    Hi Need your help in understanding the reason for blocking my Bajaj EMI card with out any reason. I was shocked to hear when i get to know my EMI card was temporarily blocked from Bajaj finserv and was told to contact Bajaj Finserv Customer care on their toll free number for knowing the reason for such block and unblocking the same, when i called the customer care toll free number i didn't get proper reply as it was IVR, neither i got proper reply nor an chance to speak to customer care executive. I like to ask the below questions to Bajaj Finserv customer care 1) Like to know why is my EMI card is permanently suspended...??? 2) What was the reason for suspending my EMI CARD?? 3) Why this was not communicated to me earlier when the EMI card was blocked...????? 4) AS CUSTOMER OF BAJAJ FINSERV IT IS MY RIGHT TO KNOW THE REASON FOR SUCH SUSPENSION. When BAJAJ FINSERV IS NOT ABLE TO DISCLOSE THE REASON FOR SUCH SUSPENSION THEN PLEASE ADVICE WITH WHOM I SHOULD ASK FOR THE REASON...???

      Their people called me vigorously and told me they have golden opertunity only in this year and took money from me saying that they have patch up with Mahindra club . So i can travel and stay and all these will be free with that amount only.
      After taking money no call nothing nothing and nothing. Year past and i asked for my money to refund and told them i dont want to travel with their condition(while took money no condition was there and after taking money all bull condition started)
      And to refund my money they already waisted two months and still i am running behind them for my money. The worst experience. Never go for Bajaja Allianze. The cheater.

          I have cleared the loan which i have taken from bajaj finance...and recently i am applying for a citi bank credit card which has been rejected by bank due to cibil is not good.
          Therefore i request you to update my report and email me the records of my loan so that if any disputes arise i will cleared it all.

            Dear Sir/Madam, I am an existing Bajaj Finance Customer. I recently received a pre-approved personal loan of 1.82 lacs and applied for the same . After few hours I received a call from the personal loan team in Pune, the lady explained me the loan details, Emi amount, charges applicable and informed that I will get the loan for 1.64 lacs after all the deductions. I was advised to submit Address Proof, ID Proof, 2 Months Payslip and Company’s ID along with 4 cheque leaves. I confirmed the appointment for a representative to visit my house and collect the necessary documents. The next day all the documents were collected and application duly signed. The next day house verification was done while I was at home. I was then informed to wait for 3-4 days for loan amount to be credited in the account. To my shock I was informed that my loan application has been declined. This is ridiculous, you first approve a loan and then reject it without any reason. I have an existing vehicle loan with HDFC, I have always made timely payments on these accounts. All my credit card bills are also paid on time. For a matter of fact I have never missed any Emi’s on my Bajaj Finance Consumer Loan too. I’m very disappointed with this. I hereby request you to please look into this matter with utmost care and revert at the earliest.

            I got a massege in my phn that my preapproved 93k loan offer and a bajaj agent also inform me...but after appling that preapproved loan my personal loan was reject ...my personal laon SF55817271...i am exiting customet of bajaj finserv . Bt i am really disappointed that without giving any reson my preapproved loan was rejected...i never miss my any emi of cd..bt why my personal loan is rejected...so plz tell me the reason to reject the loan...

              Hi,
              I have been denied loan for Laptop as my age is 22 years. The bajaj finance person said that to avail loan a person should be atleast 25 years of age.
              I have read the Bajaj Finance Ltd.'s Master Terms and Conditions Schedule - 1 and there it is mentioned that a customer should be atleast 18 years of age. Then, may I ask why I have been denied loan.

                I will not recommend you to take Bajaj Finance Personal Loan. They advertise loan approval in 5 mins and amount in bank in 48 hours. This is all farce and do not trust it. In my case It has took them 15 days to disburse the loan. Once you apply for loan and the agreement papers are signed you will not receive any calls or updates regarding your loan. You have to call them and they will say, call you back. But their calls never come. Bad experience.

                  My name is arun I live in Chennai, I bought a bike with bajaj finance loan #L2wche03224815 and I already paid 18 month due still I've only 6 more to go.Due to chennai flood I spent my savings to my family and I lost my job even though you guys seized my bike last month, I borrowed money and paid u off the remaining due and got back my bike.Just now I got a job and I'm trying to get on my feet but the collection department guys are showing up at my door daily and harrasing us I still got February month due pending.Give me two month time to pay off my remaining due.please do the needful.

                    I bajaj customer loan number 577DPF14211704 had taken a loan in the month of September and my EMI was suppose to start from October-15 but because of some financial crisis i did not paid single EMI and i was not residing with my family so afterwards bajaj executive started coming my home for asking EMI so my mother and 2 brother told them that i do not stay with them also they have informed that he will repay once he get the job so they were coming daily and 1 day bajaj executive came to my house and started abusing my mom and brother and they have hit my mom so for the security reason we have called police and all the bajaj executive were there in Naya nagar police station for hiting my mom and complaint registered so police and other adkyaksh said do the settlement and they have also agreed.

                    Also they have given dhamki to my mom and my brother that raat main uthalenge


                    Later on pramila ([protected]) & ( [protected]) from Shree shakti enterprises called me and said your settlement amount is rs 13250 but i was not on job so i said i can pay only 7000 so she discussed with senior and confirmed the same and said my person will come he will give you payment slip and request letter 1 copy you have to signed and give me back so that i can send settlement letter so i handed over 7000rs to Mr sachin totawade ([protected]) and he provided me payment slip and request letter and said you will get settlement letter in 1 working day on your registered mail id or i will come personally and hand over to you so i said thank you


                    From 29th Jan 2016 i tried at least 200 times they have disconnected my call and collection agent blocked my call so i writhed to bajaj customer service so they is no response from past 6 days


                    Today morning i got the call and they informed me that you have provided request letter not the settlement letter so i said settlement letter will be provided by bajaj to me not my me to bajaj so they said we cannot help you you have to visit goregoan office so i said already they have dhamki in front of police that raat main uthalenege so i wont be able to go to goregoan branch for any issues you have to solve me so they have provided me your grievance mail id

                    Also i mailed around 10 times to bajaj but now they are saying we wont be able to provide you settlement letter you have to pay pending dues

                    I am manetally tortured by bajaj

                      I am banagalore based student and on behalf of my part time job i have taken a two wheeler loan around INR 1 lakh.I have been paying all EMI's on timely manner since August 2015. This month i missed the online payment date as 15th feb and spoked to gentle man from Bajaj Mr. Prashanth ([protected]) that will pay on 25th feb, which is today. More than 15 times this person has called my dad who is a retired Govt. employee and heart patient too and stays in a village in U.P. His words were like slang, abusive and hurted sentiments of my dad . I am going to pay amount today only as PROMISED, but what constitution allows him to call a old man and hurt his sentiments??? My dad has served Indian Government for more than 35 years now.
                      And some roughly 10 days delay on emi has made his way to hospital.
                      With all due respect i request ICCF to take action againist that unprofessional employee And which hurts the sentiments of aged people by threatning calls and inappropriate way of approach.
                      I have made a complaint to Bajaj customer care for 15 days now and nobody even bothered to reach out to me by any measure. I feel like hurted to the core and justice awaited.

                        From last two years I am getting call from Bajaj finance side they are saying again and again we have taken laptop and pay money they are harassing to us again and again. After that we have taken NOC from our Bajaj finance branch and sent. But right now I have applied for loan, they are not giving us loan because I am declared defaulter and My bank cibil score is very bad. After that I have requested to Bajaj branch and customer care again and again but they are not doing nothing only giving us only one answer i.e. yes we are doing. So I am requesting to you that please take valid action and resolve our this problem.

                          I have been Bajaj Finserv customer for around 6 months with 3 different products.
                          An iPhone
                          A Samsung Note 5
                          A Samsung S6
                          I pay all my dues on time. I saw an offer of personal loan on Bajaj's website. I applied for the same and after 3-4 days I got a call, the executive on the other end was absolutely very unprofessional. Anyway, she promised another executive for documents collection. After 2 days a person came to my place after calling different people and I gave all my documents. Now, by now it has been 7 days(for a pre-approved loan I have had to call around 20 times and I had to speak with around 6 people). The issue has not been resolved yet. Now the date is 17th Feb 2016. On the 18th Feb 2016 a person came to my home address and does the verification formalities but did not give any receipt for the same. I am under the impression that the verification has been done. On the 22nd Feb 2016 another executive comes to my office and does his formalities(he gave me a receipt as well). I am expecting everything to be done by the next day.

                          Now, another shocking thing comes to me. There was no person sent at my home address(god knows who that person was and I did not know about the receipt neither my family members).

                          I called up the customer service number but trust me or not they hung up the call every single time. They would say hello and then nobody would say anything [protected]. I called up the guy who collected my documents, he told me that the form has been logged in and I will get a call.

                          I am still waiting for the call, I am doing all this so I can pay my semester fee but nobody cared about it. On the 23rd Feb 2016, at around 23:26 I got a call from Subodh Pawar, Goregaon branch saying the home verification was negative as there was nobody present at home. I explained him everything and then he did not give any proper neither he bother about my semester fee concern.

                          I had to visit their branch to meet Subodh in person. He said he will send another executive at my place, which happened but now this verification man, he talked to my neighbours and then comes to my place and says nobody knows me god knows what did he ask. Anyway, before I could talk to him he said it's bank's procedure and asked me a few questions and left.

                          The whole process of loan has been atrocious and unreliable. My last day of the fee payment has gone because I was under the impression, Bajaj will help me as they had a pre approved loan for me.

                          Never ever apply for Bajaj loans or any products. I still repent on choosing Bajaj.

                          Very very bad customer service experience and people.

                          Nobody cares what customers want. Nobody cared why a customer has applied for a loan. I missed to pay my last semester fee which has dragged me back three months in my career. I really feel so bad about everything. If I had applied from another bank or finance institution it would have been done in a better way.

                          Bajaj, I really feel upset about the fact that it is such a huge company but you don't have a staff that really understand customers need or even how to talk to people.

                                I have receive a some call from both number they are using a very bad words like mother [censored]r & sister [censored]r they are asking for payment but how they are use this word with customer as per the rbi guidelines they are not be suppose to force me for payment which is not outstanding again they use this kind of word mr bajaj has give the permission to use this word as customer side now i am compliant its a bajaj finance policy first bajaj was finance a consumer goods after that bajaj was rape on phone of our mother & sister & wife as lady also same word using with me i have

                                  bajaj finserve offer a loan to me of rs 5, 00, 000/- via phone call and document with 25000/- security deposit cheque (in favour of allianze solution) collect through trackon courier from my home vide docket no.[protected].
                                  And after that aproval leeter send to my email id [protected]@gmail.Com and said that your loan is aproved and please some amount required for noc clearance so please arrange 38100/- than i told to him that we can't able to arrange this amount than oofer me 40% less amount paid to me for few days and this amount is refundable so arrange and your loan will be transfered to your account so after that we arrange 18100/- and online transfer this amount to his icici bank account no[protected] of delhi branch in the name of allianze solution. And after the transfer of this amount the all officer of bajaj finserv mobile is switched off or not reachable after that i lodge a complain to this official site but they are reply to me that no any amount received by me so please help me in this regards

                                    I/We Jai Bhagwan Kataria have taken home loan from BAJAJ FINANCE vide proposal no.5170HL16244919, 5170HL09734960, 5170HL08800239. Now i want to foreclose that loan. First of all as per RBI Guildelines there is no foreclosure charges on Home Loan on the name of any individual.Secondly the sanction letter and the loan agreement which was provided to me by your sales manager Pappu Singh Yadav and same was signed by me and it was mentioned that there will be no Foreclosure Charges at the time of full preclosure of the loan. Even I also got the foreclosure amount via BAJAJ FINANCE TEAM on 07th of February 2016 in which no foreclosure charges were applied. but when i visited Tbranch they were not ready to accept the foreclosure on the basis of that letter which was issued by you. I have given the written request on 03 February 2016 in panipat office of BAJAJ FINANCE. Even the employees of Bajaj Finance are not doing any kind of Co-operation with me. I am very much fed up with this kind of behaviour. Please look into the matter seriously and provide me the solution within one hour otherwise i will go through the consumer court.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I have Purchased Pulsar 150 under Hypothecation of Bajaj Finance service in Preethi Bajaj Salem on 1/5/2015 and June to December.
                                      I regularly pay my due amount of Rs. 5337/-.
                                      On 9/12/2015 I Foreclosure the loan amount of Rs.22, 669/- to A.karthi ([protected]) Bajaj finance executive in Preethi Bajaj Salem. He gave cash receipt. but in january i received call from your bajaj finance executive to pay the due. How it is possible???

                                        Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserve end [protected] comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan . So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no .[protected].
                                        Please stop the service it irritates me a lot.Even when sleeping they call and disturb.
