    Copy of the email sent to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in... Hi This regarding the aforesaid loan amount that has been processed against my EMI card number XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-5129. I have been made aware by one of your representatives on 30th April, '15 that there is a loan amount that has been processed against my account of 14900 INR. As i have not made any transaction of this sort, i decided to call your customer care on[protected] and spoke to Mr Shrinivas. Going further into the account, he informed me that there is indeed a loan amount against my EMI card for buying a LED TV for which the EMI will be 1242 INR( the product was apparently bought on 29th April, '15). I was astonished beyond words to realize that there has been a loan processed against my account without my consent or knowledge. At this point, i wanted to understand how/why the loan amount is reflecting against my account(especially with no intervention/consent from my side), to which the advisor could only tell its a "technical error". I wanted the loan to be cancelled first, for which a request bearing SRN02979938 was logged, and i was assured that the loan will be taken off from my account. Beyond this, as the advisor couldn't answer my original question of why the loan is reflecting against my account despite me not seeking it, i wanted to speak to a supervisor. I was informed that all sups are currently busy, and only when i informed that I will be involving consumer forum and go onto social media, did i manage to speak to someone who introduced himself as the escalation handler( no supervisor yet mind you). A lot if "Sorry"s and "I understand"s later, i was informed by this escalation handler Pradip that The loan bearing 4100CD09435311 will be taken off from my accountSomeone will get in touch with myself in the next 48 hours to discuss how this happened 48 hours( including working hours if i may add) down the line, as i didn't receive any call from you, i decided to create an account in the customer portal of your website only to realize that the loan is still active against my account( PFA the screenshot for your reference). This has only made me conceive the idea that alongside your accounts department, how shoddy your customer service is. At this point, I want: Consumer Durable number 4100CD09435311 to be taken off my account immediately as i have not made any purchase of any kind with the amount processed, neither have i given Bajaj Finserv the consent to process a loan, or agreed to pay one if processed without my permission or knowledgeA letter sent out to my registered residential address from Bajaj Finserv declaring this happened due to an error on their part and confirming that you owe nothing from myself against the aforesaid consumer durable numberSomeone to call me to explain how this happened( someone higher up than an escalation handler please) I have copied in Consumer Forum in this email, and will not hesitate to take this further if this is not addressed timely and to my satisfaction.           Hi, I have purchase a mobile (Iphone 4s) using bajaj finance EMI card (loan no:403SCE[protected]. In addition to that I got an offer from Bajaj that I will be eligible for a health insurance policy which can be added to my existing loan which I taken for iPhone. Till now, I didn't recieved the health insurance policy but, I have been charged for the EMI amount 1200 per month. Please look into this issue. Please send me the policy or cance my EMI amount/Policy. Please respond to my query ASAP. Otherwise I will discontinue from your relationship. Note: It is the second complaint I am registering.               Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserve end [protected] comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan . So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no .[protected]....

              i had been purchased a vehicle no.WB18A7633(motorcycle) for my elder brother by bajaj finance loan a/c no.L2WGHL00321313.But my brother failed to pay EMI to the company.So i was surrender my vehicle to bajaj representative Dilip kumar biswas on 12/11/2011.Dilip kumar biswas give me a written statement that all liability cleared by hirer because surrender the vehicle and give a surrender letter.But it is seen that my name is insert in civil.So please settle my loan and oblige.                   I HAD TAKEN A LOAN FROM THEM FOR PURCHASING A DIGITAL CAMERA ON 5 OCTOBER, 2010 FROM SONY CENTER 8/1E D.H.ROAD, KOLKATA-27.THE TOTAL BILL WAS Rs.14700 OUT OF WHICH I PAID Rs5200 BY MY ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD AS DOWN PAYMENT AND BALANCE THEY TOOK PDCs FROM ME. I HAD GIVEN PDCs FROM AN EMERGENCY CHEQUE BOOK AND TOLD THE BAJAJ FINANCE STAFF THAT THE COMPLETE A/C NUMBER WILL BE ALLOTTED SHORTLY SO BEFORE PRESENTING THE CHEQUE AFTER ONE MONTH THE ACCOUNT NUMBER NEEDS TO BE CONFIRMED AND WRITTEN IN DEPOSIT SLIP. AT THAT TIME ONLY THE BANK AND BRANCH CODE WAS KNOWN TO ME. THE AGREED AND ASSURED THAT THEY WOULD DO THE NEEDFULL. AFTER ONE MONTH THEY PRESENTED THE CHEQUE WITHOUT CONFIRMING THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF THE ACCOUNT NUMBER & CONSEQUENTLY THE CHEQUE WITH INCOMPLETE A/C NO. WAS RETURNED WITH REMARK THAT ACCOUNT COULD NOT BE FOUND. I WAS INFORMED OF THE ISSUE AND TOLD THAT SINCE THE CHEQUES HAD BEEN SENT TO THE COMPANY H.Q IN MUMBAI THE A/C NUMBER CANNOT BE UPDATED IN ANY PDC. THEREAFTER I TOLD THEM TO COLLECT CASH INSTEAD OF CHEUE FROM ME AND THEREAFTER RETURN MY CHEQUES. THEY AGREED AND STARTED COLLECTING CASH PAYMENT OF Rs.1225 FROM 27 NOVEMBER ONWARDS 8 EQUAL INSTALLMENTS. THE LOAN WAS A ZERO INTEREST CONSUMER LOAN. AFTER FULL PAYMENT OF LOAN BY CASH ON 06 JUNE, 20111 THE COMPANY DID NOT RETURN MY PDCs AS COMMITTED EARLIER AND I TOOK THE MATTER LIGHTLY THINKING THAT THE LOAN HAD BEEN REPAID. ALMOST 2 YEARS AFTER THIS I STARTED RECEIVING CALLS FROM THE COMPANY REPS. INFORMING THAT THERE IS A DUE ON ACCOUNT OF BOUNCED CHEQUE CHARGES AND I HAVE TO PAY. WHEN I ASKED WHY THIS WAS NOT DISCLOSED TO ME WHEN CASH PAYMENT FOR INSTALLMENTS WAS COLLECTED FROM ME I RECEIVED NO CONVINCING ANSWER. FURTHER MORE WHEN I TOLD THE COMPANY PEOPLE THAT I WAS NOT AT FAULT AND CHEQUES WERE TAKEN FROM ME KNOWING FULLY WELL THAT THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF THE ACCOUNT NUMBER WAS YET TO BE ALLOTTED AS THE ACCOUNT KIT WITH EMERGENCY CHEQUEBOOK WAS COLLECTED BY ME ON 06 OCTOBER THE DAY CAMERA WAS PURCHASED AND PDCs COLLECTED THE COMPANY PEOPLE CONVENIENTLY DEFLECTED MY QUESTIONS. SINCE THEN I HAVE RECEIVED NUMEROUS CALLS & THREATS OF CIBIL DOWNGRADE. THE LAST STRAW WAS WHEN SOMEONE CALLED MY CLAIMING TO BE FROM TIS HAZARI COURT, DELHI AND SAID A CASE HAD BEEN FILED AGAINST ME, BUT DIDNOT DISCLOSE THE CASE NUMBER, DATE AND THE PLAINTIFF NAME. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY LEGAL NOTICE. AFTER REPEATED SUCH FALSE CALLS I CAME TO KNOW THAT IT WAS FROM BAJAJ FINANCE AND MY LAWYER INFORMED THAT NO COURT OFFICIAL EVER CALLS DEFENDANTS AND THREATENS THEM. THE ACTION OF THE COMPANY TO COERCE ME TO MEET THEIR UNJUST AND UNLAWFUL DEMANDS HAS CAUSED CONSIDERABLE MENTAL DISTRESS TO MY FAMILY MEMBERS AND MYSELF. I SEEK REDRESSAL IN THE FORM OF STRONG ACTION INITIATED AGAINST THIS COMPANY BY THE RELEVANT REGULATORY AUTHORITY SO THAT THEY STOP TORTURING ME. IN THE LATEST SMS THEY HAVE CLAIMED MY DUES AS Rs.41550 WHEREAS PREVIOUSLY THEY WERE CLAIMING DUES AS Rs2400. BOTH THESE CLAIMS ARE ILLEGAL AND UNJUST.

                    Hello, I've used consumer durable loans. I've had been paying my due on time. One day I received a call from them, asking me to apply personal loan. They have mentioned I'm eligible for 99000 on an interest rate of 19.48%. I agreed to them, one of the executive came to me, he was in hurry, asked me to sign the document on the marks. I did requested him to complete the form and checked on interest rates. He did mentioned the rate as 19.48%. Requested me to sign the documents, he shall be filling them later. I foolishly accepted his request. There after I received 92000 after all deductions, I also received a welcome letter. I checked the letter and was shocked to see the interest rate to be 32.84%. I've raised a complaint against them, they have came to my house to resolve the issue. Mr. Ravindra was accompnaied by the executive, Ravindra has explained me that the interest rate was flat. Thus they have given me the correct information. I did ask his executive again about the interest rate in front of his manager, he replied 19.48% but didn't mention it was flat. I have had the call records from them, I have also submitted the same to Ravindra when he has visited my place. I requesed them to honor what they have promised, they didn't do that. Instead they requested me to pay the disbursed amount. Unfortunately, I have utilised the amount and couldn't pay off. They have forced me either to pay by a day or to pay emi's. I was forced to pay my EMI's. I did pay 8 instalments. Finally on Oct 06, 2014 I've logged into their portal and cleared the loan. After looting me, yet they are not satisfied. They have sent below email: Dear Customer, Thank you for being a valued customer with Bajaj Finserv. We are in receipt of your request for foreclosure of loan account number 4000PL01480536. We regret to inform you that we are unable to process this request as the total outstanding on your account as of today is Rs. 5384.28/- and we have received a foreclosure amount of Rs. 83002.18/- from you, which is a short payment of Rs. 5384.28/-. Request you to make the outstanding payment basis the foreclosure letter attached to further process your foreclosure . This amount can be paid online with your Experia user id and Password. Alternatively you may visit our branch to make this payment by cheque. Attached is your current foreclosure statement for further reference. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. For any further clarifications, please write to us at [protected]@bajajfinserv.in. Assuring you of our best services always. Yours sincerely Bajaj Finance Ltd I've responded back saying, I have received 92500.00 as loan amount. Paid 8 emi’s which is approximately 35000.00. I have closed by paying 83000.00. Which means that I have paid appx. 120000.00 till date. Don’t you think it’s crazy to ask for 5384.28??? Please check the history. You promised the loan for 17.83% and finally delivered it at 35%. I will not be paying any amount further. Please proceed for legal actions. Again, they responded back We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that has been caused and appreciate your understanding and patience. With reference to your query regarding your Loan Account Number 4000PL01480536, we regret to inform you that we are unable to close your loan as there is short of one EMI amount Rs.4358/- as your EMI for the month of October 2014 was not honored. Therefore we request you to kindly make the payment of Rs. 4358/- so that we can close loop your loan. Your representatives contact me asking to pay more. I have given the breakups of the payments made, yet not satisfied with my response, sent below email and then no followups made. I understand that while clearing the loan, 1 EMI was missed due to system glitch. I would like to clear that 1 pending emi of 4358. I did try to make the payment online, but it says invalid account number. ******** Today I received a email requesting me to pay 25000.00. I have no words to say.                           My ID No. is 11473631. I purchased one LED TV make Soni along with 2 years extended warranty for which an amount of Rs. 28180/- was financed by your company. An EMI of Rs. 3132/- was to be paid by me for 9 month. The details of loan amount financed is as under.
                          loan financed against TV - 26505/-
                          loan financed against 2 years extend warranty - 1675/-
                          Total - 28180/-
                          EMI for 9 months - 28180 divided by 9 = 3132/-

                          I regret to mention that your company had been charging an EMI of Rs. 3195/- per month instead of Rs. 3132/-. Later when I noticed of excess amount of Ra. 63/- pm being charged by me, I reported the matter to your representative working at Electronic paradise Pvt. ltd WZ 297, G Block, Hari Nagar, Jail Road New Delhi - 34. He informed me that 2 years extended warranty was costing Rs. 2250/- and mistakenly it was charged Rs. 1675/- from me. It is needless to emphasise that I agreed to take 2 years extended warranty only for Rs. 1675/- or otherwise I would have not opted for it. I also given an option to your representative that if extended warranty is not possible in Rs. 1675/- as agreed with me then kindly cancel the extended warranty since it will be effective after 06.07.2015 only and refund my entire amount of Rs. 1675/-. He then asked me to give an application which I did on the spot but no action has been taken till date.

                          It is once again requested that my extended warranty my kindly be cancelled and an amount of Rs. 1675/- paid by me be adjusted in my last EMI which is due on 05.05.2015. It is also requested that an intimation regarding adjustment of excess amount charged from me be given on priority otherwise I will stop payment of last EMI.
