I bought samsung galaxy j7 phone.phone prize is 15, 500/-and proccesing fees has 749/- rupees.total prize is 16249/-rupees.but bajaj finance my emi is 1945/-per one month.total emi is 1945*9=17505.but my net gross amount debit is 18620/-.may i have purchace product rupees 6950/- and emi is 1945*6=11670/-.why have different for product price and your loan emi ?????please regards.your answer my mobile number is [protected]

I m frm mysore.ur representive met us saying Bajaj has sanctioned loan amount f 2lakhs and 11 [protected]@rate f 8% interest p.m.for a period f 3 years.still we clearly told him not to proceed till we say yes.the person whose name s mr.abhilash f mysore Nararyan shastry road proceeded with the formalities and we were shocked to see the loan statements which had 2yrs.tenure with 10th.p.month EMI.which s not possible frm our side.before that only we requested him to handover all our documentsimmediately for which we have the evidence too.this incidence is creating unnessary tension.pl.do the needful and rreturn all our cheques immediately.our loan detail 508PMT23274478 .

I used to get calls daily from services automated number for getting loan.But right now i have no need of loan.Now I'm in another state so everytime i receive your call it cost for me.Please i dont want to receive any calls further.If i need loan i will approach you since i had been your customer once.so please dont disturb me.My number is +91-[protected].

I am being harassed by calls from bajaj finance offering me personal loans and finances. I get at least 10 to 15 calls a week. Though every time i say i dont want loan and ask them to remove my number from their database, yet i get calls. My number is already in dnd yet i get calls. You know it's illegal to call for promotional purposes if a number is in dnd. Please remove my contact details from all your databases and inform all your partners. Today i got 2 calls from below numbers offering me personal loans from bajaj finance.

R/sir, i have canceled my lone, now, but, company not refund my money immediately. So, please, credit my paid amount rs. 17, 200=00 it is paid in punjab nation bank, sansakaar mandal branch, bhavnagar-gujarat. And it receipt number is m1044315 rs.5500=00 and receipt number m-425069 rs. 11700=00. Total amount rs. 17, 200=00.

Yesterday i try to apply emi card but when doing transaction rs.349 its not successful and total 5 time amount is debit from my account. So plz cansal the all transaction and refund my amount than i will parches the new emi card. And i did not get any conformation regarding that plz solve my complaints as soon as possible

I RAMESH YAGANTI, Visakhapatnam holding account with your good organisation from last 4 years.
During this period 2 or 3 times only my cheque was bounced and the was made by first call/visit.
Now I want to purchase one TV from GL Best Shop, Visakhapatnam through your good organisation. I'm old customer of bajaj finance, i was taken loan for two wheeler and successfully paid all emi.

As discussion with bajaj fin executed loan will pass in 2 to 3 days, but 15 days passed yet loan amount not deposited on my account.

Now they are asking for documents which i already submitted for verification.

Seems no value for commitments given to customer .

Hi,

I have been using bajaj emi card for 2 years now and card number is [protected].

I had availed 2 cd loans and serviced it without any bounce and a third one is going on without any hiccup.

Recently for a purchase the card is showing blocked and not even a single facility is open to speak to customer care.

Cust id. Emi card no and even regd mob no is invalid or incorrect while the same is used to view things online.

I Hv Taken Loan In 2013 N Has End up In 2015...After the completion of loan...still bajaj financert is deducting mone from my account...whoso ever is concerned with this kindly stop it and arrange the money back in my account...reply asap otherwise I will go to court and file case against bajaj finance n claim my money and compensation for this harassment. .I m a senior citizen n find it a crime...

My loan a/c no is 579dpf20020335, my original emi amount is 1650/- rupees per month, but by mistake of your staff my 1 emi amount deducted at my a/c 3936/- rupees, its excess of 2286/- rupees, i have complaint your branch office, but he nevar give me any suitable solution,
This is sad for me & i have stop your all emi paid until my excess amount rupees 2286/- not refunded.

I purchased ac with bajaj finserv loan and after few days bajaj executive called me and asked to issue ac insurance which bajaj will cover for 2 years after warranty expires. Ac warranty is for 5 years[protected] but bajaj provided me policy for[protected] even i policy issuer person know my actual warranty period. So i raised a mail to customer service along with document but they don't responded to me after i escalate to next level to grevi* (Don't remember full id) they also not respond and after that i escalate to customer head they also not responded. I don't understand this behavior may be they are busy to make customer fool.

I applaid personal loan our bajaj fin services. I eligible rs.108000/-
But it has been rejected the reason behind the answer was lack of cibil score. Earlier i have a gold loan which was also clered with 5 months. So rejecting my loan was not acceptable.
Here i am attaching the noc letter of the previous loan. So please solve my problem as soon as possible. Hope you will.

Complaining about the lack of coordination between your different sites which causes inconvenience to customer.. Even after paying EMI I am receiving calls to make payment every week

On top of that customer care executive have no sense to talk

Track all the calls made to my number and listen how your customer service executive Deepak has spoken to me

I have made biggest mistake of my life to choose bajaj finserv - poor service, lack of coordination and illiterate and ill-manered customer service representative

They have no fear of escalation - openly says to customer to go and complaint as they know none is there to take actions against them

Please stop calling me for the personal loan. I don't understand if I am telling you that I don't want any kind of loan then why you call me.
I have blocked various numbers but still they are coming. I am frustrated of this.
This is second time I am complaining about this. Now if you don't stop calling me I will go to consumer court directly.

This is one of the customers of bajaj finance and i have taken a consumer loan with bajaj finance and the emi for the same is 3417 rupees. When bajaj finance try to deduct the first emi amount (3417) it seems they have some ecs problem from their end and hence the amount of 3417 has been withdrawn from my account and again got deposited back to my account. The emi date is on 05/03/2016. This has happened twice once on 05/03/2016 and 2nd time on 10/03/2016. Attaching the support screenshot of it (Bajaj finance - emi withdrawl attempts. Gif). Finally i got a call from bajaj finance customer care and informed there problem with ecs clearance and told that it got resolved now and deducted the emi amount of 3417 from my account on 17/03/2016 (Attaching screenshot -> final emi withdrawl happened on[protected]. Gif). Later on surprisingly they have deducted an amount of 1999 rs from my account on 13/04/2016 with a description of (Ecs debit paid paid to bajaj c400sal1944974:1000009:tech process refno:400sal1944974 ref no :- [protected]). Attaching the support screenshot (Incorrect check bounce - deducted amount. Gif). I tried several times on various bajaj finance customer care/head office related numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected]) to explain about the problem that it is a problem from bajaj finance end (Their problem with ecs) but not a problem from my end but i could able to get any response from any one, its highly embarrassing and disrespect towards the customer hence raising a compliant against them. I want my amount of 1999 rs to be deposited back to my account and want an explanation why such a kind of mistake they did towards the customer.
