Bajaj Finance — complaint against washing machine finance process | |||
I bought IFB Washing Machin from Digi1, Kamothe, Navi Mum. Bajaj fin Executive take my documents and sign on loan finance form. But within week they missed my file and demand me document again. After 15 days Bajaj fin. Call me for GOVT ID card, which is not related to this finance subject. They have taken my sign for 30, 000/- loan, whereas they finance me 24, 000/-. I have requested to opt me out from promotional calls and emails for more 20 odd times, but still I get those calls, saying that my name is in their database.
