Respected sir/madam, I Mrs rukaiya rafique mir have visited reliance digital showroom in city center mall nashik along with my husband and after going through all the electronic products we decided to buy a washing machine through finance so on enquiry made by us we came to know about the bajaj finance and on providing my PAN card to Mr. kamlesh dharankar who is a bajaj employee made lots of enquiries which was so harsh that first time I felt that I am a Muslim and Muslims does not deserve loan any ways when we complaint about the behaviour of bajaj employee to reliance store manager Mr deepak chauhan he assured us good service within few mins the file was logged in and with no time I received a msg "Dear customer, Congratulations! your CDMA loan application SF33761983 has been approved by BFL. You are eligible for an EMI card with limit of Rs.35000. TC apply. " now as we received this msg the bajaj person said this will go for verification now of your residence and than we can deliver the product I said fine and we waited for 2 days later yet none came up for verification so we called the reliance manager he says your file is rejected and it all done by Mr kamlesh dharankar u directly complaint to bajaj head office nashik so I did that also over there I met Mr amol sawant he said kamlesh is my employee and my relative too so I can't do anything do as you feel like now this is the fact story which happened with us now it is my humble request to you please take some serious steps against this person or else I will move this everywhere at social media and courts of our country I still believe that there are few ppl left in bajaj who are not communal my mobile number is [protected]...[protected] kindly look in this matter at the earliest thank you Regards. rukaiya mir .

Sir i am a deler of mobile phn my deler code is c94129 but it has deactivated this mont .i want ti reactivate my dealer code

I am getting recorded phone calls from numbers like [protected]/137/702/367 etc. The call comes on everyday basis and it is disturbing me and i dont want any service from Bajaj Finance. I get calls in this number: [protected]

I am Prabhakar Bait I purchase the Refrigerator & LED tv through Bajaj Finance and i apply to Bajaj card but till today's I am not received the same.

I had availed consumer loan from bajaj finance. I had paid all the EMIs. But at the time of last installment The ecs was bounced, Bajaj finance people came to home and collected the last EMI.

They forcefully sold me an insurance policy also. But they have not given me No dues Certificate saying that your EMI is pending.

They are doing traditional byaj batta and just looting people of india

My name is lokesha, i was purchased ifb washing machine through bajaj finance loan, in the month of nov 2015, the amount is 18500, and i gave my kotak mahendra bank account for ecs, and your bajaj executive said every month emi amount is 2313, but first emi they present cheque amount 2447, cheque also bounce, in a month 4 -5 times present the ecs, i call to every day they did not respond, and till today they present the ecs amount 2447, as on today i got 10000rs cheque bounce charges by kotak bank, and then the executives are came to my house and they speak very badly and harassment, finally i didn't know the bajaj finserv problem, my emi amount is 2313, but bajaj finance present the ecs for 2447, in each month they present 4-5 times, the before you going to take a bajaj finance you should thing 100 times,

Sir I can getting call from your company more than 10 time a day so plz don't make any call and I am not interested in your loan

I'm living in visakhapatnam, Andhra pradesh. i'd purchased few goods through Bajaj Finserv my Customer ID 17843126 and Unique Loan Account Number. 4080CD05170575 and my mobile number is [protected], my problem now is i'm getting frequent automated/manual calls from Bajaj Finserv alomost 4 to 5 times a day, the same call and the same subject on offering low interest loans ! these automated calls are coming irrespective of times and also all the days including holidays ! Some times when i'm in unpleasant situation like death condolence or funeral meetings or in very important chief executive's meetings, i'm totally embarrassed with this, I would like to point out that i'm working as a senior level person in private company and mostly i'll be in sensitive meetings, these calls are really disturbing me a lot and sometimes more and more irritating, i am not in the condition of purchasing any loan from you and i'm not interested at all, since i bought few goods like TV and a mobile phone for easy EMI options i preferred bajaj finance but due to this your automated and manual calls are simply irritating me everyday, i request you to remove my mobile number from your systems and help me to avoid these nuisance calls please.It will be a great relief for me and my family too.Please understand my situation and help.

I've purchased two TV's which has been vanished in flood I've paid my loans till November n currently I were unable to pay the balance debuts. I need help in this situation.

Hello iam Vinod Mathur from jaipur and i have apply for personal loan of rs 50000\- Mr tara chand from jaipur office met with and i gave all my kyc documents along with cancelled cheque he said all will done in 2 days then after one week i contact him he ddn't pick my phone after trying so many time he picked my phone and said your application is cancelled and said yours documents will be dispatched and it will got u after 2 days till i not get my papers and mr tara chand is not piking my phone whose mobile no is [protected].I have to complain for this person and pl gave my kyc documents and cancelled cheque back.

I received call from Bajaj finance for requirement of over draft facility.
I had never applied for over draft facility.
so many timed I received call from different mobile no.
one no is [protected] every time different person call me.
when I asked to that person that from where my no you get they are cut(drop ) call.
please stop such type o[censored]nwanted calls.

My husband had purchased TV with Bajaj Finserv loan via ECS from his bank account. But passed away 3 months after taking the loan. His bank account was locked. I volunteered myself to pay the EMI via my bank account or direct payment to close the loan. But denied that they cannot transfer or close. Only suggested way was that they will collect the cheque from me every month. Every month or the other represntative would call asking for the same story and handed the cheque. Last person who collected the cheque during nov of last year said loan is closed and I would get the closure document. I am waiting on the same. But all of a sudden a person from Delhi court calls and says that a case has been file against. I don't understand what the intent behind this. Moreover only 10 mins was provided to me contact the company. To my surprise, IVR didnt route me to any customer care representative, instead I had to pay via online and update that person from court accordingly. I don't understand for collecting the amount, they called n number of times, but for this there was no intimation. They say its penalty for the ECS bounce. Then why was this not communicated when I was paying EMI every month.? Why didnt they close the EMI account or set any status of that account ? What bajaj finserv was doing for 1.5 yrs?

Dear sir we have an loan a/c no 4030CD09687505 and we had made an payment twice one was ecs and the other cash was collected from our office in the month of August 2015 and no refund or cheque was received so far, your agents are irritating us to pay the last due first and later the amount will be refunded its seven months we have not received according to us we have paid in total our balance is nil, either refund we shall pay or adjust the amount which was collected in excess.pl reply.regard pankhej

Hi Need your help in understanding the reason for blocking my Bajaj EMI card with out any reason. I was shocked to hear when i get to know my EMI card was temporarily blocked from Bajaj finserv and was told to contact Bajaj Finserv Customer care on their toll free number for knowing the reason for such block and unblocking the same, when i called the customer care toll free number i didn't get proper reply as it was IVR, neither i got proper reply nor an chance to speak to customer care executive. I like to ask the below questions to Bajaj Finserv customer care 1) Like to know why is my EMI card is permanently suspended...??? 2) What was the reason for suspending my EMI CARD?? 3) Why this was not communicated to me earlier when the EMI card was blocked...????? 4) AS CUSTOMER OF BAJAJ FINSERV IT IS MY RIGHT TO KNOW THE REASON FOR SUCH SUSPENSION. When BAJAJ FINSERV IS NOT ABLE TO DISCLOSE THE REASON FOR SUCH SUSPENSION THEN PLEASE ADVICE WITH WHOM I SHOULD ASK FOR THE REASON...???

Their people called me vigorously and told me they have golden opertunity only in this year and took money from me saying that they have patch up with Mahindra club . So i can travel and stay and all these will be free with that amount only.
After taking money no call nothing nothing and nothing. Year past and i asked for my money to refund and told them i dont want to travel with their condition(while took money no condition was there and after taking money all bull condition started)
And to refund my money they already waisted two months and still i am running behind them for my money. The worst experience. Never go for Bajaja Allianze. The cheater.
