I'm your old customer. Probably from last 10 years. My customer id is 402cdd64703394, and 402ocd7033609. Generally emi is deducted on 5th of every month. This time i got message from your side on 1st of this month that emi is deducted. I was wondering as to why you have changed the date. Today i got message again that emi is due on 5th of this month and be ready with cash? Please check at your end why this has happened. More so this was my last emi for both the accounts. Thanks. I got a call from [protected] a week back that I am eligible for a loan against insurance up to 30 lacs. As I was in a need of loan, I applied for RS 4 lacs loan and they said 10% LIC premium will be deducted each year for 10 years. After 10 years the value will be 2.5 times, out of which 50% Bajaj Finance will take and 50% would be given to me. It was a good scheme so I transferred 40000 I'm their account

Daily i received 02 calls from bajaj finance representatives on my mo. No. [protected]. I have got more than 1000 calls from your end. I simply denied every time, they assured me that next time call will not come, but still the calls coming daily basis.

Today i have received call from bajaj finance representatives from the co. No. [protected], during the conversation, he started abusing me very badly and cut the call.

You are requested to do the needful, otherwise i have to go to the consumer court.

Please note that i have not required any type of loan.

I am bharat singh. Sir i had receive a call from bajaj finserv for loan. They asked me that you are interested? I said yes because before a day i just filled up your loan application..
Then they asked me for file... Then i provide all my document that she want.. After that i deposit the file fee-3500/-, gst charges-7500, last transation-9200. And after that they send me a check and demand to me 2200/- and i deposit but my processing was not completed. And now i am totally harrassed. So please do something about my case otherwise i have to case on your company...

Bajaj finance exicutive ne force fully mere mana karne par bhi life insurance mere account se oprate kiya. Maine clearly unko bola tha family m discuss karke policy k baare m sochungi. Phir 15 days k free look period m maine hdfc life insurance m jakar apna insurance cancel karvaya mera policy no 90841413 ye h but my problem is meri policy cancelled hone k bavjood bajaj finance mere account se paise deduction k liye massage kar rahah account no is 577lip92699346 or customer care se bhi koi support nahi h so a problem kaise solve karu? Help me.

I bought IFB Washing Machin from Digi1, Kamothe, Navi Mum. Bajaj fin Executive take my documents and sign on loan finance form. But within week they missed my file and demand me document again.
After 15 days Bajaj fin. Call me for GOVT ID card, which is not related to this finance subject.
They have taken my sign for 30, 000/- loan, whereas they finance me 24, 000/-.

I was buying a led tv worth 46000 and it was approved by your team at reliance digital raipur magneto mall..
I was approved online for a limit of 54000 and provided all documents which were asked.
I was approved for 18 month scheme and given down payment of 10905
Next day i was told that your loan has been disapproved ...and was asked for cash payment or other mode of payments.
So i want to complaint about this process becoz it is just breaking the trust ...

I buy a samsung note8 om12 september 2018 with that they include the digital fone safe insurance of 5399 rupees i dont want this insurance (Digital fone safe) i want to remove this loan from my account i dont find useful and i already paid one instalment of this loan so my request is to return that instalment amount of rs 491 and cancel this loan from my account please take instant action of this problem

I had ordered a product in fitness one at 18th nov 2018 and i have requested a cancel order at 19th nov 2018. Later order has confirmed to be cancelled. But the loan amount has been sanctioned. Till now the loan in emi account has been not cancelled and not refunded. So kindly needful to this. I have placed the message confirming cancel of order in gmail in below add photos.

Everyday i am getting calls from bajaj finance asking for loan. I am not interested in any service from bajaj finance, pls help me to remove my phone number [protected] from bajaj finance list of probable customers.

I have applied on bajaj finance website for dnd six months ago but there is no action from the company till date

I have taken a loan against mobile purchase. First emi had paid with cheque bouncing charges. But at the time of 2nd installment i had been made the provision of such emi amount but due to problem at bajaj finserve the haven't deduct my emi for given account and bajaj have charged me of late payment. I m totally disappointed by the service of bajaj. They are calling me continously but its totally fault of bajaj that not deducted emi from account on time and charged late fees. Its bajaj's fraudly charged cost emi plan instead of no cost emi. My lan is 427ecf87485304. When i visit its customer care outlets misbehaviuor was shown by its executives.

I have same problem with mobile insurance. Two days before i bought samsung j8 mobile from m k mobiles pvt. Ltd, near paradise, hyderabad. I don't have interest to take mobile insurance but with forced i paid some amount rest of payment in emi's. I don't receive any insurance bill from shop or bajaj finance executive. I asked but they are not giving proper response.

Please cancel my insurances

I we had purchased a VIVO mobile on 14th of this month and said very clearly that I don't want any insurance but instead of that Iam getting messages that my insurance had been processed and my EMI will be 1399/-.
Pls note very clearly that I don't want any insurance and request you to kindly cancel the same & confirm.

My number [protected] is registered for Full DND with the service provider and had raised a request Bajaj finance through their website to remove my number from your calling list. I did not get calls for a few days but now I am again receiving calls. I recently got a call from this number [protected] and call center contact is Divya. She also tried to harrasement me and asking me not to lift there phone. Bajaj finance is irritating by calling every day with the different numbers. Please block all there numbers in order to avoid them calling and disturbing during the work hours.

It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, i am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or sms me for loan requirement..

Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else i will be forced to take action against bajaj finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers

I have faced the same situation with bajaj finserv. I have paid my emi's regularly for the last 1 year but due to some financial issues, i have been paying the emi's at a later date and have received threatening calls from their recovery agents and the same person dharmendra has been calling me. I had to make a call to the police but that did not stop them. I even wrote to the board of directors of bajaj finserv but that did not help either. They are not ready to listen to your problems.
If they threaten me or be physical, they will pay for it. I will not take this # from these #.

D i was fade up with mrashok yadav attetute with chitting &missbehavior, abusing talks &missleading for commitment, as t am yuor old clint, deposited all the dues rs19, 14, 700 in oct2018. I was sanction the loan in last oct17. Since idonot want to contiune with you ideposited ath whole amount with rs23000-app for int oct17. Still you want to take the amc-charges rs 27000,.. For what. I have cleared all my dues & deposited the oct intrest in time. Then for what the charges are. I told to stop my transation & payment as i am not intreasted. Therefore remit my amount given to you total in the oct 18 & obligue me. Pl give me the expedated reply, remitt my amount tome. Pl try to improve your field staff. I have been getting frequent calls from Bajaj for loans, customer care, etc etc everyday for n number of times to my number [protected] . I am really fed up and inspire of telling then not to call, still next min only there will be another call. I get calls from Chandigarh, Pune .. if still I continue to get then I will go to consumer court.
I have shared photo of the calls I am getting. It's very annoying.
Please block my number from your data base.

Now I have closed my loan on dated 16 november 2018.i have paid the amount with pre closer charges and other charges with amt.of Rs.3, 46, 877. With no other dues. MY actual amount with pre-clouser charges and other charges is Rs.3, 46, 301 up to 16th of November 2018 but you have taken a amount of 3, 46, 877.A amt of Rs.570.is intrest of 4 days extra taken by you so I request you to refund the amont Rs 570 as soon as possible.
When I have a taken a loan at that time you have taken a security cheque
from me please return my cheque as early as possible.

I have been getting too many calls from bajaj finance.. I have been blocking the numbers but still get from different numbers daily 5-6 times. Inspire of telling them not to call still i get calls from pune, chandigarh, bangalore. I am really fed up. Please help me so that i don't get any calls. I ahve attached a photo as well.. Just now i have asked them not to call and again in 5 mins m getting another call.
