I have an issue with bajaj finserve on loan account. They had sold the loan with tribal interest rate. On phone they had committed different roi. On paper its different. I'm planning take this issue to rbi and media. I am planning send all these copies to pmo center. Lets mr. Narendra modiji should know the issue. Bajaj is sucking the blood of customers. There are 10000 plus customer got dubbed by bajaj on roi. We have to end this or else they eat entire world in the name of roi.

    I am so irritated with your phone calls, i received almost 10-15 calls daily which bothers me a lot. I don't know from where you guys get the numbers but this is really damaging your company reputation and trust me if you disturb your valuable customers so much, they won't be loyal to your brand.       Respected persona,
      My name is s ram babu, my loan id is 400cdd32777871, my emi card no. [protected]. My card is blocked. I paid all the due amounts and your representative told me that my card will be activated by 3hours. I need to make an online payment assoon as possible, and this card is blocked. It already had been 1day since representative said. Iequest you please activate my card. This is not a good customer service. You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. I don't have any due loans, please activate my card. I paid everything. This is not my good service experience with bajaj finance customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.

      Kindly resolve this issue.

        Hello everyone,

        I made a loan enquiry to bajaj finserv few months back. After that, i get unwanted marketing and promotional calls from bajaj finserv despite of sending emails to their customer care. This daily multiple calls giving me a lots of frustration and mental annoy. Even if i block one number, they make calls from different numbers on a daily basis. I don't know how many times i need to block their telephone numbers.

        Please stop doing this activity.

          Without any prior information they have blocked my emi card. Not sure what the reason. This is not a very good customer service.
          I tried calling toll free number but not able to reach any of the number for better service. Some one called up and told they will come and collect the kyc document after nobody came non collected also.

            Getting multiple calls from bajaj finance services calls. Need to stop the same. Getting irritated by that.in a day i am getting arround 5 to 6 calls which is not for me its for the previous user who is using this number before me. Infact i also don't want any credit from any company currently. So please team bajaj don't waste your time and money by calling me. As i am not at all interested in your product.

              Please stop calling my number - [protected] as i am not interested to take any loan. Daily i am getting troubled by atleast 5 calls at odd times and so irritated on this calls. If you do not stop this nonsense i will forced to take up this issue at different levels. No customers will be happy by doing this nonsense calls and infact you will loose customers only by doing this.

                After applying and getting the card by paying 4999 no body is even replying to get the line of credit.

                Kindly let me know how to apply line of credit

                While selling digital lounge they said that a dedicated manager will be assigned and you ll get line of credit and pre approved offers and loans

                After getting the 4999 they are just playing the fool by blocking the contact

                  I am naresh kumar sehgal - while i went to the eko electronics, patiala for purchase of washing machine he offered 0% advance from bajaj finance (.) on the basis of offer a machine was purchased by me (.) thereafter a cheque was dishonored by the bank and reason thereof is upto till date is not known to me and cash payment was made on the very next day to agent of your collecting centre existing at patiala (.) & thereafter all the payments were made by me after giving the remarks on the receipt that in future no cheque of mine be sent for collection (.) till date non of the cheques returned alongwith the memo of the bank mentioning the reason's of dishonored the cheques (.) if the any cheque returned dishonored the banks charge the amt from the customers account (.) your agents time and again call me and disturb me for the reason having no fault of the customer (.) first please apprise me the reason of the same ask ur agent to call me (.) my email address:[protected]@gmail.com

                    I am getting nearly 10 to 15 calls everyday and disturbing my routine activities even though i said i am not interested. Every time i requested them to keep my number in do not disturb. But none of them have taken any action against it. All of them is giving false promises that they will keep my number in do not disturb.

                    Just now i received call from the mobile number: [protected]. Even i told that no one is taking action against my request. So i requested him to please give direct contact number of bajaj finance who will take responsibility to keep my number in do not disturb, he denied to provide the same. Even he is showing resistance to tell his name/ employee id & mail id

                    Kindly take action against bajaj finance and their free lancers because of their irresponsible behavior on customer request. This issue is prevailing since last one year or more than that. Since last one week number of calls per day increased allot.

                      My loan account no : 577dpf26819421 loan period is 8 mnth my last emi is for 5/5/2017.
                      I paid my emi to bajaj agent. All emi is clear still i got called at daily basisi dat saying ur last emi is pending i told dem i clear all my emi but still dey are saying last emi is pending n also said agent not submiited the emi to bajaj n statement showing last month emi is pending. I have acknowlegent receipt for may payment also. I told to customer care if your agent not submitting emi to bajaj den dis is not my look out on date she said dat dat agent is not from bajaj if the agent is not from bajaj why dey are giving receipt of bajaj.

                      I got mail for defaulter dis is rediculous. N also got call from delhi stating dat case file from bajaj for 420 matter wat the hell is this its like i didnt pay single emi. N if case file on me den why in delhi i m from mumbai.

                          What to say about this foolish system... I had applied for digital member ship card by paying 4777 from my account with transaction id jhmp[protected]..

                          After several remainders through mails & call now the relationship managers coming with new answer that concerned team not approved the card..

                          I had applied on 4th of this month and make payment on same day and i. E[protected] they are saying that it is not processed due to some internal reasons..

                          We customers are not getting easy money like you people are doing aftre keeping my amount for 15days who are to not process the card..

                          If i am not eligible for the card why are you forwarding call & mails for our registered mail ids.. We are looking like fools for you.

                          Going to place criminal complaint on this issue..

                          Please dont go with this stupid membership card and loss your money

                                I buy lloyd ac from ludhiana gagan elec dugri ph 1 .my monthly instalment is 2375 but it diducted 2525 every month, i confirm that the charges was auto insurance, i cant give request for insurance then why i give more money so cancel my insurance and wave my balance money in account
