Dear sir/mam, this is to inform you that recently i had purchased samsung galaxy a50 from my bajaj finserv lending. I have not taken any mobile insurance but if i check my details at bajaj finance website online that shows emi of my mobile insurance with total amount of rs. 1924/- besides the mobile emi. Bajaj finance has been insured my mobile. I will not pay any insured amount of my mobile because i m not interested to take this insurance....

These are the details i have cleared with all the dues. I have missed the payment only once, i.e only one month on May 2019 bounced the payment.

I wanted to fore close loan... Went to branch (19th may 2019 along with cash... Agent asked to get the foreclosure letter form bank by writing an email (Wecare) i followed the process (20th may 2019) and got the notification that letter will be provided after 12 days.

I have bought the lg ac in the month of apr-2019 and i have paid all charges required for the card formation and processing charges at the time of leg ac purchasing. I have observed that the amount of rs 118 has been deducted from my account as deduction of amount from my account info: bajaj fin mndtvrfchgs may19. I purchaes a carrier ac in april last week from vijay sales kohat enclave pitampura and got it financed through bajaj finance on assuring that i will be getting rs 4000 vouchers. But till date im only being harassed and busy in writing to them and visiting the dealer etc. I am really a victim at tgeir hand. Hope to get help through you.

I have been charged of Rs. 450/- every time I miss my EMI payment, my due date is 2nd of every month & past two month I have been paying the same timely still on June 11th, I was charged Rs.350/-
Later on June 12th charged Rs.885/-
on 14th June again of Rs. 413/- & again on 20th June 354/- twice (Total Rs. 708).
