Bajaj finserv company deduced 117 rs from my account. They send me a message last week saying that i have to use tthe card and shop something to avoid paying these charges. 2 months ago, i had noticed that rs.117/ had been debited without any authorization from my saving account.

I am shocked to see this, please reverse and credit it back to my bank account.

I have tried to lodge a complaint through this forums. But was unsuccessful. Never got any reply or mail communication.

Please let me know why and by whose authorization have you debited this...

I had taken one product on emi from bajaj finance service 5-6 years back and paid all the emi's 5-6 years back. During the emi period i had given authority for them to take the every month instalment from my bank account. After 5 years suddenly took 4999 rs from my account without any notice. When i went to the office they asked me to call customer care... And customer care asked me to email almost one month is done and i sent multiple emails...

Request you to pls de-activate my card that was given to me as free & now you have deducted rs. 117/- from my bank account without informing me & not taking my permission before deducting.
This is unfair practice.

I could see this deduction every year, so please refund the amount.

Pls de-activate and refund rs. 117/- back into my account.

I've applied for a personal loan in bajaj finance ltd 3 days before for 20 lakhs, i was told that only processing fees of 0.5% will be deducted while disbursing the loan but they added a product called credit vidya without my notice which costs 4999 rupees which is no use for me and flexi fee charges which costs 4999 rs and i got only 1, 983122 rs. I have forclosed my last loan with amount 5083 rs i have proof that my transaction was successful still they do not confirm my payment and daily do mentally harassment that pay your loan amount. I have attached proof of paytm successful message,

Bajaj finserv debited 118rs on 15th october 19 from my account in the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_sept 19. Request to refund the amount because the amount they charged also not applicable. Please register my complaint and help to resolve it asap.

It seems to be they are trying to rob customers with this company charges and creating mental disturbances.

I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or sms me. These type of activity of disturbing will spoil you company name as forgot about people taking load or getting connected with you.

I get lot of calls from bajaj finserv daily even after i report them to stop calls in automated call but still i get calls repeatedly. I really get irritated from this calls and i don't want any calls from bajaj finserv. They won't bother about my privacy they will be calling me up from different numbers so if i block a old no. They will be calling from both land - lane and portable phones please look into my issue i really need you help...

Basis your consent 720/- will be debit from your bijaj finserve rbl supercard with in 2 working days. So finally i'dont want any insurance policy. Please cancel it. I need quick response.
