I am a bajaj finance customer but in spite of that i receive 5-7 calls daily regarding different offer which i am not interested.in spite of telling them on regular basis that please remove my name and no from your list nothing happened.

My no is registered under dnd since dnd inception but still its not helping... I am fade up receiving spam calls. Please do something.

Bajana finance and bajaj finserv people keep on calling every day at least twice or thrice a day for loan offers though i have told them that i am not interested.
Requesting you to please take action against them.
Also these people gets angry and cruce if tell them not call and don't disturb.
Also they call at anytime in night also.

My friend have not paid emi for this month and last date has passed, bajaj finance collection agent called me and asked do you know pankaj? And then started threatening and abusing me as i have nothing to do with bajaj. I have call recording and i am afraid as he said he has sent his goons to my place, please help me, he has called multiple times, his name is deepak, please help me

Daily I am getting 2-3 phone calls from Bajaj finance and also SMS to check my CIBIL score. It is highly irritating when I am driving or a in a business meeting.
My mobile number is[protected]. The frequency of the calls are increased now a days. The phone call executives are least bothered about our concern. Sometimes they are more dominating and they think that their right is to trouble us.
Please stop this nuisance immediately from Bajaj.

On call of bajaj head office I have paid my EMI in advance because they say auto debit is not possible. Now they are calling for payment of bouncing charges. Why should I pay bouncing charges for an advance payment ?? That's too on your call.
They are harassing their customers. That's how they became so called "Leading NBFC". Fooling the customer!!

My housing loan amount was sanctioned for takeover from hdfc bank and additional top-up amount. It was agreed upon on 8.80% rate of interest and 300 months tenure and i got the bt cheque from bajaj and i transferred my loan from hdfc to bajaj. Later on during my first emi only i came to know that the split of loan amounts given during bt and the one reflecting in my online portal during my emi payment is totally not matching although the total amount is same, but tenure and interest is not correct.

The below issues are there in my loan
1. My tenure is given as 120 months and interest is 9.75% - my home loan is being provided as personal loan
2. I am yet to be paid my final top-up amount (Rs.5.35 lakhs), but i am being paying emi for that amount also.
3. Above all, it’s been four emis debited, still now my home is not being asked to register for mod for bajaj home finance.

I have reported the same to bajaj home loan madurai office more than 20 times, i have been to office more than 10 times but till now it is not resolved. I need quick response of the same and also refund the over charged interest amount as well as principal amount for the loan amount which was not paid to me. Also request you to stabilize my loan account. I have till now paid almost 1 lakh in excess for these four months which was not desired for me. Kindly request quick assistance in resolving this issue since i am not getting any support from madurai office. They were around me during bt and loan approval, after that not even picking my calls and also giving proper response to me. It is my hard earned money which i am paying which is not at all related to my issue.

I am totally fed up both financially and mentally, request your support to resolve the issue asap.

Even the same email issue i reported to bajaj 2 weeks before and they have not responded to me till now and closed by request. I am very much hurt by this behaviour and not getting proper response. Kindly help me to resolve the same

I took a loan on bajaj finserve and i have closed it long ago. Now i am receive too many marketing calls every day, sms and email to my personal and official email id's. Which is really annoying. And it is very irritating to hear calls from you in our business working times so please don't call us and when we block any number we are getting calls from other numbers its like you are forcing us to switch off our mobiles so please take this note and kindly solve our problem. I took a loan on bajaj finserve loan acct no : 403spl11307709 and i have closed it long ago. Now i feel very bad in seeking loan with bajaj finance as i receive too many marketing calls every day, sms and email to my personal and official email id's. Which is really annoying. It's very difficult contact bank representative through phone and what they are provide customer care number, in that no option to contact bank fellow to get details regarding transcation.in my bank account with out any information bajaj finserv debuted 1180 rs. Am loose my trust to bajaj finserv to atleaset they has to give information for the deduction.

Please give solution

Yesterday got deducted 118 rs. Kindly let me know why deducted 118, as i am paying every month reguraly. Please do need full to me as soon as possible,
This is not right with out notice got deducted. Let me know prior information and reason to deducted the money

we had applied for flexi loan amount of 1, 11, 000 for the 60months tenure, deal done from RAVINDRAPATIL([protected]@bajajfinserve.in)pune, with loan number of[protected], on dept 8th we have done for ECS, E-SIGN also, from now til date we did not received any amount for contacted executive and respond is zero, wen ever i tried to grievance team they will say only one thing, we will contact out team and revert you back, check out my service request are - SR20314173, SR20312989, SR20104597, SR19956112, SR20085682 still they are not responding no one has the information and my documents has taken!! any one dont has any information regarding loan,

I have also noticed i have been charged with Rs.117 every year.

I have also noticed many people complained on this.

This money is being taken from accounts every year without any notice.

Dear sir,
It is very much regretted to state that a sum of rs. 295+295+295/- (Total = 885) was deducted from my state bank account on 12/09/2019 & 13/09/2019 without any consent. A message from my bank was received on my registered mobile as your account debited inr 295/- transfer to [protected] investment intermedi sbi charg for failed mandate txn bajaj finance.
Please take action for this and my amount immediately refund back otherwise i will file complaint to consumer court and police.

I had taken od amount of rs.1, 50, 000 @ 10% interest rate but they charged to me emi as per loan amount of rs. 3, 38, 000 from last two month i already highlighted the issue to the customer care and sales manager manoj kumar singh at goregaon office but no body response on my mail. Need to take immediate action. I also customer service is very bad and sales man also not aware of the procedure for loan

But now i lost my mobile so i dont have registered mobile number so i want to change my registered mobile number with another one. Already i download bajaj finance service app in that app i cannot change my number so i tried to call to call center but they are not responded iam trying still morning but they dont reply me. So iam complaining through online
