My name is nandakishore g, my emi card no. [protected]. My card is temporary blocked. I request you please activate my card. You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. I speak to your representative, he told me that my card is blocked. I called your representative and ask him regarding the same, but the calla was dropped. I tried to call gain but i didn't get your representative. Atahis is not my good service experience with bajaj finance customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.

Kindly resolve this issue.

        Bajaj finserv is just irritating because it keeps calling every day. 4 to 7 calls a day.
        That too automated recorded call. I just bought a tv thorough loan 2 years ago which was duly paid and completed. But getting calls like anything since last 7 months. Daily with different numbers. I blocked as many as 25 numbers. Now just pissed off. Please help.

          Hello all gm,

          With reference of my issue that part payment not updated for loan account 404saf56783403 and not able to take money out last 4 days.

          The purpose of having this account is i already missed and got penalty from vendor for late payment, as i missed the payment

          I am really unhappy and not getting a professional update from bajaj team, i dont see any meaning of escalation or 24 hours resolution commitment.

          If you guys cannot full fill the commitment please do remove line like the issue will get resolved in 24 hours or 48 hours.

          I will appreciate if you can hire professional/technical people to resolve/communicate to a customer, i am doing follow up last 4 days to resolve my issue without any luck.

          There is no clear process or information in bajaj, please do resolve my first issue if you guys can do (I understand god will not come to resolve this.)

          Second issue you had taken amount of inr 17, 591.00 has been debited to a/c no xxxxxxxxxx9231 ref at electronic city on account of bajaj finemi-bf[protected] value 02-nov-2017. But that loan already had been closed, fine you had taken the money and you will give back.

          But where is the communication? What is the process? Who will communicate and when?

          All this should come from customer? Or there should be a proactive work from bajaj to communicate?

          Really bajaj is losing credibility for customer satisfaction, guys please build team with professional people to resolve and focus on customer problem
          It's completely nuisance. I'm frustrated like anything.

          I m very much fed-up from this company calling 5 to 6 times daily for loan always disturbing Pls lodge complaint against this company which disturbing tomuch daily
          Every day am getting more than 8 calls which includes normal phone calls and automated calls, its really irritating.

          I don't need any loan.

            I have personal loan.. And some personal reason one instalment I missed it.. And recovery agents rude my me... And misbehaving with my family members
            Actually I bought my laptop on EMI bt now I lost it out so y I have to pay my installment now whnevr I'm not using that product.. I don't know whosoever take it.. So plz tell me if any solution to resolve my problem..

                My number is [protected] . I get innumerable calls from bajaj finance . It is blatant infringement into my time and privacy. I wonder what makes them think that after irritating the customer so much how will they ever make him buy their products? In fact in my line I can activate my social media team to highlight how blatantly they invade your privacy. Imagine if you have any relationship with these guys how much can they trouble you. I have instances when I have got calls at 6.30 in the morning and 11 O clock at night.
                I have good mind to first file an FIR against the company for harassment and activate a social media campaign against these guys.

                When i was taken loan at that nil preclosure charges .When i was going to closed to loan then they told me you given me 4 % preclosure cahrges.Account no:-405spl03010059 is closed but EMI deducted
                I tried to repay via cheque my loan amount but twice i returned from nagpur office and not finding easy and time saving way to repay your loan.

                    This is to inform you that i have purchased one lg 43" led tv through finance from bajaj finsev as per tax invoice no. K2724/1718/00758 dt. 22.08.2017 from khosla electronics pvt. Ltd. 21/1, moulana abul kalam azad road, (Dobson road), opp: howrah ac market, howrah - 711101 in which i got 50 % cash back under the scheme of lg cash back offer - fpd, at the time of purchase it was told to me by sales man & your bajaj finsev staff at that showroom that the amount will be credited to your bank a/c after 15 day's from realization of 1st installment, my 1st installment already debited on 3rd october 2017 & since then 28 days gone but still i have still not received the 50% cash back of the cost of lg tv,

                        Grievance Redressal Team & We Care Team

                        This email is to inform you that recently my EMI loan Card was BLOCKED .In fact I have taken loans form Bajaj and have paid them all. I have had a very good history with Bajaj.
                        Now my issue is my EMI Card has been blocked without any prior intimation. Reason for my card block is insufficient funds in between in one or two months.. Every month my EMI amount use to debit from my bank account on 5th day. But in between it happened twice that Emi was deducted a day prior only like 2nd and due to insufficient funds on 2nd my ecs bounced. Though on every 5th the money was there.Due to insufficient funds i was over charged and my bank has charged bounced charges. The bank hit the ecs on 2nd which was suppose to be hit on 5th, then where am I at fault. Due to this only my emi got bounced twice.
                        I was not even aware about it that my card has been blocked. I have been always paying the ecs in time. And when one day few weeks back when i tried to purchase Consumer Durable, I was been informed that my card is blocked. I felt so annoyed and insulted at the shop, at least they could have informed me over that they have blocked the card for such a small reason so I would not have gone to take any product only.

                        This is really frustrating and disappointing to me I really don't understand that why my card has been blocked,

                        I was talking your customer care and they promised a call back which was again not done. I was promised that my issue will be resolved asap.

                        They have also suggested me to purchase the product by producing the documents, I even did that and my loan was rejected. Customer care is unable to give me the reason for it.

                        However I request you to please activate my EMI Card so that i can use your services and i also promise you that they won’t be any bounce back from my end. I have been a loyal customer and I should be given a second chance.

                        I am with Bajaj from last 3 years and have cleared all loans I took from them.and also attached my NOC for the loan with this mail. Humble request to you to kindly re-activate my card again and in case if there is any error or mistake from my end again then you can immediately block the card. Also if activation of this card is not possible then kindly send me a new card.

                        I would be highly obliged.

                          I have given application for change of my bank account well in time to bajaj finserve, ahmedabad office to the clerk at customer service desk along with mandate, id proof and cancelled check for bank details. The clerk has not given acknowledgement of the form submitted. I complained for the same for the matter but no response from bajaj till date. My complaint is as under -
                          After use of emi card for online purchase from flipcart i approached your ahmedabad office for change of my bank account with your prescribed mandate form duly filled and signed with cancelled bank check with my id. Your clerk at the desk collected my documents and at that time i asked him for acknowledgement and he said that it was not necessary your request would be updated. Today i received sms from your company regarding deduction of my emi from my existing account which is closed and my details are not updated at your office. Now, i am 64 year old man has limited mobility to visit your office on and often only due to negligency of your desk clerk?

                          My emi card details got changed. the address totally got changed and eventually my card got blocked.

                              My name is mallika and have been with bajaj finance for last 4 to 5 years and this is my customer id : 16178740, on september 12, 2017, mr. Amalraj, pandian contacted me and explained about elite card benefits and the fee for the same as 4777/-. I paid the amount 4777/- on the same day and got the confirmation from him via email that the amount has been received by bajaj and the card will be delivered in a week's time. Here the twist, from next day on wards he is not reachable and no response from him and i have not received any card till now today (29/10/2017). Also i have made several complaints and raised grievance team but no use. I have not received any proper update from them. Also he sent some vouchers which were expired already and also no response when i sent email about them. Their response is very pathetic. Hope i will get some response from grievance redress team after this.

                                  Bajaj finserv teams keep calling me from different numbers despite asking them not to call and registering as part of dnd.
                                  It's either automated calls, or calls from agents or dsas and this occurs atleast 5-6 times a day.
                                  This is an utter nuisance and intrusion of privacy, i request these be stopped immediately and prevent me from further harassment.

                                  Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserve end comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan . So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court.

                                  p[protected] tr to transfer DDR- Bajaj Auto with out any reason and with my consent.

                                  Pl revert back the same amount .
