Am getting numerous calls from Bajaj Finserv regarding personal loan, daily 3 to 4 times. I dont want any loans from Bajaj finserv. I had already told everytime i receive a call that i dont want any loans. Its my mistake to take a one time loan from the comany like Bajaj Finserv. Please stop irritating customers for your targets.     Before taking this account I was told all the false statements and benefits about the OVER DRAFT account. Below are the things which was told by the Bajaj finance executive (Aamir from Delhi as he claimed) and his manager.

    1. I was told no additional charges other than 0.5% processing fee and the executive promised to make it more down from internal approvals. WHICH HE DINT
    2. I was told the OD account money will be there in Bajaj experia account and only when in need I can take the money from account. To my surprise all the amount was transferred to my savings account and interest is deducted.
    3. I was not told about any Credit card protection plan of Rs. 2999 or handling charges of Rs. 1999, this is again a surprise to me.
    4.I have taken loan for 10 laks but additional Rs.2999 got added. And total of Rs 11, 115 got deducted which I was never told off even after asking him repeatedly. he clearly told no additional changes. Now for that Rs. 11115 interest of Rs. 1725 is being debited every month.

    I have been cheated to take this account and Now for closing this account
    additional charges of 20k approx is being asked by customer care team.

    I even have the call recordings of the sales person spoke to me..

    Pls do the needful to close the account with no extra charges and if possible pls help me get back the extra amount deducted from my account.

      I apply for personal loan. I am giving application for 50000 Rs. Loan. For this loan, i will deduct 6000 Rs processing fee. But you are giving 76000 rs loan. I have received loan amount 67323 rs. and for that i have deduct 9000 rs processing fee. This is your fault, not my fault. After paying this extra money. I have loss 3000 rs extra. I will pay only for 50000 rs loan. Otherwise you will take this 67000 rs return. Otherwise i will not pay this loan amount.

          My name is Jignesh Khamar & from Vadodara, Gujarat. My phone number is [protected].

          I am receiving daily around 4-5 phone calls from various numbers asking to take loan, overdraft etc. for almost last one year.

          I requested them several time for putting my number with label of NOT INTERESTED FOR ANY SERVICE THROUGH PHONE CALL.

          But it is not done till date & still phone calls are continued.

          Request you to please stop this type of mental harrasement by asking your team for not calling me.

          If no action is taken from your end within next 5-7 days, I will be forced to go to consumer forum for raising serious complain of the same.

            I' Sushil Kotwal, had applied for Home loan, Mr. Gyan Prakash ([protected]) & Mr. Kalpesh ([protected]) from Goregaon - Mumbai Branch, have collected all my relevant documents 15 days ago, and now Gyan Prakash does not answer a phone call, and Mr. Kalpesh replied that, I have been transferred to Thane Branch and now you need to contact Mr. Rahul Pandey ([protected]) in this regards.

            Their approach is absolutely un-professional. No one is interested to even reply the phone calls.

              We have two FDs with the above company with fo quarterly payment of Interest..Our FD No 95241 -for Rs 400000 & 93076- for Rs 100000. We have submitted form 15 H for not deducting TDS from the Interest Amount . The 15 H is received by them at Head Office on 25/April 18., A confirmation in this regard is available with Bangaluru Branch office from where FD is generated .Contact no of Bangaluru office is[protected] Jayanagara Branch . Inspite our submitting 15H the Company have deducted TDS and no proper communication is sent to us. On contacting branch at Bengalure they say they are yet to get confirmation .                     I had taken consumer loan and done foreclosure of same as on 30th March 2016. Collection Agency appointed by Bajaj. J.S.G Services had taken cash and issued receipt for same.
                    However in month of May 2018. My family got a call from S K Sharma saying he is advocate and company have filled a suit in Pune kindly make immediate payment or case will be filed with fear factor we paid via PAYTM. Later i realised I had done foreclosure and had receipt on mail. I called bajaj guys Goregoan no contacts. I was torchured. Later again in Month of June 2018 I got this S K Sharma [protected] demanding money on paytm buy saying pay or we will file suit.
                    I have done several calls and mail to Bajaj they say will check and refund my extra paid amount. I am eagerly waiting when company will take action or I will post same on social media lets people be safe from Bajaj

                        I had a free credit card from Bajaj finance .They told annual maintenance is free . even then they deducted the money from my account . I would like to cancel the card .Can some one guide me how to cancel it.

                          With reference to the LAN: 404SAF[protected]Salaried Flexi LOAN) I was paying monthly interest on regular basis starting from[protected]. However for the month of June’18 principal amount also got accumulated in the EMI which was unaffordable and because of my financial crisis I missed my EMI due on June 2nd’18 for Rs. 38, 635.

                          If you would look at LOAN Account Statement this was the 1st time EMI got missed out for the above LOAN account.

                          I have been getting continuous call from the bank for making the payment even after I communicated my situation to the bank people. On 16th June’2018 I got repetitive call from the bank and bank person visited my home thereafter and asked me to visit the branch to resolve the matter.

                          Then after I got repeated CALL ON 16th June’2018 at 13:20pm, 13:29pm, 13:44pm, 13:45pm, 13:58pm from Airtel GSM post-paid number +91 [protected] and person started talking in abusive language. He told me and I quoted here “Mother [censored]er”, “Gandu” even though I told him I am visiting the branch.

                          Upon visiting Bajaj Finance Branch at 3rd Floor, Prestige Towers, Residency Road, Bangalore – 560025 on 16th June’2018 I asked bank people to introduce me to the above person used abusive language. However no body shown interest and they told they don’t know who called me. Then I spoke to another Bank Manager, he listened to me and committed he will resolve the matter.

                          Now after visiting branch again on 25th June’2018 till date I haven’t got any clarification form Bajaj Finance violating RBI guideline for Recovery Agents engaged by Banks. They are only asking me to pay the due EMI at any cost. Also sending recovery agent time and again. So my question to the bank is who has given authority to the bank to use such abusive language with the customer. Because of the above incident happened my family now mentally in a disturbed state in terms of health issues.

                          So until above issue is resolved and I get appropriate answer from Bajaj Finance Ltd. I am unable to pay the due amount for above LAN also going to block ECS mandate for other two LAN mentioned below.

                          **In case Bajaj Finance Ltd. fail to answer my above question with respect to the RBI guideline (attached) Bajaj Finance Ltd. has to pay a penalty of Rs. 5000000 (Rupees Fifty Lakhs) for insulting customer.

                          I already raised police complain and taking above insulting situation to the legal till I get your response in line with guideline set by RBI.
                          Very rude collection agents have made atleast 50 calls yesterday...inspite of clearing all dues. Even today one mister Rajput a floor manager was rude and disgusting. If anybody bothers me any more I will have to take police and legal actions
                          I want clarification about why you people are drawing 295 rupees in my account in every month two or three times, , , ? I want clarification and send back my money.. in every month twice, , , why what is the problem, , I didn't have any pending emi or loan balance and Cheq Bounce charges, , I want my money back

                              My loan Account Number:404HSL72162443

                              I have applied for the Insurance of 1 lakh rupees for

                              Housing loan and I haven't received the bond yet it's

                              already been 4 months and even we haven't got gift

                              voucher of 30k. BAJAJ Finance organisation

                              Maintainence is very worst

                              Iam not knowing what exactly is the problem to deliver our Insurance Bond and gift voucher even after 4 months continuous follow ups

                              I don't think the amount of insurance and gift voucher is a small amount which we have paid for insurance, which is not acceptable to been these much of late

                              Either refund us the complete Insurance amount or Deliver us insurance bond within time being an organized bank it should have been delivered by now

                              Person who have done there insurance after us have also got there bond.Can you confirm me y we are facing the issue in these which is causing a lots of trouble for us

                                I am receiving unsolicited marketing calls from Bajaj finance. This organization is so unprofessional and nonsense that they use regular phone numbers instead of marketing related numbers (starting with 14) to make unsuspecting innocent people in answering their rubbish calls any time of the day.

                                I am never going to buy any service from this rogue organization because of this nonsense.
                                Sir, I inform to u that Recently I transferred from hyderabad(Telngana) to Visakhapatnam(A.p), I wants to change my address and mobile number.

                                I am old customer in bajaj me peaches new products to cheange my old number but not cheange my number
                                Mobile number lost and not active my email for use
                                But I am give all detail on a new product purchasing than not change any detail in my account plz change my detail

                                  I have registered for DND category. However I am receiving daily atleast 3 to 4 calls either from auto voice system or customer care or representatives. I have requested each time to delete my number from your database and I donot want any call from Bajaj Finance or any associated company.

                                  Now I am really fed up with your calls. If you donot stop this immediately I will raise a Police complaint against the associate and Bajaj Finance.

                                  Immediate solution required.
                                  Bajaj company deduct emi two times from my account 3000+4363 total 7363 of pokicy no 4010Pl[protected] plz refund my money into my account as soon as possible

                                  My register no is [protected]. My two installments have not been cut, the installment of 2045 was on 2/7/18 and the 1174 was for 5/7/18, but both the installments were not available while in the bank. However, the request was made to cut my two installments.

                                    I used the bajaj finance services (Or rather the unilet store did) for a zero finance emi option while purchasing some electronic goods. Thats when i imagine they got my number and i constantly get 3-4 calls day in and out both automated and from their call centers.

                                    This is bordering on harassment now. And i need them to stop.

                                    Most times the call come ni when i'm driving or evenings when i'm with my family and this i'm compelled to pick up call since i'm not sure if the call might be another important one.

                                    They keep rotating their numbers so blocking them is not an option.

                                      I am krishna mohan. I had availed one loan from bajaj and promptly closed it. Bajaj on their own appears to have issued a loan card and misusing the authorization to collect annual renewal charges. Complaint made to them did not yield any results. As a reputed company they should not misuse the ecs issued only for the loan and not for annual card. My contact details are [protected] or [protected]. Hope on seeing this they will promptly return all renewal charges unauthroizedly collected as i neither use their card nor interested to use it.

                                        My name is nikita kedia. My registered mobile number is [protected]. I don't have any loan account in bajaj finance than to from last 3 months an amount of rs 1800 approx is getting deducted from my bank of baroda account [protected].
                                        Regarding this i have already dropped a mail also.

                                        Take this very seriously. If not than i will move to consumer court against bajaj finance for making false transactions.

                                        This is 3rd time an amount has got deducted. Kindly resolve this on priority. If the same is not resolved than I have to forcefully complain in Consumer Court
