I have marked a mail to bajaj finserv in regards to cancel an order just after placing and without speaking to me the order has been confirmed and the emi amount has been locked under my bajaj finserv emi card. Kindly help me in resolving this. I want the order to be cancelled. Order id :[protected]. Please help me to cancel the order

    Ny bajaj finserv emi card was blocked last month without giving any reason or notification i was randomly checking my loan details and got to knowledge that my card is been blocked due to some in line credit policy which i was unaware of... I immediately called the customer service they was not having a proper response for why the card is blocked they kept transferring my call to there senior executive but every one was having a different reason. Finally on person said its because of low cibil score. I immediately got my cibil report through the official website and it was 767 more than what was required 750. I request bajaj finserv to unblock my card asap

      2. But AC No 516DFSEW826855 POLICY NO IM3330519 is not proper way to start your self and debiting customer account is Offence. Now as customer requesting you to CLOSE AND REFUND THE AMOUNT RS 1924/- to my account.

      3. Purchasing New Mobile already company has given one year Warrant period. Than why I need this POLICY. I am already request letter also given to your office

      4. As I have already raised my request through my mobile Request No SR22941936, SR23010517, SR23058110, SR23067828, SR23067827 all are opened and Complete without any replay is Good WAY.

      5. In view of the above, May i request AC NO 516DFSEW826855 POLICY NO IM3330519 AND REFUND THE AMOUNT RS 1924/- with interest with immediate effect. If else LASTLY the CASE will Taken Up with Consumer COURT by ME.

          Hi regarding the insurance i was forcefully taken by your company. I had paid 8emis that 11000 rs odd. No intimation has been provided regarding how to use the policy which hospital has tie up nothing. Your fraud company called 1000 times before taking policy but when i complained nobody responded pls let me know how do i receive my refund back am not interested with such fake policy.             I was a customer of bajaj finserv, I took a personal loan with ID- 425PST26882215, which was fully paid on 05/09/2019, on 02/10/2019 an ecs was debited of ₹1705 with BAJAJ_AUTO_CD, and I sent a mail to you regarding this, no response was given to me and on 07/09/2019 the amount of ₹ 413 with NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG-BAJAJFIN, I have sent several mails to the customer support, they don’t care to acknowledge my complaints, No help from customer support, My NOC was also not given to me, I AM ENCLOSING THE SCREENSHOTS OF THE STATEMENTS, NO PRIOR NOTICE WAS GIVEN TO ME BEFORE DEBITING MY MONEY, MY OTHER CHEQUES WERE BOUNCED BECAUSE OF YOUR IRRATIONAL BEHAVIOUR WITH YOUR CUSTOMER, I WANT MY MONEY BACK ON MY ACCOUNT WITH AN EXPLANATION OF HOW AND WHY YOU PEOPLE DEBIT OUR MONEY LIKE IT’S YOURS, IF I DON’T GET A RESPONSE FROM HERE, I WILL TAKE A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOUR COMPANY If you’re looking for a loan, never take loan from BAJAJ FINSERV, they will ruin your credit score by unnecessary ecs debits and with worse customer support.

                  I applied for a loan and as i checked for the fees and charges it showed "credit vidya fees" which i am not sure why it was charged. I was not told about this fees at all or neither it was asked if they can charge it to me.
                  Loan no - 408gdf97102134 started from 02.02.2019
                  I called up the customer care and they said it is a mandatory fees but i think it is upto the customer if he wants the "credit viday fees" to be charged or not. This is a hidden charge which was never revealed by the company while giving the loan. It is like taking money from customer without their consent by adding such charges which is not at all needed by the customer.

                    I nilam jadhav taken bajaj finserv flexi loan and my loan track record is good i pay regularly my emi amount but this month i fail to pay my emi of rs 8527 due to some reason but now bajaj finserv is charging a penalty of 3000 rs for emi of 8527 amt is it a legal way to charge this penalty amt what percentage they charging a penalty amt to me and what is the rbi guidelines for penalty charges amt and what is the percentage for financial comany permitted by rbi to charge penalty amount from customer

                      I have used bajaj emi card online and later on i have short closed the emi after one month only.
                      After i haven't utilized the service bought through emi card. My travel agent has refunded the amount since then i am following them on mails no response.
                      Purely bajaj is just fraud company, if we miss an emi they are ready collect fine.

                          Since my linked bank account was pmc bank and before a month i needed to update a new bank account as per the (Bajaj finserv) messages. So i visited to the office which is in goregaon east. There they told me to update the bank account. On 30th october we get a call from them saying you need to pay your emi by going our website through online transaction. My due date is 2 november. As instructed i did online payment still today morning i got the message from my bank saying my loan account has been deducted today for the same. Why they deducted my money even after paying on my due date... And why today... If they wanted to deduct they would have done on 2nd november itself. I am attaching the receipt of my transaction and withdrawn of my money. Please looki into this matter and try to resolve them.

                                Baja Finserv charged me rs 117/- as annual fee. It is very shocking they charge money without the consent.
                                They have asked me to send a statement I sent them through email.. The email clearly mentioned that they will written the amount if it’s charged. Now there is no further communication

                                      Hi, this is karthick meiyappan am working in chennai. On my mothers name we bought a tv using bajaj finance with 9 month emi payments. We almost paid 8 emi payments on proper dates and all. Last month final due amount due to family critical reasons it makes delay for us to pay, we provided the reasons to them as we will pay with the fine amount once we get the payment on our end. But the collection executive person mr. Chandru [protected] continuously disturbing during midnight hours also inclusing whatsappa messages also he is speaking badly and send us and as the same in my village also he will daily go and continously taking photos of my home and send that in my whatsapp and making continuous tortures for us. One payment final is pending on our end that payment we will pay in one or two days once we get payment and close it out. For that amount that guy is talking harshly with my mom and including me. Continuously calling and irritating us and talking badly. I already took washing machine in chennai for that only i preferred this for tv as we took in my home. But only on that sivaganagai branch mainly this guy is talking harshly and using badly words with the customers. My mom is very upset because of his words. Please take necessary action related to this mainly on this guy. Like this type of persons are treating customers badly then how we will prefer others on this.

                                        I got flexi loan from bajaj finserv in 2017 december. I applied for 5 lakhs but they sanctioned 10 lakhs to extract more processing fees and annual maintenance charges (Hidden charges which they never disclose while marketing the product). Earlier they did not inform about the annual maintenance charges and the sales marketing executives said there are no hidden charges or any other charges. I have paid everything now except 100 outstanding, as they said we need to maintain 100 outstanding to continue the flexi loan. They are charging around 3500 annual maintenance charges every year now, and even if i try to foreclose the loan now they are asking for 50, 124 to foreclose the loan. (Total blackmail). They said whenever i want to foreclose the loan i can pay the remaining outstanding amount and fore close the loan. Now looking at all this extra charges i am worried they are blackmailing the customers and making them pay unnecessary charges. I want to foreclose the loan by making the payment of outstanding amount. Please help me.
