I have purchased Dell Laptop through bajaj finance and bearing Loan account no. 426DPF34902358 and today i received ID and password of Bajaj Finance app and when i opened the my account through Bajaj Finance App, i am astonished to see that there is another Loan account bearing no. 426DFS34902384 as DIGITAL FONE SAFE for sum of Rs.2499/- but i have never taken any such loan.

Dear Bajaj Finance team if this fraud loan account bearing no. 426DFS34902384 as DIGITAL FONE SAFE is not fixed with three days then i will file consumer complaint and further legal expenses will be bear by your company. If any fraudulent document was signed by you during purchase time for above mentioned fraud loan, then i will file criminal complaint against your company.

Hope company will resolve the issue within three days.

    We have receive many call from nos.[protected], [protected], [protected] and a mobile no [protected]- aakash bhardwaj, aakash call me on 25 jan'2017 and asking me bajaj provide 0% interest rate loan with in 15 days against bharti axa insurance policy and after one day 26 jan'17 i receive a call from bharti axa for verification and next day after verification a person coming my office and collect a 25000/- cheque and a cancel cheque and as on 31st jan'[protected]/- cheque amount deduct in my account but and i have receive 4 message from bharti axa "dear rajput chouhan you have successfully completed your pre issuance confirmation towards policy[protected]. The product applied by you is elite advantage, with premium of rs24096 which is to be paid yearly for 12 years.in case of any clarification pls call [protected] thankyou bharti axa life." but today after 18 day have left but i have not receive any clarification and loan status information from aakash bhardwaj (Bajaj)-[protected], and from today morning aakash bhardwaj no[protected] is switch off and rest other nos. Incoming facility not available so help to provide some details.

      Your Phone calls are so irritating - automated calls and your customer care

      Every day i get 6 calls either from automated calls or customer care.

      5 Years before i took loan, Though i completed all but still these guys call me till today to take new loans.

      I strongly recommend my friends and family not to take any loans from these guys.

      I am getting 2-3 times call each day from Bajaj Finance. I told them several times for not calling me as I am in DND, but then also they call me. On asking from where they got my number, they just drop off. In case I do not pick up the phone, they keep calling till the time I pick the phone. Please help.

        I have received unsolicited SMS and calls from Bajaj Finserve over the past 2 weeks, and despite me sending the words STOP to [protected] (as per the Bajaj Finserve site - https://customer-login.bajajfinserv.in/_LAYOUTS/15/BajajTnc.html), the messages and calls keep continuing.

        The text messages are extremely annoying and happen at least 4 times a day, once in the morning (sent twice) and once in the evening (Sent twice in quick succession)

        I would like this to stop, and further calls to stop immediately.

          Dear bajaj finserv,
          Calling a person 7 - 8 times a day is not a customer service. Its a disturbance. Please try to understand if you are not aware of. Your advertisement calls are very much annoying and irritating to me. You don't need to ask me everyday for loans. If i need loan, i will contact you. Please remove my number from these calls. Since you are calling from multiple numbers, i am not able to block you completely. Hope my concern will be addressed asap. My phone number is [protected].

            My first emi was deducted on 2nd Feb 2017 of 2759 rupees on time no delay than what's the reason please explain.
            Id 39722060 I sent and email but no reply.
            Please solve this issue this is my first time dealing with bajaj and unexpected deduction from my Bank account.
            I'm facing Activation problem with my EMI card which was applied online.
            I've applied for EMI in Oct 2016, without intimation was return to office.
            Then it was re-issued and received in Dec 2016.
            Since then I'm communicating to complete NACH/ECS Mandate process.
            Now it's 15th Feb still it has not completed.
            Every time I call them a different person is there to speak -
            with different assurance and problems / queries / status.
            Every time I mail them a non-related to my concern answer is received.
            And now it was a height that a Call centre executive is informing me that
            it is a system generated mail you just ignore it, it may be wrong

              My cell phone number is [protected]. I receive 5 to 6 phone calls as well as SMS from Bajaj Finserv company regarding loan offers, EMI on products purchase. I am not interested in these promotional offers. It is really difficult for me to receive 5 to 6 unnecessary phone calls and many SMS a day. Please take necessary action to stop all such activities at the earliest.

                  M i dhali ashok kumar, [protected].im cutomer o[censored]r company with 3 lones, last month jan due to some problem my ecs has bounced.i payed due amount in last month before 20th jan 17, ecs bounce charges from bank has be debited Rs.345 /- for 1 lone, 3 ×345/-.ok.but, d problem is that ecs amount Rs 345/- bounce charges bank has chagered 4 time ex: 3×345=1035 × 4 time.i have give complane to bank abt this problem.thay said u (bajaj fin company)have said ecs 4 time to bank so thay charged my amt .now who is going solve my problem now n this month also ur company had charged Rs 345/- 2 times in 1st weekn onur company sent FTD u charged Rs 350 /-these all total amt who is going to pay me back.ur company r bank.2, 3 times i went tarnaka. hyderabad branch but no respones.ur company service very very bad service

                  I am getting daily 7 to8 times phone calls from bajaj finserve end 4526 comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan . So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no .[protected]

                  Your calls offering me Loan has become really disturbing and annoying to say the least.

                      I applied for a personal loan, My loan was also approved after verification of documents ! I thought everything is done, but My ordeal was yet to start ! Even after 2 weeks the loan amount was not transferred to my account ! I kept calling them everyday. They kept assuring me that I would get my money with in 24 hours ! That never happened ! Finally they told me that my Loan application will be REJECTED because I had given wrong address info !! I asked, Then why was my loan APPROVED ! Why I want informed even after 2 weeks ? They have no answer. Only Excuses. NEVER EVER GO FOR BAJAJ FINSERV. Better go for any other bank.

                        Bajaj Finserv has deducted Rs 8334.00 from my account without my knowledge last month...on queries you say The amount will be refunded back. However i didn't received any.Every Friday I am calling stating the same and get an assurance that the amount will be refunded back in 4 working days.No i didn't received it till now. Its been a month. My SN number : SRN08617526 & SRN08257510 . Prashant from escallation team is a fraud as well...every time I got connected he disconnects me.

                          bajaj finance is denying to refund my excess emi amount for my LAN no 402CSP24596687.
                          they are saying that while closing loan i have not paid foreclosure charges
                          but i have evidence for same.
                          Here I have attached
                          1.. copy of a letter submitted by bajaj finance at the time of payment in which it is clearly mentioned that
                          foreclosure charges are already paid by me
                          2..payment receipt for loan foreclosure maintioning cheque number.
                          i have called them on customer care number 4-5 times
                          I have also taken follow up by Emails.
                          I have purchased bajaj v15 on loan basis, in first month I came to know there was signature mismatch and cheque was rejected I paid additional 300Rs on my Emi, and 2nd month they did not withdraw any amount, and I paid next 2 month loan through online bajajautofinance.com and again it shows to pay. Please help me how to solve this...

                            Someone from the bajaj finance department blocked my card and now they are not aware as how the card is blocked and who and how this is blocked. All they know that the card id blocked due to security reason and now they are not even sorting this out and reluctant to handle several complaints which I made.

                            Synopsis of issues :

                            I wish to make a complaint against your executive who dealt my latest request. I don"t know why he sent a negative feedback about me. I am leaving at the same address and they said they could not find my address. I am a very old customer of yours and you can see my transaction history also. The house is owned by us. We live at this address only. Your executive said he could not find the address. How is this possible that he could not find it? I get all my bank statements on this address. Finding not the address and not leaving on the property are two different things. How can he just send negative feedback about me if he was incompetent to find the address.

                            Also before verification, I had proactively asked to call during a specific time so that I could attend their calls and he confirmed that I would get the verification call between 12:00pm to 2:00pm. But I received no call from them. During that time, I was in my office but I still tried to wait for their call untill 4:00pm but received no call. I went on a meeting after that and when I checked my phone after meeting than I saw your unprofessional verification guy tried to call me around 5:00pm. So, I tried to call him back and he very casually said that he has sent a negative feedback about me because I didn"t respond his call. Moreover, he also tried to visit to my address but he could not find my address which was a very silly answer and because he could not find it, he sent the negative feedback about me. Further, I told him that I am going to make a complaint to your higher authority about this because he has tried to ruin the relationship between me and Bajaj finance as there has been no such incidence in the past but because of these incompetency of him I have been treated as a fraud customer. As soon as I hung up the phone, in the next hour I got a message that my card is permanently blocked which was again a shocking news for me. It seems your executives in Kolkata have some mental problem and they are very unprofessional. I don"t what further false information they have updated in your system.

                            This is a very mean act of behavior performed by your executive. It seems he has tried to take this personally. Please take serious action about this and I want my account to be restored with no further delay.

                              I give all required doccumens for change my new loan ECS but some how bajaj finance officer mr parthik shah not submitted my docs so my ECS debit in my old account its already inactive than I said mr parthik shah so he miss behave with me and shauting on me he tell me its not my problem it your problem so please resolve my problem and change my ECS as per my docs .

                                My EMI amount is rs 2017, they are taking excess amount (4367) from my account monthly because of bajaj finance employee mistake. So most time cheque bounced. Bank charged me 230*2=460 rupees for cheque bounce charge just because of bajaj finance mistake. when i enquired about this issue, they told me they cant do anything.
                                My bajaj card not recived i open my account on sept 2016 but still not recived my card i spoke to ur emploe i gave new adrees also but not recived pleas do sooon my

                                    Hi I am getting your calls and messaged for loan. I don't need any loan. Please stop calling and messaging me. My number is already registered with IDEA cellular for do not disturb. I still continue to get calls and messages from Bajaj Finance. Whenever I got a call from Bajaj Finance, i told that representative to remove my number from their calling list. however no action has been taken so far. Bajaj finance should have a automated number where we can call or text to remove the number from marketing calling list.

After when i complete the procedure of payment system start buffering and payment done but not credit to you but debit in my bank. So, i paid installment from other bank. but i have not received any refund.
                                        I called in bajaj call center but no response from your site.
