Hi,

Team from Bajaj Finance are calling me and saying that I've a taken a mobile loan from them on Aug 2014 through Pai showroom. However there is nothing on my customer portal.

When I went to the showroom to take proof of purchase I found that Bajaj Finance agent has miss used my documents and made the purchase. So I went to the nearest police station and give the complaint and the same has been copied to the Bajaj Finance Manager..

The problem is I'm keep getting call from the Legal team saying the same story and now they are calling to my mother number (I don't know how did they got the number)..

I have an issue regarding my loan - emi towards the mobile purchase, i had paid 4144 rs. Towards down payment for a mobile cost of 11200rs.&i have the details on bill clearly which shows 6000+change as the balance amount.

The emi/loan approval details which i received shows down payment of only 2446 rs.

So as per the info provided to me, there is no processing fee nor interest for the amount/for product cost 10000rs.
I need a proper clarification on this.

I'd purchased few goods through bajaj finserv my mobile number is [protected]., my problem now is i'm getting frequent automated/manual calls from bajaj finserv alomost 4 to 5 times a day, the same call and the same subject on low interest loans ! These automated calls are coming irrespective of times and also all the days including holidays ! Some times when i'm in unpleasant situation like death condolence or funeral meetings or in very important chief executive's meetings, i'm totally embarrassed with this, i would like to point out that i'm working as a senior level person in private company and mostly i'll be in sensitive meetings, these calls are really disturbing me a lot and sometimes more and more irritating, i am not in the condition of purchasing any loan from you and i'm not interested at all, since i bought few goods like tv and a/c for easy emi options i preferred bajaj finance but due to this your automated and manual calls are simply irritating me everyday, i request you to remove my mobile number from your systems and help me to avoid these nuisance calls please.It will be a great relief for me and my family too.Please understand my situation and help.

I am from Mumbai. this complaint is for Bajaj Finance ltd for personal loan. I have applied a personal loan from Bajaj finance for amount of 2, 22, 000/- on 3rd March of 2015 and it got approved also. they have done RTGS to my account but because of some issues RTGS is not been done successfully and I was trying to reach the sales person and the sales manager on calls and messages but they were not responding to my calls and messages also. in a single day I was calling them several times but no response. when I came to know that RTGS is not possible so I was calling to sales manager and the sales person no response from them to me and they have issued the cheque with out my permission of loan amount then too I have accepted the cheque but they have mention the MICR code in the cheque not my account number. again I called them same day they have taken back the cheque but said it will take 15 days to get cancel and the freaking thing is this whole story is for full march month till 27th march and then I have cancelled the loan on 31st March 2015 they said they will cancel the loan they gave me a promise that my EMI will start from may month but they have charged me from 2nd April only but before that I have cancelled. they didn't cancelled the loan in there system and said it will take more 15 days to be cancelled and unfortunately my 1st EMI deducted from my account of SCB . again the same thing happened in may month also again EMI got deducted. because of there wrong commitment I have not kept my account maintain for EMI amount as they said me in april that loan is cancelled now and then I have charged by cheque bounce in may and june. and I got my reversal amount of 1st EMI in july without cheque bounce amount. after that I asked them to give me apology letter for my future conversation for my cibil track. they have given me the statement letter which is wrong. till now I didn't get any letter from Bajaj. several times I have called to customer care people also they are not responding to clients properly they just say go and visit our branch and disconnect the call. not a single person talks to client properly. after few months again I have applied a loan from Bajaj only as they said u cancel the loan again apply. but they said now you are not eligible for loan as still it is showing approved in our system. but the loan was already cancelled from my side. after that also I have called many times to them but no single response most freaking thing. till the date loan status is approved. now I have applied a personal loan from other company they said that my cibil track is bad because of Bajaj Finance company as they are charging me from past 1 1/2 years a overdue on my loan. because of that I can't apply loan from other company also as my cibil track has become worst now. even they are not clearing my cibil also from there side and not even giving me a letter for cibil track. Dam Sure Bajaj Finance make fool to clients and earing income. I request that please take my complaint on very serious note that I can be happened with other also. I have all the proofs in my mobile phone.

I am not interested in extended warranty given by Bajaj Finserve Pune regarding my LG AC, which I took recently. Requesting you to please cancel my extended warranty for the same as I was not aware of the amount payable for 9 months. I tried hard to get back to the customer service, but was not able to talk to them, so once again requesting you to please cancel the extended warranty.

Dear Concerned, I had purchased a home appliance on which the dealer offered loan from Bajaj finance, calicut kerala state.Anyhow all the EMI is cleared but the bank is frequently forwarding recorded offer calls which I am not interested to avail.Though i spoke to executives on phone, they are not taking responsibility to stop such recorded calls and when I told I will proceed with complaint to consumer cell they have agreed to proceed. My mobile num is [protected].

These calls are really annoying and very much disturbing. Please do the needful to srtictly instruct the bank to avoid forwarding recorded calls to my number.

I have purchased a mobile handset(Sm-a800 black)dated 07/09/2015 from khosla electronics pvt. Ltd, chinsurah, west bengal and i have done a extended warranty proposal from the company. But now its 7 months gone, till now i does n't get a extended warranty card. They told me within 1 month it will be send to me by post. But its does n't send to me yet.

I want my extended warranty card as quickly as possible.
I does n't get any feedback from the company.

Dear sir i am your permanent customer since 5 year .I have purchased a laptop dt.14.Nov 2015 from b m computers b-3 block 42/2 hari world complex, sanjay place agra vide invoice no.Bmc/11158 through bajaj finance for rs.2584/ per month emi. But now deducting my account rs.5136/- so i kindly request you for stop my above mentioned insurance policy .And refund my excess deducting balance of rs.5104/-

Bajaj Finance — Service call irritation. Stop calling

Daily more than 6-8 times phone calls from bajaj finance service that to coming from different service numbers regarding to take loan. I think Bajaj finance service having more number of telephone connections in India than anybody it seems!!! I am not interested to take loan. Please stop the same, if not, then i will register complaint in consumer court. My mobile no:[protected]...

I had purchased a/c from vijay sales on finance basis .
I had paid down payment of rs-3500 & there were 9 emi to pay
But instead of 9 emi these bajaj finance deducted 10 emi from my saving account (Emi started in the month of jul-15 but in the month of aug-15 company deducted emi 2 times i.E on 2nd & 5th aug

I had approched to executive of bajaj finance who seats in vijay sale outlet virar (W) and i had given her the copies of my bank pass book showed her where the amt debited twice she said we will refund amt in 15 days time this all happened at the end of feb-16 but till now there is no refund from company

As I told more than thousand time I am not interested in personal loan but the bull bajaj finserve keep calling and troubling while driving I got continuous calls I met with an accident I want to sue this company for my losses
Last warning any further call i will make huge issue and show this company through media what actually they are up to

We just went to Sathya Corporation Porur, Chennai to purchase Washing Machine 6 years back. we have ordered the product, and had given my proofs. They assured us to deliver the product within a week's time, but they couldnt keep up their words as the product was out of stock. so we went to the shop and cancelled the booking and got the advance refunded.But after 4 years we we was shocked to get a call from Advocate Mr. Krishnan stating that we owe Rs.75000 towards the product which we have not purchased. Even the shop has given the confirmation for the Product cancellation.Even we have sent the same via mail by our Advocate to Advocate .Krishnan (.[protected]) .Even yesterday we received a call from a lady advocate from Mangalore stating that we have to pay Rs.1, 00, 000/.We are being mentally harassed by this Bajaj Finance & we need immediate solution from this.

Today, i got message from bajaj finserv that my emi card number 2143 is blocked.the card issued on 27th January 2016.now its blocked..i didnt use it yet and bajaj asked rs.500 for issuing card.now the status is blocjed.i am paying my home loan dues clearly and on date.
i want to know whats reason for blocking the card.if they want to block, why they issued me last month.

For getting 500 rupee

After i paid, they tried to cancel thay card.when i enquire about fee that acquired from me, they issued.
