During checking my cibil score i found someone has misused my pan no and have taken loan in bajan finance ltd for rs 11500. Loan in the account name
462ddf95130124.

Kindly take necessary action for misusing my pan no and the bajaj fin ltd has provided the consumer loan 462ddf95130124 for the fake candidate whose information are added to my pan no. I have raised a dispute complaint against this in myscore. Cibil.com

    I had applied for bajaj finserve rbl bank super card on 07.09.19. Card is not yet delivered to me. Moreover, i am surprised that they have raised bill for rs.1219.52 to be paid by 07.11.19.

    I am intending to lodge complaint with the consumer forum against the card issuer for such irresponsible and cheating transactions if the bill is not reverted. Please look into the issue.

      An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of Citibank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. i have not taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction, I have never applied nor requested for any card with bajaj Finserv.. I totally don't understand after 7+ year they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

        Last month 27/09/2019 my mobile was illegally bring bajaj collection person. The reason of my pending loan amount. Last 5 month i have problem of my office thats why i am reliving from offfice. Last 2 month before i pay emi correctly but delay and pay. Last month and this month i am able not pay amount due to my job and my brother was accident
        In right leg. Thats why i am not pay. Bajaj person call and speak unethical behaviour really i am hate my self. They come 9 numbers and speak in road i will ask time but they tell last 27/09/2019 morning 07;30 am. No now settled all money how possible its. After i have oppo a5 mobile its my friend mobile they ask my mobile that mobile was emi finished why they bought my mobile was illigaly they give my sim card only. Last 27/09/2019 till now they give any receipt any proof for mobile bought, i am use for jio sim its registered mobile number was [protected] but its a jio number 4g not use for basic mobile. I am using was basic mobile my altar net contact number was [protected] now i am use this number only. They bought was my mobile illegally. Its punishable thing. My interview all was missing my contact also missing after that incitant. Plz help me return give my mobile soon as possible otherwise i will take procedure action my side.           Hi,
          The ecs charges has been deducted from my citibank account with below details which i have never requested from bajaj. This is looking like a fraud done by either bajaj or keb hana bank. Can you please investigate and make sure the amount refunded to me back.

          Yes for me also fraudlent transaction happened, i stopped any ECS pending. It happens only with Citi Bank + Bajaj ECS + KEB Hana bank. Bajaj doesn't show the transaction happened in their site. So whoever having Bajaji ECS completed, please remove the same from their bank esp Citi Bank user.

            I'm been showed some vas services in my bajaj account for which i never requested or asked for. The vas services amount now shows 14000 however the loan amount shows 7037. I have never taken a loan of 7037 from bajaj finser i am not able to understand as to why they are charging me for the same as this account im getting threatening calls that there is a case registered on ur name and u will be produced in court by police. And the telecaller is also using abuse words on that calls i'm not able to get any clarity on this 7037 loan. My loan number is 4210vsdz492607

              Hi, as an genuine customer of bajaj finserv i was offered elite emi card and ask me to pay rs 4999 as an one time joining free. The customer care executive assured me that i will get 3x of the present limit of my bajaj emi card. He also added that card will be delivered within 7 days.

              As thinking it as a wonderful offer i directly open my experia: customer portal and apply for the elite emi card by paying rs 4999 via net-banking on 3rd october 2019 at 9:19 pm. The transaction was successful and amount was debited from account. (Transaction details is attached here as photo).

              Meanwhile i didn't get any confirmation from bajaj finserv and i thought it will take 7 days.

              Now real play began as after two days of the payment. I again got a call from customer care executive saying "as you are our valuable customer bla bla bla... You are offering with elite emi card.. Bla bla bla... You can have it by paying rs 4999. I listen carefully and as she finished talking, i ask her that why you are offering me the same? I already paid rs 4999. She asked me to wait for a minute and told me that there is no any application or payment from my side and she blame me that i didn't made any payment and i am lying and cut my phone.

              Then i raised four issue in bajaj finserv customer portal and one of which closed without my knowledge. Three of them are pending till now. (Screenshot attached). I mailed at wecare of bajaj finserv two times and no reply till now.

              Now, i want to complain about drama of bajaj finserv, when you are going to deliver my elite card?? Is these all are lies to rob our hardworking money??? Please do something.

                I asked service for my samsung led tv as i saw a narrow black mark on display. They took the tv but its nearly one month no response from them.

                Initially when i was calling them they were telling different different reasons, still i am not sure whats the exact issue on my tv. It was working fine with me but i asked service only to fix a narrol black mark on the display on left top corner.

                  I took rs 96, 000/- loan from bajaj finserv (Lan 400pst[protected], they committed 21% roi for the tenure of 4years but after getting a loan when i saw repayment plan they are charging me 34% by saying 21% flat roi.
                  Emi amount got changed drastically from 2, 975/- (Which is supposed to be) to 3, 684/- basically they are charging interest rs. 80, 833/- instead of rs.46, 814/-

                  Which is double the interest and almost equal to the loan amount. They playing it underhandedly.

                  Please help me out with the situation.

                    The amount of rs 17129 that i paid was emi payment for the month of october 2019. The same has wrongly been appropriated against the penal outstanding amount the same was done without my knowledge and of bajaj finserv own accord.

                    Additionally, the penal charges levied on my loan amount is wholly wrong and grossly incorrect. The pdc is regularly been presented to my old account since 2016 despite of the fact that the account stand closed and the bank was duly informed of the status through your various agents. I am regular in making the emi payment and is making month on month emi payment. I am surprised to see that despite of the bank having knowledge of the account closure, the pdc are still being presented and the penal amount is being levied on my loan account. The same is not only inappropriate but is gross negligence on bank's part. I should not be penalized for the same.

                      Bajaj finserv company deduced 117 rs from my account. They send me a message last week saying that i have to use tthe card and shop something to avoid paying these charges. Firstly i dint go to them for the card it was offered to mewhile i was shopping at vijay sales pune. I was also yold that it was absolutely free of cost and no annual charges would be applicable. Now they have deducted the amount without my knowledge from my axis bank account. My previous loan with them is also nil. I dont owe anything to them. Kindly help me get my money back. When i try calling the customer service, their ivr has no option to get a customer executive talking to us. The transaction details are mentioned below

                        2 months ago, i had noticed that rs.117/ had been debited without any authorization from my saving account.

                        I am shocked to see this, please reverse and credit it back to my bank account.

                        I have tried to lodge a complaint through this forums. But was unsuccessful. Never got any reply or mail communication.

                        Please let me know why and by whose authorization have you debited this amount.

                        I have nothing pending with bajaj finserv. I don't have any loans with you. Nor any emi card.

                        I expect the amount to be credited to my account immediately with proper explanation from your end.

                          I had taken one product on emi from bajaj finance service 5-6 years back and paid all the emi's 5-6 years back. During the emi period i had given authority for them to take the every month instalment from my bank account. After 5 years suddenly took 4999 rs from my account without any notice. When i went to the office they asked me to call customer care... And customer care asked me to email almost one month is done and i sent multiple emails and calls.. There is no proper answer from them.

                              My loan application number:[protected], hello, this is manish from noida. I've applied for a personal loan in bajaj finance ltd 3 days before for 20 lakhs, i was told that only processing fees of 0.5% will be deducted while disbursing the loan but they added a product called credit vidya without my notice which costs 4999 rupees which is no use for me and flexi fee charges which costs 4999 rs and i got only 1, 983122 rs. I found that amount of inr 4999 has been deducted in the name of "credit vidhya". When i asked about it they sent me an email statement with credit vidhya report. It is just an advice to take loan and to determine how your cibil points will be rated. I don't need such study reports as i knew it already and there is no use of such reports. This seems to be hidden charges without informing the customer. I asked for the amount to be refunded in my account. The customer care person said he will take up this issue and arrange for refund. But again i got the same report in the name "financial fitness report". I really don't need such useless reports for my rs.4999. Therefore it seems bajaj finance is looting customers money by these hidden charges. Atleast this should have been informed earlier, if it is informed i would have not taken loan from bajaj finance. Now i've to cancel this loan because of their poor actions. If they charge some amount for closure then i've to go to consumer court as no choice left for me. For other friends those who are planning to take personal loan, please take it from reputed banks (Transparent charges) instead of these financial looters... I'm expecting a reply or response from bajaj finance. I'll update in this forum until my issue gets resolved.

                                    This is Amardeep.I am bajaj finserv customer from a long time.I have taken personal loan also in January 2019, and I am paying my all installments on time or before time.I never got late in paying my installments.Today I got a call from bajaj finserv executive from number
                                    [protected] and asked me to renew the insurance but I denied about that then I cut the call after a routine conversation I said I don't need any insurance I don't want it. Then he called again with the number[protected] and said you changed your address then I said again I don't want any policy and I was sleeping don't call me again and again you are disturbing me then he said" tere ki main batata hu loan kaise leta hai tere ki toh insurance karana hi padega" then I said ki you harassing me like calling again and again and forcing me to take the insurance then I cut the call.Then again he called me from another number[protected] then he said"tere ki toh main dikhata hu Teri gaand Marta hu abhi saale tujhe batata hu loan kaise Lete hai" .He abused me and threatened me to ruined my record, is this the way an executive will talk to a customer if I don't want anything how can they force us It's completely blackmailing and may be he will harm me somewhere.I am complaining you to take some action against this. If there is something wrong I get from this in future then I will go in court. This is not good to call people and threatened them to buy your product .I want some strict action against it.                                       They charged me unnecessarily for rs.3152/- in this month and recently rs.6625/- though i complained about the same but no one is responded until now.

                                      It seems to be they are trying to rob customers with this company charges and creating mental disturbances.

                                      It's purely cheating of customers they don't have any business ethics.

                                      One of the employee called me and told that your loan is revoked when i purchased in 2018 and they deducted the first month amount after that they closed my loan account and again to they revoked the same as 6625 after 1 year and they agreed it as some technical error but the amount actually to be paid is 5210 for that they charged me 8397 and again now they raised another loan with out any purchase. Bajaj is number one financial institute to cheat the customer.

                                        I was issued a policy through telephony which call was from bajaj conservative and i was assured that will be provided with the details and documents of the policy provided to me and so that i can review the same formally. And i was told this is a group insurance policy of hdfc and the same is provided by bajaj conservative to its customers.
                                        I didn't got any mail or communication from the company regarding details and documents and the only message i received to maintain sufficient balance.
                                        I was told all the conversation is recorded in the company future purpose. I have mailed the concerned to the company but the same is not being resolved and my amount is bring deducted on monthly basis.
                                        Neither i received any policy or details through mail or post, which was assured to me while providing the policy.

                                        Please look into the business policies and don't fool the customers.
                                        Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
