Sub: suddenly changes term and condition for foreclosure and payment charges without any intimation.

Sir,
your not responding my emails about suddenly changes in Nil prepayment charges and foreclosure charges issues. This big fake process from your side, once i am not ready to continue new loan after your people force me to take new loan and committed are not prepayment charges and foreclosure charges on new loan as per your signed letter ( Nil Prepayment charges ) . After 6 month i am received message on dated 1/06/2016 from bajaj finance change in foreclosure charges also prepayment charges changes on you existing loan.
what wrong with bajaj this is absolutely false process follow by bajaj at the time committed no prepayment charges and foreclosure charges and force to take loan after five months different term and condition please solved this issue and get back to me soon because your representative Mr.Manish Singh absolutely ignore to do the process, IF you do not stop this nonsense I will registered FIR against bajaj authorities and share information with media so that people can aware about your false practices.

So sincere request please stop this nonsense spamming to the users and remove my number from your database or whatever so that I should never ever again receive the call. I am not at all interested in your schemes or any thing else.

I have purchased new ifb. Washing machine 8kgs senator aqua and 25kgs ifb microwave oven in bajaj finance at venkata sai electronic agency kaspa bazar khammam. Total cost is 49000/-paid rs (4900+4900)+550 (Extra warranty &services)

I have got the message from the concerned financed company name bajaj. Finance. Every month rs5184 /-
They told me that there is no interest on the product. My installment is rs4900/-
But they are changing more than committed.
I asked the agent mr ramakrishnna [protected] his response was horrible.
I don't know y the company is entertaining such a care less fellows.
Company itself is a not standing on it's word.

I used to get calls daily from services automated number for getting loan.But right now i have no need of loan.Now I'm in another state so everytime i receive your call it cost for me.Please i dont want to receive any calls further.If i need loan i will approach you since i had been your customer once.so please dont disturb me.My number is +91-[protected].

I am being harassed by calls from bajaj finance offering me personal loans and finances. I get at least 10 to 15 calls a week. Though every time i say i dont want loan and ask them to remove my number from their database, yet i get calls. My number is already in dnd yet i get calls. You know it's illegal to call for promotional purposes if a number is in dnd. Please remove my contact details from all your databases and inform all your partners. Today i got 2 calls from below numbers offering me personal loans from bajaj finance.

R/sir, i have canceled my lone, now, but, company not refund my money immediately. So, please, credit my paid amount rs. 17, 200=00 it is paid in punjab nation bank, sansakaar mandal branch, bhavnagar-gujarat. And it receipt number is m1044315 rs.5500=00 and receipt number m-425069 rs. 11700=00. Total amount rs. 17, 200=00.

I RAMESH YAGANTI, Visakhapatnam holding account with your good organisation from last 4 years.
During this period 2 or 3 times only my cheque was bounced and the was made by first call/visit.
Now I want to purchase one TV from GL Best Shop, Visakhapatnam through your good organisation. As discussion with bajaj fin executed loan will pass in 2 to 3 days, but 15 days passed yet loan amount not deposited on my account.

Now they are asking for documents which i already submitted for verification.

Hi,

I have been using bajaj emi card for 2 years now and card number is [protected].

I had availed 2 cd loans and serviced it without any bounce and a third one is going on without any hiccup.

Recently for a purchase the card is showing blocked and not even a single facility is open to speak to customer care.

Cust id. Emi card no and even regd mob no is invalid or incorrect while the same is used to view things online.

I Hv Taken Loan In 2013 N Has End up In 2015...After the completion of loan...still bajaj financert is deducting mone from my account...whoso ever is concerned with this kindly stop it and arrange the money back in my account...reply asap otherwise I will go to court and file case against bajaj finance n claim my money and compensation for this harassment. .I m a senior citizen n find it a crime...
