This is to your kind attention that I have bought my Two Wheeler (Bajaj Discover 100CC) through Bajaj finance in the year of 2012, I paid my EMI Successfully on time for all the month and after the completions of the loan still now I have not received my no objection certificate(NOC) / No Due certificate (NDC). Hence request you to kindly provide the NDC as soon as possible.

We did not do this insurance this insurance is do without our knowledge or permission so close the insurance as soon as possible.This insurance is extra for us and we are not be able to effort this insurance close it as soon as passable it is a humble request.

    Hello Sir/Madam,

    We have an consumer loan on going in Bajaj Finance. Where as my father got I'll and we are in a economic crisis. Where as the check got bounced due to fund not available, where as we will provide another check to clear the bounced amount in the same month . Last month December the same happened and we have provided a check to clear the bounced amount and it got deducted on 31st December 2017 from my account. The executive named anand tortured me saying the fund not cleared and walked to my home for 3 days and abused my mom and dad.
    Later a day he came home and said my mom we need to confirm the cheque number so asked for my cheque book. As my mom is not aware of the things he showed the cheque book front page with the details . This executive Anand took my cheque book and he took a cheque leaf from my cheque book without our permission and just cooked up a storied to my mom and left the place.
    Now the problem is I have received the same cheque in my amount and it got bounced due to mismatch sign .

    I need an immediAte action upon the executive Anand and his manager kumar. BECause after knowing the problem he done with my mom, I have called both your executive and manager the are literally abusing me and dad.

    If this issue is not taken on serious note, it will be taken to consumer court and will get an solution for this .

      There has been a debit to my account on the 2nd of Jan 2017.
      The reference number is P[protected] for an amount of Rs.4559/-
      Please note that two Bajaj Finserv EMIs are already being debited on the 5th of every month for different amounts.
      My EMI could have bounced because of the above unauthorised debit.
      Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

        I am getting frequent telemarketing calls regarding loans and others from Bajaj Fin Serv, it is very annoying to me and disturbing a lot during work and if I really interested in any loans I will only contact you people, so request you to stop such calls to me, if this carries forward i will take this to next level and complain in consumer forum .

            Hello SIR,
            This is the complaint regarding one of the deduction which happen from Bajaj Finance in the recent time for a Loan which was closed on 05th July 2013.
            The deducted amount is Rs.99/- (I have attached the Bank statement for more details)
            Loan Details are given below:
            Loan Account No: 4000CD00331136
            Loan amount: Rs.28800/-
            I am attaching the Loan Statement for more details.

            The loan is taken in Sep 2012 for purchasing a TV. The monthly installments are deducted on regular basis from Oct 2012 for 10 months period. (Refer attachment for exact date).
            Now all of sudden i see my bank statement for 23rd Dec 2016 which says deduction of Rs 99/- from Bajaj Auto
            Initially i have went my bank. There i understood that with Bajaj Finance it is a common problem and they do Auto deduct with out any notice. So i understand i am not the only one facing this problem.
            After analyzing i understood my bank statement shows the same Loan Number which was used for my Closed Loan.
            this made me conclude that the deduction is made for same Loan which was closed in 2013.

            Now my request is please let me know how to stop this problem.
            What should i do so that i will not face similar kind of auto debits from my account?

            I am attaching the NOC letter, Statement of Account and my Bank account statement showing deductions.

About 5-6 time I received your company call about personal loan. I am not interested in this offer and many times said to your executive also. But your company call continue still, it make me irritating. Please closed this type of calls.
                    If you are unable to do stop call to my no [protected], then I will discontinue your services and membership card. Also I will raised complaint to consumer court. So kindy pay attention to this issue.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        I'm Yogesh Sharma have taken a loan from Bajaj Finserv. And my loan number is 4020CD10513812 which is pending due to loss of my job.

                        After 18 month on 19 December 2016 my sister father in law received a call from Salim on landline and said that ask Yogesh Sharma to clear his loan. As I have not mentioned any relatives number while taking the loan still they are been harassed by bajaj finance recovery agent Salim whom I spoke and confirmed him the date when I will clear my loan.

                        As Per RBI rules I think you should not call the third party when I am considered at same address and mobile number also. Due to this my sister is facing problems from her in laws were she is not at all involved in this loan.

                        Please confirm what action will be taken on this part.

                        Below are the details were my relatives (cousin sisters & Brothers wife)

                        Cousin Sister received call on 28/12/2016 on her office landline number & again using abusive language by my name.

                        Received another call on 29/12/2016 on her office landline number & again using abusive language by my name stating I have taken loan and to repay it.

                        My wife also received call on 29/12/2016 with a very abusive language. I do not understand is this way to speak to ladies. I have recording for the same.

                        Same day received another call to my mother's number [protected] and another [protected] at night 11:38 pm. I don't think this is the time to call and elderly person and harass them at this time of hour using abusive language.

                        Salim told me to visit Bajaj Finserv branch at shivaji nagar for my loan details. When I visited the branch I was asked to meet Rakesh Tribhuwan but instead of him there was another person named Satish Sonawane who asked me to pay on same day or I will be harassed with recovery calls till I do not clear my Loan whereas I have told them I will clear my Loan in month end of January.

                        I do not understand why me and my family & relatives are harassed by Bajaj Finserv when i am ready to pay the loan amount in the Month of January.

                        When I called to Rakesh Tribhuwan the recovery manager and gave my loan number on call told me the same that they won't stop call to me and my relatives till my loan is cleared and for the records I have recorded the conversation.

                        What should i do really i don't understand please help me for this...

                          Respected Concern Persona,

                          My name is Anand khot, , My EMI Card No.[protected]. My card is temporary blocked. I request you please activate my card. This is not a good customer service. You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. I speak to your representative, he told me that my card is blocked t. On the same issue, before the thing happening, I called your representative and ask him regarding the same, she told me your card will not be blocked. This is not my good service experience with Bajaj Finance Customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.

                          Kindly resolve this issue.

                            I have taken a Blue star AC no model no :B0-3CNHW12CAFU & SNO:BO-3CNHW12CAFU16A10366 on 30/12/2016 through Bajaj Fin Service in kurnool town.
                            The bajaj representative without my knowledge has included extended warranty for 2 years for the product and when i recalculated the emi he then explained about the extended warranty cost included in the emi.

                            When i asked to cancel it . he was rude and told at this point i can only convert the extended warrenty from 2 years to 1 year.

                            This is very cheap trick played on customers.
                            I had a consumer loan much many years before. Hence I have closed the account also but too its displaying in the civil report. This is disgusting for the customer for their future. Please any of the bajaj financier can suggest me something for the same to remove it from civil report.
                            Stop calling me I am not interested in personal loan

                                I Yogan Lakhan wring this complain to give you insight about a incident which I am facing since last 30days +.
                                I went to a mobile shop named Sona Mobile in kalyaninagar on 21st Nov 2016 to buy a mobile of OPPO that time the owner swiped my card and disbursed 17990rs from my EMI card. Was trying to apply scheme of 0% down-payment. But the scheme was not available then I didn"t took the mobile. On 3rd dec 2016 I visit the shop to reimburse the amount but he wasn"t able to get it done. Then later on the shop owner gave me the number of Mr. Sameer Sharan(Contact no -[protected]) Bajaj Finserv executive to solve the query it"s been 20 days I am following him he every day, he says that he is in home town but the amount will be reimbursed in few hours but till date it"s not done. He have forced me to write this complain please solve my problem. I believe that Bajaj Finserv as being big brand but they are have pathetic customer service.Mr. Sameer Sharan has wasted so much of my time and money in travelling. Bajaj finserv has no use of there customer service line because the waiting time is more than an hour.

                                  I have noticed a debit of Rs 99.00 from my account dated 28 December 2016 paid to Bajaj Finance against the above ref number.I'm shocked asI have no such relation or account with Bajaj Finance and so I would like immediate action to be taken to refund the money back to my account without any further delay.No further payment should be takebn without my knowledge.Please explain on what grounds the payment has been taken from my account.

                                  Bajaj Finance — Poor service

                                  Bajaj finance service is very poor. ecs service upgrade in finance company
                                  I noticed in my passbook details that Rs.99 has been debited without any authorization from my HDFC bank account. Please let me know why you have debited the amount. I have nothing pending with Bajaj Finserv and don't have any loans with you.

                                  I expect the amount to be returned with proper explanation from your end. I can see many have lodged the same complaint, so it must be an issue from your side.

                                    I have been charged for Rs 99 from my bank account as annual fees for EMI Card issued issued by Bajaj Finance in Nov 2013.

                                    I have already complained that i have never received any card, so block the card ASAP. Bajaj Finance didn't block the card nor re-issued and later increased card limit.

                                    Now Bajaj Finance charged annual fees from my BANK ACCOUNT. Which is not acceptable and they are not authorized to make any transaction from my bank account without approval.

                                    Please revert this amount with in within my bank account and als close EMI CARD ASAP.

                                    It looks like high level FRAUD done by Bajaj Finance and they are accumulating Millions of rupees without spending anything.

                                      I had been receiving SMS regularly from Bajaj Finance Ltd (Now Bajaj Finserv) stating that my loan is already completed. To my best of knowledge now I have no loans with BFL.
                                      I had complained them many times and every time I get a ready-made reply stating that my complaints will be resolved in 48 hours. But nothing happened. The complaint form available in their website (www.bajafinserv.in) is useless and the Submit button never works.
                                      Their Customer care number[protected] is not accessible. Wonder what is happening to this company...
                                      Now, I request to please stop promotional sms & call from bajaj finance on my mobile no. [protected] with immediate effect

                                        I want to complaint for bajaj finance as they are continuously putting ecs payment on same account for the month of dec 2016
                                        I know that i have bounced the emi of the date 3rd dec 2016, and i know it has to be paid in the same month, and i have done it too.
                                        But its not the way to push for the payment, now i m facing account issue because of it i got the loss of 1499/- rs., why should i bare it?
                                        The reason of payment getting bounce was my mother got admitted due to heart attack at hospital, all of the money was paid by me to the hospital, was not having much money to pay the installment. If you want i have the hospital bills also.
                                        I have discussed the same condition with call centre person too.
                                        And from the date of 16th i was in communcation with mr. Mote - [protected] collection person. And i paid the emi amount on 22nd dec 16 noon 12.30. With receipt no[protected].
                                        I know bajaj finance don't know that, but is it right to harass customer by putting continuously ecs check in customers bank?
                                        I want repay by them whatever the charges i have got minus (1499/-) in my bank account because of them & ensure this would not happen again.
                                        And due to bajaj finace record, i am and old customer to them.
                                        I have cleared all of the loans taken from them... Now because of this behaviour it would be my last loan for them...
