I don't have any loan from Bajaj finserve. Yet they call me 10-12 times a day with their automated call. I tried reaching their customer care but they ask for registered number which I don't have since I haven't registered with them.
I called their Malleswaram branch and registered a complaint. But is want of any use.
Should I register a police complaint.

    I got call 11 oct from bajaj customer service for elite card with 27000 rs vouchers
    Said to pay 4999 on the same day
    Received continues calls to pay they said to make an insta credit 5000 to pay 4999 i paid on 11 oct on the same day amount successfully debited after that they said i'll receive an mail regarding 27000 vouchers
    But after that no mail no call no elite no vouchers too without anything i paid 4999.

      This is Dangeti Manoj Kumar has purchased several items in different stores and having loan I'd as given below in screen shots has missed an emi last month and I paid the emo in 2 days with a penalty if rupees 500. But today they have deducted Rs.295 three times as showing as mandate fail charges from my SBI bank account. total amount deducted is Rs.885. Please take necessary action against this type of activities performed by Bajaj finserv or bank. Else I may proceed for legal action against this act in court of law.

          I applied for loan of 128000 loan no517GPLFO515853. .loan approved but additional burden of insurance of cop liv assist membership with premium 4699 r.s and max bupa Health insurance policy premium of 3346 r.s was put on me.I am not in condition to take these policies and bear any additional charges put on me.Cancel both insurance and refund their charges. I am not interested in these policies and done without informing me.I don't have any requirement of both insurance and never made any request for them.Just cancel them

            I have recently purchased a laptop of 62k by through bajaj finserv using emi facility at initial the amt deducted was correct but suddenly from 2nd emi 7000 rs was extra deducted which lead the emi amt too high even i asked the branch manager they told me that cpp binding policy has been added on to it which i was totally unaware and now they cannot withdraw it nor cancel these it totally # please someone help me out

              My name is meena sunil kapoor i hold a bajaj emi card with your company, in the month of aug i unfortunately missed payment so bajaj blocked my card for 90 days stating that its company policy and whenever i call on ivr they say your card will be unblocked on 15 nov so as the card was not unblocked i called the contact center of bajaj to enquire, the customer center advisor told that as you have missed the payment is aug it will get unblocked only on 15 dec 2019 so as the card was not unblocked today i called the contact centre again, the lady on the card was so rude, she is telling me to wait for another 2 months so when i asked her the reason she started yelling on the call hence i told that i want to speak with her manager, she kept me on hold for 15 min and disconnected the call, please unblock my card and i want a call back from senior management asap

                    I tool a felix loan from bajaj finance. After providing all the documents the agent told me processing fee will be around rs 5000. But when i got the loan. I found the total processing fees is around rs 13000. When contacted to bajaj finance they told i enter the otp accepted this charges but in reality the sales executive never told me about this charges and they themselves entered this otp.

                          I will file a police complaint against your employee name rupal singh she don't have manner how to talk with customer i have recorded her conversation... I already settled my loan and many times i have mailed a settlement paper after making the payment why this employee calling me and using bad words. Which is not correct. This kind of people letting down the company name. Please make a note of it

                            One of my friend took a loan from Bajaj Finserv RBL Card and paid all her dues and closed that credit card last year and now all her contact details are getting a call from Bajaj to pay more 15000 to close, she went to bank and bajaj finance and they told everything is clear but then why Bajaj people are harassing and who has given them authority to call everyone on the contact details of the customers.

                                      I have taken a personal loan from bajaj finserv and without my knowledge bajaj executive has provided me life insurance in personal loan which i am paying extra money for life insurance, now i am making a follow up with bajaj finserv to cancel my life insurance because i dont want it, they have a tie up with "future general" i called them they said that they have cancelled the policy and refunded the policy amount to bajaj finserv of rs 3, 102.75, now i called bajaj finserv to get my money and now they are denying to give me stating that your free look cancellation period is over. What non sense is this when future general has already refund the amount to them, so why they are not giving to me, where is my refund amount, i want it asap, would request you to please look into it.

                                        Dear Bajaj Team,

                                        I was having a loan of Account number "405SPF35896139", which I have closed and restructure remaining amount and issued a new loan Account number "405SPLFB200121
                                        on August 2019 that is "31/08/2019" but still ECS or NACH deduction is happening from my account.

                                        Also two cheque is initiated on[protected] of Rs. 361111 Cheque details is RTN CHG-14694/FUNDS INSUFFICIENT/29.11.19 (as shown in below highlighted row) and other cheque number is 14698 for Rs. 635047.

                                        kindly resolve these issues and refund my money asap.

                                        We have taken product loan in august 2019 and this month emi deducted on 2nd december 2019 of rs. 3889 /= we have received debited amt msg also but on 4th december again 3889/- amt dedcuted from our account ...so pls help on it. i need clear explanation why it is so?
