      I took loan to buy samsung led 32 inc tv from prakash trading co., vardhman complex, near shakti nagar railway under bridge, gulabi bagh red light, dated 11.02.2015. When i took this tv bajaj fiance guy told me that i would get 2 year extended warranty. I opted of that. By putting rs.2250/- now my tv have a problem. When i looked into this loan account there is no 2 year extended warranty. But uin 116n021v03 is a insurance plan. That's the life insurance. Why should i want life insurance for this consumer product? Does this make any sense to anyone???
      Customer product but linked life insurance.

      I have no any 2 year extended warranty cover note number but i have to pay installment. That's the proof that i have asked for 2 year extended warranty whereas they sold some life insurance to customer.

        First emi of rs.3, 084 for loan a/c no.4190cd34606788 is due on 02/03/17. Keep axis a/c ending with 8100 funded 3 days in advance to avoid bounce charges. Click http://bfin.in/?C3 to view all charges. Regards, bajaj finserv
        I call that person and other officer but no one can satisfy answer.
        If i not pay it bank charge penalty on it. How i pay to save this penalty

          Kindly activate DND from your end on my number [protected]and please do not call me and SMS me for any promotional offers.
          If this doesn't stop, I would be forced to go to consumer court to get this resolved.

            I am customer of bajaj, taken personal loan and consumer loan.
            As much as we want to pay our creditors on time with the exact payment, there are times that we are unable to meet the due date and the amount. We want to pay but some financial crises is going on.. But i am. Trying my best to pay with my daily needs... Hence bajaj recovery agent are too bad way recovering amount. They come office and create scene. I am girl helping out my family. We are truly facing financial issues. We took money but got loss. Its my responsibility to pay and i am doing but not in due date... Doing late... I need some time... I am paying but late... People come in office for one installment.. It was very bad, my team lead said me what was this. I had explained him.. Please take this in serious note.. This is truly not fair. I attend thire call. So no need to come office or at home.. I did not know about this way to complaint... I have numbers and i took photo when he came office.. After words on call still he came in office.. Which was wrong.. I am telling this in short, all detail i have... Once i get reply on this i will give more information.. And i want bajaj head people should know what going with customers.

            I was going to meet office.. But totally mentally disturb
            Who will sort out this.. I want u take action on this.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I have applied for a flexi personal loan from bajaj finserv for INR 16, 00, 000.
                      All throughout the discussion rounds, we were not informed of an insurance to be added to our loan product and we found that it has been added to our loan account and since we have taken loan for the first time, we did not know that now we have to pay EMI on this insurance as well.
                      We were never asked if we need this insurance or not. This is a flexi loan product and we have taken it for some expense that we see forecoming. Currently we don't need the loan amount also and we are keeping only 100 Rs. outstanding but this insurance has come as an unexpected and unnecessary expense for us.
                      I request you to kindly help us out as we really don't need this insurance which as been added to our loan account.

                        What the #### wrong with bajaj finance. Why these people don't have any basic rules. What the shut you want from customers. All gundas they keep to pull money. M customer since 3 years never miss EMI due to festival ecs git return. Now they put 5 times 12 days. WhoM to blame now I got 2 LOANs. 5 times it detuct ed I'm my bank 4700. I have to pay for two emi 9000 rs. Now 9000+4700 back charge+late payment for escape for two LOAN 700= total 14400. What the ####. Our cuse will destroy you guys. You people will get all types of deseases. Especially ceo or md of the company will get.

                          I have issue with my loan if i go to branch they will ask to talk to costumer care costumer care will never connect.Worst costumer care ever seen. If we sent mail we will get the same mail repeatedly whatever your query. Can we have the higher escalation mail id to compliant about costumer care number.

                          i need to talk to costumer care to solve my issue but it will never connect. i visited branch but no proper info about my issue.mail also will not get proper reply. i dont know who will solve my issue.

                          its frustrating.

                            I have bought Dell laptop from an Dell outlet through Bajaj Finserv in February 2017. I logged into my Finserv account portal, i have seen unknown product named DIGITAL PHONE SAFE and cost of Rs.1999 made it for 6 months EMI. I called the executive about this issue and reported the same, he is just explaining abt the scheme he didn't intimate me while buying.
                            Its really ridiculous without intimating the customer they have imposed thousands . If suppose a customer is unaware/didn't logged in, he or she should pay the penality for not paying the Emi of this Unnecessary product.
                            This must be made OPTIONAL by the company to choose whether customer needs the extra warranty or safety of the product.

                              It really pisses me off to get so many calls on a daily basis from Bajaj Finance.
                              It is like touching your ears..why the hell did i took some services years ago. I am fed up of even blocking numbers but it is futile as you always call from a different number and call frequency fails to drop

                              Kitna pareshan karoge baba.

                              Request you to stop this bloody calling with immediate effect else i have no option but to go to Consumer court.

                                Hello can you please stop calling for personal loan on my mobile [protected]? I receive 2 to 3 calls daily from Bajaj finance and in spite of telling them I do not want loan they keep on calling me. if you trouble the people so much, even if they need personal loan in future they will not approach u. so better stop it immediately. many times when I get calls, I am in meeting or I am driving my car and it really disturbs and irritate you if you get the calls again and again.

This is not a good customer service. You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. I speak to your representative, he told me that my card is blocked dueOn the same issue, before the thing happening, I called your representative and ask him regarding the same, she told me your card will not be blocked. This is not my good service experience with Bajaj Finance Customer

                                      Bajaj Finance, Bajaj Finserv have been calling me 5-6 times a day for loans and credits. These all are computer automated calls and they have been continously harrassing me. I am so frustrated with them . They are calling from so many different numbers.

                                      I have activated DND on my mobile still they call so many times. There are so many people complaining about them on internet but I think Bajaj has lost their spine.

                                      They are taking all these consumers on toll. If bajaj is reading this, Please put this pain on end and stop calling us. We will call you if we need you.
