Dear sir.
I am having a loan running with Baja finance and I paid 2 installments remaining I don't pay due to some helth issues right now every day am getting call from Mr Harpal Singh from no [protected] and daily harrasong and giving thretning calls that they will publish my photo and speak to my HR manager. That spoke to my HR manager and they terminated from my job am not working now I will pay the difference amount but I need time so I can pay the amount please do the needful on this issue

FDR No. 1025 Dated 31 -01-14
In the name of Minor by Guardian, both's PAN No. was mentioned in application form at proper place. in Year (FY) 14-15 TDS amount was loaded against Minor's PAN, I.Tax return submitted by Guardian by adding interest on FDR 1025. however, TDS amount not reflacting in 26 AS of guardian
hence demand raised by I.T.O.
Please rectify your TDS return by replacing PAN NO. BUBPS3049F to AEEPS4534H .

In spite of 2 months advance intimated above mistake and again submission of PAN copy of guardian.
Same mistake was done for FY 15-16, but same was rectified after persuasion for 1 month.

Loan lene ke pehle maine aapke execute se roi kum karwane ko kha tha or unhone kha tha ki 12% me loan approval ho gya h maine approval ki copy bhi mail karne kha tha pr unhone mail nhi kiya or aaj jab maine bajaj ka statement check kiya or roi 21.22% show ho rha hai so please give me details about wrong commitment or jab me aapke executive ko call kr rha hu to wo call pic nhi kr rha hai.
Please solve my query as soon as possible..

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that I placed an order for formation of sofa at Modfurn Furniture, Barasat on 05.06.16 (Rs.1000/-(One Thousand was paid in advance). The approximate date for delivery was on 21.06.16. But due to dissatisfaction lastly I had to cancel the order over mail on 16.07.16. The matter was also intimated to manoj.[protected]@bajqajfinserv.in &
[protected]@gmail.com.
I want to say something about your representative as well as the procedure you have followed. Your staff Mr. Avijit Giri, working at Barasat called me about the contact for formation of sofa but he never said anything in details. He neither sent any ECS form nor took any concern about my option for A/C. I was also in dark about the month from when EMI deduction will be started at the time of booking. After sending message from Bajaj Finance at mobile it was first intimated that EMI will be deducted from my SB A/C No. xxxxxxxx370, SBI, Kalyani from 2nd July, 2016. When I communicated with him lastly on 04.07.16 thereafter he collected duly signed ECS form as well as a cancelled cheque of my preferable A/C before cancellation.
I am really strange to see the procedure followed by your company and kindly reply the following question at an early date:
1. Without giving any written concern taken from the customer can any company start to deduct EMI?
2. Before ready of the matter for delivery how you can deduct the EMI from the customer?
Again I request you kindly return my money to my account at an early date as I already cancelled the order.

I am simply getting irritated by the recorded call i am receiving from bajaj finance loan department daily 3-4 times phone calls from bajaj finance loan comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan. So please stop the same ASAP if not than i shall move to consumer court. I am really getting frusted by this now so just stop it and resolve it ASAP. I have force closure my a/c no.L2wahm02612384 on 27/07/2016. Kindly provide me zero balance certificate and no due certificate of above a/c.Statement of a/c is very speedy need. So pl.Take action as early as posible. I aslo close my mobile loan a/c. No.418dpf16677629.Kindly also this a/c`s statements of a/c and zero balance certificate. As earliest.

I purchased a smartphone make lenovo on 10/6/2016 through bajaj finance. Now i find that another product naming "digital fone safe 403dfs24761871" is tagged to my loan account.
I mailed to the company to remove this product from my a/c. But they didn't pay any heed rather deducted the 1st installment of emi for this unwanted product. Iam astonished for such action of this reputed company.
Now, i request to you please raise the complain to this compay and resolve the matter so that i don't loose any money. I shall remain grateful to you.

ITS my humble request to all the persons reading this.

Never take Personal loan from Bajaj Finserv ( I took 10 lakhs + 50000 Rs as insurance) I was assured once the settlement is made the 50 K will be refunded. I was happy and also took that. Then I took the homeloan with Overdraft thinking its simple. Submitted all the documents that was requested and he gave a breakup of what to expect as per the EMI & also the overdraft for another 12 lakhs. Once the home loan was settled & Od released I closed the PL and sent email to Bajaj finance for the refund of insurance. 1) i'll get only surrendered value and not full amount that is a surprise and iI thought it was ok since I'll get at least 85 % surrendered value 2) the process takes 31 business days.3) There are 3 insurance plans ( they get commissions in selling the insurance plans & riders). 4) I only got refund for 1 insurance and so far the other 2 insurance they are yet to be refund. The Home loan there was no breakup provided for the Insurance amount that is going to be charged. and approvals from my side. 2) many hidden charges that was not communicated and I was checking the breakup details which did not have them. Every time I ask for an email confirmation regarding the homeloan breakup & OD they said they will send it but so far still fighting with them for so much lacuna. From my Experience I would never recommend Bajaj Finance for home loan or personal loan and wanted to go to consumer court on this matter

I am getting marketing calls from Bajaj finance daily almost. I have registered for DND, complained to my service provider many times but still not stopping, instead i am getting calls from different numbers. I. Really annoying. My number is [protected].

Kindly help to stop the calls from Baja finance. If this is continues, is there a way to sue Bajaj Finance?

Dear all,
I have purchased a lg phone with the bajaj card of loan amount 13, 800rs while buying they have intimated a transaction for the mobile only. Now i have checked via my app it has shown i have purchase digital fone safe worth of 1800rs which is unwanted to me. I don't know how they are adding a loan to me without my knowledge.
I don't know why a reputed company like bajaj has doing this type of fraudulent activities.

One of the worst bank, i had very bad experience with this bank.
While providing loan they said no part payment charges. But when i started paying part payment they are saying its 2.5 % chargeable as per revised company policies. This is ridicules. They change the rules when ever they want and it will be applicable to all loans existing & new. One of the worst bank.

Worst worst worst bank,... No class bank not 3rd class also... Its no class bank and sales executives.

Hi,
I got a call from finance department for verification the time i was busy in official meeting so could not talk properly and suddenly call dropped and again he called me up and i received call and went through all required verification.
Though, that caller was so robotic in talking style still i replied.

He might not like my voice so, suddenly dropped the call without saying thank you etc. And after some time i got call from reliance store saying that my request for loan is rejected reason i dint attend the call and disconnect the call though, i have not done so.


Now, tell me is this subject to customer service or interest of company's employees who are working for customers and company???

Now, tell me are they there to serve their own interest or customers'???

This is first time and and for the first time i had a very bad experience with this company.

I am salaried & have taken personal loan of amount - rs-3, 03, 000/- from which amount of rs. 2, 90, 740 - disbursed on[protected]. It was clearly mentioned while taking loan that there will not be any part payment & foreclosure charges, also still i can see the same on https://www.bajajfinserv.in, however when i am trying to close the loan customer care is asking me to pay extra 4.60% amount of outstanding principal. If i am trying to do part payment website is not allowing.

I have not received any information or email to pay extra charges for foreclosure or for part payment, this is completely illegal. You can check the website it is saying no additional changes for four closer.

Need you help & response.
