I paid for Elite membership card Rs.4777/- on 30.09.2017 so far I have not received any response even after sending mails visiting to Bangalore local office & even for phone call. Payment details as follows, Cheque No.047808 of ICICI Bank Cheque dated : 30.09.2017 Amount Rs. 4777/- Person who collected cheque from me stated the official representative of Bajaj Finance Ltd is Mr.Chethan Gowda and his mobile no is [protected] please help me in getting refund of the same.
