I got mail in bajaj finserv regarding that im eligible for preapproved personal loan for 99000.. Only kyc documents mandatory..
I have applied it but the people are asking for many documents like bank statement, payslip, office id card etc.. If all these documents are mandatory it is not a preapprovd loan.. Kindly help me to get tat amt.. My registerd number is [protected]

    I took a consumer loan in 2010.. i believed my repayment was complete, but today i saw a mail which i got on 17 jan 2019, it says i have to pay an amount of 1, 34, 506/- as penality.. While i collected the statrment, it shows a reciept due of 490/-.. that guy over there told me that it was that amount of 490/- which in 8 years grown to one lakh thirty four thousand five hundred and six rupees... I am still in shock.. Innthis eight years i never got a call, message nor a person approaching me, hinting about that outstanding balance...
    I dont know what to say... i have their statement and email with me.. I am approaching the branch in my native and after that will approach consumer court and then press.. If nothing s happening.. Will write a suicide note on bajaj fin for the cause of my death...
    I am living in a rent house.. Wife and me both going through psychiatric problems.. And now i got this too...
    The only mistake i did was taking a consumer loan to buy a tv for me.. It costs 22500...but for thay i have to pay 1, 34, 506/-...

      I am writing about this as i am feeling very low today.. Taking loan from bajaj is my biggest mistake .. I took loan from baja 260000. Got sone 2lakh 40k some change.. I am paying 9130 emi. Monthly.. I i paid for 17 months till now thats come total 155, 210..more 31 months i have to pay thats come 283, 030..total amount i am paying 438, 240.. .. Want to die or pay emi.. This is not fare.. I dint even realize while taking loan.. What should i do ?? Is there any way to get out from this trap?? Or i have to compalain about this to cunsumer court .. 😭😭😭😭

        I had closed the emi with bajaj finance almost 3 years back itself.

        Not sure why are deducting the money from my acc now. That too there was no ecs given to them.. All the payments done were interms of post dated cheques in the past.

        Request you to pls de-activate my card that was given to me as free & now you have deducted rs. 117/- from my bank account without informing me & not taking my permission before deducting.

        This is unfair practice.
        Pls de-activate and refund rs. 117/- back into my account.

          Recently i got a message saying emi annual card inactive fee rs117, i really didn't understand because i diligently paid all emi's time to time currently no due amount, then what are these charges for? While taking card when i asked concerned person any hidden charges while using card they told nothing like this will happen. So kindly look after the issue, and return money back if deducted and also kindly deactivate my bajajfinserv card.

            All i have done and also i get 50k credit card and also i applied...but there is no response from BFL After that many times i have called customer care support but he didnt any respond

            BFL Doing fraud with me why i am not understanding that why BFL dosent give card to some people only like me...fraud company very dissapointed

                I never asked for bajaj finserv lending card in the past. Though i purchased one item from sales emporium, jadavpur, kolkata-700032 some time in 2013 and availed bajaj ferserv loan which was repaid through eight installments following the purchae. There is no outstanding dues whatsoever in this regard. It was to my utter surprise that courier service delivered one packet containing bajaj finserv gold emi card. Neither used this card eversince delivered to me nor i need to use it in fututre. To my utter surprise bajaj finserv started deducting rs. 177/- against this card being annual charge. Last year one lady representative talked to me over telephone and requested her to cancel this card since i dont need this. Inspite of my request i have received one message yesterday (January 23, 2019) informing that annual inactive fee of rs.117/- due on 20th april, 2019 and available loan limit etc. This is ridiculous how the said company impose such when i am not interested in any way. Kindly look into this unethical business practice and deducting money year after year. Kindly accept my complaint to deactivate the bajaj finserv emi card (Customer id[protected]. Kindly also ensure refund f money realised from my bank account so far..

                  1. I have borrowed sony smart tv in nov'17 financed by bajaj finserv.
                  2. The emi of which is rs. 5556/-
                  3. After few days of puchase, i recd. Sms saying that your emi card has been issued, which i have not requested at all.
                  4.in dec'18 i received msg saying that rs 117/- emi card inactive fee will be charged shortly.
                  5. On 22 jan'19 an amount of rs 117/- is deducted from my savings account automatically, as the account was linked for emi deduction.
                  6. I would like to know that why this fee has been charged from me though i have not received any card.
                  7. It is requested to bajaj finserv to refund an amount of rs 117/- immediately.

                    now that am no more using the services i have requested to close the account writing a email dated Dec 8, 2017, 6:14 PM, but now i have been charged in the name of inactive" fees Rs 117

                    While buying i was forced to buy, they NEVER mentioned there was a fee. just gave me a bunch of papers and took my signature, unfair way.

                    why are you forcing people to use your service else charge them back in the name of inactive" Fee????????? How can anyone charge for a card being inactive?

                    Come what may I NEED MY MONEY BACK, AND I DONT NEED YOUR UNFAIR SERVICE

                      This is totally a Fraud... I took a washing Machine with Bajaj EMI in 2013 and closed it on 2014. Post they sent an EMI Card stating it is provided to prestigious customer. Recently I pulled my Bank statement and found these buggers were charging me Rs 117.00 Every year for inactive. I NEVER APPLIED FOR THE CARD... THEY SENT IT ON THEIR OWN... DIDNT EVEN GOT MSG ALERT FROM BANK/BAJAJ... BLOODY WHOSE MONEY IS AND WHY THEY ARE CHARGING WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION. EVEN THOUGH I DIDNT ASKED THEM FOR CARD... THE CARD WAS SENT AND THEY STARTED CHARGING. WHEN I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY SIMPLY SAY IT WILL BE PROCESSED BUT TILL NOW NO ONE HAS CLOSED IT. NOW IN THE MONTH OF MARCH THEY WILL AGAIN CHARGE WHICH I WILL NOT MAKE IT HAPPEN. BAJAJ TEAM IF YOU ARE READING THIS MESSAGE CALL ME IMMEDIATELY, MY NO IS 4000CD00648782. BOSS...                           I have purchased s9 samsung mobile from babul mobile world in kanpur on 18.05.2018 which is finance by you and insured as well. At the time of purchase the finance person told me that if your phone get damage you dont have to do anything just call me and i will take care of everything as the policy is cashless. You dont have to pay anything. Now when i am calling him he is not giving proper response just telling call on toll free number and launch your complain there. Plz do the needful as i am fed up now from bajaj.
                          One thing more i have a credit card of bajaj and they charge 1000 without informing me this is charged as a security of card but i havent applied for it so without informing customer how can you charge.

                          Please resolve both the matters asap as its already very delayed

                            I don't have any requirement to use emi card xxxxxxxxxx1503 for any purchase.
                            Why have i been charged rs. 117 as card inactive fees which is debited directly from my savings account without my consent.
                            Do you want me to use this card even if i don't have any requirement as present
                            Card is valid upto dec 25 then what is meaning of inactive?
                            Four times called on customer care number but didn't connect.
                            This is a unethical act which is not expected from a big company like bajaj finserv.
                            I am loosing my faith on this company.

I have no due with them & contacted the Bajaj office and they even can’t tell why money got deducted asked me to wait and take an appointment with their manager for further quarries.                               This is reetu sharma. An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of axis bank a/c [protected] without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with the company. Bajaj finserv has given me emi card saying its totally free and amount will be deducted only on usage of this card. I have never used this card and taken loan only through offline procedure and have cleared every loan by paying all the installments on time.

                                I applied for consumer loan 30 days before.the agent name is santosh malik and his mob num:[protected] and a lady name is jasmin and num is [protected].my loan is approve 45000 and payment release to santosh malik and jasmin.but he has not transferred that money in my account.he is using that money for his personal use.when i am contacting that person but he is not attending my call.i have call recording of Jasmin and santosh .they are shouting on me .and Jasmin is saying do a police complaint.they cannot do anything.she's only saying wait for some days I will give you money.but my emi date is in next month 02/02/2019.tell one thing I haven't get any loan amt, so why I pay emi.jasmin is very smart they are cheating people and doing fraud.help me in this case.

                                  I have not been informed about these charges whan I was taking/transferring my Housing loan from PNB HFL to Bajaj Fin. Loan sanction letter where this AMC charges mentioned was not shown to me. As a proof there is no acceptance signature.
