This one already paisd beore itself.
I want to change my phone number linked to Bajaj card ending with8446 but cannot do so as my previous number is out of my reach.Ibwnat to change it plz help me

Daily or almost weekly 4 or 5 times receiving calls from Bajaj finance for applying loan, personal loan, etc., I have never made any attempt to apply for a loan from them. PL stop these calls...when we are in office meetings or driving or any such important timings, these calls really disturbing.

        I received a call from ‭+[protected]‬ (Ajay rana police) as displayed on true caller. He said that he’s calling from pune police station as bajaj finserv has logged a complaint against me. He said that there is an outstanding amount of rs.3717/- from 2014 loan and needs to be paid immediately. He guided me to go on paytm and put the loan number as 4050cd07751415 and check and pay the amount. He mentioned that if this amount is unpaid, i’ll have through go through a court case.
        My question is why is this coming after 4 years and is harrassing me. If this isn’t fixed i’ll have to file a cross complaint against bajaj finserv for harassment.

          I have bought the ac in the month of march 18 and i have paid all charges required for the card formation
          And processing charges at the time of ac purchasing. I have observed that the amount of rs 118 has been deducted from my account as deduction of amount from my account info: bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_apr18.
          I do not understand that why the above mentioned amount has been deducted as already i have paid all dues on time.

          Arrange to credit this amount in my account. Ans reply why this has been deducted??

            daily getting 3 to 5 automatic calls for from you, iam irritated from you. All calls are regarding Finance and loans.how many times I blocked then they are calling from new numbers.
            you don't have s system that a customer rejects call then you should stop calling or else call after six months.
            because of this calls I lost respect on the company and now iam feeling that the company has playing cheap tricks to attracts customer.

            Pls understand the problems of the customer and react the counter measurements.

              M nikhil rao i received a call from bajaj finanace on 08 march 2018 which no is [protected], [protected], [protected] he said to me he is ravi chohan from bajaj finance sector 16 noida branch
              He said that a offer of personal loan from bajaj finance which 0% interest rate on my no.
              I think i have a relation with bajaj emi card via my contact no [protected] so bajaj finanace give me offer as personal loan so i said ok and asked him to processor of loan
              He asked my pan card detailed for check amount of loan after 2 min he said m eligible for take 2 -10 lac personal loan on behalf of insurance policy where i pay of the premium of 70000 which is 10%of my loan amount he gave me 7 lac loan on behalf of hdfc life insurance policy
              Further he saying that first 6 month premium of policy paying by me which issued your policy then he mortage my policy and given to loan amount and also he said that premium amount which pay by u is ur first instalment of your loan amount timeperiod of 1 year u pay second year emi so i say ok
              I asked him what is profit of bajaj to give me loan of 0% interest rate
              Then he says that bajaj profit is 300% he explained that which policy u received is mortage on bajaj and also u pay 7 lac in 10 years and when policy is mature bajaj company claim to hdfc life to give maturity amount as nominee so bajaj company received 14 lac by hdfc life so total amount of company is 21 lac which is 3 times of your loan amount so i think its good for me and also bajaj company earn profit so m ready for the policy
              I talk with him regularly and also he talk to me his seniors and also gave me his personal no which i write in last
              After 17 days he said my amount of loan is ready to transfer in my account but one problem is that a noc form lagega which cost is 28900 which is only 900 is cut and 28000 is refund and this amount is given via a policy which is indiafirst life insurance
              I asked why m paying this amount to another insurance company then he said to me that bajaj company have not take amount direct because of your loan is 0% rate so all documents and all amount is take via insurance policy so i ready to give him

                I have purchased panasonic 1.5 ton window ac from aditya vision patna in the month of march 2016. I had also taken extended warranty from bajaj finance. The extended warranty will lapse in march 2019. Few months back i had complaed about ac not working. They came, saw the bills and just did something here and there but nothing changed. Since two three days back the mechanic guy have swtiched off the phone and the customer care says"madam aap bahut harabarati hai". Its very painfull to live in the atmosphere where the temperature is around 41-42 degree celcius.
                I am fed up of the company (Bajaj finance) and its service. Please treat this as complain from my side.
                Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserve end from different numbers comes regarding to take loan. Calls even comes at 2 am in the morning.

                I am not interested to take loan, buy car or Any other financial need.

                So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court.

                    Actually Bajaj finance approached me for personal loan. Ok i appreciate but once everything is done and wrong input has been updated at bajaj finance regarding my ECS account no by their employees due to which the EMI has been bounced and now a call center lady calls me for the payment and i told her that i will pay it online or by cash but what about the next ECS is it going to be changed or will continue the same then she says me to visit to their wakadewadi br for which i am not ready as it is not my fault for which i have to waste my 2-3 hrs due a mistake done by their employee.
                    Why should i pay for it. if any ECS is bounced by our mistake we have to pay the charges now what if a mistake is done by a financial service.
                    I request the employess to be clam soft nd smooth with the coustomers.

                    My loan acc no is 402PST68418357 Bajaj Finance.
                    I would like to tell straightly that i am not going to visit their office as it is their mistake and for which i am being harresd for.
                    I purchased mobile and without any information given to me bajaj finance have charged me rs 1849/- i do not want any insurance. Please do not add rs 1849 to my loan account 417DFS73638728.
                    I am regular user of bajaj finance emi card but from now onwards i will be worried to be a customer of bajaj finance.

                      As per your side offer me elite card on 01.04.2018 against pay one time fees rs.4777/- with limit rs.1, 00, 000/- to 3, 00, 000/-. I paid fees rs.4777/- on 01.04.2018. Some days after your side massage me your card limit sanction rs.1, 85, 000/- and elite card issue to you. But as on date 11.05.18 i am not received elite card.                         Recently on 07/05/2018, i received message on my mobile that my emi was bounced from my account. And request to pay immediately to avoid late payment charges.

                        I was surprised, as i have not avail any consumer loan from bajaj finance recently.
                        I have also try to contact bajaj finance service but they are asking for fir for further process.

                        I have also approached to our police station for fir against same.
                        The police official have inform me that it will take some time as they first investigate about it before filling fir.

                        However, i am very much concern with this as it is monetary fraud that has been taken place with me. Which also effect my credit score.

                        The bajaj finance was not active for resolving fraud of money and loan.
                        My emi date is 05.05.18.loan amount 2150 rupees.on 05.05.2018 I kept my bank balance Rs.2330. But you did not debit my emi amount.bounce charge 295 rupees debited.why this bouncing charge
                        Kindly deactivate my Bajaj Finserv EMI card as i am not using it and i dont have any pending transactions

                          Abhisikta sengupta, most probably a telephone caller of bajaj finance. I felt very insulted by her rude behaviour. I have recorded audio of her rude behaviour with me. I can produce this recorded audio if needed. If any steps will not take against her it is the last deal with bajaj finance.

                              I have availed flexi loan from Bajaj Finance. There is no clear procedure for closing this loan. This is OD account and I am not using any amount from this. Still Bajaj Finance is putting 70000/- foreclosure charges. How this is possible? If I have not availed any loan, why to pay foreclosure? This is fraud from a client. They are capable of closing this account but not closing intentionally. Can someone look into it please and escalate further.

                                I am your customer very long time and used your card very so many time but our payment condition is very regular.
                                Last month we have taken loan from your of rs.4.0 lacs and made the 3.84 lac payment. But balance payment of rs.5800/- is pending.
                                We made the payment rs.5800/- on dt.5.5.18 at the same time 1157/- deducted through ecs.
                                So excess deducted my 1157/-

                                    Sir, my EMI date is 2nd of every month. I give Axis bank cheque for ECS. Axis bank is my old salary account. in this situation my account is freezed by axis bank for changing to saving account from salary account. so i go to tirunelveli branch (Tamilnadu) bajaj finance office. They said today is your due date, i[censored] r not paid u get penalty for that SO U COME AFTER 10DAYS AND PAID UR DUE WITH PENALTY. so i asked, give any other mode of payment for today due. They said NO OTHER WAYS.

                                    TODAY[protected] UR CUSTOMER CARE EMPLOYEE SAID GO TO VODAFONE SHOWROOM AND PAY UR DUE WITH PENALTY.

                                    I[censored]R BRANCH EMPLOYEE SAID OTHER(other payment mode) WAY TO ME ON 2-5-18 then i GO TO VODAFONE SHOWROOM AND PAID MY DUE WITHOUT PENALTY.

                                    IN THIS WHAT IS MY FAULT??? KINDLY CONSIDERED MY COMPLAINT.

                                    NOW I PAID MY DUE WITH PENALTY WITHOUT MY ERROR.

                                    THIS IS UR ERROR (UR EMPLOYEE ERROR).

                                    Kindly advice me what i do in this situation.
