    I am sachi patel. I purchased led TV and refrigerator from bajaj (sales india, ahmedabad ). ac no - 4180CD[protected] TV ) Emi - 1528/-. ac no - 4180CD[protected] refrigerator Emi - 1706/-. at the end of December I request to change my bank account no to bajaj office, cg road, ahmedabad. they said it will take 45 days to change and you have to pay 1 emi cash so I paid both emi in cash advance rs 1528/- at 31/01/2015 rect no 57024582 agmt no- 4180CD01468671. rs 1706 /- at 31/01/2015 rect no[protected] agmt no - 4180CD02920793. because I don't want anything affect my cibi. I got confirmation that my account updated in bajaj. I purchased washing machine from vijay sakes at 25/01/2015 at rs 18000/-, rs 101 paid same time and 1790 × 10 emi. sales person said emi comes at every 2nd of month.at the time of purchase I informed him about my bank account change and he assured me that your emi come from new account and emi will start from 2nd March 2015. in March two emi debited 1528/- and 1709/- but 1st emi of washing machine didn't came 1790/-. so I went to bajaj branch and asked about it they said sales person didn't knw about it you should have to change bank account every time at purchase I was shocked. I paid emi at same time rs 1790/- at 20/03/2015 rect no 66130654 cash and also paid 1790 at 31/03/2015 rect no 67071790 in advance for next coming emi because account officer still not sure for bank account update. bajaj debited emi 1790 at 08/04/2015 which is I already paid by cash at 31/03/2015 rect no 67071790. again I went to bajaj office and ask why this happened they had no answers. one person came from account department named_ shivkumar he said next emi will not be debited from your account, and one emi will be cover from last emi .shivkumar gave me his desk no [protected] and say if you have any queries contact me. in may 1790 emi didn't debited at 2nd may then after I got emails and calls that my emi was bounce because o[censored]nsatisfactory balance special pay immediately after that I called customers service many time but still no reply and 16/05/2015 bajaj again debited 1790 emi without any information I m shocked what the he'll going on .how can you debited without any information emi which is already paid. you are finance company or froud company. and now no one picking my calls keep send me sms tht pay 350 bounce charges otherwise will affect your cibi. look in to matter. i ll go to consumers courts and core centre in any condition I'll not let you affect my cibi for your foolish administration.       This is with regards to your customer Sheetal Surve from Mumbai. She bought one LG Washing Machine from Croma, Sion, Mumbai. For the products EMI amount is 845.00 but EMI amount deducted (thru ECS) per month is 1107/- which is more than the amount what it supposed to be. Initially She ended up overlooking the issue for several months but one day she I check her bank statement and realized that an extra amount of 262.00 being charged on every month because of BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN (405BAL[protected]. When she brought this to notice to your representative (Mr Lalchand) at Croma, in June 2013, he said there is a mistake of adding additional insurance policy to her name and they will refund the money in 3 months. Post this discussion the lady assumed that the matter is settled and she will get back the extra payment (Rs 1600) made by her in 3 months through cheque. But her troubles only increased, as another one of your representative visited her house sometime later on 21/July/2013 and explained to her that she needs to pay additional 852.00 as a last EMI, post that money will be refunded. Again she made the said payment in cash to the represetative. The guy also made her sign her a letter dated 21/07/2013 for closure of the extra loan (405BAL[protected].[Please see attached documents.] To increase her trouble, there are now calls from these two phone numbers [protected] (claims to be a lawyer from delhi called Anil Kumar tripathi) and [protected] (Mr Singh). Who keep calling her and tell her she needs to pay 1500 more otherwise they will slap a case on her in Delhi court and she will have to pay fine of Rs 9000. Height is that yesterday they actually told her that the case is filed in Delhi court and she will be summoned there. This is in-spite of her signing a request form two years back for closure of the extra insurance policy which she has not even opted for in the beginning, This lady’s mother works as my house help and I came to know about this entire episode yesterday. Have now decided to take the matter in my hand as the poor lady is really distraught because of extra amount deducted from her account. And the mental trauma your two representative (whose numbers are mentioned above) are causing her and her mother. Here I fail to understand how you are running two loans against her name and making her pay the EMIs for both. The second loan was not something she opted for. To top it all no document was handed over to her at the time of processing the loan by your executive at Croma outlet in Sion. And even after assuring her that the extra loan will be closed, it is still shown as active in your records. I have downloaded her loan forms from your website it clearly shows manipulation of loan application form, as extra amounts were added to form after Ms Sheetal Surve signature was taken. And there is enough material on consumer forums to arrive at conclusion that this is common tactics Bajaj Finance loan executive adopts to fool innocent common citizens. The modus operandi is same in all cases. I have also visited Croma store today and met your executive Virendra and explained him the situation. To which he again gave us a new closure request form and said you need to submit it with customer care. I also spoke to your Croma Sion based representative Mr Lalchand (telephone no[protected], he was not at store today), he said he will get back to me on this by tomorrow morning and admitted that no formal documentation was handed over to Ms Sheetal regarding the policy or any other paper work was shared with her. I would request you to look into this matter at the earliest and take necessary action that is closing of the two loan accounts and refunding the extra amount she has credited to you, the amount is Rs1600. Kindly close both the loans against her name with ID 4050CD00396353 and 405BAL00396355. Appreciate an early reply and effective action from your end.         Dear Sir/Madam, Ref No. Agreement No.[protected]; (BAJAJ FINANCE LTD) As per above agreement no. from Bajaj Finance Ltd; I (S. Dinakaran) has purchased a Voltas - AC through Vasanth & Co by your finance (Bajaj). Total Amount of that AC is Rs.24, 600/-. I have paid Rs.12, 300/- as initial amount balance Rs.12, 300/- has been financed by your finance with 6 months tenure. So, EMI was Rs.2050/- and cheques given by me for was CHQ No:[protected]. All the cheques has been cleared by my side with proof clearance. But i got irritability calls from your finance that I have not cleared 2 cheques which I have not given to your finance CHQ no was 221557 & 221558. The both cheques I have given to some other concern for clearance. As per your phone calls I have shown all cleared statement to your Chennai Head Office ( Reheja Towers) Bajaj Finserve, they said I will not get any calls regarding this reason. But on 04/07/2013 my family member received a call on my residence landline as saying he is an advocate speaking from Bajaj finance and repeating the same problem again that my two cheques has not been cleared and he has used some unwanted & unusual words. Those words he has used is given me mental tension to me and to my family members. These unwanted words should not be used to a genuine customer like me I strictly object this kind of action taken by your company. Here say you to solve my problem as soon as possible. If I get any unwanted calls from your side a severe action will be taken from my side. I have enclosed the cheque clearance details given to other concern as your mentioned the CHQ.           Bike- Bajaj platina was purchased loan was cleared then we were given an offer of personal loan of 30'000Rsof which we got 27'000 Rs and the amount was paid back through EMI from Maharashtra State Co-operative Bank. Kindly look into the matter as it should have been Provided as soon as the loan was paid back.

I said for all the products I purchased previously the EMI date was 5th of every month and without notifying me the date has been changed to 2nd. You can check the loan details of all previous products. All I can provide is the bank statement of the EMIs of previously purchased products. And I do not understand how difficult it is for you to change the EMI date to 5th. If that is the way your customer finds it easy to pay his EMIs on time then I do not understand why you cannot do a simple thing to keep your customer happy. I would request a manager to look into this. Secondly you asking me for a proof right? May I know what proof do you have that I have agreed on the EMI date of 2nd. The document that I signed did not consist of any EMI date and the EMI date was verbally informed to me to be 5th. So when you know that its your mistake that the EMI date is not mentioned on the signed document then how can you ask for a proof. Now its the same with you. You send me the proof where I have signed any document of yours where the EMI date is 2nd and If your are unable to provide the same, send me the proof where I was previously notified that the EMI date will be changed to 2nd by the company. If you fail to provide any proof which I had signed or any notification which was sent to me before I purchased the product then its mandatory for you to change the EMI date to 5th. I will be requesting the bank to cancel all Direct Debits/ Standing Instruction and report a fraud by Bajaj Finace in all social websites and consumers. You better don't attempt the EMI on 2nd and give me a confirmation so that I do not cancel the direct debit with the bank. So send me the proof where I have agreed and signed the EMI of 2nd or better you change it to 5th.                   My self Sharath Babu G from Davangere city . I have planned to buy Sofa Set from Ambika Furniture Davangere and opt to go Bajaj Finance and I have discussed with your company representative he has shared two offer i.e., 12/4 and 18/4 schemes and he only suggested 18/4 scheme based on my salary and he has taken all documents and I have finalised sofa set at the end of giving down payment shop person telling they will not agree to give on 18/4 scheme and your company representative asked me to bear extra 3 % to get 18/4 scheme benefits . It is too ridicules . Please help me to get my desired sofa set . Keep up your company values and standards . Thank You in advance to get resolved my issue..

                        I had availed of consumer loan Number 4050CD08174595 for split AC from Tater Impex making down payment, in Charcop, Kandivli West, Mumbai and thereafter I have been repeatedly calling and emailing and also Tweeting regarding Bajaj Finance not presenting to take my First EMI for the Air conditioner that I purchased with Loan account Number 4050CD08174595 wherein the first EMI was due on the[protected] for the amount of Rs.2, 267, I received an email before the first EMI was due that I need to fill and courier the ECS mandate forms once again, despite me having their EMI card, which was diligently followed and confirmed over the phone that the first EMI will take some more time to be taken from my bank and that[protected] was fixed for the same and that I need to maintain suitable balance in my account.However, to my surprise I got an email stating that my EMI card has been blocked as my EMI has not been paid.This is ridiculous as no pay out from Bajaj Finance was presented to my bank in the first place.I checked with my Bank and the RM confirmed the same.Now if my credit score gets affected due to their negligence, who will suffer? I have decided to never again in future avail their services as their customer care is pathetic and gives different versions on each call.People are warned to be careful in future.

                          I had made payments EMI for the month of may through on cash. However form next very day i am getting calls that make payments, several times i have said them the payments already done by me for this month. However every after 2 -3 hours later i am getting calls for the same. Today morning some one of your agent name Ramesh called me up & used slang languages in a very poor tone, . I stranged about this behaviour. How can a agent slang ed me .I want to know that is this is the tradition to collect the payments from customer. I am going to tweet the same in every social sites,

                            I bought an LG AC 1.5 ton from Anil Electronics, Dwarka Morh in june 2014 along with a Microtek inverter. I shifted my office so lost the bills and the 2 yrs extended warranty that I got from Bajaj for my AC. I tried getting the bill from Anil Electronics, but he is just making excuses and not providing me the same. Then I tried calling your toll free number, but to my utter surprise, there is only IVR, no live person. Then I called[protected], again the same nobody answeres. So I would really appreciate if you can hire few people to attend your customers query and complaints. And get me the copy of the extended warranty and if possible then the bills as well.                               Hi, I am Margaret from Navi Mumbai, My husband purchased Pulsar 200 NS in instalment through Balaji Motors ( Koparkhairane), The Down payment from our end was INR 50000.00, but the once we received a confirmation calling from the Bajaj Finance we came to Know that our down payment shown in the Finance from Balaji Motors end was INR 39000.00 and this case the Loan Amount was higher the EMI increased and when i enquired the Agency they did not tel me initially that this happens they tried to polish that issue, but later on i opened that the truth was regarding the Loan payment shown to the Bajaj FInance, is lesser than what was paid, later they told that Bajaj Finance rejected the Loan Amount from 50000 to 39000.00, and we came to know that the money is in their hand and cheated us, Kindly take an immediate action against this because this will spoil the reputation of your company, And the cheaters address, Balaji Motors, Khopar khairane, Navi Mumbai.                                     I am your regular customer and brought many things through your company, & made all payments in time. (you can check my previous a/cs). but unfortunaltely there were some overdue Rs, 2950/- in my below said a/c. Last month i received a call from your bombay office, the calling person was Mrs. Pragya who told me to settle my a/c. (her contact no. [protected].) She told me to make payment of Rs. 1000/- in regards to settle the full a/c & promise me to send the NOC & settlement document within 2 or 3 days. I make online payment on Dt. 20/04/15 which is shown in my a/c, but after this till date I did’nt received any NOC & settlement documents against my loan a/c & the a/c show the overdue of Rs. 1950/-. I tried so many times to contact Mrs. Pragya on above bombay no. but she did’nt talk to me & from her office I always get reply that she is busy in the meeting or on leave..                                       I'm Rahul Kumar. My Contact Number is[protected], same is registered in Bajaj Finance. I took this EMI Card Last year when i bought one Sharp TV. Due to some reason I paid last installment 3 months late. I got the NOC. Now again I went to shop to purchase something Bajaj Finance guy told me "Your card is blocked even though you got the NOC", means they did not update their record. He send a request email, the NOC is attached with that email. It's almost a week still there is not any response from their side. I got few number to contact i was trying to reach Customer Care but every time busy, it's really very bad service i ever seen.
