2. An amount of Rs.809/- (350 +459) till date the said amount has not yet been
credited in my account even after personnel approach. The same may be credit to my account immediately and intimate.

I have taken a consumer loan from Bajaj Finance and I have been paying the installment on time, but on one occasion because of the fault of the Bajaj Finance one of my EMI got bounced but still I made the payment.
Today around 3 pm I received a call from Bajaj Finance (number [protected] rohith ) and the person on the other side told me to pay the installment, when I said that before calling you should confirm with your accounts department whether the payments has been received or not, at this he became very abusive and started to abuse my family women members. In spite of telling him to check the matter from his side he was very rude and threatening in his attitude.
I find this attitude of the employee of the Bajaj Finance very threatening and is giving mental tension, I want to file a complaint against the Bajaj Finance Company, its Directors and the employee. I submit before you the recording of the call as evidence.

My name is DAKSHATA DASHRATH HEGISTE, My Loan ID is 18756165, My EMI Card No. [protected]. My card is temporary blocked. I request you please activate my card. This is not a good customer service. You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. I speak to your representative, he told me that my card is blocked due to PDC bounce on 2th May. On the same issue, before the thing happening, I called your representative and ask him regarding the same, she told me your card will be blocked. This is not my good service experience with Bajaj Finance Customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.

Kindly resolve this issue.

my name is Shrishta and Amount of Rs 2450 detected from my account i don't know why. i have not purchased anything from them. this amount detected on 15th January 2016 from my account No [protected] from Indian overseas bank. i have transaction number also which is[protected].
I have no such relation or account with Bajaj Finance and so I would like immediate action to be taken to refund the money back to my account without any further delay.No further payment should be takebn without my knowledge. Explanin why it has been detected. i want my money back into my account as soon as possible.

I had applied for Bajaj Finance EMI Card from Sathya Agencies . I had filed the application form where it is said that i am eligible for the loan of Rs. 30, 000/-. In order to avail this loan. i had to Paid Rs. 550. I had Purchased washing machine Rs.12500/- from Sathya Agencies at virudhunagar branch on 26/12/2016 purchase via EMI Card from Bajaj Finance. i had paid due on past 2 months .

I took a commercial loan in Bajaj Finserv to buy a refrigerator form a showroom in Bangalore. Post that I had cleared and closed the loan amount. Now I have no intention to take any more loan from Bajaj Finserv. Now I frequently receive calls and SMS from automated numbers. This happens everyday and I am being disturbed during my office hours too. Hope Bajaj Finserv takes this up and resolves the issue soon.

I did my home loan balance transfer of my loan with Bajaj finance. I have been received Sanction letter from Bajaj finanace.based upon the sanction letter I had closed my previous bank loan and waiting for the top up amount from Bajaj finance. I am surprised the Top up amount received was much lesser than the committed When I checked They said there was the issue internally with Credit team . but if this could be informed me before the previous loan closure I could not opt for Bajaj Finance Home loan. Again one more surprise My EMI deducted higher with a higher rate of interest. when I checked online my rate interest mentioned was higher than What I received in Sanction letter. it was more than 45 days I raised this issue with We care (customer care of Bajaj) and Grievance redressal and customer experience so far NO resolution. The ticket will get closed in 2 days of the time they will just share statement not of account. NO one will read your email and no one will call to understand the query. BUT you could notice in the ticket closure mail that they will mention Mobile not reachable. VERY POOR SERVICE and FAKE PROMISES. please don't go with Bajaj finance and get cheated like me.

My LAN ID is 401PST22270139 and at the time taking loan BFL promised me on the written paper foreclosure charges will be zero but now they are asking for foreclosure charges.

I am extremely not satisfied. Please provide me foreclosure charges without foreclosure charges.

Attached loan slip clearly mentioned NO FORECLOSURE CHARGES / PART PAYMENT CHARGES.

We have taken personal loan with terms that no part payment and pre closure charges, now they are saying there will be charges for both. Please revert your decision other wise we may go to legal court
Please let all Bajaj finance customer come forward and move this company to court, we have teach them lesson, I will never and ever approach Bajaj finance in my life

This company Bajaj Finance needs to be penalised heavily and the marketing director arrested for harassment and breaking rules. Also all the third part companies employed for hard calls need to be audited and penalised.

I keep getting calls every month despite my phone being registered with DND.

Yesterday I bought a a/c through Bajaj finance. My loan amount 30, 400rs. For this just I got mobile sms. Nothing more than that. So I want to see my loan amount through online. They didn't give any confirmation paper regarding this loan.

When I call customer care, it's saying, u entered wrong mobile number. My registered mobile number is [protected].

When I get customer id..?
Is there any paper conformation regarding this loan amount..?

Amount deduct from my bank account

DDR AUTO BAJAJ(P[protected]) Deducted amount Rs/-99 from my account(a/c no. [protected] ) on 21st March 2017 without my permission.I want to know why you deducted the amount without my concern and refund the amount back to my account as early as possible otherwise i will pursue it by legally.

So I want to replace this number instead of this number as [protected] Actually I didn't received any sms since from 2 months.so its quite diificult for me to get the details of all updations and EMI So please add my new number as per my requirement.

Calls from Bajaj Finance have become very annoying. Even if i do not need the loan and have requested them to delist my number [protected], it seems none of them understand and keep doing the same offence each day. It is so irritating when I have to pick up the call from different customer executives on daily basis. I do not understand if a customer declares he do not want loan or a credit card, why does your representatives still keep calling him. Is there any specific language in which you take the complain or do I have to go to court to make my demand clear?????????????

I have been asking to resolve the query for a long time, but still it is left unattended, though maintaining a sufficient balence it still get bounced I was wondering why ?? Now I have realised that Company guys have given the branch code wrong as a result this happening it is Shillong kenchstrace branch not happy Valley branch .as a result you guys have levied bounce charges on me .

So request to resolve it ASAP AND you guys cannot levy charges for which I have no role to play

Now when i am asking MR Hamanta that i want to pay the amount and wanted NOC, he is saying that he needs approval form HQ, this i am hearing for last 9-10 months .And also for the start when it started happening i asked them what is the problem they are saying it is the ECS problem now i foun out my self they have wrongly put the branch code, thay have putted SBI HAPPY VALLEY BRANCH WHICH IS NOT CORRECT

These people don't care if your number is in DND but will call relentlessly till you get irritated.
Call's come from individual mobile numbers and no ones seems to bother, Please stop this harassment!
I don't want loan and would neither require in future.
Even if i take loan in future would go to bajaj finance

I m Nilesh Thool, I get customer durable loan from bjaj finance, but I do not apply for extended warranty, unnecessary bajajfinance give me extended warranty product, I request to stop that extended warranty, they issue me a letter, but it shows in my cibil. It damage my cibil score, so i request u to stop extended warranty to improve my cibil.s o pls take care of my complent .
