This is to inform you that I undersigned using a bike model Discover 135 from 14 August '07, Bought the same from Bajaj Auto Centre, Minto Park, Kolkata, engine no is JNGBPD46422, and Chasis no.is MD2DSDSZZPCD53735.by paying 55000/-
After 1 st service from bajaj authorised Service centre M/S Ankita Auto Shop, Sonarpur my bike is not giving proper mileage and pollution centre is not issuing the clearence Certificate( (pollution test faliure) and noise problem is ocurring from engine.
I have already complained at above mention service station and they told that the problem has been rectified.But I am facing same problem still now.
Then I have visited another one service station Bajaj auto centre, Hide Rd, Taratala, Kolkata and complain the same, after servicing they told that the problem has been resolved. But again I have visited for Polution test but they denied to give the clearance Certificate.
Like this I have complaint several times at your service station but no result came.
My question is previously I have CT100 bike, That time I never faced such problems but this time why it is happening, I think this is not depending on driving, which wants to prove bajaj service centre, because I have checked the mileage by other driver also.
I have visited bajaj service centre and complain several times, but still now not yet solved the matter and they are asking the money for resolving the matter.
So, if I invest 55000/- and from starting it is giving problem then why I should I pay, even they didnot resolved my problem.l
So, Please look into the matter .

This is to bring to your kind notice about your recovery agent’s behavior against the recovery of installment payment for the bike loan, which was publicized by him in morning on phone. Today morning I received a call from your agent Mr. Gopal who asked about due payment of my last two installments of bike which I have got financed from Bajaj auto in September-2007 in abusive and insulting manner. I have told him about these two installments were pending due to bouncing of cheque. The reason of cheque bouncing as per your agent was insufficient balance in my account. However, when I have checked my bank statement and found that cheque was placed six months before their due dates. Both of you have accepted that these cheque had bounced because of your company’s mistake. In spite of the fact I am ready to give cash payment against N.O.C and bounced cheque. But the offensive approach is absolutely intolerable.
Again I would like to tell you that I will definitely give the payment of due EMIs in replace of action against Mr. Gopal (Ph-[protected]) and this action should be measurable against him & my bounced cheque N.O.C also. There was no mistake from my side you have rectified the same. The matter needs to be resolved as soon as possible or else I have to go for consumer court’s decision.
