    Hi Sir, My loan account number is 4180CD03689341, my EMI was due on 5-Oct-2014 but still it is not deducted from my bank account (in last 4 or 5 months EMI was regularly deducted from my bank account through ECS) even there is enough balance available in account. Can you please check it and deduct the EMI as soon as possible.

        Dear Team, I am really surprised that the issue repeats after 1 and half year again, the first time i had the issues, reference mail below, Your request logged on details May 15, 2013 :: Closed :: Dear Team, My bajaj finance card Number : [protected] has been blocked with the reason that i have check bounce for my EMI amount rs : 1759, Consumer Loan Number : 4000CD00257156, for the month of December, but the actually reason is that in that month due technical issues at the end of bajaj finance team, your team has called me asked me for manual payment. Hence please re evaluate and unblock my card and update my cibil report also accordingly, because i am going to apply for home loan very shortly ********************************************************************************... your biggest enemy in life is fear of failure. Thanks & Regards T.vijay kumar [protected] Bajaj Customer Service in line credit policy given Now for the same technical reason issue at bajaj finance people end my EMI card blocked again . My worst fear is will it effect my cibil score, In the Reference description above, I have taken from tickets shown under customer portal experia, they have closed the ticket saying : in line credti policy . but in fact my card got activated when i have taken fresh big consumer loan again . but to my shock the issue repeats the over all picture they are creating is there is some issue from my end which is wrong. i have sufficiently maintained my funds. Even now i am paying the loan number : 4000CD02685575 manually every month fro RS 2549 . collection agent will come and pick it up and they say its due to some technical errors. and why they should block the card showing that i have done some mistake from my end.           Hello Team, I had taken 4 consumer loans from Bajaj finance in the past, while 3 of them are closed. The BALIC Premium CD Loan account no. 405BAL00162383 is still active and showing pending overdue payments which is actually linked to product loan account 4050CD00162343. I never ever took any Loan for 1166 Rs. and w/o that Bajaj deducted it. Surprisingly the tenure for this loan of amount 1166 shows 14 months, for which the amount as well has been deducted from my account without my permission. Last date for ECS was 08.2012. Suddently from 04.2013 there is an amount visible as late payment charge equal to 1350 first month and then150 Rs. Recurring every month till date, has been mentioned as overdue. I fail to understand what this amount is for, and why should there be something coming up suddenly an year after. I have pulled my CIbil report in which also this is reflecting and I have been refused loans on multiple occasions due to this. Request an immediate attention and intervention in this regard from your end. Worst part the issue gets revealed when I apply for another consumer loan from Bajaj.                   Hi All EMI Card No : XXXXXXXXXX4509 Without information Bajaj Team Has Deactivated my Card Service, I Have Purchased 3 Products from this card, My payment never got bounced. But this Bajaj Finance People without information my card service was stopped. I have sent emails to Bajaj Team([protected]@bajajfinserv.in) but there is no responses. This card will be deducted rupees 99 from my bank account after 21.05.2017 as I have received sms which I will not agree. Please deactivate this card as soon as possible.

                  It has been observed that my Savings Account has been debited with Rs. 117 on 22.08.2017 on account of Card Fee.

                  I was never informed that Bajaj Finserv will charge me the card fee and also, in the card allotment letter, there is no such mention.

                  Hence, the fee charged to me is "Bad in Law". Hence, I request you to kindly refund the amount so unlawfully charged and also de-activate my card with immediate effect.

                  In case of failure to do so on your part, I will be constrained to escalate the issue for which you will be solely responsible.

                    The chairperson Bajaj Finance Bhopal Sub – complaint to solve the matter of my name being dragged in wrong account Dear Sir I have taken a consumer loan from your institute id 4300CD0004396 which was liquidated in Feb. 11. There is a loan, id no 43PL00000705 taker by Mr. Nair who was found to be defaulter, but unnecessarily my name is being dragged and I had received some more than 10 call for same matter which I cleared with Mr. Rajpoot of your institute and legal adviser Mr. S K Goyal from Delhi 2 yrs back. Today again Mr. Goyal called me up for the same and threatened me that if you don’t pay it today, I shall spoil your CR and make a big case against you. I am very much hurt by his abusing language.                       Dear Sir, As i am a valuable customer of Bajaj Finance, Bajaj provided me a PL against my proper payments on all EMIs, They offer me 1, 14000.00 as loan and in that 1, 08000.00 sanctioned for me and they deposited in bank, Past 10 months they got from my bank and unfortunately we are forget to deposit money in my bank due to we are out of India, The collection department from your end Mr. Mohan and his Manager was cruded us like anything using all type of words and they gone to my dad's house and had a lot of bad words my dad was 80 age, Now the payments has been cleared my dad was sick and afraid who is going to take care of him can u This is the first time from my end missing payment, Note: You all know if the payment is made by the customer it should be collected in a right manner this is not trhe way to act For your kind information i filed a case on above person further ask him to face

                          My customer id is 10212891 and name is asha nair.


                          I purchased a treadmill in january 2013 and paid emi close to 3 thousand every month until november 2013.


                          This year you guys called me and accused me of not paying. It was your fault that my details in your database got mixed up with some one who did not pay their emi. After series of abusive calls finally bajaj finserv realized that the consumer goods loan file which was dated 2013, reached late in 2014.


                          So it was your fault and not mine. I have bank statements which shows ecs transactions for full 8 months emi payments to your firm


                          Now i have a medical emergency at home; my mother is ill and needs a kidney transplant operation. When i applied for personal loan, i came to know that my siebel score is in negative..I m not getting a loan.


                          How is this my fault???? I am a hardworking person who makes sure emis are paid on time.. I do not have a single instance of late payment or finance charge.. I pay all my bills on time


                          This is your fault and i have to bear the brunt of it...


                          I want my siebel fixed and i need a letter from you stating i do not have any overdue payment. This is the only way i can get my loan passed and my mother to get treated.


                          Please..Please help me.. I do not have much time.. I need the loan asap..

As per my opinion, the cumulative interest for one year at9.25 % comes to Rs. 9576 & not Rs. 9250 which is mentioned in your FDRwrongly.                                   Dear Sir / Madam Greetings for the day!! This is to inform you that my name is Smt. Laxmi Rao, from Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh). Recently (21st May 2014) i'd purchased a SONY LED 42' TV from SONY Center, S.K Arena Pvt Ltd. Shop No:241-242 Dynamic Center, Opp. DB Mall, Zone-1 MP Nagar, Bhopal, which is total cost of 64900rs and on which i have deposited the down payment of 40249rs (including EMI card) and rest i financed with Bajaj Finance (3113 x 8 EMI). This is the complaint against consumer loan with loan number (#4300CD[protected] .Every month Bajaj Finance should deduct EMI money from my account on 5th of every month, the amount they need to deduct is 3113rs as per EMI plan and as i mentioned above also, but they are deducting 5409rs on every month and this is happening from last couple of months. When i complaint against this form the Financer 'Anuj' he told me that the isuue will resolve and from next month the EMI will deduct of 3113rs and extra amount will be adjusted in last 2 EMI's, but on next month i've got an sms on my registered mobile number i.e. +91 [protected] that 'EMI of 5409rs will deduct on 5th August 2014 kindly maintain the proper balance", after getting this message i met with Consumer Financer 'Rahul Patil' he asked me to let the amount (5409rs) deduct from your account in this month and then he assured me that the problem will rectify and from next month EMI of 3113rs will be deducted and extra amount will adjusted in last two EMI's. But the same thing happened again i got the same SMS regarding EMI of 5409rs, then again i rush to Consumer Financer with the issue but he unable to provide any solution and in the end he asked me stop all EMI's after that i file the complaint in written to him and i taken the receiving on it. Also i am holding the written compliant with receiving of him on it. One more thing i need to mentioned that on online loan statement my name is also written wrong. I stopped the EMI's and i want you to look into the matter and revert back ASAP, also for your reference i am attaching the files related to this issue. -- Thanks & Regards Laxmi Rao Administration Officer Govt.                                     Dear Bajaj Finance, I never requested a EMI card and though it is showing active on my number. I called your customer service number and no option to get connect to a representative on a tool free number displayed on your website. After a long search on google i got a chargeable number to talk to a representative who were very very rude. They bluntly told me to call in th morning, any how I managed to tell him my above problem then he without saying anything connected me to another advisor and she was also very rude. I never ever received such a worst customer service ever. It was so worst that I can't describe in words. Worst worst worst. I will quickly close my loan swear to god and never ever be your customer again in life. Thanks and bye

                                      Hello, I took a consumer durable loan, for a LG-AC AIR CONDITIONER LSA3NR3F just because a 0% interest option was available. With EMI Start date of[protected] and with end date of[protected]. Now it seems to be a huge mistake! I opted for ECS, which was not presented correctly to my ICICI bank and hence they did not release the amount. Please note that my ICICI bank account always has enough funds since my car loan other Bajaj Commodity Samsung 32 Inches TV 4000CD[protected] Which is smoothly Closed) both get deducted from there. I told the same to Bajaj Finance many times, to present the ECS correctly, however no action was taken. I paid the EMIs on time to a person who came to collect the amount from me. Later i got an SMS to pay Rs. 1750 more for "check bouncing charges"! that was not my mistake hence I would not pay it and no NOC was given to me. I got no information later. "before few days i got SMS saying that my EMI Card has been unblocked and i can shop again at Bajaj stores". Now I am getting calls from people who say they are Sub Inspector of police Namely Vikram Singh Rathod Cell Number : [protected] and Bajaj Advocate Bharadwaj, phone number : [protected] a Cheating case 420 has been filed against me in Delhi High Court and I would arrested, would have to pay 1 lakh, my name would be put in CIBIL and so on! He was asking me to come to Delhi to attend high court on has been registered on me. I am well educated and informed to understand that these are collection agents, however what does this say about the standards and processes of Bajaj Finance? Are these fair loan collecting techniques? I can easily pay Rs. 1750, but why should I pay when the mistake was on your side? You presented the ECS wrongly, did not take an action to present the ECS correctly, even after being repeatedly informed, you did not inform me of the cheque bouncing charges before and now harassing me like this? Does this not constitute a case of harassment against the company and a case for the consumer court for not following fair banking practices?. I have a huge circle of friends in the IT industry and the social network who would need loans for various purposes in the future. Is this is the way Bajaj Finance wants to build a reputation among us? This set of incidents is building a very poor impression of your company in my mind. So request to take appropriate action.
