[Resolved]  Bajaj Finance — mr. zishan siddiqui - falls commitment and worst customer service

I am an unfortunate customer of Bajaj Finance. Having Loan account no - 405HPVEI273309 for Rs.269650 and Loan account - 405HSLEI273291 Rs.4816000.

I am in touch with Mr. Zishan Siddiqui (Thane Branch) who is processing my Loan Accounts. This guy is not at all giving me any solution on my queries. He had made lot many mistakes while processing my Loan.

1. He had closed my Previous LIC HFL loan account without taking my consent.

2. Total Loan amount ( Home Loan + VRPL) is 5085650/- but actual outstanding with LIC HFL was 5075000/-. RM is not replying on this. Why processed with higher principle amount ?

3. He didn't inform me that Loan Tenure will be 25 years only if i am transferring going for BT and only 80% of agreement value will be processed. Result of which i am end up paying higher EMI on BT + VRPL.

4. Instead of paying less EMI after BT, i am paying Rs. 1500 more on my EMI. Which ridiculous. why i suffered of this ?

5. I told him to keep my Loan EMI disbursement date same as beofre with LIC HFL, but he made it 05th of every month instead of 10th. To change this date to 10th, RM is not giving me any update. Just saying it is done but this month Loan EMI has been returned twice due to Mr. Zishan's falls commitment.

6. I had processed my Loan before with LIC HFL. my interest rate has been increased but EMI was same. So Mr. Zishan is saying that LIC HFL had increased my Loan tenure to 27 ot 28 years from 25 years. I am asking for the details/ proof of it, he is not giving me that proof. Just giving me a falls commitment.

7. I asked him to keep VRPL for same tenure or at least 20 years but he processed it with 10 years tenure and didn't give me any information on it. I asked him to increase tenure to 20 years and he gave me commitment that will done till 10th of June 2019 but till today it is not done. and Mr. Zishan Siddiqui is not giving proper reply on it.

8.I had mentioned correct Email ID while filling up my Form but wrong email ID was mentioned on system. Which is absolutely unacceptable.

9. He also gave me falls commitment that i will get extra Loan of Rs.400000/-. He dragged this almost 2 months then he said it is not approved.

10. He is not responding to me on time. Not speaking to me properly. whenever i called him either he is in Meeting or he kept his mobile on charging.

11, He also committed to that that there is no charges for BT and also no charges for Prepayment and Foreclosure. I am have doubt not about this comments by Mr. Zishan Siddiqui.

12. Mr. Zishan not giving me any proof of closure of my LIC HFL loan account. He directly go to the LIC closed my account.

13. Whenever i follow up for anything he always says " You work is done Sir. Everything is done" and at the end nothing had happened. Every time i have follow up with him for pending things. There is no single when he called upfront and give me details.

14. If i chase strongly, He always used give me warning recall of loan to LIC HFL. This is purely harassment.

Mr. Zishan Siddiqui played with my emotions, he wasted my time and money both. Absolutely an unprofessional behavior.

I want Bajaj Finance to take strict action on this. If Mr. Zishan Siddiqui is correct then i am so sorry Bajaj is having worst ever system in the world for Customer Satisfaction. This RM has no sense to work for Customer. please change my RM and take action on this guy.

If no action taken on this immediately, i will knock the next door till RBI ombudsman but i will not tolerate this inconvenience like that.

Please i dont need any loan, you keep on calling me 5times a day..if you don not stop calling me i ll complain in consumer court
I wrote multiple mails for the refund of Rs 2399 to CC, but till not no action has been taken. its being 36 days am following up and the CC telling My bank is denying the credit where Bajaj Finserve has auto debit option from my AC. even they are not sharing any reference no. They are just humiliating me.
I have told very clearly to Bajaj Finance calls that i am interested in their service, but still they keep calling for loans and annoying me
