Hi all,

Just wanted to know, why my amount is deduction from my saving account from bajaj.

Even thought i have purchased any thing.
And below are the details.
Ecs debit paid paid to bajaj c401spffn20:1000009:tech process refno:401spffn20 - keb hana bank.

Please explain me this unethical deduction.
I found out its very common to you guys to deduct the amount without any notice and without any explanation.

        I have taken a bajaj finserv loan but i am paying on time. So, i want to know
        What does that mean? And why there is no advance information about this?

        I want to get my money bank and if bajaj finserv haven't got any valid reason then it should return my money.

          extra money debited from my bank account

          I don’t have sufficient funds in my bank account for all the 3 loans.
          But immediately in the same month itself I have paid the emi amount and the bounce charges after confirming the same with loan department.
          You can see the statement of accounts of my all 3 loans, I have paid the bounce charges and even I can see extra amounts have been debited from my account on the same July month and this month too.

          I've CD loan from bajaj finance and today emi deducted twice from my account of amount 2091. Even I didn't have any EMI bounced or pending
          425MPDFJ386784 this is the loan account number and 2091 is the emi loan amount. Worst service by bajaj finserv. No emi was bounce till date on my behalf. Kindly refund the access amount to my account on immediate basis

            Hello Team,
            This is to notify you that with out my concern, i am keep on getting mails that my bajaj super card application is filled online. I told the representatives that i am not interested in any card when they call. Even after that I am getting this mail again and again. I raised multiple complaints with the below compliant numbers to Grievance .
            SR24792054, SR24786787, SR23069127 how ever i am getting every week one new mail that my super card online application is done. I purchased a AC with bajaj finance in 2014 with Loan Account No 4030CD02857680. Bajaj representatives are using my information from this account number and keep on sending my mail that my super card online application is filled. I informed the bajaj representatives that dont call me for any card i am not at all interested but still they are doing the same. When I called the customer care number [protected], i am getting reply that my account is linked with mulitple customer Id. How can this possible with out the customer notice you can link and fill a form. PFA mail image

              I am getting calls from someone claiming to be high court advocate threatening to pay Bajaj Finserv loan due amount (Rs. 17367) otherwise legal action will be taken. I am not aware of any such loan. They want me to pay within next 90 minutes, otherwise a legal action will be taken. They are not even ready to provide further information on this loan. Is there anyone I can talk to find more details?

                  I got a call from bajaj finance on[protected], he said my credit score is very good, they are offering elite card services to me, for that they will charge one time charge i.e 4999rs. I told him that i dnt have money, then he asked me to download mobikwik app, and give 5000 rs, and he said to do payment frm that, he told that i can use elite card for hospitals bills, education fees, etc etc... He told lot of lucrative thing.. so he guided me to take the payment... Now i have to pay the amount in emi's... he told that card will be available after 1 week, but still no card and gift vouchers of 27000.. i fetl scammed by bajaj finance, i have whole call recording of that madharchod scammer, and screenshots of payments, i will upload on facebook publicaly.. tried to call on elite toll free, they have blocked my registered mobile number, and i called frm other numbers they put the call on hold for 10 mins and disconnect the call.. did 4-5 times the same. Want justice and will file a complaint against bajaj.. and spread awareness in social media.. i m paid influencer on social media and have more then 30k followers.                     I bought a refrigerator in the name of rita samadder (M) [protected] last 5 months ago by bajaj finserv card at sodepur khosla branch. But i didn't agree any insurance after that they issued insurance policy and loan without my permission and acknowledge. Then when i came to know that, went to branch and requested to cancel this insurance and refund the money last one month. But no action taken and not solve this problem. Its very poor service and bad reputation for khosla electronics. Please take action urgently otherwise i compailed to complain consumers forum.

                      My experience with your company regarding loan processing. I was looking for a home loan and i had submitted my request online on various portals. I received a call from bajaj sales manager vicky veer from pune branch stating the benefits of taking a loan from bajaj and that they had a product which would help me transfer my existing loan with a top up which would be like an od facility. I decided to go ahead with my loan application. I submitted all the required documentation and informed my existing bank that i would be closing my loan with them and moving to bajaj. At the last moment vicky veer sprung up a surprise. He charged me close to 1.9 lacs as insurance premium without my consent despite me repeatedly explicitly telling him not to do the same. He took an insurance of 50 lacs without my consent and that too when even the loan amount wasnt that much. The tactics he used was intimidation, coercion, blackmail, mental harassment, torture, verbal abuse and physical threats. He threatened me that my loan disbursement would not happen and it was mandatory for me to take the insurance and i had no choice but to signup for it. I know for sure that there is no rbi guideline which makes it incumbent and mandatory for a loan applicant to take insurance cover for a home loan. I knew he was trying to achieve his sales targets and the resulting incentives. But selling a product by harassing, threatening, intimidating, bullying a customer how fair is that. I was stuck in no mans land. I literally begged and pleaded him. He would mock me by saying now you cant do anything. He said you can go and do whatever you want i wont reverse the insurance amount, basically he was trying to exploit the situation. Its like raping somone and then threatening that person that go and do whatever you want nothings gonna happen to me. I was shocked at his confidence which for sure would have been an outcome of the environment where he was working and now i know why. Despite complaining to the national sales manager no action has been taken against him nad it's been close to 6 months now. It seems like everyone's party in the crime. Maybe he had seen his colleagues do the same and get away with it. Maybe he knew the system inside out of which he was a part and he knew that the system would ignore it cos it brought moolah for the organisation. It was a case of the ends justifying the means. It was a nightmarish one month which i don't think i will ever be able to. Forget. I knew i had been victimised, tormented, tortured and the person who did that was hiding behind a corporate shield.in a rape a victim is physically assaulted and act of aggression against them committed without their consent. Here was this guy who without my consent looted my hard earned money without my consent and then to top it up he mocked at me knowing there was a system who would shield him, maybe even applaud him for meeting his target, and turn a blind eye towards how that target was achieved. I felt helpless and devastated. I had lost my money and was insulted and humiliated by the same person who looted me. I knew i had to fight back no matter what the outcome. I gathered the courage to report this incident at pune wakkadwadi branch. People like vicky veer can be anywhere. These people tend to exploit weaknesses of others or the situation to their personal advantage. They tend to misuse their position of power and authority that they derive. Such people gather courage from the fact that their wrong doings get ignored coz they bring money for the company, how, nobody seems to care. They know the same organisation will try to find some technical loophole to defend him, coz questioning him would mean accepting that the organisation has done something wrong. It speaks volumes about an organisations culture. As i write this vicky veer still continues to work as a home loan sales manager in bajaj pune branch. His linkedin profile is.

                      The national sales manager has been given me false promises that action would be taken against him this despite reminding him multiple times. All his assurances have been verbal and no action has happened on the grounds, no wonder he heads that team so the confidence of cheating the customers prevails amongst his team. His thought process has been that the complaint will get diluted over a period of time. It's said that a company like bajaj have such people at the healm of affairs. If vicky veer was the perpetrator than the nsm who supports the crime is no better than him. Have lost hope in getting justice. Hence i hve to escalate this to the highest level, so that atleast i can get justice there. People can't play with others hard earn money and intimidate them and get away with him hoping nobody will complain or even if somebody complains he has a nsm to defend him. Thats the sorry state of affairs in the company. The sad part of this entire episode is nobody has looked at it from a humanitarian angle. Can companies who overlook the human angle continue to prosper and flourish. Are people so blind in making money that they will do it by whichever means right or wrong and the top management will support them.

                      What good is a company if it is on top of the charts in the stock market in terms of market capitalisation but has zero concern for ethics values, corporate governance and customer grievances. I still have hope in getting justice and hence this mail.

                        I am not able to view my emi card from bajaj wallet (Image aiitached for your reference).. I approached [protected]@bajajfivserv.in.. More than 15 times (Sending mails) along with government i'd proof for reference.. But still now no response.. I am not able to contact call centers service.. I think my number is blocked.. I approached grivance team but still no response.. Now i am in no mans world.. Don't know where to approach.. Even i approached bajaj office too.. That have given service request number that's it.. Still no response??

                          The Agent named Shubhankar Ghosh, first contact me via telecommunication and provided me some good deal on loan transfer. While documentation he asked me give a photo of check of amount 1999.00. At that moment he said me that this image is required to submit the application and no amount can be taken via photo, so on his commitment i have provided the photo. Now the scenario is the approval came for 32 lakh and due to some reason I am not willing to change my loan provider. As committed by me, I have informed him that I am not willing to take the loan. Now is started to scold me and became abusive and asked for the processing fees and threatened me to rupture by cibil score. I don't know how he can do so... Is Bajaj Finserv home loan division do this to all the customer who don't opt to take loan from them, are they trapping customer and get their income from assessment charges. Are they fraud? So many questions are banging in my thoughts. What are the means by which he can affect me?

                              BC तुमने लेट फ़ीस जुर्माना ले लिया है, मैने टाईम दे दे दिया है ।
                              तो कार्ड अनब्लॉक कीऊ नही कर रहे हो।

                              मेरी किस्त फास्ट टाईम बाउंस हो गई थी तो मैं उसका full जुर्माना बार दिया हूं।

                              गलती मेरी ये थी कि मेरा Mo no registered नही था।

                              इस लिए मेरे को पता नहीं चला था।

                                मैने bajaj finserv से पर्सनल लोण लिया था सितम्बर 2018 को 90000 का जिसमे मेरी emi 4021 चल रही हैं सर वैसे तो ये 2 तारीख को कटती हैं परंतु कभी 9 तारीख कभी 4 कभी 7 तारीख को कटती जिसमे कोई जुर्माना भी नही होता परन्तु 2-3 महीनों से बहुत परेशान कर रहीं है इस बार तो 7 तारीख को फोन आया कि 9 तारीख को कटेगी ओर जुर्माना भी लगा दिया बैलंस भी था।
                                सर कहनेका तातपर्य है कि मान लीजिए सारि गलती मेरी है कि है एकाउंट मे पैसे नही थे जैसे कम्पनी वाले कहते हैं, परन्तु पहले तो इनकी डेट फिक्स नही है आप चाहे स्टेटमेंट चेक कर लीजिए कियुकि पहले 9 तारीख तक भी किश्त कटी है बिना जुर्माने के हा अगर 9 से ऊपर हो जाती तब जुर्माना भरता था । अब तो फोन भी आया 7 तारीख को बैलेंस बैंक मे था और 9 तारीख को किश्त कट गई वो भी जुर्माने के साथ ओर इनका कहना येही है कि 2 तारीख को चेक बाउंस हो गया उस वजे से मैं तो पहले 4-5तारीख तक अकॉउंट मे पैसे डलवाता था तब नही जुर्माना पड़ा परन्तु अब पता नही कैसे जुर्माना पड़ गया।

                                    When i was searching the mobileproduct on bajaj finserve site by mistake i had ordered redmi note 8 (4/64gb) and there is no option for cancellation i also dropped mail for camcel the product but its says that it will take 48 hours to cancel the product but meanwhile if product is delivered to my place then who will responsible for that.

                                    Kindly cancel my order.
