My name is vishalkiran honge, i have 2 loans in bajaj finance. I have purchased products for which emi's are going on. But they deducted rupees 295 as charged received mandate fail. Today they charged 295rs 4 times for mandate failed even if emi is on time. Total amount deducted= 295x4= 1180 rupees. I request to refund my amount in my bank account.

I am attaching supporting images regarding my issue please check!

Since the money rs: 295 is keep on deducting from the payable emi amount from linked bank, i am forced to transfer the amount to my another bank account.

    Respected Sir,
    I am krishan Singh, recently got a loan (A/C No.542RSF[protected] & Customer ID[protected] before 10 days, which was given by bajaj finserv manager dileep Singh, Gandhidham. But sir i was refusing this loan but manager Dileep Singh gave forcibly me and told that this will be very benificial for you, even manager also forcibly gave the insurence which i do not want to take and charge huge amount of processing fees.Sir Which does not happen from a reputed brand like Bajaj Finserve . Sir i am salaried person and earn money with very difficulties .Sir i have not even used one rupee from loan account. and i have also mailed to customer care quite often and called to Manager Dileep Singh many times but they did not take any action .Sir please i request you to close my loan account as soon as posible without any charge please.

      Dear sir,

      I have applied loan against bajaj lic policy the loan amount is rs 5, 50, 000 as reference by your executive and the loan account number is blod[protected] and application number is ci/291683/af.
      And i have paid quarterly payment rs 27500/- and rs 16500 noc charges and rs 99000/- as gst and 12750 stamp duty charges. Total of rs 187500.

      But still they dint create the policy and they did not disburse the loan and they did not receive my phone calls. Kindly resolve the same. I think bajaj fin serv ltd is reliable company. Otherwise i will take legal action for the same.

        I got call from bajaj finance people regarding personal loan for 5 lakhs then after representative came and recieved my documents before i said i’m working for movie he said no issue and said rate of interest 13% then after i got msg from bajaj finance congratulations we have recieved your application and processing, after 2-3 hour recieved call from bajaj ppl they asked my profile i said we work for movies and ads he said ok and call me again told me sorry sir we can’t approve 5 lakhs we can approve only 2 lakhs he convinced for this loan more than 15min then after also i said no i told him i think and lent you know but without my approve they approved my loan with roi 18.9 3, irr 32%, addendums life insurance and health insurance for 6000/- without any asking and transferred money in to my account directly i called so many times to bajaj ppl they didn’t respond so finally i don’t want this loan for further please solve my issue asap.

          Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

            This is a very unpleasant experience i must say. Bajaj experia portal is showing and emi oberdue of rs 425 and they are telling me that i have to pay the overdue amount of rs 425, even when i have already made an advance payment on 7th january 2019. The loan tenure is 7 months starting from december 5th 2018. There as been 3 payment made. 2 advance payment and 1 auto debit. But still its showing there is an overdue emi. Because of your fault my cibil score will get effected. Now when am clicking the option of pay overdue amount its showing there is no overdue. But in hope page its showing 1 emi is due. I have been a loyal customer, and was paying all emis on time and mostly in advance.

            I sent two mails and their representative contacted me, and told me it was a mistake from their side and it will be sorted. But now on 2nd february when i logged in again on the portal. I found that and overdue charge of rs 200 and been added! It's unexpected. I been following up on this issues from 23rd january. And they couldn't even resolve the case yet!

            The emi due date is 5th of every month. And 1st emi date was 5th december, its a 7 month tenure loan. 1st emi deducted on 5th as scheduled, then i pain an advance payment on 22nd december and then one on 7th december. So basically 3 emi has been pain. But they are not able to resolve this even when the loan statement has all this showing clearly.

                    We had taken a business loan of RS 1010000 from Bajaj Finserve on 3/01/2016 vide Ac no 410PSB31537572 .

                    We had regularly paid the said EMI of RS 50913 every month

                    twice the payment was delay as i was hospitalised for a major medical problem, but we payed the amount includig late charges .

                    on 28/10/2017, we called Bajaj representative and told them we want to close the said account, and balance of loan amount was told to us and we cleared it in one time

                    after that we received an NOC from the bank for no more amount to be paid .

                    now sir in january ist week 2019 i dicided to take a fresh loan in my company for further business oppertunity, so i applied to many banks, but my loan was refused as in CIBIL ITS SHOWING SETTLE

                    i approach Bajaj Finanserve ad they say they cant help as the new lot of people has come.

                        I have taken a bajaj finserv loan but i am paying on time. So, i want to know
                        What does that mean? And why there is no advance information about this?

                        I want to get my money bank and if bajaj finserv haven't got any valid reason then it should return my money.

                          Actually one ecs is bounced for rs.1620/- on[protected] and immediately paid the amount on[protected] through by cheque payment for rs.1620/- and the loan's last emi completed on[protected] by ecs without fails.

                          But the charges has been deducted by the following dates are.

                          [protected] rs.350/- (1 time)

                            Bajaj finserv debited 118rs on 30jan from my account in the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_dec18. When i asked they emailed and told that it was ecs charges by bank. When i contacted with bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj finserv and not ecs. I told bajaj to refund the amount because the amount they charged also did not reflect in my bajaj loan account. But they did not respond on it. They are unnecessarily charging. Please register my complaint and help to resolve it asap.

                              card not accepted at amazon and flipkart

                              I am r tahsin taj try to buy some items from amazon but no option is available for payment. When i try to buy from flipkart no option available. Bajaj emi store have limited items only but that items also have no option to pay by bfl emi card. Is it bfl emi card really working?. It is widely advertised but even big sellers have no option for bfl emi crad. Kindly rectify issue....

                              I've applied for bajaj finance emi card also paid 399 rupees after 10 days i got the emi card with number [protected], i got an email by bajaj finance that i have to submit my documents to the courier person, i've done it. And when i tried to use the card on website it said

                              "dear customer, we regret an otp cannot be generated due to a requirement of fresh nach (Ecs) mandate. Visit the nearest branch for submission of the nach mandate. Use alternate payment option to complete your purchase. Rgds, bajaj finser"

                              And i submitted all the documents as bajaj finance instructed. What i do now??? I am very disappoint with bajaj finance.

                                I had a loan requirement for 25-40 k only, for which i was proposed the bajaj flexi loan though i asked for other options.
                                The description of bajaj flexi loan was limit of 4 lakh credited to the bajaj account, interest only for the availed amount, rest of the amount would be in the bajaj account itself and can be availed when required.

                                Firstly when the loan got sanctioned, it got credited directly to my bank account contrary to the statement which they had said. After enquiring
                                I was asked to transfer the un-utilized amount to bajaj account.

                                Leaving the 25000/- which i needed i transferred the rest to the bajaj account.

                                When i saw the emi details, i was shocked to see that they have added the processing fee of 13000 (For the full loan) additional to 25000 taken.

                                Now i have to pay 38000 for a span of 5 years for the taken amount of 25000.
                                I was not informed about the processing fee during the call with the bajaj person. This is purely a scam and not at all appropriate.

                                Calling the bajaj person goes unanswered.

                                I want to nullify the loan immediately.

I have a active loan from ecom ccp telebinding loan a/c no. 410etb[protected] that was added few days ago. I tried to contact to the customer care so many times nobody replied me back. It says that i would get a extended warranty. But i haven’t received any kind of insurance details and documents from them. And they already started deducting money from my account. They said they supposed to deduct rupees 193 for 6 months that will be added with my phone’s monthly emi. Now my phone’s emi per month is 2500. So they supposed to deduct 2500+193= 2693. But today i received an sms from bajaj that 2790 will be your next emi for your phone. Why they are manipulate people like this..?? I’m so pissed of from them. Either they provide me all the documents for my extended warranty or remove that emi from my account. Thank you.

                                    I have ordered mi note 6 pro from bajaj finserv app the colour which i want is not available they have call me thats why i have cancelled it my limit was upto 62000 after ordering it it comes to 44000 and after cancelling the order also the have not refund my limit why? Please refund my limit fast i can't able to know what is happening there please..
