Bajaj Finance — Change in part payment and foreclosure charges | |||
I have taken two personal loans from Bajaj Finserv considering only 'zero' part payment and foreclosure charges even having higher rate of interest than other banks. now suddenly they applied the 4% part payment and foreclosure charges. this is cheating...In future no one trust on Bajaj Finserv. I too have availed a loan .And they changed terms and conditions .Yes Bajaj loans should not be availed . They can change any thing in future .

I too have similar foreclosure charges issue, . We need to do some thing thing for this cheating.
I do agree this company is cheating the people, can we file a case in court..
That is right. I am a victim too. Even when I took the loan, that sales representative cheated me.
