Bajaj Finance — wrong account no updated | |||
Dear sir/mam, Actually Bajaj finance approached me for personal loan. Ok i appreciate but once everything is done and wrong input has been updated at bajaj finance regarding my ECS account no by their employees due to which the EMI has been bounced and now a call center lady calls me for the payment and i told her that i will pay it online or by cash but what about the next ECS is it going to be changed or will continue the same then she says me to visit to their wakadewadi br for which i am not ready as it is not my fault for which i have to waste my 2-3 hrs due a mistake done by their employee. Why should i pay for it. if any ECS is bounced by our mistake we have to pay the charges now what if a mistake is done by a financial service. I request the employess to be clam soft nd smooth with the coustomers. My loan acc no is 402PST68418357 Bajaj Finance. I would like to tell straightly that i am not going to visit their office as it is their mistake and for which i am being harresd for. Was this information helpful? | |||
