1699, which took without my consent,
Please help me to refund the amount charged from my bajaj emi card immediately. The emi date shown for this loan is december 2, 2019.
Your excutives didn't give me any information about this ecom cpp tele bindings befor charging this amount.

    Dear Team,
    I did not given any acceptance for any INSTA CREDIT . But amount to credited in MOBOKWIK WALLET by BAJAJ FINSERV MOBILE NUMBER [protected]. I think loan should not to granted with out any customer permission not in rule on indian constitution.
    Written so many time to BAJAJ FINSERV vide complain no 22493310 and 22644798 and closed without any action by bajaj finserv.
    Please instruct to bajaj finserv that cancel this loan because it is unauthorised loan.

      Baja Finserv charged me rs 117/- as annual fee. It is very shocking they charge money without the consent.
      They have asked me to send a statement I sent them through email.. The email clearly mentioned that they will written the amount if it’s charged. Now there is no further communication

          Im irritated daily sms from bajaj, really causing me a lot of disturbance, every time they sms with different numbers, when i was i in important meetings and driving, i am not intrested loan, and i requested pls stop sms on my number.

          I am irratated with daily calls from bajaj finance. Pls remove my number, i don't require any loan.

          Please bajaj finserve, you don't sms on my number, irritating me every day with calls and sms.

            Hi, this is karthick meiyappan am working in chennai. On my mothers name we bought a tv using bajaj finance with 9 month emi payments. We almost paid 8 emi payments on proper dates and all. Last month final due amount due to family critical reasons it makes delay for us to pay, we provided the reasons to them as we will pay with the fine amount once we get the payment on our end. But the collection executive person mr. Chandru [protected] continuously disturbing during midnight hours also inclusing whatsappa messages also he is speaking badly and send us and as the same in my village also he will daily go and continously taking photos of my home and send that in my whatsapp and making continuous tortures for us. One payment final is pending on our end that payment we will pay in one or two days once we get payment and close it out. For that amount that guy is talking harshly with my mom and including me. Continuously calling and irritating us and talking badly. I already took washing machine in chennai for that only i preferred this for tv as we took in my home. But only on that sivaganagai branch mainly this guy is talking harshly and using badly words with the customers. My mom is very upset because of his words. Please take necessary action related to this mainly on this guy. Like this type of persons are treating customers badly then how we will prefer others on this.

              Hi,
              I got flexi loan from bajaj finserv in 2017 december. I applied for 5 lakhs but they sanctioned 10 lakhs to extract more processing fees and annual maintenance charges (Hidden charges which they never disclose while marketing the product). Earlier they did not inform about the annual maintenance charges and the sales marketing executives said there are no hidden charges or any other charges. I have paid everything now except 100 outstanding, as they said we need to maintain 100 outstanding to continue the flexi loan. They are charging around 3500 annual maintenance charges every year now, and even if i try to foreclose the loan now they are asking for 50, 124 to foreclose the loan. (Total blackmail). They said whenever i want to foreclose the loan i can pay the remaining outstanding amount and fore close the loan. Now looking at all this extra charges i am worried they are blackmailing the customers and making them pay unnecessary charges. I want to foreclose the loan by making the payment of outstanding amount. Please help me.

                My customer id is 57756817. I had taken a flexi loan and they issued emi card also without permission. Now they deducted the inactive fees from my bank account as i am not using the emi card. I do not want any emi card, please block the emi card. I am not able to block the card online also says due to policy i am not able to block the card.

                Bajaj finserv is cheat company.

                        Please see the previous order which was I have purchased from Amazon this month and last month but today i have get message from BFL and which was the amount its showing totally wrong why I don't know, already 2 order cancel but the amount will add in my BFL EMI account and its showing high amount, how its possible?????
                        However i had talked with your chat support executive Miss. Bharati from the Amazon apps but she did not given correct information..I'm harassing repeatedly from using this service???

                        Please see the chat from external quality and call back to me immediately.

                        Now coming to EMI card. I'm a loyal and genuine customer in Bajaj Finserv. I have been using their EMI card for over 7–8 years now. Their online portal is always up to date with the payments made and the outstanding loan amount which helps you keep a track of your loans. It also has options to make an online payment (Part payment or full).

                        The only thing that irritates me is their aggressive sales calls - i receive a minimum 2 calls daily for the flexi loan from different numbers. Despite politely declining the offer, they keep calling me. I have now started to block their number from true caller.

                        I am going through a horrible experience as well. Such a pathetic situation.

                        I have not received any notice or something else i have mentally disturbed as well please take action regarding this issued another will i will complain about social network

                        Now coming to processing fees and insurance charges - irrespective of which bank or financial institution you approach, these charges are levied on all type of loans. Only certain times, like the closing of financial year processing charges, are some times waived off as a promotional gimmick. Otherwise, it normally ranges between 1% to 4% of your entire loan amount.

                        Furthermore, to ensure you are not cheated by salespeople (They do this to meet their targets), you should ask the following questions before you submit any documentation for loan processing:

                        What is the processing fee (Not only % but also the actual amount)?
                        Is the processing fee paid separately or part of the entire loan amount?
                        What are the insurance charges for the loan?
                        What is the mode of repayment, clauses, and charges for a foreclosure?
                        How much will the entire loan amount come to (Loan amount you need + processing charges + insurance + taxes)?
                        Is there any minimum wait period before you foreclose the loan (Some banks would require you to wait at least for 1 year before you foreclose)?
                        Lastly, get all the communication in writing from their official email id.
                        Recently Bajaj finance EMI is available on online markets such as amazon and flip-kart.

                        A lot of times people are cheated because of lack of awareness from their side and salespeople take advantage of this. Once a loan is sanctioned and disbursed, there is a little that can be done to reverse the damage.

                          I Yatirajyam Sudhir purchased a new LG 32inch TV in Bajaj EMI ..at the time of purchasing they said the EMI cost is 1650 for 8 months but after few days I got a msg Ur EMI is 1748/- they added a vas services with out concern me.. at the time of billing they said u pay only 200 RS for extra card. I said I don't required this but the Bajaj client was saying me it is automatically generated in has to be taken but when billing was processed they take 400 RS instead of 200 RS. When I oppose them they said all things are made to b done u should have to pay.. how can they forcefully take extra charges without any costomer concern, I already complaint in Bajaj Finserv app but so far I wouldn't get any response from him.. kindly resolve my issues as soon as possible..I don't want any vas emi

I was contacted customer care to cancel the item but no satisfied action taken. There is no cancel option available on bajaj emi store website.

                              An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account o[censored]nited bank of india without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction, the bajaj finserv card. I totally don't understand after 3+ year they apply these kind of charges which is totally irrelevant.

                                My account with hdfc got debited on 21-oct-2019 with 117 (One hundred seventeen rupees only) without my consent. I have an outstanding loan account with bajaj finserv and i never missed paying any installment till now. I didn't even get a message and i don't see any loan number in my bajaj customer portal

                                  I have a taken a od loan from bajaj finserv ltd. For which i have been charged annual maintenance charges around 15000/- which was not told to me while applying for the loan. And the charges like insurance details etc, everything was not clearly told. Which agin was a big amount. They said it is mandatory latr on when i qustionaed after the approval of the loan now i cant go for closure of the loan because again they said will charge a hefty for the closure of the od account so kindly help me .

                                    The ecs charges has been deducted from my citibank account with below details which i have never requested from bajaj. This is looking like a fraud done by either bajaj or keb hana bank. Can you please investigate and make sure the amount refunded to me back.

                                        I had applied for bajaj finserve rbl bank super card on 07.09.19. Card is not yet delivered to me. Moreover, i am surprised that they have raised bill for rs.1219.52 to be paid by 07.11.19.

                                        I am intending to lodge complaint with the consumer forum against the card issuer for such irresponsible and cheating transactions if the bill is not reverted. Please look into the issue.
