Why my emi card was blocked card no
[protected] why this type of inconvenience is getting from this company is was already availed 3 loans this card repaid regularly i am very unhappy with this type of service i was taken a personal loan also from this company, repaying regularly is there any connection with emi card incase of any emi failed the card blocking system is there

I am writing to dispute regarding my emi card block and this is "keshava m" from bangalore and registered mobile number is [protected] i am the customer of bajaj finserv for the past 1 years with zero cheque bounce till today.

I am holding the bajaj finserv emi card for the past 1 year. And there is a frustrated situation occured to me when i was about to purchase mobile in reliance digital through bajaj emi card it was blocked permanently with out any prior information to the customer end. Hope you're company does't know how to make use of customer to develop their business to next level.

i had loan of laptop, loan ac no 416CDD30621038 .and my ecs is from idbi bank .last month six time Rs 225 was deducted from my account. ihad alredy discuss with your office and concern person though it was deducted.they told that is happening from head office. in this situation i had lost of Rs 1350. whose money is this? bajaj is so kind of chip company? if it is one or two time its ok.
i would like to request you to waiver of my amount.

I have applied loan for washing machine through Bajaj finance from Girias Malleswaram store. Bajaj executive had informed EMI card will be processed and delivered to your address after 04 months of EMI completion. But after paying 05 EMI's i have not received any card nor the service & reply is not at all satisfied. One of the worst customer service executive without proper knowledge on prodcuts.

I was purchace i phone 5s from sethi telicom jalandhar cant but i was not purchace any kind of insurance of mobile phone. Therefore Rs250 debit from my account. Company cant send any type of insurance document, plese solve my problem. And stop debit money from my account . and refund my money in my account.insurance company name is fone safe. I was purchace my phone from bajaj finservece.

I have been receiving frequent marketing calls from Bajaj Finance to avail the Overdraft/Person loans etc. I have instructed each one of them to not to call me back. But I still receive these calls even after they promise me to add in DND list.
My number is registered with TRAI-DND Service.

I complained to your Twitter handle @Bajaj_Finance. But still no response or action has been taken. Today morning I received a call again for Loan.

I am so irritated with your phone calls that it pisses me off as i see ur numbers.

When I am busy I give you call on the number of your executive. This will disturb me also every call 1.5 Rs. deduct from my balance. I have talked to your executive so many times when ever I required any type of loan then I will call you. my no is [protected].

I am determined that if this doesn't stop, I have already worn 4 times still you have not deleted my number from your database for call.

I purchased a nikon camera from juneja sons ambala cantt in october 2016 which is financed by bajaj finance, at the time of entering into finance agreement it was taught to me that the emi's would be 14 of inr 2500 each and and when the emi would be deducted from my account it would be of inr 3750 as the executive of bajaj finance, ambala city office name mr. Vishal bhardwaj, wrongly make 9 emi's instead of 14 emi's because of which emi amount is increased and my cheque become dishonoured and i received a call from bajaj finance office regarding dishonour of cheque and i shocked because of dishonour of cheque then i know about the mistake done by bajaj finance executive mr. Vishal bhardwaj. Then i contacted mr. Vishal bhardwaj and he told me that the mistake was done by me unintentionally and i apologise for the same now you can deposit cash inr 3750 in bajaj finance ambala city office and from next month emi would be inr 2500 deductable.

Next month the same amount of emi ie inr 3750 would be deducted from my account instead of inr 2500 again then i contacted mr. Vishal bhardwaj then he says that from next month it would be inr 2500.

During this period bank levied charges of dishonour of cheque because of insufficient balance of inr 1500 on me which was levied because of the mistakes of executives of bajaj finance.

Kindly told me that who is responsible for bank charges of inr 1500 which was levied on me because of mistakes of bajaj finance executive and want refund of bank charges which was levied because of mistakes of bajaj executive.

I am very frustrated with the mistakes done by bajaj finance executive and if the my problem is not sort out within 10 days i may face a legal action against bajaj finance in a court of law.

I have not received loan details till date, however amount of Rs.7337/- is deducted from my bank account on 5 th JAN-2017, let me know how much EMI to be deducted and what is the last installment month and year. also future want to show all my repayment details on line your system.

I have been charged for Rs 99 from my bank account as annual fees for EMI Card issued issued by Bajaj Finance in Nov 2016.

I have already complained that i have never received any card, so block the card ASAP. Bajaj Finance didn't block the card nor re-issued and later increased card limit.

Now Bajaj Finance charged annual fees from my BANK ACCOUNT. Which is not acceptable and they are not authorized to make any transaction from my bank account without approval.

Please revert...

I have purchase some grocery/cloths etc from Big Bazar Vide LAN No.410REM27981274 Total Purchase amount 5003/- and EMI fixed @ Rs 1668/-pm w.e.f. 02/11/2016 x 3 EMIs but last ENI amount I have already deposited to Allahabad Bank on 26/12/16. It is not understand on what basis your EMI amount has been bounced. As a result I am facing trouble and ham parred my goodwil. Although I asked Bank authority why they are dis-honoured without any reason they also denied to talk with me due to their business.and present banking systems etc.I will be deposit the EMI with bouncing charge @ 2018/- to-day. Please my EMI Card may please activatw immediately and also I want to change the Bank name from Allahabad Bank to UBI Bank Uttarpara please confirm the same

IN spite of repeated reminders to BAJAJ finance caller - I dont need any servcie at all - they continue calling and disturbing so frequently.

It seems like we've taken loan from BAJAJ and not returning money.

BAJAJ must train their people not to call the customer who is not interested.

I got my no registered on DND still I am getting call

I think of going legal with them; as advised by lawyer; I keeping record of each no called by BAJAJ people. the height is they always call from different number...!!!

I decided not to go with any BAJAJ product

I also have noticed a debit of rs 99.00 from my bank account on 28 december 2016 which was paid to bajaj finance against the above ref number. I'm shocked as i have no such relation or account with bajaj finance and so i would like immediate action to be taken to refund the money back to my account without any further delay. No further payment should be taken without my knowledge. Please explain on what terms the payment has been taken from my account.

Deductions of Rs 99/- on 23/11/2016 from my bank account for EMI card which I never possessed. My loan for AC bought at Anand Electronics, Govindpuri, New Delhi, was paid and last EMI was 04 April 2015. Loan acc no was[protected].

I committed the mistake of taking help from Bajaj Finance to buy some products for home and they are misusing my phone number. They have been calling up my numbers offering their services through automated messages. In a day we receive around 6-8 phone calls and they are very irritating indeed. We have given them our phone numbers for them to handle it responsibly - but they are taking advantage of it. They treat their customers like a piece of ####... Please stop these irritating phone calls immediately on [protected] / [protected]. I want action on this immediately please.

My LAN 4350CD29095911 financed for a samsung refrigerator has been approved and an extra amount of rs 3100 for the January 2017 month so please the extra amount deducted should be refunded in next 48 hours to respective account no [protected].

Hello Sir/Madam,

We have an consumer loan on going in Bajaj Finance. Where as my father got I'll and we are in a economic crisis. Where as the check got bounced due to fund not available, where as we will provide another check to clear the bounced amount in the same month . Last month December the same happened and we have provided a check to clear the bounced amount and it got deducted on 31st December 2017 from my account. The executive named anand tortured me saying the fund not cleared and walked to my home for 3 days and abused my mom and dad.
Later a day he came home and said my mom we need to confirm the cheque number so asked for my cheque book. As my mom is not aware of the things he showed the cheque book front page with the details . This executive Anand took my cheque book and he took a cheque leaf from my cheque book without our permission and just cooked up a storied to my mom and left the place.
Now the problem is I have received the same cheque in my amount and it got bounced due to mismatch sign .

I need an immediAte action upon the executive Anand and his manager kumar. BECause after knowing the problem he done with my mom, I have called both your executive and manager the are literally abusing me and dad.

If this issue is not taken on serious note, it will be taken to consumer court and will get an solution for this .
