This is sad for me & i have stop your all emi paid until my excess amount rupees 2286/- not refunded.

    I purchased ac with bajaj finserv loan and after few days bajaj executive called me and asked to issue ac insurance which bajaj will cover for 2 years after warranty expires. Ac warranty is for 5 years[protected] but bajaj provided me policy for[protected] even i policy issuer person know my actual warranty period. So i raised a mail to customer service along with document but they don't responded to me after i escalate to next level to grevi* (Don't remember full id) they also not respond and after that i escalate to customer head they also not responded. I don't understand this behavior may be they are busy to make customer fool.
    I have submit document of ((pan card, adhaar card, bank up dated book, 2 pass port photo, 2 cheque) but your person regulerly call me, your document not complete,

      I applaid personal loan our bajaj fin services. I eligible rs.108000/-
      But it has been rejected the reason behind the answer was lack of cibil score. Earlier i have a gold loan which was also clered with 5 months. So rejecting my loan was not acceptable.
      Here i am attaching the noc letter of the previous loan. So please solve my problem as soon as possible. Hope you will.

        Complaining about the lack of coordination between your different sites which causes inconvenience to customer.. Even after paying EMI I am receiving calls to make payment every week

        On top of that customer care executive have no sense to talk

        Track all the calls made to my number and listen how your customer service executive Deepak has spoken to me

        I have made biggest mistake of my life to choose bajaj finserv - poor service, lack of coordination and illiterate and ill-manered customer service representative

        They have no fear of escalation - openly says to customer to go and complaint as they know none is there to take actions against them

            Dear sir/madam,

            This is one of the customers of bajaj finance and i have taken a consumer loan with bajaj finance and the emi for the same is 3417 rupees. When bajaj finance try to deduct the first emi amount (3417) it seems they have some ecs problem from their end and hence the amount of 3417 has been withdrawn from my account and again got deposited back to my account. The emi date is on 05/03/2016. This has happened twice once on 05/03/2016 and 2nd time on 10/03/2016. Attaching the support screenshot of it (Bajaj finance - emi withdrawl attempts. Gif). Finally i got a call from bajaj finance customer care and informed there problem with ecs clearance and told that it got resolved now and deducted the emi amount of 3417 from my account on 17/03/2016 (Attaching screenshot -> final emi withdrawl happened on[protected]. Gif). Later on surprisingly they have deducted an amount of 1999 rs from my account on 13/04/2016 with a description of (Ecs debit paid paid to bajaj c400sal1944974:1000009:tech process refno:400sal1944974 ref no :- [protected]). Attaching the support screenshot (Incorrect check bounce - deducted amount. Gif). I tried several times on various bajaj finance customer care/head office related numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected]) to explain about the problem that it is a problem from bajaj finance end (Their problem with ecs) but not a problem from my end but i could able to get any response from any one, its highly embarrassing and disrespect towards the customer hence raising a compliant against them. I want my amount of 1999 rs to be deposited back to my account and want an explanation why such a kind of mistake they did towards the customer. Request to please take this ahead and help me out with this. Please find below my contact details and i will be always reachable for any assistance on this.

                I am your one of customer, this msg is for complaining about your companies of call centers person who called me from last 6 days . its our mistake that we didn't use to pay your installments on time but if I am the person who is responsible for your payments and all that person called my on of friend in she was only a reference, he called her and using abusive language if I spoke with him before that I am ready to pay your amount why he used to call her and its okay he called her but its not a way to speak with her. Is that what you are companies policy to abuse customers references ? And you know the main best part in this I didn't take any loan of your company one girl used my documents for the same . I didn't get intimation that she is submitting her amount n all! Suddenly I have got the call and I get to know now I agree to full fill your payment "apko apka payment Milne se MATLAB hai " why that person is doing calls to references n all if you want to know his name just call me personally on my number or else give me permission to do further action against the company because I have all recordings how he spoke with her n from which number.

                    I have taken a loan from bajaj. The loan ID is 404SAF22372206 and amount got credited into my account but no one from bajaj finserv called me up atleast to guide me about my loan amount, EmI etc. Even after calling many times no one is answering my calls. Though I contacted some person from bajaj with great difficulty he told me he will call back but no response from his side.

                    I'm really disappointed with bajaj service & Planning to take legal action also if nothing works out.

                    I had taken consumer loans from bajaj which I repayed all and had very good impression about orginisation. But disappointed now.

                    I Have been put 20, 000 processing fee which is too high I asked this with official but no proper reply.

                      I am an existing customer of your Company for more than 8 years. Recently I had a call from your company informing that I am eligible for a loan worth 8 lakhs. He also told me that there is an option for joining insurance scheme by paying a one time premium of Rs.48000/- (Rupees Forty Eight thousand only), which will entitle the person for a claim of Rs.6 crores in case of hospitalization for 18 major ailments. The service charge for processing the loan, he told me that would be 2%. I was happy that the entire process takes less than 48 hours. When I asked him, he told me that my eligibility is because regular payment of existing loan and being a medical professional. He added that the sanction is done in such cases without any scrutiny of records or interview. He further informed me that the communication for confirmation will be sent through E-mail and the only thing which I am supposed to do is to accept the offer through E-mail (the person was talking in Malayalam, unfortunately I didn’t save his number)
                      This happened almost 8 days back and so far I had no communication. It is quiet painful to the recipients of the offer to see that the offer is not a genuine one. I humbly request you to do the needful to trace the facts and verify the particulars.

                        I have purchased Hitachi 1.5 Split Air Conditioner with 0% interest 8 instalment basis at Bajaj Electronics, Punjagutta Branch on 8th April, 16 while purchasing I got sms from you as loan approves request SF34397700 and website http://bit.ly/YVQl8u.

                        Then I have taken delivery on the same day and after so many reminder at lost after 4 days AC got installed also.

                        They are i.e Bajaj Electronics people told me that 8 instalments starts from 5th May'16 but after 20 days they called and told me that there is no 0% finance facility for Hitachi Air Conditioner and I have to pay 4 instalments as initial down payment for which already I got approved as request SF34397700.

                        Again today I got sms that My BFL CD loan has been booked on 9-5-2016 with loan a/c no.4000CD22658217 for Rs.57750/- and instalment EMI is Rs.4813/- will be due on 5-6-2016 and loan website : http://bfin.in/?5635F9 for which I have not applied and not interested also.

                        I never applied for loan with interest but I have availed 0% interest basis only.

                        Please rectify the error with immediate effect otherwise I have to proceed to Consumer Forum regarding this because mistake done by your side.

                        I am expecting immediate action.

                            I have got a following mail from Bajaj Finserv Ltd on dt 08.05.2016

                            We regret to inform you, that your EMI payment of Rs. 6047.00 towards your Loan A/C ending 4273, has been returned by your bank with a reason of INSUFFICIENT FUNDS

                            We request you to make the outstanding payment by visiting our nearest branch at the earliest to avoid any CIBIL impact. Alternative you could also pay online by logging on to our website www.bajajfinserv.in with your Experia id and password.
                            Incase of an mandate issue with the bank, we request you to submit 2 printouts of the ECS mandate forms duly signed by you alongwith a cancelled cheque of your account to the nearest Bajaj Finserv Branch to further regularise and ensure smooth processing of your future ECS . Our ECS mandate form and branch addresses are available on our website- www.bajajfinserv.in.

                            In fact I have already submitted the new ECS form. Detail of the complaints are as under:


                            I have already submitted a ECS form along with cancelled cheque on dt 08.04.2015 for changing the EMI from HDFC bank to Bank of Baroda in your Bajaj Finserv Ltd Office, 11th floor, Agarwal Metro Height Tower, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi - 110034.

                            Further, on 29.04.2015, I got a SMS from Bajaj Finserv regarding for EMI due on 05.05.2015 in which HDFC Bank name was showing. I went Bajaj Finserv Office and show the SMS to Rahul (exuecutive operator) and asked him why the bank name has not changed even I have already given the changed ECS form. He then checked the detail in the system and said your amended ECS will be changed from Jun-2016 and not from May 2016. He then told me to pay the payment by cash. On dt 03.05.2016 I have deposited a cash of Rs 6, 047/- vide Receipt No. 12652467 Book No. 506099 as pre-payment of EMI that was due on 05.05.2016.

                            Please check the detail and update your records accordingly.

                            in last, I would say that service of Bajaj Finserv Ltd is very-very poor standard.

And it is very irritating to hear calls from you in our business working times so please don't call us and when we block any number we are getting calls from other numbers its like you are forcing us to swiych of our mobiles so please take this note and kindly solbe our problem

                                    Bajaj Finance — Purchage a lg ac but cancel my loan

                                    I am not happy with your service because I buy a lg ac. And loan on your company give advance 7500rs but your executive say you are not eligible for this loan. I give all docs like bank statement my salery acc.. Cheque, address prof
                                    And they said my age is not enough to purchage any product. I am employee in mnc company vodafone

                                    I bought a mobile samsung grand 2 in porvika through bajai finance . I am repay emi properly at till preset. Iwant a emi card. Ple help myname subbiah s/oNarayanan. 17/7 east st, Andalpuram, Madurai cell[protected].
                                    Daily I received 02 calls from your representatives of Bajaj Finance on my Mo. no. [protected]. I have got more than 1000 calls from your end. I simply denied every time, they assured me that next time call will not come, but still the calls coming daily basis.

                                    Today I have received call from Bajaj Finanace representatives from the CO. No. [protected], during the conversation, he started abusing me very badly and cut the call.

                                    You are requested to do the needful, otherwise I have to go to the consumer court.

                                    Please note that I have not required any type of Loan.

                                    Unfortunately I have taken loan from Bajaj a year back and closed my loan 6 months back. After closing my loan I keep getting at least 3 to 5 calls daily and 1 to 2 messages about pre approval loan. Requested many time to block my number or remove my number from their database. As soon as they listen my message they will drop the call with no resolution. The worst part with BajajFinser is cant reach their customer service to raise a complaint, every time it connects to IVR with no option for unregistering my mobile number. I am not able to tolerate the call during my work.

                                      I purchased a smartphone make lenovo on 14/3/2016 through bajaj finance. Now i find that another product naming "digital fone safe 410dfs20683404" is tagged to my loan account.
                                      I mailed to the company to remove this product from my a/c .But they didn't pay any heed rather deducted the 1st installment of emi for this unwanted product. Iam astonished for such action of this reputed company.
                                      Now, i request to you please raise the complain to this compay and resolve the matter so that i don't loose any money. Ishall remain grateful to you.

                                      Hi. I too purchased an iPad on 13th may 2016 worth Rs 7000/- and when I was going through my emi details online I too have been charged for Rs. 3099/- with a 12 month emi fir unknown reason at Digital fine safe. What's going on with bajaj?

                                      Are they now getting into fraud practices to make money and charging the customer without their knowledge and consent?

                                      The same thing is happened with me. I purchased iPhone 6S and the another loan is showing there by the name of DIGITAL FONE SAFE with the amount of 3299/- I don't even know what is it..?? why they have added this without my knowledge ..??
                                      This is really annoying.!!

                                      What happened subsequently? Did Bajaj finance reverse it? I have the same problem and Product Digital Fonesafe has been added to my account without my consent and knowledge and it shows a loan amount of 3099/- Rs. Can you please tell if it was resolved for you or still open?

                                      Hey friends it's also happened with me, but i when i research about this, then i found that digital phone safe is a insurance, they are charging insurance amount for that phone we bought, because when we buy any phone with bajaj finsrv they make insurance on that product. So they are charging .
                                      Fonesafe is a cellphone insurance policy which the seller ask us at the time of buying a phone. recently I bought a samsung smartphone for which they asked me "if i want an insurance or not'. I said yes & then they sent me policy through courier.

                                      i think it is a much needed policy i[censored] buy an expensive phone.
                                      Please don't go for . Digital fone safe it's is humbled request

                                      I have the same problem. I visited bajaj finserv office which is worst office i never ever. been treated like how they treated me.
                                      This company is cheating us by taking money in the name of insurance even you dont need it.
                                      If you said that you dont need insurance for your product eventhough they will apply.
                                      This is applying on most of people who is taking loan from bajaj.
                                      Better dont go with bajaj.
                                      Capital first is the best than bajaj
                                      I am first time user of bajaj.I purchased a laptop and without any information given to me bajaj finance have charged me rs 3599 /- i do not want any insurance. Please do not add rs 3599 to my loan account no 410DPF72018332.

                                        I have bought refrigerator on 26th march 2016 at bajaj electronics at madapur (Hyderabad)

                                        I took on consumer durable emi from bajaj finserv

                                        Product worth of 25000 rs and down payment made 2500+300(Emi conversion charges and emi card) but interestingly they processed full amount 25000 divided by 10 months for emi total (2500*10)25000+2500+300=27800(But what they informed me was[protected]=22500/10 2250 per month.)
