I have been Bajaj Finserv customer for around 6 months with 3 different products.

A Samsung Note 5

I pay all my dues on time. I saw an offer of personal loan on Bajaj's website. I applied for the same and after 3-4 days I got a call, the executive on the other end was absolutely very unprofessional. Anyway, she promised another executive for documents collection. After 2 days a person came to my place after calling different people and I gave all my documents. Now, by now it has been 7 days(for a pre-approved loan I have had to call around 20 times and I had to speak with around 6 people). The issue has not been resolved yet. Now the date is 17th Feb 2016. On the 18th Feb 2016 a person came to my home address and does the verification formalities but did not give any receipt for the same. I am under the impression that the verification has been done. On the 22nd Feb 2016 another executive comes to my office and does his formalities(he gave me a receipt as well). I am expecting everything to be done by the next day.
Now, another shocking thing comes to me. There was no person sent at my home address(god knows who that person was and I did not know about the receipt neither my family members).
I called up the customer service number but trust me or not they hung up the call every single time. They would say hello and then nobody would say anything [protected]. I called up the guy who collected my documents, he told me that the form has been logged in and I will get a call.
I am still waiting for the call, I am doing all this so I can pay my semester fee but nobody cared about it. On the 23rd Feb 2016, at around 23:26 I got a call from Subodh Pawar, Goregaon branch saying the home verification was negative as there was nobody present at home. I explained him everything and then he did not give any proper neither he bother about my semester fee concern.
I had to visit their branch to meet Subodh in person. He said he will send another executive at my place, which happened but now this verification man, he talked to my neighbours and then comes to my place and says nobody knows me god knows what did he ask. Anyway, before I could talk to him he said it's bank's procedure and asked me a few questions and left.
The whole process of loan has been atrocious and unreliable. My last day of the fee payment has gone because I was under the impression, Bajaj will help me as they had a pre approved loan for me.
Never ever apply for Bajaj loans or any products. I still repent on choosing Bajaj.
Very very bad customer service experience and people.

Bajaj, I really feel upset about the fact that it is such a huge company but you don't have a staff that really understand customers need or even how to talk to people.
