I have taken a personal loan from bajaj finance ltd.
At the time of loan, i was told that there are nil fore closure charges{i have the proof of it on mail}.
When i went to foreclose the loan, they said that they have changed the policy and now i had to pay 4% {approx} charges for fore closing the loan.

At the time loan they didnt say that this is subjected to change. and also if there is a change in policy it should be new customer and not for existing customer who have already taken a loan.
They are falsely promising and how can they change it after taking the loan.

Concern/complaint
1. multiple ecs deduction for same month
2. only 1 ecs returned in june.
3. ecs charges already deducted on 8th june’2016.
4. payment cycle is 6th of every month.
5. ecs returned deduction happened again on 3rd july again.
6. reason for ecs deduction before due date not confirmed to me.
7. due to ecs deduction balance in account get low and ecs returned on
6th july.
8. i have paid appx. (402+553+553=1508) just for one ecs returned in june due to my mistake.
9. all the contact numbers for punjab circle - [protected]/

The major issue is with not getting calls/sms from bajaj finance regarding any issue or concern. contact numbers for punjab circle at website are of no use as not getting connected. now i have charged again for ecs return today, where as i have not received any sms or call that bajaj finance is processing again for installment deduction, so that i can made account available with sufficient balance.


Please guide procedure to transfer loan to other bank.

Loan account number 5820cd14423715, i have been your customer for a long time now. you guys without my permission is charging my account..

Today also u did the same thing.

I have beared nearly 20000 rupees till now just because i did not pay in the month of april and may due to financialcrunches.

I want my money back as i have full evidences that your team has charged me illegally..

U r only authorized on 5th of every month to hit the account and not beyond that.

I would request you to look into this matter asap.

Today also u guys hit my account where in you got the money for this month...

Customers provide you their account information wid full trust.. but c here what you guys are doing.

Why don't you guys understand, u were charging again n again emi.. u r only authorized to charge my account on 5 th of every month...

As per my bank a/c No as on date 6 june 2016 Rs 1530 is deducted from my a/c and is deduted by bajaj finserve a/c in my passbook it show clearly and have reference no is [protected] pls update proper information as per my records I have sent mail 4 times in your id but I give a wrong updation on your side so pls update my details properly otherwise pls give me high authority person no I want to talk this person or I can do a complaint in police station loan no is577DFF21989373 and I attach all the proof that show Rs 1530 is debuted from my a/c after that end July that said they refund me amount as 30 June but currently is not credited my a.c. and my emi rate is 5th for every month they force to me pls pay by cash as I'm end July this is not free pls take action

I took Rs.5, 09, 957 personal loan from Bajaj on 27.11.2015. While taking loan bajaj agents said there are no foreclosing charges and you can foreclose any time.
While crediting loans they deducted following charges and the net disbursal amount is Rs. 485757

Total Processing Fee : 11678
Insurance Charges: 9957
Broken Interest Period: 1215

I have made 7 EMIs 11, 998. ( Interest -41617, principal -42369)

I requested for foreclosure letter, they are saying i still have to pay 5, 01, 002.16 after paying 42, 369 principal amount

I don`t see principal amount got deducted on top of it they are charging 4% foreclose charges and when i call customer care they are saying they made this rule in June.

How can these foreclosing charges applicable to old customers?

I have ordered a REFRIGERATOR of godrej RTEON 260LT Silver Bloosm on 18th April 2016. I have done a advance of 1049 rupee & godrej company had already received the payment.
which company had took the order, Its name is Godrej & Boyce Mfg.co.in
Order details, name- Biswanath dey. application no- 2005075. check given, check no- 307872 (UBI Bank). withdrawal date- 29/04/2016

But now 2.5 months has alredy passed, but still now I have not received my delivery. When i am calling to the company, for my delivery. I am not getting a good response !
Even they r not giving my delivery also, and not ever canceling my order also. and not giving my money back also.

SO PLESE SOLVE THE PROBLEM.

On 29/06/16 I recieved my emi card. But after checking I found it temporarily suspended. What to do to make it active. I went to nearest branch. There it was told to me that after 105 days automatically it will be activated. I need to purchase some items. But the suspension period is too long for me. Is there any way to make it active earlier. So it is my kind request to active the card.

Sadar avgat karana hai ki. Mene lagbhag 1.5 sale pahle bajaj finance limited se ek mobile jiska customer id 13634763 hai loan liya tha. Jisko mene tay samay me sabhi emi ka bhugtan mere a/c[protected] sbi branch puranpur distt pilibhit up se auto debit ke dwara kiya gya. Avgat karana chahuga ki sar ki bhugtan karne ke itne samay bad bajaj finance limited ke dwara puna mere a/c se dinank 20june 2016 ko auto debit ke dwara rs nokalne ki kosis ki gayi. Jisse mere a/c se 25 rs balance kam hone ke karan kat gaye. Iski mujhe koi bhi suchna nhi di gai. Mene is samvand me bajaj finance limited ko jankari ke liye mail kiya tha uske bad bhi bajaj finence limited ke dwara mujhe koi jankari nhi di gayi. Bank se bat karne par unka kahna hai ki auto debit se kyo rs nikalne ki kosis kingyi is samvand me aap bajaj finence limited se bat kare.
Ar mere sath hui is dhokadhari ke samvand me niyamaanusar uchit karyvahi karne ki kripa kare.

I have availed loan of rs.51800 payable in 14 equal instalments of rs.3700 each (4260cd[protected]. Ecs mandate was given to bank. 12 instalments were paid upto 30/04/2016.In may2016, the company collected cheque as they did not present ecs. Now, in june 2016, they have told that "emi payment of 3700 has been returned by your bank with a reason misc". I have clear balance and nothing has been returned by my bank. I have asked them to submit 'return memo' issued my my bank. However, bajaj personnel are allegation for repeat bouncing in my account. I request them to give proof.
It is simple request to ask the company to submit written appologies for their wrong statements.

Today i was going to purchase canon 5d mark iii camera which is costing around 2 lacs. I opted for bajaj finance with 4 months emi as down payment and 8 months annuity. After submitting document a verification call from their department came and after successful verification my loan approved with message. I got sms as confirmation with request number sf37428867.

After sometime the area manager of bajaj finance pressured me to buy their emi card for 350 rupees and for buying health insurance which i denied. As soon as i denied the wxwcutive told me that my loan is rejected. When i called their area manager (On mobile from which i got call to buy emi and insurance policy) he told that my loan is under hold and will be cleared if i uy the emi card.
I dont know the sales managers name but i have his mobile number - [protected]. I thought i should escalate the issue in right forum to teach these goons.

This is wrt Loan #5U90CD22199545. Received a SMS from BH-BAJAJF on 21/06/2016 stating :

ECS mandate has been rejected by your bank. Pls submit a fresh mandate form
and cancelled chq to our branch to regularize future EMI's to avoid any
CIBIL impact.

The product purchased was from UBC, Tirur

Have made many calls from Registered Mobile No. to find out the reason as to why has the ECS mandate been rejected.
But there have been no clear answers.

Please guide me suitably.

Bajaj finserv have offered salaried personal loan with the below benefits:

Any time, post clearance of your first emi
*part prepayment (Term loan)*
*post clearance of the 1st emi, the customer is allowed to pay up to 6 times in a calendar year (Minimum amount per part payment is = emi x 3 and no limit on the maximum amount per prepay transaction)*

After 1st of june'16...

I want to make a part payment for my personal loan. I am unable to do it through their website as that function is disabled. Also i am not getting any customer support from their customer care number. I am calling there customer care support number from last week but no one has answered till now. I am interested in doing a part payment for my loan. Kindly help to get it resolved as soon as possible.

I, chindam damodar from warangal i had a bajaj finance consumer loan in 03.05.2007 and amount financed 26, 900/- my consumer agreement no:[protected]Consumer durable) tenure 10 emi's and i paid all amounts by monthly emi's cheques/ cash receipts for due installments also which is not recorded by the executives all loan is completed.
From 05.12.2007 to 31.05.2016 charged other overdues rs: 32, 300/- along with installment which is lie and statement showing fraud by the bajaj finance

Today at 4.00pm to 5.30 pm threatening with mobile calls a case was registered. We are calling mumbai police my name is rathod mobile no: [protected], [protected]- advocate anil kumar tripati (Mob no: [protected]) filed case and executed arrest warrant and me will be arrested and using filthy language on me.

Previously i got a wrong calls to beside my house by name on me and disturbed with locality people and playing like dolls with consumers.

Based on my complaint take action on my complaint and do need full to me

I just came to know that foreclosure of loan will charge me extra 4% and this is not accepted at all.

I believe I am very old customer of bajaj Finance and have had already take 10+ loans from bajaj finance till date including consumer and personal loans.

Have always made it sure not a single emi get bounce and it has never got delayed making a payment. You can check my records for same and verify.

Reason behind availing flexi loan was as it has no part payment & for closure charges.But at the same time I do understand company changes there policies but that should not be implemented to existing customer to whom company has promised something different.

I would not appreciate this and treat this as a wrong practice. I request to waive off the foreclosure charges fr Loan No: 405SPF19095324 and confirm.
