Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Bhaskar, and I am from Bengaluru. Recently, I have got a call from Bajajfinancial Service member, his name is Chethan(ph:[protected]). I was to do Balance Transfer of my housing loan along with OD. So, I have gave all documents(Copy of my Aadhar card/Pan Card/Payslip/Bank Statement/Sale Deed copy), all at one set. Later on, I queried sales manager on few things, and got to know few charges, which I dont want to proceed due to those charges. And I am asking my documents back, I was ready to come anywhere for collecting my documents back. Last 2 days I was asking for the same, but they are refusing to give me back. They are disconnecting my call now. Then, I came to know that document collecting person has left the job yesterday.
I am already holding 2 Bajaj Finanz product with me.
Please assist me on this, how to get my documents back.

Please my bajaj card blocked, and loan cancellation for me. Card not useful me, loan not compatable only recharge keen loan where loan not important for my card it's not card, not loan. Please receive my complaint accepted for the finserv management and immediately close the card. My angry with loan please cancel the loan another bajaj card not useful.

I don't know how to explain that how am suffering. I have been getting threatening calls from Bajaj Finances .I have take a loan for Home Appliances loan no-4070CD75110156 in the month of May 2018.At same time I have submitted necessary document which were demanded for the approval of loan with my new account details for EMI deduction of loan.
I have received a sms for the first Emi due date with my bank details on my registered mobile number from Bajaj Finances .It has been noticed that they have wrongly send my old SBI Account number registered with them. Same day I have contact the Bajaj finances to make a necessary change in their system and explain them to change my account Emi deduction. But they were unable to make a changes and my FIirst EMI was return and they have ask me to resubmit the account details again. I have submitted the account details again to Bajaj finances concern person and also paid the First Emi to local office in cash.
But again I have received a second sms for my second EMI due date with my old bank details on my registered mobile from Bajaj Finances. I have contact many times to Bajaj finances concern person for the same but he was unable to resolve the issue and he told me to pay the same to local office. After contacting Bajaj Branch at Nashik for grievance redressal they confirmed that it is their mistake and they will remove all incorrect accounts details but even though they have not make a necessary changes. I have paid the due amount to local office and also resubmitted my new accounts numbers details..
Again my third EMI was present to my old Sbi account number and EMI was return .I have contact the Bajaj finances person he told me to paid the said amount through paytm . I have paid the third EMI amount through paytm.My fourth EMI he also return and the After contacting Bajaj Branch at Nashik for grievance redressal they confirmed that it is their mistake and they will remove all incorrect accounts details but even though they have not make a necessary changes and the concerned person of Bajaj finances is not receiving my call and they have charges me Rs.1328/- against Emi return charges.
Now I have been getting threatening calls from Bajaj to pay the Emi return charges. Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number from bajaj finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers and to take a back Emi return charges as soon as possible.

According to below details. My consumer loan still not closed. I already paid all the emi to bajaj finance. So pl check and update accordingly. It will help to my cibil record.

Dear Sir,
I have been getting threatening calls from Bajaj. After contacting Bajaj Branch at bangalore and also, grievance redressal, they confirmed that it is their mistake and they will remove all incorrect ID mapped to my ID.

But, still i am getting calls from consumer court.

Recently, i checked my Cibil and this wrongly mapped laon account has hit my score. This is pathetic service from Bajaj.

I got life threatening calls from by bajaj finserv your recovery out agency by mr. Ravi mr. Rathod & mr. Sanket sathe as follows
This is with reference to visit by your mr. Ravi (Cell no. [protected]) in the matter of collection of outstanding dues on 05.08.2018.in this regard it is submitted :-
1. That i took a personal loan from your esteemed organisation
2. That until june/july 2018 my payment has been regular
3. Your mr sanket sathe who is from shree sai collection agency has also ill treated my daughter on phone through cell of mr. Ravi's cell.
4. Your one mr. Rathod has called me from[protected] & threatened me that you are coming to borivali railway station at 10.00 pm and his goons will beat me at borivali station because they reside on carter road number 3/4. Keeping in view.
5. My account is not npa
6 moreover certain norms has been formulated by rbi in which threatening coercion, ill treatment and/or threaten to the life of creditors.
7. I am recuperating from my ailments and your persons threatening as such are making my health conditions worse. I am afraid that my life is in danger as per the call made as mentioned in para 4.
Sir bajaj is a reputed name and i thought it works straight forward pioneer company but the acts mentioned here in above has shattered my hope and imaginations.

You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. . This is not my good service experience with Bajaj Finance Customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.

Myself Anita Sandeep Teli. The amount of Rs117 has been debited from my Saving Account . I have received SMS "ACHDRTPCE BAJAJ FINANCE1499" from Bajaj Finance. I have not taken any loan or purchase anything from Bajaj Finance. There is no any EMI amt against any product taken through Bajaj Finance. Kindly refund amount at the earliest. Why this type of deductions are doing by Bajaj Finance without asking any loan. If you will not pay my amount within two days. I will put Article in Newspaper for Service of Bajaj Finance. So kindly provide your positive and speedy reply to the customer. Even I am trying any number for complaining to your customer service, but not single contact number is working. I have been confirmed by bajaj kolkata office that my personal loan amount 560000 insurance 39000 processing fee 1.75% emi 14140 rate of int 10.30% on 10 aug 18 and i was sent ok.
On 17 aug 18 i received a mail from direct bajaj that loan amount 599741 incl ins 39741 processing fee deducted more than 2% emi15283 rate of int 17.75%.
I have sent mail several times to bajaj we care from 17th aug to till date but my problems does no solve. How they can charge more interest without intimating me?

I want to share my experience with bajaj finance i took personal loan from them and when i wasn't able to pay my 11th and 12th emi. The bajaj finance collection man called me and as soon as i answered the call. I told him theer is some finance issue once my finance issue solve will pay you with all charges. But he started using vulgar language and very irrited person. Which i can not even express. He talked many things

I am manashi ghoshal. All time phn and heras me for 1 emi payment. This name is anirudhya saha number is [protected].. Send excicutive at my house daily. Plese take action against this number.. I am repetadly said must be payment on 31st aug. But he is hamar me all time.. Call me again and again. Do not pick up call then send excicutive in my house. They are came and theret me. Please take action.

Hello bajaj finserv,

It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, i am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or sms me for loan requirement..

Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else i will be forced to take action against bajaj finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers

Dear sir, my name is s prabhakar. I have taken 2 wheeler vehicle loan for buying ktm duke 200 on march 25th 2017. My emi amount is rs. 4759. This amount is deducting in every month 6th in my sbi a/c. August 6th also debited rs. 4759 as usual. But again 24th august afternoon you have withdrawn rs. 413 without my knowledge.

Please refund my amount to my sbi account. Sbi - peenya baranch reference is p [protected] transferred to ddr bajaj auto to your a/c no. [protected].

My register mobile number is [protected]. I purchased mobile on finance on aug 7, 2018. When i am taking mobile i sure that i told that i don't want to insurance on my mobile then also they processed insurance on my mobile.
I received msg that they were added insurance (No. Im1674602) to my mobile with rs.1849.
I also received one courier from fone safe about insurance apply on my mobile
My emi is rs.2167.
Please sir as soon as possible you cancel my insurance plan

I am rituparna ghoshal. Some consumer loan in bajaj finance are running my mother name manashi ghoshal. All month my payment is clear bt this month 2emi is due now. Bajaj excicutive moumita came my home call and call heras me with some people type of gunda came my home. Please take action against them asap. Then i complain police... The girl thret me she burn my house. If you not take a action iam gp police station

Please give me detail of my emi and loan last time my first emi deduct excess so i want full detail of my loan & emi which have been paid and how much emi will paid by me in future. My loan no. Is 4260cd80283927 & 4260cd80284758 loan items are washing machine and refrigerator. Please resolve my complaint no one give me detail of my loan please send response to my email id

In the month of november 2017, i got continuous calls from a customer service executive of bajaj finance for offering a bajaj elite card which will have a limit of 300000 and also rs 30000 worth of gift vocuhers inclusive of holiday stay and what not things. They asked me to pay rs 4777/- for the same. Initially i was not convinced by this offer and i had a strong feeling that its a fake call. But later on this guy named nikhil nagare kept on calling me and tried to influence me by telling that its as good offer and this services are offered to the privileged customers only. Finally i made the payment of rs 4777/- on 28/11/2018. After payment the executive told that there is some changes in my residence address and asked me to send a copy of my adhaar card and accordingly is sent the same for upgrading my address. After that till date i have not received any call or any card. I tried to call the toll free number but it was a waste of time and no response from the customer team. I have also written mails marking a copy chairman, cfo and other higher ups but nothing has worked out.

I paid for Elite membership card Rs.4777/- on 30.09.2017 so far I have not received any response even after sending mails visiting to Bangalore local office & even for phone call.

My name is Uma Malla. I am a female. I am a registered customer and I have existing loans with you. I been a loyal customer to Bajaj.

Last month I got a call from one of your executives saying that I had a smart card pre-approved for me. Initially I said i was not interested. He convinced me explaining it's benefits. Then I asked him to come down home to gather my KYC documents. He came and left saying I would receive the card within a week. After two days I got a msg saying it was declined and no reasons were stated. I been trying to reach customer care to talk to an executive. I don't find such option anymore. I want to know why u r cheating your customers saying pre-approved.

Another issue here. I have two consumer loans with bajaj among which one was supposed to be the last emi this August first week. But I didn't pay it deliberately for having PREAPPROVED smart card rejected. Meanwhile I was out of city too. Your people have been calling me and I am saying the same reason. Today I got a call directly from the store and the way the person was talking was very pathetic. Addressing me as a cheater and addressing me 'tum' while I was addressing him as aap. And he is warning me saying he would take away the sofa. I said alright. I don't understand the logic how u could take the sofa away without paying my 23 months emi I paid to u just for me not paying one month.

Please don't consider me as any other common customer. I seriously am hurt with the way your ex executive dealt with my smart card sanctioned drama and now your executives harassing me for not repaying the last emi. I have all the calls recorded. Before taking away the sofa, you owe me an answer why my card was declined while it was pre-approved and also I want all the signed documents back from you that you collected for smart card approval. Then you can take away the sofa paying partial amount that I paid as EMIs for 23 months.

The calls are mentally harassing me. I want a solution for this else I will go to consumer court. They are warning me that they would come home in half an hour and take away the sofa and said in a big tone that nobody could stop them. Is that the way you talk to a long-term customer and that too a female? I became veru nervous. I have all the calls recorded with me, I told my husband and he asked me to drop a message in this forum first and then proceed accordingly if no initiative is taken by bajaj people.
