Bajaj finserv debited 118rs on 21st of dec 2019 from my axis bank account in the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_nov19. When i asked they emailed and told that it was ecs charges by bank. When i contacted to axis bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj finserv and not ecs. I told bajaj to refund the amount because the amount they charged also did not reflect in my bajaj loan account. But they did not respond on it. These are unnecessary charges. Please register my complaint and help to resolve it asap.

    I have taken consumer loan from babaj finserv due to some medical issues i cannot pay this month emi, the collection team is coming at my place and trying to threaten me, also it's a mental harassment.
    They talk so roughly with my family members and there is no way to escalate this.
    So i request you to help me out in this situation and let me know what to do next

      The ecs charges has been deducted from my citibank account with below details which i have never requested from bajaj. This is looking like a fraud done by either bajaj or keb hana bank. Can you please investigate and make sure the amount refunded to me back.

        I am paying all the emi's in time, for the last two months rs. 295 has been debited from my account without proper information. I have already paid all the dues still amount has been debited, they are doing fraud using ecs option and debited amount from me. Please refund the amount to my account and i need explanation from bajaj finserv regards my amount. This should not happen in near by future

          I got fined 450/- and paid already for delayed payement.
          But still bajaj finserv has withdraw 3245 /- on dec 2019 from my linked sbi savings account.
          Even after clearing the emis, bajaj finserv trying to get money from my savings sbi account (Linked to bajaj finserv).
          The amount of 295/- has been withdrawn 2 times from my account (Total=3245/-) with the below message.

            They are deducting this money for only 1 day late of emi by 1 day
            They are continously deducting 295 rs even after 4 months of late payment from my sbi account
            Please take any action

            1 time emi was late in october 19
            Charges are cut in 18 and 19 dec 295 each
            295 × 5 times
            I have attached screenshot for 5 time deducted money and my card no

            Bajaj finance has also deducted money from by brothers account

            For 3 day late payment they have already deducted around 2500 rs

            This is fraud by bajaj finance

              Iam bajaj finserv customer mob no [protected]. I paid advance payment for my loan on 28.10.2019 via bajaj app. But they charge penalty for late due my card also blocked.. I went to bajaj finserv chittoor branch they told advance payment taken on 10th of the month i[censored] pay after 10th that amount counted for another month not this month thats why we charge penalty 450+295+295 from bank... They not told when i register taken loan from them about advance payment...in bajaj finserve chittoor branch customer manager behavier not good his behaviour roodly he call security and said throw out him this is not good behaviour... Please solve my problem as soon as possible

                  My Savings Account SBI Bank Purasawalkam Branch A/C No. [protected] A/c Holder Name R Logeshwaran got debited Today (18-Dec-2019) Rs.117 cause of Bajaj Finance Ltd.But i don't have any dealing with this company as of now my all EMI's are closed already few months Back. But i am getting continuouse call from Bajaj finance Executives but i am not committing anything with them it has been a while now they charging with out informing anything..I don't know how to get out of this company's executives they repeatedly calling several times asking for Loan, Credit Card Ect even after i said not interested.Please help to refund my debited amount and take an action on this company...I have attached my bank account snap for your reference.

                    I have been charged 295 x 3 by bajaj finserv for once for "mandate fail chrg txt dt.04/10/19-bajaj finance lt" and 2 times for "mandate fail chrg txt dt.02/10/19-bajaj finance lt" on 17th december 2019

                    I have maintained more than required balance in my sbi account, still i got charged 3 times.

                    Total sum : 885 has been deducted by "bajaj finserv"

                    I tried to call customer care but they don't provide any option to raise a complaint. Their ivr option is such that you cannot reach a tele operator for raising your concern.

                    I want the amount to be refunded in my bank account asap and please stop this practice of charging customers without any reason. I have seen a lot of complaints regarding the same issue with bajaj finserv.

                      We had a loan bearing account no.

                      These loan has been closed in last month, but why still the mandate charge deduction from the sbi account. You people such a irresponsible and in your franchise, no one has knowledge about the procedure after closing the loan.
                      5 times of rupees 295 has been debited from my savings account. This is really unacceptable. Please take corrective action and advice the same.

                      Atleast tell who is deducting this amount, is it bajaj fin team or sbi bank.

My emi is also deducting on time every month but i don't know why they deducted this much ammount. I am facing lot of problem with this it's my lovely hood. Suddenly on[protected] my account has been detected by rs:- 295 (For 2-times (590 rs) deducted from sbi sb account could you please help in resolving the issue and get my money back.

                            I don't have any loan from Bajaj finserve. Yet they call me 10-12 times a day with their automated call. I tried reaching their customer care but they ask for registered number which I don't have since I haven't registered with them.
                            I called their Malleswaram branch and registered a complaint. But is want of any use.
                            Should I register a police complaint.

                              Said to pay 4999 on the same day
                              Received continues calls to pay they said to make an insta credit 5000 to pay 4999 i paid on 11 oct on the same day amount successfully debited after that they said i'll receive an mail regarding 27000 vouchers
                              But after that no mail no call no elite no vouchers too without anything i paid 4999.

                                This is Dangeti Manoj Kumar has purchased several items in different stores and having loan I'd as given below in screen shots has missed an emi last month and I paid the emo in 2 days with a penalty if rupees 500. But today they have deducted Rs.295 three times as showing as mandate fail charges from my SBI bank account. total amount deducted is Rs.885. Please take necessary action against this type of activities performed by Bajaj finserv or bank. Else I may proceed for legal action against this act in court of law.

                                    I applied for loan of 128000 loan no517GPLFO515853. .loan approved but additional burden of insurance of cop liv assist membership with premium 4699 r.s and max bupa Health insurance policy premium of 3346 r.s was put on me.I am not in condition to take these policies and bear any additional charges put on me.Cancel both insurance and refund their charges. I am not interested in these policies and done without informing me.I don't have any requirement of both insurance and never made any request for them.Just cancel them

                                      I have recently purchased a laptop of 62k by through bajaj finserv using emi facility at initial the amt deducted was correct but suddenly from 2nd emi 7000 rs was extra deducted which lead the emi amt too high even i asked the branch manager they told me that cpp binding policy has been added on to it which i was totally unaware and now they cannot withdraw it nor cancel these it totally # please someone help me out

                                        My name is meena sunil kapoor i hold a bajaj emi card with your company, in the month of aug i unfortunately missed payment so bajaj blocked my card for 90 days stating that its company policy and whenever i call on ivr they say your card will be unblocked on 15 nov so as the card was not unblocked i called the contact center of bajaj to enquire, the customer center advisor told that as you have missed the payment is aug it will get unblocked only on 15 dec 2019 so as the card was not unblocked today i called the contact centre again, the lady on the card was so rude, she is telling me to wait for another 2 months so when i asked her the reason she started yelling on the call hence i told that i want to speak with her manager, she kept me on hold for 15 min and disconnected the call, please unblock my card and i want a call back from senior management asap
