I have purchased 1.5 ton ac lg at attapur. I opted for hitachi and mr krishna salesperson and mr moin manager insisted me to go for lg. They promised me to install the next day. While installing a problem arised and there is no response from them. I went to the showroom and enquired but they were neglecting me. They don’t have any concerns for customers

    I bought a voltas tata product from bajaj electronics at jntu hyderabad on 19 april 218, i am complaining them from day 1 about product, it is not working properly please come and check the issue, they have taken complaint when i am calling them continuously for a week, till now they didn't respond to my compliant while i am calling them continuously they are saying simply sir we will attend your call do not call every day, then next day i went to bajaj office directly where i bought the product, in bajaj office customer don't have the proper response from managing team o service team sir we will attend your call thats it.
    When we went to buy the product the only seller was tried to impress but he also cheated by showing the wrong product to us, now we are suffering from the product no one is available to give a service i am not ready to bear this product, i want my money back or exchange this product while taking a bill properly responded then useless response useless team, i paid amount on 19 april 2018 to get delivery, but they delivered the product after 4 days from the date of purchase this is the response from bajaj team, foreground team is worthless

      Subject: deficiency of services in installation of air conditioners - reg.
      Ref: 1. Samsung ac 12nv3 pawk
      2. Samsung ac 18nv3 hfwk

      Sir,

      1. The above referred 1.0 and 1.5 t samsung air conditioners were bought by me on 01.05.2018 from m/s bajaj electronics, pillar no. 138, svy no. 400, attapur, rajendranagar, hyderabad vide invoice no. 1210/10/s-7412, 1210/10/s-7413 dt. 01.05.2018, with an assurance that it would be installed at the earliest.

      2. The 2 ac along with outer unit and angles were delivered at my residence on 3.5.18 and they were to be installed on 4.5.2018.

      3. On 5.5.2018 the technician came to install after making repeated requests and drilled holes on the wall and he said that that place is not apt as he is unable to drill hole owing to excess width of wall which he examined prior to drilling. The technicians were not having chisels of appropriate size to make the hole too. They are expecting the purchaser to provide ladders etc in spite of charging rs 750/- per unit which is not always available.in my case i provided 2.5 mt high painters stool too.

      4. You may appreciate that the wall has become shoddy as it’s riddled with holes. Now the technician says that place needs to be changed, which will make wall shabby which otherwise would have got concealed under inner unit. Kindly tell me what the remedy for the tainted wall is.

      5. The matter was informed to bajaj electronics, mr qayyum ([protected]) he asked me to contact the service center of samsung. I visited and explained the service center people, they informed me that they would resolve the issue today by 3.00 pm which never happened. Hence, i am complaining with respect to deficiency of services. The cell no of technician is [protected]

      6. I request you to get the acs installed as per my satisfaction or the units may be taken back and amount due to me paid back.

      7. You may appreciate that i am hard pressed for time and i cannot afford to run from pillar to post to resolve the issue. After sales each one is shirking responsibilities on each another (Bajaj & service center) which does not give good picture about your organization.

      8. Hope my issue will be attended on priority as the purpose of purchasing acs itself is getting defeated due to high headedness, irresponsible staff hired by you.

        I have a very pathetic experience at your bajaj electronics sujana forum mall hyd showroom, i have booked a refrigerator worth rs.53000, bill no : 3163 which was booked on 30th apr and today is 5th till date the product didn't get delivered and still in hope of getting the product.

        Request to help us in this matter as 5 days with in hyderabad is not tolerable
        We had ordered an air conditioner many days ago but the executive has not arrived yet.This is very mean towards the customers.so Bajaj electronic are expected to realize their mistakes.

          I have purchase samsung ac - 3 star split model, at bajaj electronics kompally branch, on 21 april 2018, and delivered on 25 april 2018. But the product found to be defective (Damaged outdoor goods), i came to know the issue when samsung service technician people came and open. So i told not to install, instead i have noticed the same to sales executive at this branch kiran, he was told that it will be taken back on 27 april 2018. 5 days past still no one came from samsung bajaj electronics stores to pickup the defective goods and bring back the new peice. He told that they will deliver the new product today. But still didn't receive any response from them.

          Invoice: 1222/18/s[protected] at bajaj electronics at kompally, near suchitra, hyderabad.

          Can someone from samsung sales and customer service should look into this issue and deliver the right product asap.

          Also ensure that the ac install should be finished asap.

            Hi mounik cherala, i bought air conditioner from hyd-gachibowli bajaj electronics store on 26th apr’18. I have paid some amount for the delivery to warangal and today is 01st of may’18 but the product still not delivered. Your team has unprofessional behaviour when enquiries about the delay in delivery. Bla reddy (Delivery person) and the ac agent (Murali) they behaved unprofessionally and they are very rude. I regret myself for buying the product in your company.

              Purchased hitachi ac invoice number 1201/18/s-2891 cost 39450/- on[protected]

              Point 1: sales executive nithin contact number - [protected] cheated us as there are no installation charges and didn't explained in proper manner

              Point 2: service people who came for installation behaved as rowdy people and didn't do proper installation which resulted me to bring another private person for installation and costed me 1000/- rupees.

              Point 3: called up bajaj electronic for help on this number[protected] and they didn't respond...

              And soo many points which states that the company should feel responsible...

              Sorry to say totally [censored]ed entire day... I am software employee and will post in social media and all my groups... So that no one should face this kind of issue

                I had recently been in touch with the customer care on 28th April 2018, and the customer care executive wasn’t very kind, infact very rude and insulting. To be precise, they had no clue about where I live, and they had the audacity to claim that I have cooked up the pincode. This is unacceptable and I’ll probably consider a different vendor for all my future business.

                  As per my experience with bajaj electronics, madhapur they don't have an attention about customers during purchase. I am not happy with them. And the technicians also waste. I purchased washing machine after reaching home when we opened we have seen that it looks like a demo piece. Replacement has been raised they are saying it will takes 10 days. And no technicians were came to install the ac till 6 days after purchase. So i am giving my rating to bajaj is 0.

                    Prchased Bajaj FX11 Food Processor from Lotus Electronics Raipur and when i got the delivery at home the box was unsealed and few parts were missing like the cap of the mid size Jar and Dough making tool. Tried compnaing to bajaj customee care and to lotus electronics, but both of them are throwing the ball in each others yard and actually no one is taking any action and to make the missing part available to custome even for a newly purchased Product.
                    I would like to report worst service from bajaj Electricals and their dealer Lotus electronics raipur(CG). These lotus people are very careless about customers, very bad and illiterate sales staff. No support for customer at all. They say this product we got was as it came from Bajaj Electricals. Its a shame that so musch known old brand like bajaj has no portal or system to control their dealers. Actually there is no Provision to make any complaint against the dealer. And delar is happy enough that no one can complaint against them, infact the dealer is not even listed here at consumer forum.
                    Even after so many comlaints no one has visited me yet and i am avialble with the product with missing parts. Hoping to see some action on these people.

                      Your service is really really worst... People usually tend to buy products offline because of the reliability... But i don't think that's working... Especially the nallakunta branch... Reckless service they have... Upon that they can't even talk to the customer correctly... They just know to take money and relax... Can't deliver it on time... Can't respond to the calls... Moreover mention all wrong numbers so that the customer cannot contact and ask...

                        Looks like Bajaj Electronics is cheating people, I bought Voltas 3star AC on 30th April 18

                        On repeated follow ups some amateur guys turn up and take about 5 hours to fit the ac to only discover the ac is faulty with damaged compressor.

                        Till now, 17th April the ac is not been replaced and have been told multiple times the ac is on the way everyday the same story, had it been Amazon complete refund would have in my account but Bajaj is not even acknowledged the problem exists hence blatant cheating by Bajaj Electronics

                          I have visited the showroom located in madhapur on 15-april-2018 (Sunday) and bought a sony led tv. For which they told me that it will be delivered by 16-april-2018 (Monday0 by 9 pm. But its been two days and it has not been delivered yet. I have visited the showroom today as well to which the execute promised for guaranteed delivery by 7 pm.
                          But i haven't received any status at all on the delivery.

                            I have purchased lg inverter ac unit from your nizampet sales outlet on 12/04/2018. The unit was delivered at my house at 3.00pm on 13/04/2018. The installation person by name azha (Phone no.[protected]) arrived at my home at 9.30 am and started installation work. Around 10.00am i get a call from so called lg service centre bearing phone no.[protected] asking me to stop work as they are the authorised persons. I asked them to settle differences with bajaj electronics directly.in case, there is any deficiency in n work either now or in the 10 year warranty period, bajaj electronics is solely responsible for having inefficient communication with their service agencies.

                              I have ordered a product and requested for free home delivery as my house is under range of 3km's. Sales man agreed for that and i have purchased product.

                              But at time of delivery, delivery person has asked for rs 200/- as a delivery charge. When we said that it is under free delivery he was not agreeing and ready to take back product. We have called to store and some person in store is arguing that there is no free delivery.

                              If this is the case why sales person agreed to us for free delivery. Such a pathetic response and service from bajaj electronics.

                              I surly recommend my friends and relatives that bajaj electronics is not customer friendly and maintaining such a irresponsible people as a representatives, sales man and delivery persons.

                                I have been a loyal customer of bajaj products from many years, it is ‎understandable that companies that offer a wide variety of electronic ‎products would occasionally come across a faulty piece of merchandise.’‎

                                Unfortunately my bajaj air cooler is not working fine from day 1, i have called pai international and and requested for new piece but they said they cannot replace and they will send technician for repair.

                                I lost trust on bajaj products, request you to help me to get new product instead of repair.

                                  Yesterday we received refigerator. Product is good but found one issue. Outer body is not pasted properly so it is showing odd from 2places.

                                  I will ask them to replace the product

                                  Another issue is big challenge to call them...it is big chain of bajan elec but they have only one number to contact them so very difficult to get your chance.

                                  Unit was delivered on 3rd night and the same day we noticed that issue but we cannot call to customer care due to working hours close for the day..next day office open at around 11:30 Am half day gone and above that their number could not dial immediate. I called multiple times and i got chance after 2hours. Customer care person said samsung person will come and check. He came around 7 or 8 pm and found the unit is defected and will be replace by bajaj elec. Then again struggled to calll them and they said person will pickup the unit and will place a new unit on same day or next day. As per the comittment unit should be deliver on 6th Apr...but still not happened even i m following up insted of they should inform the status.

                                    I purchased daikin inverter 5 star a. C. On 31st march 2018. Model no : ftkf50tv16u. They told me that product will be delivered on 1st april 2018 and installation will be completed by 2nd april 2018. But till now the product is not delivered and they are telling that stock is not there and will take another 3 to 4 days. Every time i call them i get a different answer. They are totally cheating customers and also charging too high compared to market price. Please take action for this...

                                      I purchased kenstar ice cool from bajaj electronics asrao nagar on 31-3-18.
                                      They hav given me a defective piece knowingly.

                                      They said will replace... But till now there is no response..
                                      I hav been calling.. But no response..

                                      Really sorry to say about u r service..
                                      If this is the service u r providing., how can we trust u r products in future??

                                      Kindly take some action and replce defective piece with new piece as early as possible

                                        Purchased samsung split ac on ugadi at bajaj electronics kondapur branch and as on today this is third time ac came for repair
                                        First time installation not done properly n the pipe got broken while fixing and after two days they came n refix with new pipe n worked for 15days and again today ac s not working no cooling n no display on ac monitor and am totally fedup with this product. I would like to return back this product and will go for with other brand of ac. Please help me out
                                        I purchased an LG A/c from Bajaj showroom in A.S.Rao nagar, Secunderabad on 26 March 2018 vide bill no 23758. The product has been delivered to the address requested on 17, Wahab Nagar, Sikh Village, Secunderabad - 9.
                                        The installation has not been done yet and it is almost a week now since the purchase. Please ensure early installation.
