What is this? you are cheating customers with an EMI card which you said only one time charge. Even i don't know when i received such card dsepite the fact that availed consumer durable loan 6 year back take frieze. for the said loan you already cleared.

please deativate the card and remove my account, what ever deducted in bank account directly please return amount.

I have been getting sales calls from bajaj every day from different no. asking if iam interested in home loans or personal loans. Though i tell them that iam not interested, a new person or the same people call me again and again. Fed up with this i have asked them to remove my no. from their database, which everyone agrees to when they call, but i still get a call or two everyday. today i have have received a call again and i asked this lady who called to put me to her manager so that i can complain. and all she says is she wont call again and will delete my no. i tried calling her again to speak to her manager but she wont pick up my call. this is the same lady who called me on 12th of this month too.( call logs attached) when sent here a message she says that she si not doing timpepass and just doing her job. I wont to escalate this so that i wont get any more calls. so want to know who will be the right contact to help me out here

On 23.07.2019. Sir, i am again to inform you that on 21.07.2019
Due to some fault of bajaj finance ltd., bank has deducted @ rs.295/-
For two times (295+295) as sbi charge from my sb account for the
Reason failure of transactions as mandate charges. Please clarify it
What is the actual reason for deduction of above amount from my sb
Account where nothing emi was due on me or if any emi was pending,
Sufficient balance was remained on my sb account. On that particular
Day. But why these above two deductions have been made on the ground
Failure of transactions? Please clarify it.

Secondly recalculate the interest part on loan a/c. No.423tshek87372
As previously it was calculated on whole loan amount from the date
Of loan sanctioned whereas i got my full loan amount on 23.07.2019
After more than one month from the date of loan sanctioned.

This is regarding Mortgage Loan of Rs 37, 80000/- thirty seven lakhs eighty thousand Ref Loan No 404HL35535561 from Bajaj Finance

1. I have sanctioned the above loan on 27.02.2017 at the very high rate of
10.5% for a Tenure of 180 months

2.Subsequently they kept on increasing the Interest as follows
Aug 2017 TO 11 %
April 2018 TO 11.25%
JULY 2018 TO 11.35%
SEPT 2018 TO 11.55%
NOV 2018 TO 11.65%
FEB 2019 TO 11.75 %

3.I Have paying the EMI, S regularly from the beginning without any Default.

4.Now the Tenure has increased to 215 Months without taking my consent they have increased the Tenure otherwise I would have increased the EMI Amount with the same Tenure.

5.Now I have written to them to reduce the tenure to 120 months with Increase in EMI Which they have flatly reduced which I recieved the mail from them .

This is a clear case of Cheating & unfreindly attitude towards the customers.
I want to take this matter to the highest authority to ensure the Bajaj Finance company to be sued for un ehical practice & should take action for Fleeing the customers.

Bajaj Finance has been insured my mobile without any information. I did not pay any insured amount of my mobile because i m not interested to take this insurance. My customer id is[protected]. I purchased refirigerator for ₹ 17, 000. Emi is ₹ 1310. Due to extended warrenty extra ₹500 have been cutted from my account. Since 2 months and i don't want to wish continue with the extended warranty, i wish to cancel this service. So please cancel my extended warranty to my refrigerator.

Respected sir, after some hours i got spam call on my phone. Your employed whose name is sachine chaudhri tell me that i am from bajaj finserve and after he tell me that there is one emi is credited 2 times and then i told him that so you send me one emi and he ask about my debit card for to send my emi again so i give information to him and he debit my all money from my account and amount is 7296. I hope that you will take any action. Thank you.

I purchased three acs of voltas from great eastern, kankurgachi branch with the help of bajaj finance on august 16, 2018. At that time they (Means representatives of bajaj finserv) told me that there was inr 1500/- cash back offer for each ac, so i should get the cash back of inr 4500/- for three acs. As per their communication, i should get the cash back within 3 months of my emi start date.

After that my emi started from october, 2018 and as per their communication i waited till end of jan, 2019 but i didn’t get the cash back. I again asked to them, they told me to install the bajaj finance wallet to get the cash back. I installed and till waited for next three months as per their communication.

Now i have cleared all the emis but still now i’ve not received any cash back from bajaj finance even now they are not picking up my phone. When i tried to call from another number they picked and told me to contact to the bajaj finance office at sdf building, salt lake, sector 5, kolkata, west bengal, india. I tried to call to that office but no one picked the phone.

It is really an example of misguiding to force people to purchase products with the help of bajaj finance. They are basically doing the fraud and constantly telling us lie.

I want the cash back at any how. Please look into this.

Bajaj finserv has deducted inr 117 from my bank account today 18th july 2019 as ' bajaj finserv emi card inactive fee'. I was not informed of any such charges at the time of issuing the card. Else i would have cancelled the card. The amount has been auto deducted without my concent. How can it be done. Please help and suggest if i should go legal to them.

I have been reciveng calls from bajaj finance to take a loan, even if i told that i dont want they are calling me again and again weekly 2 to 3 times. I have registered for national dont call registery but still they call.
I have been sending email from long time, after sending email 2 weeks i wont get any phone calls then again they start calling

I am a cyclist i go for long rides in my bycycle it will be erratating when i get such calls

Constant calls from bajaj finance everyday, sometimes even three to four a day. It's bordering on the lines of harassment with calls disturbing me throughout the day inconsiderate of my day. It's annoying, disturbing, and they call from different numbers that look like mobile numbers and we can't keep blocking each number all the time. Even if we block one number they call from a different one.

Dear Team,

I would like to know more about the deduction of Rs. 117.00 from my bank account on 29-May-2019 with reference CMS/[protected]/BAJAJ_AUTO_CD__403SPL02.

Currently I don't have any loans/Credit cards/finance with Bajaj. Please let me know about the transaction. I have noticed similar compliance from other people.

Please address the issue, let me know in case of more details is required.

I am Kunal Sonk and having a loan from Bajaj, We had a settlement discussion going on and i have promised to pay by the end of this month. In spite of having all these conversations, My family and i are getting harassed by goons from Bajaj. They call till 11 pm on everyone's mobile phone in my family and threatened by saying that they will seal our house if we do not pay immediately. They have called most of my office colleagues, family members and neighbours. On top of it, A girl from bajaj is using abusive language with my wife and threatening her also.

Dont know from where they got all the family members mobile details and why they called them. Its a matter of self respect

This is really a big and very sensitive matter. On top of it, Bajaj people are threatening them. We all have been really disturbed by late night calls from them and threatened.

A lady from Bajaj (Pinky Arora) is keep calling everyone in my contact to get the loan amount as her target is not completed. Why she use abusive language like she is very illetrate.
I am also going to lodge FIR on Saturday when i have a week holiday. Also request you also to look into this matter.
