My name is prakash tibe. I have purached a laptop through bajaj finance of 37500 rs. I have made downpayment of 3 emi, and then i cleard all the remaining amount within 6 months.. But still my extra 3 emis are get cut from my bank account... I complaint about this in the kolhapur branch... They told me that my buying sceme was changed by system error due to that i have to pay 3 emis extra which cost is around 13000 rs... From last three month i am struggling to get those extr paid cash.. Still i didt get any refund in my account...

    Hi i am magesh. I was using bajaj finserv card for more than 3yrs. For last 3 months i'm not using the card and planned to close the account. My all loan accounts are successfully completed and closed. But i received a message that annual fee will be debited from my account. I raised a request that i am not using the card for more than 3months and i am going to close the account. They called me and said that there is no way to delete the account and they don't have the facility. I asked them that is there a facility to enter the data, then there will be a delete option. But they replied they don't have. I don't believe them. But i said ok after a long conversation. I told them i am not going to pay annual fee for the card which i'm not using and i'm not going to use. For that they said the relevant team will call me in 24 to 48hrs. It was happened 2 days ago. Then i told them i don't want to get any call or message or email regarding your promotion etc. They agreed. I asked them to send me acknowledgement mail. They sent a mail. The next day they started to send message mail now today they called me regarding the promotion. What the hell. Sorry. Is this the way of response to customers..? Even i'm getting more message and mail then usual. Now replied to email id strongly. Friends suggest me what i should do if they again disturbs me like this. I'm very much upset about this. Recently my father passed away. I was very much upset and down. These guys are playing.. I don't like it.

        This is to inform you that i, tejas mahadik had taken a finance from your company regarding the purchase of two of my home products (Steel cupboard and a sofa) from om woods and furniture at 0% rate of interest on the 6th of march 2019.

        • the entire finance costed us, 85.000/- at the initial stage, later due to inconsistency from om woods and furniture we cancelled the steel cupboard after which the principle amount was supposed to be changed to 22, 500/- which your department failed to do so. After the first emi which was suppose to be 10, 625/- but i was charged 30/- extra. That is, 10, 655/- (Reason being unknown)
        • due to mandate issues, the payment that was suppose to be made on the 2nd april 2019, was further shifted to 2nd may 2019. As there was an inconvenience from your end, i had to make a manual payment of my first emi on the 4thmay 2019. The amount was paid to, pca : [protected]: bajaj finance
        • after a delay of two months from your end and changing my loan agreement number without my information to (Loan #405sceet731299), the principle amount was revoked to 22, 800/- which was supposed to be 22, 500/- (3% extra reason unknown)
        • after revoking the principle amount the first emi date then became 5th august 2019 making the emi 2850/-, whereas the emi should be 2, 812.5/-
        Complaint:
        • the 10, 655/- has not been refunded to my account and neither has it been adjusted to my loan amount, there has been no information from your side regarding the particular amount.
        • your employees handling this case aman seth (Sales manager) and vikesh gupta seem to be completely incompetent regarding this issue.
        • there has been an addition of 3% rate of interest of loan amount without my information.
        • this case has been ongoing for almost 5 months with no resolution whatsoever.
        I would be highly obliged if i could either be refunded my payment of 10, 655/- or assisted with an alternate resolution for the same.

          3332 for 6 months. But i cancelled the order on the same day. I got a msg from amazon and bfl that it got cancelled. But my emi card limit reduced by 19990. Also i got a msg from bfl that it will generate the loan emi from 2/11/19. Pls cancel the loan amount and retain my initial limit. Helpful documents are attached. Kindly make necessary action. Msgs are given as in the order it received.

            On purchase I tried to confirm several times that if EMI card will work with e-commerce purchase or not, On answer to that I was informed that card can be use for online purchase, I paid for the card and process completed and I received my digital EMI card.

            After card getting activated when I tried to make purchase from online store, I received a massage saying "Dear Customer, One time password cannot be generated due to requirement of a fresh NACH (ECS) Mandate. Visit the nearest branch for submission of the NACH mandate. Use alternate payment option to complete your purchase. Rgds, Bajaj Finserv" after calling to Bajaj Finserv customer care they are saying that First Purchase must be made from offline store to update bank details and ECS Mandate.

            Even after asking for alternate way or process to complete this process without purchasing anything from offline market they said this is the only way to update bank details. This is completely unethical rules that makes no sense, when purchasing they confirmed that card can be use online as soon as it gets activated.

            This is complete manipulation and even after paying fees I have to purchase from offline market to complete the process i.e. eventually pay more to get your emi started. I am not very sure how ECS mandate can be activated but after searching and reading few articles it is clear that customer can fill form at Bajaj Finserv Branch and give cancel cheque to complete the process and if this is true why Bajaj Finserv customer executives are giving false information and asking us to must make offline purchase in case to start EMIs.

            If there are hidden charges why executives are not telling at first place and if there are different ways to solve problem why executives are saying it can only be done by purchasing something.

              the service of bajaj finserv co. /agency/DSA are very worst.
              due to some financial crises we are unable to pay my loan amount on time, .i was facing severe accident of mine.i never denied to pay the amount, i asked for few days for the same, and told them definalty will pay also with the bounce charges and late penalty.
              the same has been communicated to Bajaj Executives and managers, but they are not updating to everyone, and everyday every new agency guys called to me and my wife and threatened and abuse with us.even they are using womanizer word on call with my wife.Either provide the solution or i have to take another action on the same.

                Not a good plan to take.I had taken a loan of 500000 Hidden charges of 17000 is charged on the name of processing fees, flexi charges and and Insurance which is not clearly mentioned while accepting the terms and conditions and the sales representative pitch you with no charges you can accept the terms and condition Reality you come to know when you have accepted and proceeded the representatives don't give boots nor they pick up the call once you have accepted the tearm's and conditions closing the loan account will charge you extra 40000.Worst plan ever interest rates explained by the representative is different from the actual terms and condition don't fall for this plan you will end up paying 90000 if you don't actually use the loan amount.worst plan to play with salaried person's hard earned saved amount on the name of overdraft facility for salary person.RBI should put a ban on such type of Loan Offering's.

                  Recently i apply for a bajaj emi card and i have done all formalities. Now my emi card has been active but when i purchase online something through this emi card it is not generating otp and send nach updating message. At the time of apply i have already submitted a cancelled cheque.

                  But when i apply for emi card no one tell me about this thing. Very bad experience with bajaj finserv. Please don't make fool your customer. This is only way to make money.

                  Now i will tell all my friends that don't apply for bajaj emi card ever.

                    Sir, laptop was ordered to delivery in hyderabad through bajaj finserv. My loan account number is 567ecfes503441. The laptop was not taken delivery and returned back. The financing agency is deducting e. M. I from last (3)
                    Months for rs. 21, 519/- though informed that the item was returned. This month e. M. I alert was received for deducting for rs.7173/- the financing fgency is violating consumer forum act. I request for reimbursement of amount deducted from my bank account without supply of laptop.

                      Every transactions is of rs 295 so total amount is 5015 rs.
                      Please find the below transactions description for one of the transactions.
                      "to transfer chrg recvd-mandate fail txn dt.31/03/17bajaj fina"

                      We were having few loans from bajaj finserv but we have already cleared the debt and we have noc for all the loans.

                      I am posting this complaint on behalf of my mother.
                      I am living in another city so can not visit bajaj finserv office and bank branch by my self, my mother is tired of visiting bajaj finserv office and bank in gwalior but nobody is listening.

                      Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible, return our money and also please give justification why this issue came because this amount might not matters to bajaj finserv but for us it matters a lot.

                        On purchase of new mobile from flipkart, I have received call for your ECOM CPP team on purchase of insurance and due to engagement in some sritical work there was misunderstanding about equipment purchase, i said yes for this ecom cpp telebinding offer. I tried to cancel it through experia portal and telecall but no such options available on both modes. I am not happy with experience where you take people in trap and make them customer for such non required policies.

                            Very bad experience with bajaj i never recommend anyone to buy any product on emi because no customer service no helping hands all are non-understandable

                            A very bad experience with bajaj field collection party took hard cash not given receipt and also he confirmed sir we receive cash so no need to worry about the same by next day i receive call again sir your amount is pending i said “o wao great”. When i complaint against to cc team not getting any response even though all numbers are busy when i highlight the case to 1st escalation team they said i look into the matter but same not getting any response.

                            I already updated my address with bajaj but collection team mr vivek and ankit how he gon to my old address when had a word with ankit he said if you want to update your address then you need to visit on our poral only then it will be reflected i said “o wao great” miss behaved with y family mental threating without any notice he went there without any calls without intimate me as well and he harassed i raise a police complaint against you all guys o wao.

                            This is to inform you that i have a running loan account number (401cddec302342 emi - rs. 3080/-) and (4010cdet637888 emi - rs.4162/-) for which i have already paid certain installments, but because of 2 reasons i am unable to make the payment for the month of sep 2019.

                            Reasons for not paying installments:

                            1. Non employment from last 3 months
                            2. Marriage - i got married on 11th july 2019
                            3. Dependable parents - i also have senior parents who are dependent on me.

                            Team i am waiting for the resolution of my pending complaint if in case you guys are not taking any action then please mail me you guys are not taking any action on my complaint so i can take another way to resolve my issue.

                            Still address is not updated yet one more thing again i am writing to you i took loan with bajaj i am not denying to not to pay but kindly look into the matter as well.

                            As we discussed and already wrote over the email that we are ready to make the payment for this month but it will get delayed and same can be done at the time of loan closure (As we are going through financial crisis) we need some time to arrange the funds.

                            Note: i will only make the payment of bounced emi after your investigation of the threatening and misbehavior done from your team, else i will take legal action against your entire team.

                            Also, i have already written that from next month onward you will receive your emi before the due date.

                            I am sending all the recordings attached with this email, first go through the complete case history then only give me a call, and please don't call me for the emi payment, as i have told many times that i cannot make the payment for this month, i have also informed the same even before the due date.

                            Also note that i have given many applications to change my address but it is still not done, i am again sending the rent agreement for my new address, please update the same in your records.                                 And this showing success message in phonepe but this amount not credited in bajaj account.
                                Dont know what's wrong with bajaj there customer care said they don't know about the upi and they dont know about qr code merchat account mentioned in bajaj's own website.in phonepe its showing bajajfinance ([protected]@icici)

                                    I have taken a flexi loan from bajaj bin with all false promises and below are the 8 grievances i have with them. I have written to them and raised complaints multiple times but they have closed the tickets without responding to all my questions, generally by mentioning that i have agreed to all the terms. Request for your interventions and pray for justice. Now they want to debit my account with rs.4500 towards maintenance charges, and rs 117 towards the charges for emi card that was never issued to me. I give below8 points by which they are over charging me
                                    1. Bajaj fin has not provided me the copy of the contract. The concurrence was taken by showing the agreement by a pop message for few seconds. I was just provided with a link where i have to press agree button and give the otp as a token of acceptance.
                                    2. The annexure which they claimed as a part of the agreement was not seen in the agreement when it poped up.
                                    3. Bajaj fin has taken rs 12000/- as processing fee etc which includes rs 4000/- as stamp duty. Not sure which document attracted the stamp duty, and no proof is provided to me till now toward its payment to govt treasury account or no stamp paper that was used for this agreement is shown.
                                    4. Bajaj finance confirmed that the above 12000 is inclusive of gst but no tax invoice was provided to me till date. As per bajaj finance – complete charges will attract gst, and why gst paid tax invoice is not provided to me.
                                    5. The bajaj fin guy who sold this loan to me confirmed that there will not be any additional hidden charges other then the above 12000 rs, but now maintenance charges is being demanded from me.
                                    6. Bajaj finance interest calculation is against the rbi guidelines, they consider the no of days in a year as 360 and the annual interest is divided by 360 instead of 365 to arrive a days interest, thus we land up in paying more interest.
                                    7. All their transactions till 7 th of a month is recorded in previous month by bajaj finance. For example i repaid a loan on 7 th but the same was receipted by them on 31st of of previous month, which is against ifrs. How can they record a receipt on 31st of previous month when the actual amount was received only on 7 of the succeeding month.
                                    8. I was never told about the emi card till today, the emi card was neither asked for nor issued to me. Why should they charge for emi card 117 + taxes. This is mere extraction of money.

                                    Not a good plan to take.I had taken a loan of 500000 Hidden charges of 17000 is charged on the name of processing fees, flexi charges and and Insurance which is not clearly mentioned while accepting the terms and conditions that you come to know when you have accepted and proceeded the representatives don't give boots nor they pick up the call once you have accepted the tearm's and conditions closing the loan account will charge you extra 40000.Worst plan ever interest rates explained by the representative is different from the actual terms and condition don't fall for this paln you will end up paying 90000 if you don't actually use the loan amount.worst plan to play with salaried person's hard earned saved amount on the name of overdraft facility for salary person.RBI should put a ban on such type of Loan Offring's.

I also visited bajaj office in andheri but didn't get satisfying resolution. I have charged nach rs.413/- twice in the month of august and september 2019.                                         Dear sir/madam,

                                        I have 3 loan account bajan finserv
                                        Last month i paid total pending amount and bounce charges thru paytm, also i visit 4 times bajaj finserv office because of they not update my payment. Then they many times call me and told me your amount is still pending but, i done my payments and i have payments receipt.

                                        Showing unauthorized amount
                                        Sir/madam please take strictly action
                                        Because this company not corporate to consumer kindly help

                                        Dear Sir/madam, Today i again visit bajaj office, I told him sir as you say i payed all pending amount But why you charge me unauthorized amount, they both guy treate me misbehave and told me do what do you want and not giving me proper details for my accounts .
