My loan account no : 577dpf26819421 loan period is 8 mnth my last emi is for 5/5/2017.
I paid my emi to bajaj agent. All emi is clear still i got called at daily basisi dat saying ur last emi is pending i told dem i clear all my emi but still dey are saying last emi is pending n also said agent not submiited the emi to bajaj n statement showing last month emi is pending. I have acknowlegent receipt for may payment also. I told to customer care if your agent not submitting emi to bajaj den dis is not my look out on date she said dat dat agent is not from bajaj if the agent is not from bajaj why dey are giving receipt of bajaj.

I got mail for defaulter dis is rediculous. N also got call from delhi stating dat case file from bajaj for 420 matter wat the hell is this its like i didnt pay single emi. N if case file on me den why in delhi i m from mumbai.

Please inform me that i have cleared ur loan i have got noc from ur company now it has cleared and still my emi card is blocked what's the problem pls clear the issues i eat to purchase some of home appliances for my home i want ac and washing machine etc pls clear all my issues from u bajajfinance pvt ltd pls clear problem u have mailed me that u have 60000 to purchase in ur account

What to say about this foolish system... I had applied for digital member ship card by paying 4777 from my account with transaction id jhmp[protected]..

After several remainders through mails & call now the relationship managers coming with new answer that concerned team not approved the card..

I had applied on 4th of this month and make payment on same day and i. E[protected] they are saying that it is not processed due to some internal reasons..

We customers are not getting easy money like you people are doing aftre keeping my amount for 15days who are to not process the card..

If i am not eligible for the card why are you forwarding call & mails for our registered mail ids.. We are looking like fools for you.

Going to place criminal complaint on this issue..

Please dont go with this stupid membership card and loss your money

Jhmp[protected]. I have received a noc on your bajaj finance office. After give me noc how to cut emi on my bank account last emi cute on 2/9/2017 of rupees 2, 332. Please check your system and refund my amount of 2332 otherwise i am clam on you.

I have purchased samsung refrigerator with bajaj finserv emi option on 4 months ago. I have paying emi correctly without delay. Today i tried to buy mobile phone under bajaj emi. But not able to processed because of emi card block. I dont know why my emi card is blocked.

So please tell proper reason for my emi card block. And i request you to reactivate my bajaj emi card.

Bajaj finance is calling using spam bot and i received around 50 calls a day... And around 25 calls today. Contacted them and asked them to stop calling me, but no response.

I am helpless and frustrated as there is no way to stop them from calling me.
I have blocked the numbers, but they keep calling from new numbers. This is pure harassment.

It's frustrating when we get spam calls when we are in meeting / driving or in an important task.

As per the promotopal e-mail received on my registered e-mail from bajaj finserve, i have applied and paid an amount of rs. 4777=00 online through my bajaj experia user account on[protected] for subscription of bajaj finserve digital lounge lifelong membership & bajaj finserve ellite card. The transaction reference number is jhmp[protected]. I have also received a confirmation sms on my registered mobile number from bajaj finserve about the receipt of this payment.

But uptil now i have not received an e-mail on my registered e-mail confirming my membership as well as containing links to my gift vouchers as promised in the promotional e-mail from the company. My bajaj finserve account is also not showing any kind o[censored]pdated information regarding this membership. Sent them e-mails but no reply so far. On their toll free customer care number[protected] for digital lounge i am getting only a recorded message eventhough calling at different times of the day and holding the line for almost 27 to 42 minutes.

My bajaj finserve customer id: 6923746. And my bajaj finserve experia emi gold card last 4 digits are 0382 with an expiry date of 01/05/2022.

Hope somebody will help me with this soon otherwise i will be forced to lodge a criminal complain against them in the cyber cell of the local police.

I had been a bajaj finserve personal loan customer in the past. I have cleared my loans. Since i have cleared my loans i
Have been getting frequent calls for the loan which i have no need. I have sent many emails and spoke to the customer care to stop calling me but i keep getting calls many times a week. I am very frustrated by these calls. I don't need any personal loan. Stop calling me.

This is to bring it to your notice that I am getting unwanted calls for loan requests from different numbers. These calls comes at odd hours, in after noon when we are resting or whenever we are busy with work at office or in some meeting or presentation. The most irritating thing is that we are not in need of any loan & still have to go through this nuisance. Even when we lift the call to speak, the answering machine puts the call to the executive who never turns up or is bothered to talk.
There has to be a decent way of approaching customers for loan enquiry, this has become a nuisance. Even if we block one number we still continue getting call from a different number which is not familiar.
Could you please help me to stop getting these calls?

I am really disappointed with bajaj finserv. I applied for loan amount of 1-1.5 lakh. However, they approved the loan for 6 lakh, so, after receiving email i requested them to stop the application and cancelled it and spoke to advisor about the same and he tried to convince me that i can use the amount which is required and rest can be kept on my bfl account. However, i told him that i don't want a huge liability of paying 6 lkh to bajaj and cancel the request if the approved amount cannot be reduced to 1 or 1.5 lakh.

After couple of days i received a text mgs stating that they have initiated the process of transferring the loan amount. However, they have not mentioned the amount. I again called the advisor to processed by document but he didn't responded to my calls. Hence, i again marked an email to cancel my loan application also stating that if they credit my account with any amount i will not be liable to pay it.

Now, i revived a call from the same advisor who gave me an option to go for bajaj finserv asking me the reason to cancel the loan request. I again explained him that it's a huge amount for me and i also asked him about the extra amount of 15k as a part of insurance. Again i categorically asked him to cancel my loan request and he also stated that some one will call me regarding the same.

Today, i found that my account has been credited with the amount of 5.91 lakh wherein they have charged me 15 k as an insurance and 9 k as a process fee and when i checked my email i found welcome letter and email stating that as i have signed the documents they will not be able to cancel my loan application!

I purchased small tkt loan and it's interest rate is 31.1 percent, it is flat interest rate. And it is huge. They have to charged intrest as per amended act.
I purchased 1.25 lakh and going to do repayment after 11 months almost 1.4 lakhs repayment after paying rs 5376 per month emi.
If i will do repayment within a year, i already paid almost 68 thousands for loan amount of 1.25 lakh.
Ultimate this service is fake, their loan representative takes huge salaries for their target oriented work.

I feel your service is worse than any other that your executive had did not explained me the intrest rate of the which i had given. I will get my own hdfc bank (Salary account) with reducing rate of intrest but you have given me flat rate of intrest 19.94% which was worse than any other bank and after crediting the amount you have send me a soft copy the rate of intrest calculation and i didn"t even know this type of calculation if i know the early it self i would reject the loan when i got call from your executive (Narender) and you people will chage for 18000/- + charges for processing and with that 2 insurance policies with out my knowledge you have assigned me
1-future genral -5000/-+ charged
2-your bajaj insurance 10000/- + charged

Total over all you have given me 320000/-+lacs-
For 350000/-lacs

My salary account hdfc bank will give 13.99% rate of intrest
You will give 19.96% rate of intrest

Bull # of your business ideas...

You are the blood suckers of the comman man.

Try to help me or this may leads to my bad mouth publicity and not even encourage my friends and relatives to take you products of bajaj and finance.

Recently my emi loan card was blocked and in fact i have taken so many loans form bajaj and have paid them all. I have had a very good history with bajaj and have paid all my loans to date

Now my issue is my emi card has been blocked without any prior intimation

This is really frustrating and disappointing to me i really don't understand that why my card has been blocked

However i request you to please re activate my emi card so that i can use your services and i also promise you that they wont be any bounce back from my end. I have been a loyal customer.

Would request you to kindly check my history and records too with bajaj which will clearly show my good record. Humble request to you to kindly re-activate my card again

My biggest mistake is having taken a loan from bajaj. With these so many irritating calls for several years, you have forced me, not coming back to you again for any financial requirement. I've also informing about this menace to my contacts not to take any loan from bajaj. Please stop this nuisance calls. Hoping you would stop this negative publicity the soonest.
