    Hi,

    I get daily automated calls from bajaj finance. Please stop calling me with these promotions.
    The automated calls happen twice or thrice a day. I am a working professional and these calls are a real disturbance.

    If i am interested, i would get in touch with you. These calls are rather irritating and you might lose your probable customers because of these calls.

        Trails of email confirmed me that my card has been blocked and that there will be no more yearly charges. But only to find they don't make any proper commitments as they are complete thugs. Never ever use their service. It's a scam company. Police complaint will be filled shortly. And if i slam a case on them for some crores, i will surely come out the winner. Wait n watch.

          This side gagandeep singh bagga i had purchased a mobile samsung c9 pro from bajaj beneficiary card i was admitted in neuro icu from 16 june to 8 of july so i forgot to deposite the sufficiant amount of emi in bank so, u charged the pawlenty amount with emi but i couldnt find any kind of reminder call aur sms for late pay of emi or u will charge the pawlenty, as i know every company or organization should have to remind once to our customers before the last date of pawlenty but there is no information forwarded to me by call or sms
          So kindly re deposite my pawlenty amount to my bank acoount

              Date of incident: 5-sep
              Loan number: 404sal45211573

              For the above loan the nach mandate was rejected due to signature mismatch. I got a call from customer representative informing that they would come and collect the cheque and signature from nach mandate, i waited for 5 days and called customer care today (5-sep). They asked me to visit the branch to submit the cheque and nach mandate. The closest branch was marathahalli as confirmed by the customer care executive. I visited the branch and found that it was not operational. I called customer care immediately and the security person spoke to the rep and informed that there are no employees in the branch. The closest branch to me is 10-12 km away. I'm not able to visit the branch on weekdays.

              I want a person to come and collect the cheque and nach mandate from me. Request my issue to be resolved.

                Some called me from [protected] and emailed me from sultana. [protected]@simpliloans. The called me for flexi loan these people called me in the name of bajaj and took documents and blank cheque and blank paper signature to take a photocopy of my documents. I asked the guy to get the photocopy he said i am late i have a blank paper sign it and i will take printout on this. I called you many times more than 30 times they are not giving any information. Before taking documents sultana called me 25-26 times a day now she is not picking my call and others who pic call says who sultana or she is busy. I spoke to my lawyer and he said put a fir urgently before these fraud people take all money from my account. Police told me to confirm this from simpliloans if these are frauds who took the cheque and blank paper signature. Please reply if these are fraud people please reply urgently so i can move further legally. Help me please.

They are telling that it is online, no sign required, your premium amount of rs.883/- monthly is debited automatically from 05.10.2017 through your salary account., which i don't want to pay. So pls hold this amount when they ask it. I didn't give assurance/confirmation so that they will deduct it from my sb-salary account bearing a/c. No - "[protected]". Regards,

                    I had applied for loan takeover in respect of 3 loans
                    A) hdfc ltd homeloan
                    B) hdfc ltd top-up loan
                    C) credila financial services ltd

                    You have started the installments in respect of all the loans even if no payment was made by you to credila. You can see this from your clearing statement.
                    My objections:
                    1. I was made to pay interest to both credila and bajaj finance for the same loan. You may not therefore requested charge interest on my loan till the time my loans were not shifted from credila.

                    2. I was made to convince the officers of credila by personally visiting their office twice. Is this your policy of smooth take over?

                    3.in respect of the top up loan i have no interest benefit

                    4. Even i was made to pay an amount of rs. 82000 or more, that being the difference amount between the cheque prepared by you and outstanding amount with credila. This caused me a lot of hardship.

                    5. I have been charged processing fee by bajaj finance in two of my loan accounts rs.6795 +rs.15010. This is in addition to rs. 15000 taken in cash by your agents for meeting various administrative expenses. Will i get a receipt for that?

                    6. Your document vault does not give details of post dated /blank cheques taken by your persons. Can i get their details.

                    7. Company persons do not encourage customers self-fill their forms and only ask the customer to sign at difference places which creates great sense of insecurity. I am an educated person, and this be my state of mind, what will happen to the less educated customers

                        Dear sir, madam i took a consumer loan from bajaj finserv in 2016. (Digital product finance. No.428dpf[protected] and i paid all the dues (5 emi 2500 * 5 = 12500) by ecs and cash. The representative told me that, after clear all the dues they will send me noc. My loan account has been closed. But till the date i didn't get the noc. And it is reflecting in my cibil record. I would like to request you please send me the noc and update my cibil record.

                          Bajaj Fin .. LOAN and marketing staff are ridiculous and unprofessional. Even staff that I have spoken till today and requesting them to stop calling me and to have them remove my phone number from their calling listed, none of your staff has adhered to it. Even after telling them to STOP calling when I am already listed as a DND customer, now they have gone ahead an listed my number in their IVR/ auto dialing database and I keep on getting 4- 5 call every alternate day.

                          Please remove me off your disturbing LOANs/ marketing list with immediate effect

                          here is an example phones # of Bajaj as Spam caller, +[protected] and [protected] and +[protected] and +[protected] and +91 [protected] and +[protected] and +91 [protected] and [protected] ... you want more, I have a ######## long list...

                          If my number is not removed from all of the marketing, LOANs and Credit Card and automobiling database by your staff within 5 business day from the day you receive this email, I am submitting a complain with OMBUDSMAN who are the regulatory body for banking and financial sectors.

                            Dear all,

                            I am regularly following the bajaj finance stock price as well as its financial performance through stock market. It is amazing that while most of the nbfcs are struggling, bajaj finance is posting blockbuster financial results quarter on quarter and year on year.

                            Recently, i had some financial dealings with bajaj finance. Therafter, i began to sense the causes of their blockbuster performance. I observed their modus-operandi and unethical business practices. Below are some of these practices / strategies universally applied on all of their clients:

                            1. They will lure the customers for loans, emi cards and other financial products through fake promises viz. Nil foreclosure charges, lowest interest rate, no hidden cost, no-cost emi card, overdraft facility etc.

                            2. Once you are trapped (Loan is sanctioned). If you are not alert enough, you shall lose significant amount at the loan disbursal stage itself.
                            (Varoius names have been invented by bajaj to lighten your disburse amount)

                            3. Once, loan is disbursed, they shall start with emi card. The card shall be sent as free and without your consent, however the hidden charges shall be debited to your account quitely.

                            4. They shall give undertaking about nill foreclosure charges. However, when you will go for foreclosure, they shall immediately impose the 4% charges ingoring their earlier commitments.

                            5. If you send them an e-mail to resolve the grievences, the bajaj fianace shall reply only when they are legally correct / followed proper procedures or if the offences are minor in nature.

                            6. They have also invented a way to loot the customers, who try to contact them at the customer-care helpline. The cc executive shall ask you about 4 to 5 unnecessary personal questions, just to ascertain your identity. He will assure you about the heritage and ethics of bajaj finance. If you ask him about some mischievous activities of bajaj, then he will request you to hold - on. After 6-7 minutes, he shall emerge with an incomplete / unsatisfactory reply. Thereby, a phone call to bajaj finance will typically last for 14-15 minutes. Please be informed that this is a call with special charges. The revenues out of such calls are shared with bajaj finance by the telecom operator.

                            In view of above, now i am not surprised that companies with strong ethical values (Tata capital, sbi etc) are struggling and bajaj finance is doing exceptionally well.

                              If this continues i will file police complaint against bajaj finance limited and submit fir to file case of intrusion and impaling of privacy, extreme harrassment
                              And bajaj finance resorting to extreme torture treatment by making incessent phone calls disturbing the basic sense of privacy any time in 24 hours. Because of such totally
                              Illegal and continuous torture i am facing extreme disturbance in all walks of my life. Continuing this ridiculuous strategy by bajaj finance to promote their stupid
                              Products will only lead to filing legal case of harrassment and unlimited damages to be paid due to the consequences.
                              Stop this at once otherwise immediate filing of fir and court case will begin.

                                Daily i receive 5-6 calls from bajaj finance asking if i need some kind of loan. Please note that i don't need any loan. I have registered for dnd so i hope i don't get unsolicited calls like from your company. How come you get our data and start calling us?
                                If this doesn't stop immediately i will be forced to register a complaint to a consumer court or trai.

                                  Dear concern,
                                  I want to draw your attention towards following few lines as the for immediate action.

                                  I was advised for the od facility for the sanction of same i have furnished necessary documents. Further i was told when i will be in need i can use the loan and at that time i have to pay the charges (Processing fee etc.) as per your policy.

                                  When i got the trail mail your agent puneet called me immediately and asked me to give approval, also he mentioned the loan amount and emi mentioned are just for example and its only approval for od facility and i approved the same.

                                  Surprisingly the loan amout was disbursed to my personal account without my consent and all the fees for loan has been deducted from the approved loan amount.

                                  Its simply case of mis selling, mis guiding and doing wrong practice strategically.

                                  Financial fitness report to be deducted from disbursal amount was not also intimated

                                  In this scenario i request please reverse all the charges and nullify my loan account, i have immediately paid the amount to bajaj

                                  Further, after sending a mail to grievance mail id eventhough i got the assurance from mr narendra n through mail & telephonically also that my matter will take up and after loan closure, noc will be provided to me, however till date even after so many reminder i am not getting any support from concern am even no body bother to pick the call after disbursement

                                  So if this is the condition of resolution in market leader company than its a thinkable question on the management of company.

                                  I sent below mail to all the concern authority as below but no response got from anyone :-

Prateek, he did not pick my call from my mob no, again i tried from another number and he picked the call and his behaviour was terific showing the cause due to month end target he is not able to help me any way.

                                    [protected] this is just one of the numbers i get 2-5 calls every day without fail from bajaj finance, its been like this for over 4 years but the frequency has increased drastically for last 2 months - they just don't get it, i receive other calls also but once or twice, not like these guys, how to make it stop??? They have been telling me for over an year that they will remove my number fro data base it never happens, i hav enever done business with them how can they use my number, have also added my number to dnd list through vodafone, i am tired of these guys, especially calling at work time with different cell phone numbers

                                      On 23rd august, i have recently noted that there is a transaction of rs. 117 under the narration ""to transfer p[protected]tr for ddr bajaj-auto". Please note that this money has been deducted without my consent.

                                      Therefore i direct you to please revert back the money asap. You get in touch with bajaj auto and resolve the matter.

                                      I advice you to please take the matter seriously and revert back my money.
