i buy a new bajaj discover 135 dts-i from ekta bajaj karnal haryana which is under waranty and the rpm meter of my bike does not work and when i go to the showroom they do nothing .i go to the showroom from last 3 months but they always say we have no rpm meter please take the action quickly im waiting

i have purchased discover 125 from bajaj auto center on 16th june 2007, since then the millage i am getting is just 35km per litre. i have done servicing from the main bajaj service centre in kolkata but the same problem remains. please tell me what should i do now.

This is to bring to your kind notice about your recovery agent’s behavior against the recovery of installment payment for the bike loan, which was publicized by him in morning on phone. Today morning I received a call from your agent Mr. Gopal who asked about due payment of my last two installments of bike which I have got financed from Bajaj auto in September-2007 in abusive and insulting manner. I have told him about these two installments were pending due to bouncing of cheque. The reason of cheque bouncing as per your agent was insufficient balance in my account. However, when I have checked my bank statement and found that cheque was placed six months before their due dates. Both of you have accepted that these cheque had bounced because of your company’s mistake. In spite of the fact I am ready to give cash payment against N.O.C and bounced cheque. But the offensive approach is absolutely intolerable.



Again I would like to tell you that I will definitely give the payment of due EMIs in replace of action against Mr. Gopal (Ph-[protected]) and this action should be measurable against him & my bounced cheque N.O.C also. There was no mistake from my side you have rectified the same. The matter needs to be resolved as soon as possible or else I have to go for consumer court’s decision.

I am also complainig for the same. I had a Consume Loan from Bajaj Finance, I paid all emies and applied for NoC. I was told that I would receive the NoC withing 10 to 15 Days at my mailiing address. Its been more than 25 days I have not yet received it. I thing we should raise this issue in court now and this ediot company owner shold be penalised for this inconvenience. The representative of Bajaj finance are very rude and they never pick their phone.

It was informed by my sales executive that the installment will start from Jul’08 or Aug’08.

I had not recd. any information in the month of Jul’08 about the installment, so I was under impression that the installment will start from Aug’08. But in the month of Aug’08 they have deposited 2 cheques together out of which one get bounced & one was clear.

When I spoke to the employee of the Bajaj then I come to know that due to late process of the documents they deposited both the cheque in the same month (Aug'08) i.e. one for Jul’08 & for Aug’08 without any information. Later on I call the recovery boy & settled the EMI amount but I have not paid the penalty amount for cheque bounced which was duly accepted by them.

Now my loan is cleared in the month of Jun’09 & when I am asking for the NOC & Smart card, they (Bajaj Finance) are saying that your dues are pending.

Penalty amount Rs. 350 (because of cheque bounced) + int. of Rs. 300, total comes to Rs. 650.

I want to know why I am responsible for that; it was not informed to me that they are depositing both the cheques together. Atleast they should informed me prior before depositing the cheque for 2months, so that I can arrange that much amount in my A/c.

Pls check the details at your end.

I hope i will receive the positive answer from your end & pls handover my NOC, Smart card and other original documents related to bike.

i applied for the loan to buy lenovo laptop through Bajaj Finance. but being central govt employee (Indian Air Force) i was denied loan and was told that my CV hit is less. Since i did not know what the CV hit is, i was told by the Bajaj Finance employee that i may have overused my credit card or may not have paid other loans. but i tried to convinced them as i have never got any credit card (so there is no question to use)and also no loan is due on me. Plz tell me what the CV hit is take strict action against Bajaj Finance as other banks give loan without harrasment and this creats a lot of trouble.

Sir I am purchased a bike from bilaspur(chattisgarh)in Nov 2006 by Bajaj Finance, Then i am paid 14000 and my EMI will be 1688 /month for 16 month, So that i am giving a cheque for UTI bank to Bajaj finance and they are put my RC into their custody, and now onward my all 12 EMI will be cleard lastf 4 checque will not submited my bank acc and now that time they ask me to submit Rs13000 for last 4 cheque, So that i am not understand what will i do and also my RC will not received, So it would request to u plz solve it ASAP.

i have taken bike from indore . and finance from bajaj finance. my bike no is mp09 mc 8820.

i, m very disagree with the service from bajaj becouse i have continew paid my EMI but indore branch officer told me you have to pay late fee.otherwise you are not able to take NOC.

I taken a Loan for computer in Nov.05 and paid last 36th month EMI on 15th of Nov.08. Any company will refund immediately or within 30days after last EMI. Invoices, Security Deposit, Post Dated Cheques, etc. will be send back within 30 days after completion of loan tenure. But this company didn't respond to any phone call and also direct contact. I also contacted by email. Any way there is no response. All other finance organizations giving very good customer care, if they sanctioning loans or not.
But this bajaj first tells your loan sanctioned, need not to pay anything. but when we go for taking pc (any item which we want) then only they tell about the terms and conditions. This is also very unforgettable thing to people like me. Bajaj employees of Hyderabad branch are really negligence, irrespective and irresponsible.

I have never seen such a poor customer service[protected] " ONLY BAJAJ "

I have been using Airtel from more than 5 years now.

My company was using Airtel Broadband Services with the unlimited plan, we used this from last 3 years and the average bill was 2200/- per month this is when we received a call from Airtel for change of plan telling fake benefits and promising about no extra charges, no extra bills amount and not communicating the entire plan properly, after which our Airtel bill came Rs.30000/- in a month, we were shocked. However we changed the plan back immediately after receiving the bill... and after registering numerous complaints with Airtel (complaint no: Reference no : 6306642 and 6954480), After so many calls, very lenthy discussions we finally received a call from Mr. Hans (airtel) Ph: 45532760/ asking us to pay Rs.7500/- against our charges of Rs.30000/- as all settlement of previous bills, we agreed to pay the same (Airtel Payment done Rs. 7500/- SBI cheque no : 587985, collected by Mr. Ravi ) and Mr. Hans promised us to give us the waiver letter as per our discussion after the clearance of the cheque.

It has crossed more than a month now and we still have not received the letter instead they have disconnected the connection and when asked they are now asking us to pay Rs.5000/- more. Why do we pay more?

I had taken a Desktop PC. Bajaj Finance had financed it and EMI was Rs3017/month
In the process of regitsering my request for auto debit via ECS of this amount they
have created 2 transcations of ECS instead of one and as a result Rs3017 got dedcuted
twice from my bank account.

I want them to cancell one of these transaction since it is duplicate of actual one.

This is sheer negligence from their side and as a result of this my one more loan EMI which was
supposed to get deducted on same day got bounced due to lack of funds and i lost Rs200

I had called up and even visted to customer care office of Bajaj Finance i malleshwaram, bangalore.
Customer service people as well as people working over there have no sense of responsibility

They dont pick calls ( for your information giving numbers[protected],[protected] and even
when they pick calls without listening to request calls get disconnected.

If my problem does not get resolved as soon as possible i am goin to file a complaint against
Bajaj Finance and will may them pay for it . This has been my worst ever customer service interaction so far

I had purchased a Bajaj Pulsar 180cc from a Bajaj dealer at Chennai on Sep 7, 2007 and had entered into a loan agreement with BAFL through ECS. Due to some reason BAFL had not presented the cheque at my bank( Standard Chartered Bank) and installments were not collected for the months of Nov and Dec 2007 and Jan 2008. I was neither aware of this nor was I informed regarding this. In the month of Jan 2008, I had travelled on an overseas business trip and I was not in India till the end of Feb 2008. On Feb 10th, BAFL had presented the ECS cheque to my bank and the installment amount was deducted from my account. On Feb 23rd, some miscreants had entered my house and illegally taken my vehicle. As the original keys were in my possession, they had to break open the handle lock. When I returned back from my overseas assignment of Feb 28th, I found that my vehicle was missing. Before filing a theft complaint with the local police, I had a check with BAFL and they said that they have seized the vehicle for non payment of dues.Fearing a theft complaint, they sent me a telegram stating that they have seized the vehicle.

The Bajaj Finance manager has agreed that it was their mistake as the ECS numbers were not correctly printed in their system They apologised and returned the vehicle but my vehicle was seriously damaged and I had to spend around 10, 000 to rectify it. They were not ready to pay the compensation.

I have filed a complaint in the consumer court.But I feel this has not been brought to the notice of the head office of BAFL.

As I regularly paid all its instalments & then settled the whole remaining amount i.e. Rs. 22019/-by giving the PO no. 13750 on 07.06.2008 . In the view of the above I got the LETTER OF FORECLOSURE from your co. but still my name is reflecting in the CIVIL site of RBI in which the name of only those persons reflect who anytime made default in paying their loan amount.

As I have given application for a personal loan in ICICI Bank, but they are unable to sanction my application because of the above mentioned reason.

So please arrange to remove my name from that particular site of RBI otherwise I have to take strict action against your co. and for your reference I am enclosing the scanned copy of the FORECLOSURE LETTER and the complete statement of my loan amount.

This is to bring to your kind notice about your recovery agent’s behavior against the recovery of installment payment for the bike loan, which was publicized by him in morning on phone. Today morning I received a call from your agent Mr. Gopal who asked about due payment of my last two installments of bike which I have got financed from Bajaj auto in September-2007 in abusive and insulting manner. I have told him about these two installments were pending due to bouncing of cheque. The reason of cheque bouncing as per your agent was insufficient balance in my account. However, when I have checked my bank statement and found that cheque was placed six months before their due dates. Both of you have accepted that these cheque had bounced because of your company’s mistake. In spite of the fact I am ready to give cash payment against N.O.C and bounced cheque. But the offensive approach is absolutely intolerable.



Again I would like to tell you that I will definitely give the payment of due EMIs in replace of action against Mr. Gopal (Ph-[protected]) and this action should be measurable against him & my bounced cheque N.O.C also. There was no mistake from my side you have rectified the same. The matter needs to be resolved as soon as possible or else I have to go for consumer court’s decision.
