I am enclosing an attachment of my previous complaint mail and, the mail received back assuring me that my complaint has been resolved. However i am surprised that despite being assured of the same, i am still being overcharged.
Consider this as a warning.If this matter is not resolved at the earliest, and i do not receive a fair response and refund of my money with interest, not only will this go into the social media, but i will drag this matter to the next competent authority i.e. consumer court
