I have not received my emi card, which i applied before 3months.
Please let me know the status for my emi card.

Im karthikeyan, my mobile[protected], my emi card no. [protected] i recently contact to the customer care regarding loan against my emi card and i applied eligiable loan amount of rs.50, 000/- thorugh online.

I tried 4 times from 1pm -3pm, 2 times automatically disconnected over the phone of 20mins, and i finally contacted and they simply says this is not our department, we will inform them they will contract today itself.

But till now no response from them, i applied on friday, but till now no response,

I read all comments from customers, all are negative, finally im also get the same negative response.

How many days it takes time to approve, if i applied through bank then it takes 24 hrs to deposit. Very bad experience.

Kindly provide the details within today or i will search for other source..

Worst customer service ever...

Today i contacted (19/07/2016), they simply said wrong amount and period please contact the nearest office
They simply denied me to explain correct reason, why its delaying.

Im currently in bangalore i dont knw the place to visit.

In april i bought a phone and got it financed from bajaj fin serv.
While i was purchasing the phone the guy pitched me to take insurance plan which i denied.
However, today when i logged in to see the status of my loan i came across "digital phone safe" of 2000rs.
I am not sure why bajaj fin serv is charging me thia for and honestly i am totally disappointed.
Please look into it.

I bought i phone 5s 16 gb on 20/06/2016 for 21, 500/- 0% interest and zero down payment scheme of 12/2. After that bajaj finance added rs 2299/- un neccessorly. I have insurance to phone from lotus mobiles with free of cost. So i dont want insurance from bajaj finance ltd. Bajaj finance company added the insurance amount without my intimation. Pls deduct the insurance amount. Otherwise i am unable to pay emi amount. Sf id sf37247409

Hi, myself raj kumar awalkar, had purchased a mobile through bajaj finance, due to some financial problem this month on 5th of july as my ecs date, my cheque not cleared due to no sufficient fund.
Just now around 12 pm i received a call regarding pending amount clearance rs 2778/-. I requested them that i will clear the due amount in thismonth, but he pressured me a lot to pay today itself, but i cannot pay today itself. Again after half an hour i got a call from landline [protected] named satish using abused language and insulting my ego.
Please kindly help me if am right.

With respect to below salaried pl - i have made part payment of 111644 including part payment charges. i am following since one month with customer care and through mail. but no response.

I have taken 2 consumer loans from you but i regret to inform you that it was the biggest mistake of my life to taken loan fron your company as in return i daily receive 5-6 promotional calls regarding taking loans etc. i visted your office and also called your toll free number for stop making calls to my number but dont get any response. this is my last appeal to your company to stop making calls on my mobile no [protected] regarding any type of loans as i dont need any loan. otherwise no option will be left with me except going to consumer court.

I"m not interested to take personal loan from you. I rejected many times, even then also i"m getting daily 2 calls from your customer care numbers and ivrs numbers. So please stop those calls regarding your personal loan offers.

Beware from bajaj seller finance programme,

Keep in mind that they never respond your email & query.

Will take money in name of agreement fee and close the account with in 6 7 month. technicaly we pay fee for 1 year agreement not for 6-7 month.

Every month they will make there service down, make facility blocked so you cant withdraw money whenever you need it.

After some month they offer you double your finance limit (eg. from 1 lac to 2 lac) and ask for money as processing fee. after you make payment they increase your limit just for 1 month and afterthat again they will make it 1 lac or lower..

Even you call them, no answer... write email... no responce... i think this is the wrost service..

Everyseller should keep in mind that you can choose lending kart or capital float but dont go with bajaj seller finance they are not giving transperncy and proper service. they will make you cry.

Waste of money..

I have taken LED in Dec & i paid my all intallements but still i have not got my Bajaj Card

I have availed the cd loans vide nos: 4030cd00070435 & 4120cd1792291 from bajajfin. one loan has been closed and other one is in active & my repayments are on time. but, recently, i came to know from my cibil report that rs. 1166 is showing as overdue amount for the loan ac no : 4120vs[protected]. this loan account number is not related with me. but showing in my cibil report. hence my cibil score got affected. kindly solve the issue immediately.

I took the above loan in march 2016, when the loan given they said no loan fore closure penalty charges, no part payment charges.
Now they changed their policy from and slapping 4.6 % penalty charges for foreclosure and 2.6 % for part payment charges and it is applicable for existing customers also, which is very unreasonable, and when contacted them, they are saying bluntly, i have to pay that penalty.

In india there is no protection or justice coming for the customer from any financial or government authority.

My husband S.hemaprasad has taken an ac from your finance in april or may month 2014 and we could not pay it as my husband expired on 12th dec 2014. as iam not working now pls wave off my emi amount and stop my Ecs. Your person has come and i have informed him regarding this but still iam getting cheque bounce charges.I want to close my account so stop my ecs. as no money to pay. pls do in an humanitarian basis.

I have lodge a complaint of my led on 21.06.2016 vide complaint no oc[protected]. Technician visited my home on 23.06.2016 and says panel is not working so we have to replace the same after getting approval. It will take 10 days. After many calls to customer care [protected] they says it will take 4-5 days. I call so many times but no satisfactory reply received from their side. When i call to technician he is not picking of my calls. They have provided me two number but both are not picked up by any person

Dear sir,
I had taken one whirlpool freeze through emi using bajaj finance card.
During the purchase, the bajaj finance agent asked me whether i need the 3-year warranty for the freeze or not. i simply denied. at that time he calculated and told me that 1865 something will be cut from ur bank id in each month for 6 installations. but from the month one, 2385 something is cut till date. repeatedly i told the same to the branch manager. so many times i called him and twice i mailed too, but till now i didnt get any satisfactory reply from him. this is the way to harass me. i[censored] didn't solve my problem then i simply write to consumer forum. let me know whether you are going to resolve the same or not.

Reference my complaint no5921591 dtd 3.7.16 excess of emi taken from my bank account for rs 99.00 I had already given the certificate also. Kindly refund this amount.
