I have only this much detail i have provided with me. I lost my bajaj finance emi card 7 to 8 days before but dont know how and where to complanint. I need this card to transact in future through bajaj finace card so i will be helpful to you if you do needful in this matter and submit me a new bajaj finance emi card as soon as possible.

      Rajeshkumar naginbhai patel residents at vadodara, gujarat and purchased mobile by emi from bajaj finance am forget my user name and password hence you are requested to provide me the same. I have purchased mobile and my monthly emi of rs.2, 000 for loan a/c no.413dpf38138535, mobile [protected] hence you are requested to provide me user name and password.
      I got my passbook updated today and saw that Bajaj has automatically transferred money from my account til it was nil.
      In my passbook it shows transfer to investment.
      I want answers and my money back.
      Otherwise I’m going to take some serious action against this.
      Bajaj fin deducted sum of Rs.6599/- from my savings bank account without my consent, it looks very bad impact for company's status. The Transaction detail is p[protected] tr for DDR BAJAJ-AUTO. So, I earnestly request you to refund my money immediately to avoid any legal complicacy.

          I have been getting automated 4-5 calls from bajaj finance everyday from last more than 1 month
          It's really frustrating and painful to see so many calls from different number from bajaj finance. Totally harassment to the public for forcefully disturbing my making so many automated calls. They don't even have common sense as how many times their system should make this automated calls to same customer/person. There's no way to stop these calls as it's been set in their system. Please take strict action against bajaj finance.

            These bajaj finance guys are like vultures, and hunting all the time by continuously calling me daily.

            Many times i have told i am not interested in any loan... But seems they enjoy calling guys and irritating them.

            If any "human being" of bajaj finance is living in this earth, remove my number [protected] from your list, or i am gonna sue you guys using my mobile phone recorder.
            After informing that I don't need any loan they repeatedly call up 7-8 calls per day even in night too. I am very upset about unprofessional behavior of company what ever you do they jus call and irritate you when you requested them to stop they start calling computer generated calls.

              I am getting daily 4-5 phone calls or messages per day from bajaj finance on my number [protected], even though i registered and re-registered for full dnd. I have complained my telecom operator vodafone as well as the trai, but this doesn't seem to stop anywhere. Not sure what to do next.                 Baja finserve, bajaj finance etc keep calling customers.

                They keep calling customer. The nuisance is so much that these days automated calls are made even during the middle of the night to disturb tranquility and peace of the customers. Something needs to be done quickly about this nuisance.
                Bajaj Finance ...They have been calling on my number too, every day from last 2 year. They do not use telemarketing numbers and call from different phones, every day. Totally useless company. In fact I have been propagating everyone not to take loans from them even if they require loan. take from better companies.

And just because my incorrect mail i'd is registered i am unable to get those services which are easily get though mails. I have given required documents to bajaj employee still my residence address via incorrect. I am unable to change my mailing addresses and mobile no. And getting problem to use customer portal of bajaj.

                    Hi, there is unwanted insurance is assigned by my name and i have requested for surrender the same via sending emails to wecare @ bajaj but not getting any response from there side since last 5-7 days not even there is phone number where we can talk about our problem - please help and guide us to solve this issue on priority

                    I have not opted this insurance policy nor even i requested for the same and suddenly got an sms that your insurance policy is issued, there is option in bajaj finance to talk to them regrading this isssue except wecare email and from there also we are not getting any response. I am planning to file policy complaint or will go to consumer court regarding this harassment.

                      Inspite of my several reminders over email and phone you have deduct the amount from my bank which i have not purchased
                      I want my money back in my account on priority.
                      You need time to cancel the loan but you dont need any time for emi amount deduction. This is unfair and very bad service from bajaja i never expected from bajaja. Over phone you will speak very nice that amount will not deduct and says sorry for inconvienance but what bajaj has done now.
                      Iam not at all happy from your service over phone you will say one thing and it wont happen
                      From last 2 months iam back on your people for loan cancellation.

                      I dont want further details need your immediate action on refund
                      Attached the emi deduction from my account.

                      Check and refund the same and cancel the existing loan which i have not purchased

                        I have been customerof bajaj finserv and it was a big mistake i did, they mishandle the loans given, their customer care is useless. I got pissed off and closed the business with bajaj finserv. I will never ever go to bajaj finserv despite i tell customer care multiple times to delete my number fromloan offercalls.

                        Daily i get 6 calls fromdifferent numbers offering loan, this is heights o[censored]nprofessional organization. My number is [protected]. Please stop from calling me. I will never be your customer.

You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. I speak to your representative, he told me that my card is blocked. I called your representative and ask him regarding the same, but the calla was dropped. I tried to call gain but i didn't get your representative. Atahis is not my good service experience with bajaj finance customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.

                                Bajaj finserv is just irritating because it keeps calling every day. 4 to 7 calls a day.
                                That too automated recorded call. I just bought a tv thorough loan 2 years ago which was duly paid and completed. But getting calls like anything since last 7 months. Daily with different numbers. I blocked as many as 25 numbers. Now just pissed off. Please help.

                                I Am trying to buy oneplus 5 from many days but it is showing technical error while paying with bajaj card I am very frustated and after so many mails it is not yet solved

                                  With reference of my issue that part payment not updated for loan account 404saf56783403 and not able to take money out last 4 days.

                                  The purpose of having this account is i already missed and got penalty from vendor for late payment, as i missed the payment

                                  I am really unhappy and not getting a professional update from bajaj team, i dont see any meaning of escalation or 24 hours resolution commitment.

                                  If you guys cannot full fill the commitment please do remove line like the issue will get resolved in 24 hours or 48 hours.

                                  I will appreciate if you can hire professional/technical people to resolve/communicate to a customer, i am doing follow up last 4 days to resolve my issue without any luck.

                                  There is no clear process or information in bajaj, please do resolve my first issue if you guys can do (I understand god will not come to resolve this.)

                                  Second issue you had taken amount of inr 17, 591.00 has been debited to a/c no xxxxxxxxxx9231 ref at electronic city on account of bajaj finemi-bf[protected] value 02-nov-2017. But that loan already had been closed, fine you had taken the money and you will give back.

                                  But where is the communication? What is the process? Who will communicate and when?

                                  All this should come from customer? Or there should be a proactive work from bajaj to communicate?

                                  Really bajaj is losing credibility for customer satisfaction, guys please build team with professional people to resolve and focus on customer problem
                                  It's completely nuisance. I'm frustrated like anything.

                                  Every day am getting more than 8 calls which includes normal phone calls and automated calls, its really irritating.

                                  I don't need any loan.
