Respected sir, recently i purchased refrigerator from bajaj finserv loan in electronic city location. The loan number is 404ctbff189521. They activated cpp tele binding policy. So please deactivate that cpp tele binding policy. Already they debited ₹470 from my account without any information. They didn't tell anything about this policy at the time of purchase. So please deactivate that cpp tele binding policy.

    I have paid whole amount for this loan account on november 1, 2019 through online payment of rs, 4562. But still the emi amount of 2, 282 has been deducted against this closed loan and the statement is not disclosed with above said amount. The statement (Bajaj) still shows that need to pay for another month. Kindly please check and resolve this issue and let me know how the excess amount gonna be transferred to my account.

        Bajaj finserv has deducted charges from my account over an emi card, which was not activated.
        Inr 118 were deducted on 26 nov 2019, without any authorization or mandate. (In addition to inr 500 they deducted before.

        Please note that earlier bajaj finserv also deducted a charge of inr 500, for issuing the card, stating that this card can be used to purchase goods online, however after that it was stated that i need to purchase consumer durable from a physical shop to activate the card.

        Also when i emailed them, they denied the complaint initially stating that my email id is not registered, although all official communication from bajaj finserv was done on the same email id.

        I would like bajaj finserv to deactivate my card and return my money inr 618 (Inr 500 + inr 118)

          I am mahesh kumar das writing this letter to make you inform about the uncanny situation i am carrying with. I bought a samsung mobile (Mod-sm-a307fzlvins violet) emi num-[protected] on 13th oct2019 from hersons electronics police line dhanbad through bajaj finserv. My mobile got insurance also from the same company bajaj finserv for 12th months. Unfortunately on 19/11/2019 i left my mobile at home and went to office and my son who is only 4 years old took my mobile and somehow it got slipped and the display got damaged. As it is in insurance period so i thought it would be repaired by the insurance company but when i launched a complaint, they assumed that i must have been talking while driving and accordingly they made a report and told me that i need to pay 5000/- rs then only it would be rectified otherwise not. Does this the insurance mean?? Please clarify how a customer would analyse, where to get harmed?? Why should go with these insurance?? If this can happen with a simple mobile, what will be with the human life then?? Bike insurance, health insurance, life insurance these are made to suck our blood only?? If we would be harmed some how, somewhere then we have to analyse first that what to say and what to not to take the benefit of insurance?? I would like to request you to do the need full as soon as possible

            Hi,

            I have started using bajaj rbl card which has a limit of 40000.

            As soon as purchases gone more than 35 k on same card, it stopped showing me the current balance on same and in applied unwanted charges on same.

            By the time i m trying to do any transaction its showing me technical error but not the balance issue.

            Charges were applied are more than 2400 even though i had already paid 25000 against the statement.

            Can you please help me with above issue?

And also while i'm gng nearly they waiting me 1 hour. I even went to sbi bank also but they are also not responding. I didn't even signed on ecs mandate also. But sbi officials said don't know. I don't know how to mandate without my sign. I try to lodge this against sbi also. Please guide me any one.

                      Took a tv loan in 2014 and it got completed 8 months, until this is fine.in 2019, october, 2019 they deducted rs. 117 without my authorization for the emi card which i never asked to create or neither opted.

                      Other biggest torture and harassment is getting 10 calls and messages from the company even though explained i do not need any services from this company, this is becoming like a big issue on daily basis when you are in important meetings and work, this has slowly away the peace of mind.

                      After researching, found that we can write to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, sometimes this forum is protecting the emails ids so here is the on wecare @ bajajfinserv.in, let see whether this email id will be shown in this forum.

                      After registering complaints on these two issues, we get a call and email immediately by telling they will resolve the issue in 4-5 working days but this is just a eye wash and my issues still didnt get resolved.

                      They are the biggest harassers and torturous people in the world in the names of finance, real bad thing for the sake of taking loan unknowingly once, we have become unnecessary victims to these buggers, i wanted to write the email in bad and foul language for the torture i am going through past 14 months but dont know whether that is going to help, i am really helpless how to end this problem, even my number is registered in national do not disturb.

                      Lets bang these buggers with above email mentioned email id, i dont see anything else how to get out of these frustrations. After reading all of the complaints from bajaj finance, understood there are many victims like me who are suffering with this fraudulent company.

                        I had approached bajaj finserv for a bajaj flexi term loan, and i was briefed regarding the process of loan sanction and related processing fee 1% while being briefed from paisabazar executive as well as bajaj sales person. I agreed and started providing all required documents.
                        However after loan sanction and disbursement, from the many emails received from bajaj yesterday i found surprisingly that there is a credit vidya report fee of 4999 + 7, 139 as a processing fee + 4, 999 as a flexi fee, so total 17, 147 that has been deducted from my loan account and the deducted remaining loan has been credited to my salary account.
                        It says clearly that customer consent is required for this product. Also it is clear that this product is not mandatory to get a flexi loan from bajaj.
                        According to the rbi rules, a service/product cannot be "pushed" alongside another consented financial product, without proper knowledge of the product being transferred to the client before obtaining client consent. I strictly condemn the way this credit vidya has been pushed to me silently along with my loan application.

                        I was never been briefed about this product/service. This is a third party partnered service that has been forced upon me silently.

                        Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest and refund my 4999 that you have deducted in lieu of this unwanted service/product. The entire process of loan application and disbursement was very pleasant but the force pushing of this credit vidya has made the experience a bitter one.

                          Hi team, i don’t have any open loans or emi with bajaj. If i remember correctly i had a loan 5 years before. But an ecs debit suddenly started recently ie nov 19, 2019 for rs.117 from my citibank account and the reference number i got from the bank is [protected]. Please revert the money back.
                          This appears to be a fraud to me as i don’t authorize for any ecs debit from my bank account to bajaj consumer service.

                            And now i got a call in this month of november 2015 from Bajaj Fin Serv Lending collection Agency, I was surprise when she demanded 1430 rs payment of installments after six month .When i checked with Bajaj over due balance their was no over due. Please check my details and return my noc please

                              The ecs charges has been deducted from my citibank account with below details which i have never requested from bajaj. This is looking like a fraud done by either bajaj or keb hana bank. Can you please investigate and make sure the amount refunded to me back.
                              Note: i am currently living in Australia and no loans or any service i am using from any indian finance organisations.

                                Today, i have noticed that rs.117/ has been debited without any authorization from my citibank saving account.

                                I am shocked to see this, please reverse and credit it back to my bank account.

                                Please let me know why and by whose authorization have you debited this amount.

                                I have nothing pending with bajaj finserv. I don't have any loans with you.

                                I expect the amount to be credited to my citibank account immediately with proper explanation from your end.

                                I received message from BAJAJ finance ltd in my mobile, your bank account will be charged with an EMI card fee of Rs 449.
                                How they can charged without my permission. i have not apply any card. i have not received any card
                                This company ask processing fee then get then insurance fee and last 1st emi then they not give me loan ammount I lost 8200 rupees

                                  I have foreclosed my loan in bajaj finserv on 30th october and still they deduced money from account.
                                  I have already sent transaction details of the deduced amount and statement proof etc. To bajaj finseriv still my amount is not refunded and customer support team is not proving solution. The amount has been deduced on 30th october and still i didn't money.
                                  Please take a necessary action on my issue and refund my amount

Although i don't taken any loan from bajaj finance. I don't know the reason for the deduction, i totally don't understand why they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

After 2-3 years the below transaction has happened for rs 117. I will be asking the citi bank to immediately stop the ecs debit payment.
