Hello Sir, I had my mobile phone (samsung galaxy e7 new model) insured with a 'mobile insurance company'. Unfortunately I met with an accident on 30th july 2015 and registered a case with the 'mobile insurance company'.Their representative collected my phone from me on 7th Aug 2015 and assured me that me phone will be given back in 21 days. Today, on 14th of September 2015, I m still waiting for my phone to reach my hands. When I reach their representatives for last weeks I have been told that the phone is repaired and will soon be delivered to me. I m really very frustrated with these people and want to get my phone back. Please please please help get my phone back.

    HI my self A.divya sree, I have CD loan with customer id:13523022. I submitted request form to change my bank account and i handovered the cheque for the same. But the branch people does"t change my details so my cheque was bounced. A person from vijayawada name said as Nageshwara rao Ph no:[protected] called me and specking in an abusing manner with a rude behaviour. This is worst from bajaj side and even i want to proceed legally for the same. I need an apology call from him other wise i vl proceed for the same.

        This is kameswara rao reddy, one o[censored]r executive visited my office to collect documents and cheques from my side for personal loan on the name of devi reddy who is my wife. He said loan was rejected, I asked him to return my id proofs, cheques, pay slips. i called him several times he said he will return it but now he is not even responding to my calls.           Initially I have purchased two products in Bajaj Electronics showroom through bajaj finance, with loan account CD nos: *4000CD11144888*, *4000CD11144899*(loan amounts: 2850/-, 2650/- respectively). After few days due to some problem with the bajaj electronics people, I have cancelled one of the product and hence I also cancelled the respective loan account mapped with that i.e., 4000CD11144899, by sending a request to the same mail id(i.e., [protected]@bajabfinserv.in).The service request no for that is: *SRN03528237*. And It got cancelled also. Now, yesterday an amount of 5500/- has been deducted through ECS, instead of 2850. When I wrote to customer care([protected]@bajajfinserv.in) they are not responding correctly i.e., they are not providing clear information. I tried calling the customer care nos, no call is connecting to executive, and also I have called to the branch in hyderabad[protected], no body is picking the call. Even In the bajaj finance portal also its showing one loan account, for which the emi amount is 2850/-, then how come I got a message saying that I need to pay 5500/- and the same got deducted.

            This is in addition to the complaint my wife had lodged a few hours ago. After she had sent the message, there was a call from the Bajaj Finance office to ask her to compromise. They had also offered her a bribe of Rs.34000 so I could call off. The person, whose name is Abhijit Bhattacharya, (mobile no.[protected]), gave her a code to use it at an SBI or, ICICI ATM to get hold of a gift voucher of the said amount. She refused and told him we do not want any money returned, but he should send me an apology letter for the harassment done to us. In answer to this he had used extremely filthy, abusive words, which I shall not be able to record, even in writing. He had called her even after that but, she had not received his calls.I guess he had used this trick to lure us to an ATM machine where my account would have been compromised. Please take serious and appropriate action against this. I am ready to take this up at the Consumer Court. Debabrata Ghosh

              Hi, I am Manjunath.I came to US on October 2014 and a loan got added to me from BAJAJ finance during december[protected].I have not even applied for any loan and how can i take a loan when i am in US without any proof or signature.ho banks will give any loan without Identity proof.. Recently Bajaj finance people came to our home saying that i have not paid any loan from last 5 month and at that time only i came to know that there is loan got added to me and when i checked cibil report that loan was under my name.I even complained CIBIl but they are not able to help me in any instance. So please register a complaint against BAJAJ Finance. Loan account number i got from CIBIL is 4040CD06586507. IF the bank has given loan they should have proof of identity and signature of the identity.But when i questione dthe guy who came to our home he disconnecte dthe call..My cibil score has dropped from 734 to 550..who wil be responsible for this. please take necessary action against BAJAJ finance. I dont know whether you are going to read this complaint or not..i dont beleieve INDIAN law force is that strong .If this complaint is taken and recorded we will get some hopes on our law.                 i regularly receive calls from bajaj finnance company regarding the installment payment of some annonumus loan amont of rs 2755/- loan number#401dpf10798484 and this mentioned loan i have not taken and they by mistake they have entered my details for this loan. In spite of telling them this again and again and requestibg them tocorrect the details but nothing has been done so far. I have also requested their zonal manager mr amit uppadhya to correct the details but nothing has been done so far and i am still getting calls from their end to pay that emi amount and now they are getting rude also over the phone and started threatning as well.                   First of all, I think this is a fraud company. They charged me 2000 for auto debit failure and from 4 months I did not receive my insurance policy. I take a loan from Bajaj finance for iPhone .one day one of there telecaller call me and said we charged you 350 .i asked for what...and they said for auto debit failure.but they cut 2000 from my kotak account...I will not give any single money to u people of my remaining amount . It is extremely irritating as they keep calling from different numbers at least twice a day. I know when I have to go for personal finance.                         Daily I get at least 2 calls from Bajaj Finance representatives for various schemes. The worst part is that I am getting the calls for different mobile numbers so I can't even block them. I am fed of taking these calls. Please could you ask you representatives not to call someone unnecessarily, If in future i have any requirement then i will give a call and take your services but stop calling me on daily basis, its become annoying now for me, when I said that I don't need any scheme why you keep calling us? As per the TRAI guideline company should you special number for promitional calling; why your associates are calling from Mobile numbers?And when i shown disagreement from your services why i am getting daily call, if its not going to stop soon i have to go by some legal action then.

                            Bajaj finance company no idea how to dispatch amount in customer accounts. I am just ask to bajaj finance employees what is procedure to take amount Such as interest rate, period, but one employee comes at my home and take the cancelled and security cheque and say without your final consent amount not credited in your a/c but bad management of bajaj Finance directly credited in my a/c without my final decision. and also deducted processing fees. Hence don't give any cheque to bajaj finance employees without any knowledge even they say later on companies management Call you and ask your final decision.

                              Daily I am getting tortured by Bajaj Finance representatives for various schemes through their phone calls on my mobile number [protected]. The worst part is that I am getting the calls for different mobile numbers so I can't even block them. I am fed up of taking these calls. U can go through the communication with bajaj finserv as given under :

                              (1) 30th July, 2015
                              i got a call from 14008201 and again from [protected]. I have written to bajaj fin to stop this act and i was replied by baja finser as below :

                              We at Bajaj Finserv sincerely apologize for the incorrect communication you received from our end. This is to inform you that we have deleted your mobile number from our contact database.

                              again i have emailed to bajaj finser which is given below :
                              "inspite of your mail of july 30th stating that you have deleted my mobile number [protected] from your contact database, why the hell i was called again by your bajaj finance at around 1pm from your number [protected] and around 2.20pm from your number [protected].

                              August 1, 2015
                              i was once again called on my mobile number [protected] by your bajaj finance from your number [protected] at 15:56 hrs on[protected] and again from your number [protected] at 17:18 hrs on[protected]. the calls are coming from your different numbers.

                              for this bajaj finser reply is as given below :
                              We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that has been caused and appreciate your understanding and patience.
                              With reference to your email, we would like to inform you that we have received confirmation from our concerned department that they have blocked your mobile number and we assure you that you will not be received any promotional call from our side on mobile number [protected].

                              Sir, inspite of their assurances, i was once again called by Bajaj finser on[protected] as given below :
                              from phone no. [protected] at 1339 hrs
                              from phone no. [protected] at 1905 hrs
                              from phone no. [protected] at 1912 hrs
                              from phone no. [protected] at 1919 hrs and
                              from phone no. [protected] at 1922 hrs
                              you can observe from the above that i am receiving the phone calls from different numbers and the number of call to my number have increased and assurances from bajaj finserv. Moreover I believe that as per TRAI rules these promotional calls should come from special number; why your associates are calling from Mobile numbers?

                              i request you to kindly intervene and stop this torture immediately.

                              I am equally getting calls from Bajaj Finance on a daily basis. Averagely I attend 10-12 calls from Bajaj Finance which is really irritating. I think these Guys have no jobs!
                              Can someone please STOP the calls on my number [protected].

Even i am getting loads of calls from Bajaj Finserv even after I activating DND and the worst part is that these people back answer arrogantly when i tell them that you have called on the DND number. Bajaj Finserv is a reputed brand but they are pathetic on Customer Service.

                                  i recvd a call from a bajaj finance telecaller for any finance requirement at 2.30pm. i got up from sleep to answer the call. that female in an arrogant voice asks me if i have any requirement and when i said no she slammed the phone. i called back on the number to ask her name and other details. "Do you have a requirement? else im not interested in sharing details." she disconnected the line and she did not answer my calls when i called back repeatedly. her number is [protected]. strict action to be taken against these arrogant telecallers who just pick up the phone and call and do not take into consideration the availability of the answering person.

                                    Respected Concern Persona, My name is VENKAT, My Loan ID is 4090CD05350726, My ph Number is [protected]. My card is temporary blocked. I request you please activate my card. This is not a good customer service. You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. I speak to your representative, he told me that my card is blocked due to PDC bounce on 5th May. On the same issue, before the thing happening, I called your representative and ask him regarding the same, she told me your card will not be blocked. This is not my good service experience with Bajaj Finance Customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call. Kindly resolve this issue.
