My phone dameged. I send it to cpp fonesafe. When buy my phone fonesafe insurence i have to my mobile i submit all my document and damaged item also mobile to headoffice of fonesafe cpp insurence. But they are not giving claim to my insurance. Why they are doing like this. If iam illitarate what is my situation. May be loose claim. Whay cpp fonesafe doing like this way they are nottaking my call when i called to tollfreenumber. Conumers facing problems like this type which is iam faceing. After receiving my 1. Orginal phone bill 2. Service center copy which is they mentioned point it is printed in that copy3. Cpp fonesafe copy insurence copy4 pan 5. Aadhar6 damge mobile and etc... Which they required all sent by me. Sir please support to me. Thanking you sir
