    I had availed of consumer loan Number 4050CD08174595 for split AC from Tater Impex making down payment, in Charcop, Kandivli West, Mumbai and thereafter I have been repeatedly calling and emailing and also Tweeting regarding Bajaj Finance not presenting to take my First EMI for the Air conditioner that I purchased with Loan account Number 4050CD08174595 wherein the first EMI was due on the[protected] for the amount of Rs.2, 267, I received an email before the first EMI was due that I need to fill and courier the ECS mandate forms once again, despite me having their EMI card, which was diligently followed and confirmed over the phone that the first EMI will take some more time to be taken from my bank and that[protected] was fixed for the same and that I need to maintain suitable balance in my account.However, to my surprise I got an email stating that my EMI card has been blocked as my EMI has not been paid.This is ridiculous as no pay out from Bajaj Finance was presented to my bank in the first place.I checked with my Bank and the RM confirmed the same.Now if my credit score gets affected due to their negligence, who will suffer? I have decided to never again in future avail their services as their customer care is pathetic and gives different versions on each call.People are warned to be careful in future.

I have received the message in my registered mobile number also stating that i have been confirmed for a pre-approve load of Rs. 250000 .       I had made payments EMI for the month of may through on cash. However form next very day i am getting calls that make payments, several times i have said them the payments already done by me for this month. However every after 2 -3 hours later i am getting calls for the same. Today morning some one of your agent name Ramesh called me up & used slang languages in a very poor tone, . I stranged about this behaviour. How can a agent slang ed me .I want to know that is this is the tradition to collect the payments from customer. I am going to tweet the same in every social sites,

        I bought an LG AC 1.5 ton from Anil Electronics, Dwarka Morh in june 2014 along with a Microtek inverter. I shifted my office so lost the bills and the 2 yrs extended warranty that I got from Bajaj for my AC. I tried getting the bill from Anil Electronics, but he is just making excuses and not providing me the same. Then I tried calling your toll free number, but to my utter surprise, there is only IVR, no live person. Then I called[protected], again the same nobody answeres. So I would really appreciate if you can hire few people to attend your customers query and complaints. And get me the copy of the extended warranty and if possible then the bills as well.           Hi, I am Margaret from Navi Mumbai, My husband purchased Pulsar 200 NS in instalment through Balaji Motors ( Koparkhairane), The Down payment from our end was INR 50000.00, but the once we received a confirmation calling from the Bajaj Finance we came to Know that our down payment shown in the Finance from Balaji Motors end was INR 39000.00 and this case the Loan Amount was higher the EMI increased and when i enquired the Agency they did not tel me initially that this happens they tried to polish that issue, but later on i opened that the truth was regarding the Loan payment shown to the Bajaj FInance, is lesser than what was paid, later they told that Bajaj Finance rejected the Loan Amount from 50000 to 39000.00, and we came to know that the money is in their hand and cheated us, Kindly take an immediate action against this because this will spoil the reputation of your company, And the cheaters address, Balaji Motors, Khopar khairane, Navi Mumbai. I went to AB Electronics situated in Mohan singh marketmarket, sector 6, rk puram to buy an ac.I have submitted my necessary documents for loan. After some misconceptions, I decided not to buy any Ac from that dealer. When I asked for my documents, the bajaj finance representative used to abuse me and denied to give my papers.

                I am your regular customer and brought many things through your company, & made all payments in time. (you can check my previous a/cs). but unfortunaltely there were some overdue Rs, 2950/- in my below said a/c. Last month i received a call from your bombay office, the calling person was Mrs. Pragya who told me to settle my a/c. (her contact no. [protected].) She told me to make payment of Rs. 1000/- in regards to settle the full a/c & promise me to send the NOC & settlement document within 2 or 3 days. I make online payment on Dt. 20/04/15 which is shown in my a/c, but after this till date I did’nt received any NOC & settlement documents against my loan a/c & the a/c show the overdue of Rs. 1950/-. I tried so many times to contact Mrs. Pragya on above bombay no. but she did’nt talk to me & from her office I always get reply that she is busy in the meeting or on leave..                   I'm Rahul Kumar. My Contact Number is[protected], same is registered in Bajaj Finance. I took this EMI Card Last year when i bought one Sharp TV. Due to some reason I paid last installment 3 months late. I got the NOC. Now again I went to shop to purchase something Bajaj Finance guy told me "Your card is blocked even though you got the NOC", means they did not update their record. He send a request email, the NOC is attached with that email. It's almost a week still there is not any response from their side. I got few number to contact i was trying to reach Customer Care but every time busy, it's really very bad service i ever seen.

                      Copy of the email sent to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in... Hi This regarding the aforesaid loan amount that has been processed against my EMI card number XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-5129. I have been made aware by one of your representatives on 30th April, '15 that there is a loan amount that has been processed against my account of 14900 INR. As i have not made any transaction of this sort, i decided to call your customer care on[protected] and spoke to Mr Shrinivas. Going further into the account, he informed me that there is indeed a loan amount against my EMI card for buying a LED TV for which the EMI will be 1242 INR( the product was apparently bought on 29th April, '15). I was astonished beyond words to realize that there has been a loan processed against my account without my consent or knowledge. At this point, i wanted to understand how/why the loan amount is reflecting against my account(especially with no intervention/consent from my side), to which the advisor could only tell its a "technical error". I wanted the loan to be cancelled first, for which a request bearing SRN02979938 was logged, and i was assured that the loan will be taken off from my account. Beyond this, as the advisor couldn't answer my original question of why the loan is reflecting against my account despite me not seeking it, i wanted to speak to a supervisor. I was informed that all sups are currently busy, and only when i informed that I will be involving consumer forum and go onto social media, did i manage to speak to someone who introduced himself as the escalation handler( no supervisor yet mind you). A lot if "Sorry"s and "I understand"s later, i was informed by this escalation handler Pradip that The loan bearing 4100CD09435311 will be taken off from my accountSomeone will get in touch with myself in the next 48 hours to discuss how this happened 48 hours( including working hours if i may add) down the line, as i didn't receive any call from you, i decided to create an account in the customer portal of your website only to realize that the loan is still active against my account( PFA the screenshot for your reference). This has only made me conceive the idea that alongside your accounts department, how shoddy your customer service is. At this point, I want: Consumer Durable number 4100CD09435311 to be taken off my account immediately as i have not made any purchase of any kind with the amount processed, neither have i given Bajaj Finserv the consent to process a loan, or agreed to pay one if processed without my permission or knowledgeA letter sent out to my registered residential address from Bajaj Finserv declaring this happened due to an error on their part and confirming that you owe nothing from myself against the aforesaid consumer durable numberSomeone to call me to explain how this happened( someone higher up than an escalation handler please) I have copied in Consumer Forum in this email, and will not hesitate to take this further if this is not addressed timely and to my satisfaction.                             Hi, I have purchase a mobile (Iphone 4s) using bajaj finance EMI card (loan no:403SCE[protected]. In addition to that I got an offer from Bajaj that I will be eligible for a health insurance policy which can be added to my existing loan which I taken for iPhone. Till now, I didn't recieved the health insurance policy but, I have been charged for the EMI amount 1200 per month. Please look into this issue. Please send me the policy or cance my EMI amount/Policy. Please respond to my query ASAP. Otherwise I will discontinue from your relationship. Note: It is the second complaint I am registering.                                 i had been purchased a vehicle no.WB18A7633(motorcycle) for my elder brother by bajaj finance loan a/c no.L2WGHL00321313.But my brother failed to pay EMI to the company.So i was surrender my vehicle to bajaj representative Dilip kumar biswas on 12/11/2011.Dilip kumar biswas give me a written statement that all liability cleared by hirer because surrender the vehicle and give a surrender letter.But it is seen that my name is insert in civil.So please settle my loan and oblige.                                   Respected sir, Mera nam : Mahesh Vankar h, maine reliance digital se ek firdge purchas e kiya tha, through bajaj finance. jiska first EMI 5-april-15 tha. or bajan finance ne 5 -april ko EMI nhi kata or maine samne se bajaj ko call kiya. un logo muje bataya ki kuch technical problem ki vajah se nhi debit hua h. fir bajaj ne mera pas cash amt manga to maine unko cheque diya 16-april-15 ko.or uske bad 23-april-15 ko bhi mere account se ek or EMI cut gya.EMI amt : 1134 uske bare me maine bajaj ko bahut sare call kiye lekin wo log muje gumrah kr rhe h..or koi responce nhi de rhe h..ab me kya kru sir muje koi solution dijiye..or ab 5-may-15 ko dusra EMI aa rha h mere account me dusre EMI ke Paise the wo bajaj ne advance kat liye..or jb maine bajaj ko pucha ki jo apne mera ek EMI Extar kata h wo EMI 5-may-15 wale EMI me adugest kro lekin un logo ne bola aisa nhi hoga us time tumhe account me paisa hona chahiye.ab jo maine dusre EMI ke liye paisa bachake rakha tha wo to un logo ne kat liya..or ab EMI bounce hoga to bank me mere credit kharab hogi...Sir, apse ek request h ki ap meri Is complaint ka solution de sakte ho, , please sir...ek aam Insan Mahesh vankar. or mera EMI card bhi block kr diya h sir...bajaj ki galti ki vajah se mere sath aisa ho rha h, sir mai kuch nhi kr skata lekin ap logo ke pas authority h sir. ap aisi company ko zarur saza dijiye sir, , , please..                                     I HAD TAKEN A LOAN FROM THEM FOR PURCHASING A DIGITAL CAMERA ON 5 OCTOBER, 2010 FROM SONY CENTER 8/1E D.H.ROAD, KOLKATA-27.THE TOTAL BILL WAS Rs.14700 OUT OF WHICH I PAID Rs5200 BY MY ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD AS DOWN PAYMENT AND BALANCE THEY TOOK PDCs FROM ME. I HAD GIVEN PDCs FROM AN EMERGENCY CHEQUE BOOK AND TOLD THE BAJAJ FINANCE STAFF THAT THE COMPLETE A/C NUMBER WILL BE ALLOTTED SHORTLY SO BEFORE PRESENTING THE CHEQUE AFTER ONE MONTH THE ACCOUNT NUMBER NEEDS TO BE CONFIRMED AND WRITTEN IN DEPOSIT SLIP. AT THAT TIME ONLY THE BANK AND BRANCH CODE WAS KNOWN TO ME. THE AGREED AND ASSURED THAT THEY WOULD DO THE NEEDFULL. AFTER ONE MONTH THEY PRESENTED THE CHEQUE WITHOUT CONFIRMING THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF THE ACCOUNT NUMBER & CONSEQUENTLY THE CHEQUE WITH INCOMPLETE A/C NO. WAS RETURNED WITH REMARK THAT ACCOUNT COULD NOT BE FOUND. I WAS INFORMED OF THE ISSUE AND TOLD THAT SINCE THE CHEQUES HAD BEEN SENT TO THE COMPANY H.Q IN MUMBAI THE A/C NUMBER CANNOT BE UPDATED IN ANY PDC. THEREAFTER I TOLD THEM TO COLLECT CASH INSTEAD OF CHEUE FROM ME AND THEREAFTER RETURN MY CHEQUES. THEY AGREED AND STARTED COLLECTING CASH PAYMENT OF Rs.1225 FROM 27 NOVEMBER ONWARDS 8 EQUAL INSTALLMENTS. THE LOAN WAS A ZERO INTEREST CONSUMER LOAN. AFTER FULL PAYMENT OF LOAN BY CASH ON 06 JUNE, 20111 THE COMPANY DID NOT RETURN MY PDCs AS COMMITTED EARLIER AND I TOOK THE MATTER LIGHTLY THINKING THAT THE LOAN HAD BEEN REPAID. ALMOST 2 YEARS AFTER THIS I STARTED RECEIVING CALLS FROM THE COMPANY REPS. INFORMING THAT THERE IS A DUE ON ACCOUNT OF BOUNCED CHEQUE CHARGES AND I HAVE TO PAY. WHEN I ASKED WHY THIS WAS NOT DISCLOSED TO ME WHEN CASH PAYMENT FOR INSTALLMENTS WAS COLLECTED FROM ME I RECEIVED NO CONVINCING ANSWER. FURTHER MORE WHEN I TOLD THE COMPANY PEOPLE THAT I WAS NOT AT FAULT AND CHEQUES WERE TAKEN FROM ME KNOWING FULLY WELL THAT THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF THE ACCOUNT NUMBER WAS YET TO BE ALLOTTED AS THE ACCOUNT KIT WITH EMERGENCY CHEQUEBOOK WAS COLLECTED BY ME ON 06 OCTOBER THE DAY CAMERA WAS PURCHASED AND PDCs COLLECTED THE COMPANY PEOPLE CONVENIENTLY DEFLECTED MY QUESTIONS. SINCE THEN I HAVE RECEIVED NUMEROUS CALLS & THREATS OF CIBIL DOWNGRADE. THE LAST STRAW WAS WHEN SOMEONE CALLED MY CLAIMING TO BE FROM TIS HAZARI COURT, DELHI AND SAID A CASE HAD BEEN FILED AGAINST ME, BUT DIDNOT DISCLOSE THE CASE NUMBER, DATE AND THE PLAINTIFF NAME. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY LEGAL NOTICE. AFTER REPEATED SUCH FALSE CALLS I CAME TO KNOW THAT IT WAS FROM BAJAJ FINANCE AND MY LAWYER INFORMED THAT NO COURT OFFICIAL EVER CALLS DEFENDANTS AND THREATENS THEM. THE ACTION OF THE COMPANY TO COERCE ME TO MEET THEIR UNJUST AND UNLAWFUL DEMANDS HAS CAUSED CONSIDERABLE MENTAL DISTRESS TO MY FAMILY MEMBERS AND MYSELF. I SEEK REDRESSAL IN THE FORM OF STRONG ACTION INITIATED AGAINST THIS COMPANY BY THE RELEVANT REGULATORY AUTHORITY SO THAT THEY STOP TORTURING ME. IN THE LATEST SMS THEY HAVE CLAIMED MY DUES AS Rs.41550 WHEREAS PREVIOUSLY THEY WERE CLAIMING DUES AS Rs2400. BOTH THESE CLAIMS ARE ILLEGAL AND UNJUST.
