Hello bajaj finserv,

I am receiving voice calls at odd hours from bajaj finserv from different location for asking loan requirement. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or sms me. These type of activity of disturbing will spoil you company name as forgot about people taking load or getting connected with you.

Kindly take necessary action for stop calling me or shall explore the legal proceeding.

    I get lot of calls from bajaj finserv daily even after i report them to stop calls in automated call but still i get calls repeatedly. I really get irritated from this calls and i don't want any calls from bajaj finserv. They won't bother about my privacy they will be calling me up from different numbers so if i block a old no. They will be calling from both land - lane and portable phones please look into my issue i really need you help in resolving this.

Gowtham last month i cleared my balance amount but my vehical hand overed me and it's not looking before it looks the bike has been changed they gaved to use some on as i attached the pictures and they are using my bike when i was handoverd him odo is 26.000 but now it showing 31.000 something bajaj manager mr sunil is telling me to it's not my responsibility i have everything means records documents against finance please make it clear as soon as possible otherwise i will give the police complent against the bajaj finance and i will submit everything [protected]@bflaf.com i will send you the images by mail

        I have been misguided by customer care dept of bajaj finance personal loan section. As they informed me for 2, 70, 000 interest rate 10.05%, i need to pay 9720/-rupees but when i got confirmation sms and mail it's shown as 16% interest rate amount to 11316 per month which i got trapped after accepting terms and conditions. So i request to help out to stop the proceedings of sanctioning as it is ckearly proved as cheating customers and i want to put this as serious issue that none of the customer care numbers are not working as i tried from morning to evening all the day.

        Getting fake calls asking me SBI card details what's going on. [protected] this no. Person called and asked me personal details such as card and he told he will credit the amount to that card. Really horrible and pathetic conditions of cheating

          My self md nishat alam, i have got rs. 60, 000 (Sixty thousand) personal loan from bajaj finserve, my agreement no 405psted438496, his person committed me rate of interest is 19.6 percent and now i check that the rate of interest is 30.01 percent. They charged me rs 2647/- emi for 36 months.

          And in app showing rate of interest is 19.6 percent and in calculation, it is 30.01 percent, is it legal to commit 19.6 percent roi and charge 30.01 percent roi.

                  I have given an ecs instruction for a loan of mobile phone and i have paid all of the instalment some was dues i have paid by the hand to their employee as cash but they didn’t given me any receipt of my paid amount now i have deposited some amount to my bank account and i have seen that they have deducted the amount of rs. 295/- twenty times and rs. 350/- several times and the loan was taken between 2017 -18 after try to contact them no-body is caring about the issues not even picking up the phone, i have tried to call in [protected] but no response has come.

                  Please help i am at the age of 62 and no body is behind to me to resolve my issues. I want my money back what they have deducted in unethical manner from my account due to this reason one of my chaque has not cleared i am in great problem please help i will be always thankful for your sincere cooperation.

                    I have closed my home loan by paying total loan amount on 25th aug 2019. Still they deducted my emi on 2nd sept 2019 saying the amount will get refunded by 15th of the month.

                    Today its 9th of oct and still i have not received my refund. I have raised the issue and dropped number of emails stating my concern but not getting satisfactory answer. I want my refund back and along with interest on the emi for delayed period.

                    Whenever i am raising a service request they are closing it immediately saying we will get back to you in next 2 days. Mentioning some of the srs here - sr20851225, sr21474266, sr21539870, sr21540474

I have made downpayment of 3 emi, and then i cleard all the remaining amount within 6 months.. But still my extra 3 emis are get cut from my bank account... I complaint about this in the kolhapur branch... They told me that my buying sceme was changed by system error due to that i have to pay 3 emis extra which cost is around 13000 rs...                           Hi i am magesh. I was using bajaj finserv card for more than 3yrs. For last 3 months i'm not using the card and planned to close the account. My all loan accounts are successfully completed and closed. But i received a message that annual fee will be debited from my account. I raised a request that i am not using the card for more than 3months and i am going to close the account. They called me and said that there is no way to delete the account and they don't have the facility. I asked them that is there a facility to enter the data, then there will be a delete option. But they replied they don't have. I don't believe them. But i said ok after a long conversation. I told them i am not going to pay annual fee for the card which i'm not using and i'm not going to use. For that they said the relevant team will call me in 24 to 48hrs. It was happened 2 days ago. Then i told them i don't want to get any call or message or email regarding your promotion etc. They agreed. I asked them to send me acknowledgement mail. They sent a mail. The next day they started to send message mail now today they called me regarding the promotion. What the hell. Sorry. Is this the way of response to customers..? Even i'm getting more message and mail then usual. Now replied to email id strongly. Friends suggest me what i should do if they again disturbs me like this. I'm very much upset about this. Recently my father passed away. I was very much upset and down. These guys are playing.. I don't like it.

                              This is to inform you that i, tejas mahadik had taken a finance from your company regarding the purchase of two of my home products (Steel cupboard and a sofa) from om woods and furniture at 0% rate of interest on the 6th of march 2019.

                              • the entire finance costed us, 85.000/- at the initial stage, later due to inconsistency from om woods and furniture we cancelled the steel cupboard after which the principle amount was supposed to be changed to 22, 500/- which your department failed to do so. After the first emi which was suppose to be 10, 625/- but i was charged 30/- extra. That is, 10, 655/- (Reason being unknown)
                              • due to mandate issues, the payment that was suppose to be made on the 2nd april 2019, was further shifted to 2nd may 2019. As there was an inconvenience from your end, i had to make a manual payment of my first emi on the 4thmay 2019. The amount was paid to, pca : [protected]: bajaj finance
                              • after a delay of two months from your end and changing my loan agreement number without my information to (Loan #405sceet731299), the principle amount was revoked to 22, 800/- which was supposed to be 22, 500/- (3% extra reason unknown)
                              • after revoking the principle amount the first emi date then became 5th august 2019 making the emi 2850/-, whereas the emi should be 2, 812.5/-
                              Complaint:
                              • the 10, 655/- has not been refunded to my account and neither has it been adjusted to my loan amount, there has been no information from your side regarding the particular amount.
                              • your employees handling this case aman seth (Sales manager) and vikesh gupta seem to be completely incompetent regarding this issue.
                              • there has been an addition of 3% rate of interest of loan amount without my information.
                              • this case has been ongoing for almost 5 months with no resolution whatsoever.
                              I would be highly obliged if i could either be refunded my payment of 10, 655/- or assisted with an alternate resolution for the same.

Also i got a msg from bfl that it will generate the loan emi from 2/11/19. Pls cancel the loan amount and retain my initial limit. Helpful documents are attached. Kindly make necessary action.                                   On purchase I tried to confirm several times that if EMI card will work with e-commerce purchase or not, On answer to that I was informed that card can be use for online purchase, I paid for the card and process completed and I received my digital EMI card.

                                  After card getting activated when I tried to make purchase from online store, I received a massage saying "Dear Customer, One time password cannot be generated due to requirement of a fresh NACH (ECS) Mandate. Visit the nearest branch for submission of the NACH mandate. Use alternate payment option to complete your purchase. Rgds, Bajaj Finserv" after calling to Bajaj Finserv customer care they are saying that First Purchase must be made from offline store to update bank details and ECS Mandate.

                                  Even after asking for alternate way or process to complete this process without purchasing anything from offline market they said this is the only way to update bank details. This is completely unethical rules that makes no sense, when purchasing they confirmed that card can be use online as soon as it gets activated.

                                  This is complete manipulation and even after paying fees I have to purchase from offline market to complete the process i.e. eventually pay more to get your emi started. I am not very sure how ECS mandate can be activated but after searching and reading few articles it is clear that customer can fill form at Bajaj Finserv Branch and give cancel cheque to complete the process and if this is true why Bajaj Finserv customer executives are giving false information and asking us to must make offline purchase in case to start EMIs.

                                  If there are hidden charges why executives are not telling at first place and if there are different ways to solve problem why executives are saying it can only be done by purchasing something.

                                    due to some financial crises we are unable to pay my loan amount on time, .i was facing severe accident of mine.i never denied to pay the amount, i asked for few days for the same, and told them definalty will pay also with the bounce charges and late penalty.
                                    the same has been communicated to Bajaj Executives and managers, but they are not updating to everyone, and everyday every new agency guys called to me and my wife and threatened and abuse with us.even they are using womanizer word on call with my wife.Either provide the solution or i have to take another action on the same.

                                      Not a good plan to take.I had taken a loan of 500000 Hidden charges of 17000 is charged on the name of processing fees, flexi charges and and Insurance which is not clearly mentioned while accepting the terms and conditions and the sales representative pitch you with no charges you can accept the terms and condition Reality you come to know when you have accepted and proceeded the representatives don't give boots nor they pick up the call once you have accepted the tearm's and conditions closing the loan account will charge you extra 40000.Worst plan ever interest rates explained by the representative is different from the actual terms and condition don't fall for this plan you will end up paying 90000 if you don't actually use the loan amount.worst plan to play with salaried person's hard earned saved amount on the name of overdraft facility for salary person.RBI should put a ban on such type of Loan Offering's.

                                        Recently i apply for a bajaj emi card and i have done all formalities. Now my emi card has been active but when i purchase online something through this emi card it is not generating otp and send nach updating message. At the time of apply i have already submitted a cancelled cheque.

                                        But when i apply for emi card no one tell me about this thing. Very bad experience with bajaj finserv. Please don't make fool your customer. This is only way to make money.

                                        Now i will tell all my friends that don't apply for bajaj emi card ever.
