I want to complaint for bajaj finance as they are continuously putting ecs payment on same account for the month of dec 2016
I know that i have bounced the emi of the date 3rd dec 2016, and i know it has to be paid in the same month, and i have done it too.
But its not the way to push for the payment, now i m facing account issue because of it i got the loss of 1499/- rs., why should i bare it?
The reason of payment getting bounce was my mother got admitted due to heart attack at hospital, all of the money was paid by me to the hospital, was not having much money to pay the installment. If you want i have the hospital bills also.
I have discussed the same condition with call centre person too.
And from the date of 16th i was in communcation with mr. Mote - [protected] collection person. And i paid the emi amount on 22nd dec 16 noon 12.30. With receipt no[protected].
I know bajaj finance don't know that, but is it right to harass customer by putting continuously ecs check in customers bank?
I want repay by them whatever the charges i have got minus (1499/-) in my bank account because of them & ensure this would not happen again.
And due to bajaj finace record, i am and old customer to them.
I have cleared all of the loans taken from them... Now because of this behaviour it would be my last loan for them...
