I am getting company calls more than 7 in a day and it is very uncomfortable and annoying it is very irritating to hear calls from you in our business working times so please don't call us.
Please stop calling to my no. I no longer wish service from bajaj finserve.
Also since my loans are already closed, please delete my portal details and close my account.

    A month ago, i saw a post on facebook which promised zero extra cost atm withdrawals on the bajaj finserv rbl credit card. This got me interested as none of my credit offer zero extra cost atm withdrawals. So i went ahead and shared my details to record my interest.
    A call followed in a day or 2 where i specifically asked the executive, if i withdraw a certain amount from an atm, will there be extra charges once the bill is generated. The answer was there are no additional charges, if case i withdraw rs 2000, i will be billed rs. 2000.in case the amount is paid by the due date there are no additional costs.
    Really interesting, i went ahead and applied for the card. A card with last 4 digits 1786 delivered on 4 november 2019. As i was away i could check the card only after a week.
    Here comes the shocking part, i called the bajaj-rbl helpline to check on the billing cycle and other details. During this call, i sought a clarification on the 0 extra cost atm withdrawals, to my shock, i was advised on call on 10 november 2019, there is a processing fee applicable to atm withdrawals. I requested the card be cancelled as it did not make sense to hold a credit card with annual fees when i already hold multiple credit cards with 0 annual charges.
    The representative took my request and advised, the retention team will contact me.
    Till date, no one has contacted me. I have received sms’ advising i was not reachable. This is indeed a fraud as bajaj-rbl contacted me via phone so many times. Secondly, the sms’ have delivered. This is nothing but a fraud as they wanted to delay the mater so that i am billed and i end up paying for not using the card.in fact, i have been billed on 14 november 2019 a fraud committed by bajaj-rbl.
    Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Me to having a bajaj finserve rbl super card, since the day i got this card this the problem began. I was scammed Rs 25000, which iam paying now with no other option. Each and every day i get a call to pay the EMI amount even during this pandemic period when the entire world is in crisis with no proper economy these people want there emi to be paid, could not say whether its the bank customer care executives call or fraudsters call.
    RBI has issued a moratorium for the EMI's and doesn't this apply for RBL bank, is this some super natural bank out of this world.

      I have taken personal loan from bajaj. Out of 36emi's i have paid 30... This month i cant paid my emi on time because of some medical issue... I said i pay after two weeks eventhough i have to pay 500 late payment charge they are continuously harrasing just for 4367rupees that is one month emi... So please please anyone help me to file a complaint against them...

        I have applied for a personal loan with bajaj finserve and they asked to tansfer rs 10.00 to verify the account, however the transaction got declined and my account has been debited twice.

        2. Rs 20, 000.00

        As per my bank the amount has been credited to paytm mobile solutions pvt ltd

        Please check the details urgently and do the need fullfor refund of these amounts

          An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account o[censored]co bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction, the bajaj finserv card.

                Ny bajaj finserv emi card was blocked last month without giving any reason or notification i was randomly checking my loan details and got to knowledge that my card is been blocked due to some in line credit policy which i was unaware of... I immediately called the customer service they was not having a proper response for why the card is blocked they kept transferring my call to there senior executive but every one was having a different reason. Finally on person said its because of low cibil score. I immediately got my cibil report through the official website and it was 767 more than what was required 750. I request bajaj finserv to unblock my card asap

No intimation has been provided regarding how to use the policy which hospital has tie up nothing.                         I was a customer of bajaj finserv, I took a personal loan with ID- 425PST26882215, which was fully paid on 05/09/2019, on 02/10/2019 an ecs was debited of ₹1705 with BAJAJ_AUTO_CD, and I sent a mail to you regarding this, no response was given to me and on 07/09/2019 the amount of ₹ 413 with NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG-BAJAJFIN, I have sent several mails to the customer support, they don’t care to acknowledge my complaints, No help from customer support, My NOC was also not given to me, I AM ENCLOSING THE SCREENSHOTS OF THE STATEMENTS, NO PRIOR NOTICE WAS GIVEN TO ME BEFORE DEBITING MY MONEY, MY OTHER CHEQUES WERE BOUNCED BECAUSE OF YOUR IRRATIONAL BEHAVIOUR WITH YOUR CUSTOMER, I WANT MY MONEY BACK ON MY ACCOUNT WITH AN EXPLANATION OF HOW AND WHY YOU PEOPLE DEBIT OUR MONEY LIKE IT’S YOURS, IF I DON’T GET A RESPONSE FROM HERE, I WILL TAKE A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOUR COMPANY If you’re looking for a loan, never take loan from BAJAJ FINSERV, they will ruin your credit score by unnecessary ecs debits and with worse customer support.

                            Since 2 months i am receiving daily 5 to 6 automatic promotional calls from bajaj finserve for personal loan offer, i am not interested in so i have already requested on bajaj finserve customer care to not call me, but still i am receiving these calls.
                            I am frustrated now.
                            Please stop harassing me as i am your customer.

                              I applied for a loan and as i checked for the fees and charges it showed "credit vidya fees" which i am not sure why it was charged. I was not told about this fees at all or neither it was asked if they can charge it to me.
                              Loan no - 408gdf97102134 started from 02.02.2019
                              I called up the customer care and they said it is a mandatory fees but i think it is upto the customer if he wants the "credit viday fees" to be charged or not. This is a hidden charge which was never revealed by the company while giving the loan. It is like taking money from customer without their consent by adding such charges which is not at all needed by the customer.

                                I nilam jadhav taken bajaj finserv flexi loan and my loan track record is good i pay regularly my emi amount but this month i fail to pay my emi of rs 8527 due to some reason but now bajaj finserv is charging a penalty of 3000 rs for emi of 8527 amt is it a legal way to charge this penalty amt what percentage they charging a penalty amt to me and what is the rbi guidelines for penalty charges amt and what is the percentage for financial comany permitted by rbi to charge penalty amount from customer

                                  I have used bajaj emi card online and later on i have short closed the emi after one month only.
                                  After i haven't utilized the service bought through emi card. My travel agent has refunded the amount since then i am following them on mails no response.
                                  Purely bajaj is just fraud company, if we miss an emi they are ready collect fine.
                                  What should i do?

                                      Since my linked bank account was pmc bank and before a month i needed to update a new bank account as per the (Bajaj finserv) messages. So i visited to the office which is in goregaon east. There they told me to update the bank account. On 30th october we get a call from them saying you need to pay your emi by going our website through online transaction. My due date is 2 november. As instructed i did online payment still today morning i got the message from my bank saying my loan account has been deducted today for the same. Why they deducted my money even after paying on my due date... And why today... If they wanted to deduct they would have done on 2nd november itself. I am attaching the receipt of my transaction and withdrawn of my money. Please looki into this matter and try to resolve them.
