This is a complain regarding my purchase on 12.11.2020, here by I came to an opinion that bajaj electronics cheated me, in the name of timely delivery of goods.
          I purchased a LG micro oven on the occasion of Dhanteras at the time of purchase they gave me a promise of delivery is within 2-3 days. When I called the store they told both are going to deliver on today (16th).
          Now they are telling that the stock got completed and telling to wait for 1 week, this is not fair and I buyed them on spot payment not on EMI, try to understand at what emergency I booked those.
          And no proper response from the team. Kindly look into this.

                  We have bought a TV on 20th October 2020. And I am not at all satisfied with the installation process of the TV. The persons who came for the installation are not at all being responsible and I'm not at all satified with the fitting of the TV. The persons are not even lifting the call and not at all being customer friendly! They are not even giving suggestions and they are actually in a hurry! The whole process have completed in 1 week and I don't know why it takes this much time for a BAJAJ employee for this! And we are regular customers for BAJAJ. And we are satisfied but, we are definitely not satisfied with this one! I hope, this shouldn't take place once more!

                    Sir I have sir I have booked television in your stores on 22nd of October and paid total amount. At the time of booking they committed that they will be delivering the television on 25th of October. But as of now they have not delivered. Whenever I am calling they are postponing the dates.

                    So I want to know why they are giving wrong commitments at the time of booking this leads to misunderstanding . As a customer I am very much worried what are you doing and keep on waiting for the product delivery. And this leads to bad image for Bajaj electronics where people have a good belief but with this experience I am not going to purchase any item in future. So you please instruct sales team sales promoter not to give wrong commitments to customer and they will lose belief . And I will keep inform to everyone regarding my experience.

                      1. 13 Oct 2020 - Raised a Complaint with Bajaj Consumer Care[protected] for my 2 yrs old Morphy Richards OTG ( Model -28RSS) and was allotted Service Request No 22156519.
                      2. 16 Oct 2020 to 20 Oct 2020 - Mr Dayakar, Bajaj Technician(Mob No. [protected]) visited twice but was unable to make the OTG FUNCTIONAL.
                      3. 22 Oct 2020 - In desperation on 9th day we contacted B Raja, Regional Bajaj Service Center Head ( Mob- [protected]), but to no avail.
                      4. 23 Oct 2020 - Technician Dayakar took away Original Part (Twin rod) for replacement. Since then he has Not been attending to our repeated Calls.
                      5. 29 Oct 2020 - On 16th day I contacted Bajaj Consumer Care[protected] to find out the Status of repair of the OTG. to our HORROR, we were informed that our Service Request has been CANCELLED. the Consumer care representatives were unable to tell us as to who cancelled our Request. We had NOT repeat NOT ever requested Cancellation.
                      6. 02 Nov 2020 - Said OTG is NON-FUNCTIONAL: one ORIGINAL part of OTG has been taken away ( STOLEN as he is NOT responding to our calls); Cancellation of Service Request at their own will reflects POOR/ SUB STANDARD consumer Response.
                      7. Request suitable action against Service Provider to prevent suffering by Consumers.

                            I want to exchange my Nokia 7.2 mobile it is really very much suffering me alot, I have visited many times to Bajaj where I have buyed my phone and went to showroom after buying phone before 24 hours I have visited because of the charger problem and phone was getting heated . So please give me a permission to exchange my phone today because it's really waste, hanging out very much. I have visited 4 to 5 times to showroom even though they are not taking care . Kindly understand my problem I have buyed my phone because of online classes but there is no proper phone how can I listen to classes. it was really having many problems.

                                  This is Janaki Ramaiah K, I bought Aquaguard purifier in the month of July 2020 from Bajaj Electronics, Nizampet Branch.

                                  Unfortunately today that is 17th of October, machine was got repair due to failure of mother board (came to know from service person). Since it is a new.product I tried to brought this issue with Bajaj Electronics Nizampet branch, here my intesion is clear, if possible replace of Product, if not atleast Bajaj people has to take complaint or feed back from my end and need to check with Aquaguard company team to avoid further complications with products( not to suffer other customers like me).

                                  But Bajaj people (Nizampet) instead of considering my request, since starting they tried to sent me out without any solutions, even they are not in a position listen my version.

                                  From starting they started argument with me. Here as per their words once product is sold to customers their duty is over, they don't have any additional responsibility since it is only for sales not for service.

                                  I am a old customer for Bajaj, Bought TV, Regrigirator, Washing Machine I never had any issue from Bajaj but finally in case of Water Purifier had issue with peoduct as well as from your customer service representatives.

                                  They iritated me with irrelevant examples like purchase of car and mobiles.

                                  I do not know whether you people consider my request or not, requesting you to please treat customers in polite manner not with rude behavior.

                                  RESPONSIBLE TEAM : WATER PUREFIERS SALES TEAM Name Mohd HAZI's Manager ( don't know his name). I know only sales rep name.

                                  I am expecting reply from your end if possible.

                                    Your service is very bad. Only if the product had warranty your technicians are ready to come and check. That means they are not qualified.
                                    Again I have given a complain that otg is not heating property. Its been 10 days. The person who came only after we send location was not able to find the issue. Then he calls his colleague and says your thermostat is not working. Will bring the part in 2 days. It's been more than a week. This morning he calls and say Mumbai office said they don't have parts.
                                    If this is the service in Hyderabad then I will not prefer to buy your any other products. Last time your person who came from kukatpally is not responding to my calls.

                                      I bought electric rice coocker on date:[protected] which was ordered on Amazon on[protected] which worth price 1249 rupees .
                                      It has 2 years warranty but it is not working.
                                      The service number is not available to take calls .
                                      We need cooker replacement immediately.
                                      The cooker is not working and we need it to prepare rice in this pandemic situation so please provide replacement for it via Amazon.
                                      I will send bill details and warranty.

                                      The electric rice cooker is not working at all it is not indicating any signal of light even it is on .
                                      Please take immediate action other wise I request nch .due to covid 19 we cannot go to service center as it has 2 years warranty please handle it through online process
