Daily i am getting phone calls from bajaj finserve end [protected] comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan . So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court.

Additional 3 lacs charged under Bajaj Surksha plan which is not required.

An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of SBI bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although I don't take any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction. I totally don't understand after 2+ year they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

While everyone is aware of the moratorium period grace of 3 months, bajaj has come up a new rule of deducting balance the way they can. For what an amount of rs 829.89?- has been deducted from my account on 13.05.2022 at 18.35hr and i had raised a complaint to them as well. It is not right we are struggling with jobs due to lock down no salaries or may be half salary with which it is not possible to run a family and these people are deducting as they wish without even informing to the customer. Nach mandate given by a customer is not your private property that when you feel you can deduct amount. Please refund the amount back at any cost. Single penny is very important for us at this time.

On 10th may 2022 Bajaj finance debited 117/- for CMP Mandate without any purchase done
So plz refund amount to account number [protected].
You better refund the amount within this week . Otherwise the Bajaj office near my house will face a big consequences due to small amout.

There is a deduction of Rs 117/- as CMS Bajajfinserv from my account. I had purchase mobile through Bajjaj fin card and is repaid in full. The trasaction is of 2019 but every year they charge the amount and no body cares about it. Many a times I have asked to cancel the card but no response. Plz help

I have debited my account today by Bajaj finance..I have already cleared all EMI before 2 years ago..then why have face this issue

After payment of all loans on time why suddenly after year you deduct 117 rupees from my account today. Kindly refund it back or else let me know how shall I suspend all your survices for future. Because if this way my hard earned money is been deducted without any notice i better not use the services that you provide rather inform everyone about such fraud transaction.

I noticed a debit of rs. 117/- from my ICICI bank account paid to bajaj finance, transaction. I have cleared all debts with bajaj finance and so i would like immediate action to be taken to refund my money back to my account without fail. Please explain on what ground the payment has been debited from account in future without my writing permission no further payments should process

I was used Bajaj Network EMI card in 2019 and cleared the EMI in 9months and after that it was not used and there is no single rupee due in that card.

Without my concern how did they deducted the money from my account. I have no dues with them and Clear all the EMI long time back. I need the answer otherwise I will take legal action against them ita 117 rupees from my account.

This is the 3rd time that mandate charges has been applied over my account if there is no ongoing transaction is going on with bajaj
I have not purchase any product recently why this charges has made over my account Because of loan you provide us and all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction Now i feel that bajaj finance is not secure for providing bank details.
request you to provide the refund ASAP

I went to the wakdewadi office 2 3 time for loan closure they have provide me 2 numbers one is atul and second one is sneha jadhav. I called them many time but they are not responding from last 1 week.. today i went to office again they again gave me atul and puja number still im not getting the respond from them, this is unexpected

I was riding a two wheeler and my 4 year old son was with me. My son was unwell and I was taking him to hospital. In between I received a call from a bajaj finance tele caller named Deepanshu Aneja from mobile number [protected]. I stopped the vehicle and received the call and after sometimes (After saying hello multiple times that tele caller responded and it was a marketing call for providing loan/overdraft facility. my problem was not his call but no response after the call. First of all he called me and made me wait for his response. I was already tensed and riding a two wheeler with a kid and calls like this add to the problems for the general public. I got angry at him and told him why are you calling and not responding. He felt bad and to take revenge he started calling me from multiple numbers one by one and holding the line without uttering a single word and this added to my inconvenience. I was in front of the doctor and explaining her the symptoms my son was having. But the guy mentioned above called me multiple times and totally disturbed me. Below are the details of the numbers from which I received the call. I kindly request you to take necessary actions against these mean minded people.

I resigned from job in month of April but I haven't got my salary of month of march I told my manager about it on 22 march and he approved with it I called in office but they are avoiding using bad language and giving reasons I have recording too sir they want me to join then they will give my salary I have that recording too sir can send you I resigned because my manager Mahesh ragapure used abusing words and insulted me and saying it can take 10 years for your salary and said come on 30th April to help my replacement at company I helped too sir but they are still ignoring Sir can you please send your WhatsApp number or mail id so I can send you recordings

Dear Sir,

The loan (401PMT[protected] was closed from their side.

This was happened when they sanctioned (only welcome letter issued, not transfered money) new loan and closed old loan (401PMT[protected]. When I mailed against where is the sanctioned loan money, then they suddenly cancelled the loan and told me that there is no pending YOUR OLD LOAN ALSO CLOSED. SO NOTHING TO PAY.

After two months, they suddenly deducted EMI Rs 4983/- on 2 May 2022 and then 9 May 2022 (2 EMIs within a week). [My IDFC loan (2 May 2022) is bounced because of these things and they charged me bouncing charges)].

Again and again calling from Bajaj and asking me to pay close overdue. I told them Last EMI of the abovesaid loan is 6 of June. After that I will pay rest of the amount if any. I don't have enough money to pay together.

Kindly help. Nobody is listening what was happened, All happened from their side. I told them I am going to the Consumer Court, but they don't have any problem.

ALL HAPPENED FROM THEIR MISTAKE, NEVER BOUNCED A CHEQUE FROM MY SIDE.

Bajaj finance has been taking Rs.117 from my sbi account without any prior intimation / information. This is strange that without using any of the bajaj finance service how can they deduct even one rupee from my account.
Please refund the amount at the earliest, and stop deducting the amount further.
