G से एक सोनी कैमरा खरीदा। । ईएमआई जो था वह कटता था. हाल ही में मैंने देखा है कि हर महीने अतिरिक्त राशि टोटल 4690 / - की राशि "बालिक प्रीमियम सीडी ऋण" के नाम पर मेरे खाते से हर महीना ५८७ काट ली जाती है, जिसे मैंने कभी नहीं चुना। पहले मुझे इसकी जानकारी नहीं थी। लेकिन जब मैंने अपने खाते में प्रवेश किया, तो मैंने पाया कि हर महीने मेरे बैंक खाते से "बालिक प्रीमियम सीडी ऋण" के नाम पर अतिरिक्त ५८७ / - रुपये की कटौती हो रही थी। मुझे नहीं पता कि यह क्यों काटा जा रहा है। और क्या है ये मई चाहता हूं कि मसला हल हो जाए। मेरा ऋण खाता संख्या: 454bal00013951है। धन्यवाद।

    I bought a mobile phone model no y2 worth 13000
    That down payment i paid 3580 from bnx smart phone shop address. Shop no 03, barkat noori tower, near minimum hospital mumbra kausa district thane 400612, phone no[protected], e-mail i'd [protected]@gmail.com, gatin: 27acupb4457e1zh. State code: 27.
    I bought the mobile phone through bajaj finserv.. Shop keeper asked me for the mobile insurance i said i don't want mobile insurance and i have the bill thats clearly shows that i dont want insurance but that insurance is unauthorized. Actual emi cost is 2167 but from my bank deduction is 2553 this is the two time that my bank dedication 386 is extra amount didcuted from my bank account kindly refund the unauthorized amount diduction.. I am very frustrated that i purchased this mobile kindly solve this.

      Dear sir,

      I have applied loan against bajaj lic policy the loan amount is rs 5, 75, 000 as reference by your executive and the loan account number is blod[protected] and application number is ci/291683/af.
      And i have paid yearly payment rs 57500/- and rs 80000/- as gst total of rs 137500.

      But still they dint create the policy and they did not disburse the loan and they did not receive my phone calls. Kindly resolve the same. I think bajaj fin serv ltd is reliable company. Otherwise i will take legal action for the same.

        So, sir i, request to you kindly stop the bajaj lone system,
        Previously i, pay monthly emi system in my sbi bank for lone emi-
        Of product, samsung j5 and oppo-a3 mobile, i, pay our bank system,
        The bajaj finserv this month 1943/-extra rupes i, dont why cut my mony in my account and with out any massege. So, i runing my premium my own system. Stop the bajaj finserv system.

          Dear sir/ma'am,

          I am writing this email on behalf of my father mr. Harinder bhasin who is one of the unhappy customers of bajaj finserv. I am writing this mail to file a complaint against the bajaj finance service. Harinder bhasin who is one of bajaj finance customer. We are entitled to a loan id. 4010cd84013123.

          For loan details please see the previous complaint email. To start with complaint list:-
          We took a loan for bosch fully automatic washing machine in the month of july or august (Not confirmed_you can check in your database). We have made the down payment of 11, 000 inr at the time of purchase of the machine. We paid the extra amount as well for cards (Which is never received,) and other bull # they have.

          Now, i would like to file a legal complaint against their company who is not taking any action for the issue raised twice. Please refer to my below points:-

          1) i am filing the complaint against the service provided by the company. The pathetic service.
          2) no action was taken by their employees/service executive
          Patel nagar sales team at rakesh electronics patel nagar

          3) for raising the wrong amount of invoice
          4) charging different amount than invoice
          5) charged us for emi cards which never received.
          6) not responding to the complaints/feedbacks raised
          7) ms. Ashminder kaur at the complaint/feedback department
          8) neha from whatsoever department (Constantly abusing a customer without looking into the issue).

          I have sent multiple emails + contacted them personally via whatsapp + calls (Unanswered).

          Following are the more points of complaint.

          1) the total amount of the invoice was incorrectly shared by the finance team at rakesh electronics - patel nagar.
          2) secondly, our few emi's statuses are not tracked on your system. Which clearly shows you do not have well-maintained records.
          3) with the continuous efforts of reaching out to t their team from my end was not answered or resolved by any of the employees. (Pfa the screenshots of messages sent to executives of the team)
          4) then we decided to bounce the emi for the month of december so that someone will contact or take bloody necessary action.
          5) when i raised my first complaint via email, one of the team member asminder kaur ([protected])
          6) we shared our concerns with her and after getting some sort of satisfying service and statements requested we asked her to initiate the payment process. We also informed her that we will not make the payment by the bank as our funds got unnecessarily deducted just because of the reluctance of your employees and the worst service of your company. Then she suggested that we can make the payment in cash and someone can pick the payment from our place.
          7) as per her suggestion, i have made the payment for the month of december 2018 as well as january 2019 (In advance).
          8) but again, the company hit the ecs process again, we charged as 500 inr deducted by bank. It should not have happened because i have already made the payment for the month of january 2019 in advance.
          9) i have tied to contact ms. Ashminder kaur again and again but no step is taken from her side,
          10) now, i have decided to not process the payment for the month of february 2019 as no quality service provided to us + we have got charged for so many deductions which amount to more than 1500 inr till date in our bank just because of them.
          11) ms. Neha (Gave her reference above) constantly abusing us.

          Please note that i will not process the payment until all the emi's paid so far are tracked properly and we get amended invoice and to add on the refund of amount deducted by bank just because of the mistakes + we have a good credit score and it must be affected because of their inability to provide service properly.

          Please look into the matter as we are experiencing the worst service.

            I am ashok patil ([protected]) form navi mumbai, had taken personal loan of rs. 2, 40, 000. With emi of 8919/- for 36 months. To reduce my emi i wanted to do additional payment in advance, so i mailed to grievance committee of bajaj fineserv. They replied with giving me call & suggested to pay the additional amount by online transaction only. So i paid the rs. 42, 000/- in advance. But instead of reducing the emi amount they have adjusted in the emi months. Now the same loan was for 36 month that they reduced to 33 months. Which is not what i wanted. The reduction in month is not of any use. I have replied them several times through mail, but they are saying that was only my fault. I have to do the transaction from their branch office. But as per their representative only i have done the transaction. Again i requested them to adjust the amount with emi, but they are not accepting to do that. So i request to refund me the amount. That also they are not doing. Only replying that i had done mistake by doing online payment. But it was done only after their suggestion only. I was thinking to minimize the emi amount so that i can be little comfortable with monthly expenditure. I told them i am doing part payment to reduce emi amount. But they are not giving any support. Lots of mail & follow up had been taken but the issue is not resolved, rather they are giving sms saying that my given complaint is resolved.               Last year i bought a product and its last emi date was 2 june 2018 and without fail i paid the emi
              But after 2 months i got a message ffor deduction of rs 295. I ignore at that moment. But now 2 days earlier i got same deduction msg. For that last emi. So. I got attention

                unauthorized deduction from bank account

                I, kajal kumari had my loan account no. 594ecf82450512 with bajaj finserv which have already cleared outstanding amount on october-2018. Also get no objection certificate from bajaj finance ltd. On dated 31/10/2018.

                But it is noticed that from november 2018 to february 2019 amount was deducting as per bank statement follows:

                1. On dated 02/11/2018 amounting rs.398/- = dirdb rtn chg 021118 bajaj fin.

                My name is shailendra shivwanshi, my loan account number is 4300cd83793061 in bajaj finserv. All the emi's have been deducted on time. Still they charged me for rs. 885 (295 × 3 times). Two charges were deducted on 28/01/19 and 29/01/19 respectively and third was deducted yesterday. I request you to refund my money as soon as possible. This feels very irritating when you pay on time and still charges been applied.

                  Got following sms, saying that loan application is in progress. I was shocked as i did not apply for any loan. I called them, they asked me to provide all details of loan. When i did not apply for any loan, how can i provide the details. When then can generate loan application themselves and attach any customer, then they can disburse the loan amount also. This is the second case happened with bajaj finserv. I would request govt of india and sebi to investigate this company as it looks like this company is creating loan applications on behalf of any consumer and disburse it. This is cheating and big fraud.

                      Name of the company- bajaj finserv type of loan - consumer product loan loan account no.- 418dpf85092172 loan amount- rs.12, 990 emi mode - ecs tenure- 6 months date of loan issued- 2nd oct 2018 registered mobile grievance details - consumer said that he took a consumer product loan from bajaj finserv on 2nd oct 2018. He has been paying emi rs.2165 per month by ecs mode and he has paid almost 4 months. But due to some issue one emi was bounced in this month. He is out of town so he requested to the company that they will pay the emi with bounce charge within some days. But the recovery team started calling him (Mob. No.- [protected]) and abusing him. They are continuously harassing him, so he paid the emi with bounce charge (Rs.2615) to the company on 9th feb 2019 through net banking. But still the recovery team did not believe it but they are mentally harassing him. So he wants to lodge his grievance regarding this. He wants the solution.

                          Bajaj finserv debited 118rs on 8th feb from my account in the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_oct18. When i asked they emailed and told that it was ecs charges by bank. When i contacted with bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj finserv and not ecs. I told bajaj to refund the amount because the amount they charged also did not reflect in my bajaj loan account. But they did not respond on it. They are unnecessarily charging. Please register my complaint and help to resolve it asap.

                                    Sir,

                                    It is my great mistake that i have committed and taken a consumer item loan from your bajaj finserve for purchase of samsang galaxy tax a, from m/s. Savex technlogies pvt. Ltd, chennai on 16/11/2018 with the finance from your bajaj finserve. It was deceided to repay the cost of rs.29, 990/- to you in six emi of rs. 4, 990/- monthly instalments.

                                    I also made it clear with you to kindly effect the emi repayment of rs.4, 990/- from my savings bank account of kotak mahindra bank a/c. No. [protected] on your due date of every month on 2nd. I also kept sufficient balance in my account so as to regular repayment can be effected to you. For this purpose please refer your email sent to me on tue. Nov.20, 2018 at 1.41 am. As per the instructions given by you i complied all the formalities as per the email directions and necessary documents were sent to you on the address given by you as under:- lob swapping team, bajaj finance limited, t. C. S., electronic sadan no.3, bhosari midc, near philips & bhosari police station, pune nasik phata, pune - 411026 on 20/11/2018 alongwith all the necessary documents. All the documents were sent by me by speed post a/d. Vide speed post receipt no. Em[protected]in. The same correspondence was received by your lbo swapping team on 26/11/2018. I have your signed acknowledgement. But you failed to neglect my reply to your email dated 20/11/2018. You did not take efforts to effect direct debit from my above stated s. B. Account of kotak mahindra bank on your due date on 2nd december, 2018 the first emi. On the contrary you deliberately avoided to effect direct debit and imposed me overdue payment with exhorbitant penalty. When the 2nd emi was due on january, 2nd 2019. You intentionally avoided to direct debit from my account and deliberately effected again exhorbitant overdue payment. That also i paid.

                                    But in between you sent me sms and statating the a new direct debit / ecs (Debit clearing) mandate form be submitted with the signature of the officer of kotak mahindra bank. Moreover, i also instructed my bank in writing to effect direct debit to bajaj finserve on or before 2nd of every month till the 2nd may, 2019 (Final emi). The letter and direct debit / ecs (Debit clearing) mandate form duly signed by me and bank officer was sent to you via professioal courier vide dbl no.[protected] dated 09/01/2019. The same has been delivered to you on 11/01/2019. So i thought it will be sufficient for you to effect the payment through direct debit from my kotak mahindra bank savings bank account. But unfortunately you ignore and overlook the 2nd communication regarding direct debit on due due date i. E. 2nd february, 2019. But again you intentionally and deliberately did not effect the emi of january, 2019 and again exhorbitant penalty was imposed on me. That i had paid rs.5, 507.00 in place of rs. 4, 990.00. This dishonest, improper, fraudlent and unethical practices you are applying to rob the borrowers of bajaj finserve. It proves that your bajaj finserve is just looting its borrowers. This is a sorry state of affair on your so called reputed financial institute.

                                    After the sanction of loan no.577ecf94600926 to me, you used to send me frequent smss to convert the loan from 6 monthly emi to 36 emis with lower amount of emi. But i did not opted your suggestions sent by sms’s. I wanted to make myself free in just 6 emis. If i would have been opted the 36 emi system, you could be robbing me every emi would be overdued and lot of money you wanted to grab from me as a penalty. I am just fade up and tortured by your loot system of recovering exhorbitant money by way of overdue payment.

                                    I am seriously thinking, if you do not effect the further february, march and april, 2019 by direct debit from my savings bank account, in that case i will not pay any money to you of your future and further emi’s. Otherwise give me a single option to re-pay your all the remaining emi’s at once, and make me free from your clutches of robbing and looting. This is my last communication with you. If you do not do neeedful as per honest way, then i will not repay you any money in the form of emi’s.

                                    I am very clear and transperant from my side, i have lot of documentary evidences against your malpractices. If you tomorrow sue me in the court of law. At the same time you also handed me lot of documentary evidences to prove your guilt in the court of law.

                                    I am by profession a legal consultant and also journalist. I am going to publish this communication on the web portal of consumer protection. I have every hope you will take a serious note of this communication made to you and that to final.

                                    There are so many borrowers of bajaj finserve have published their bad experiences in the web portal of consumer protection.

                                    I wait for 4 days, reply of this communication from your end. Otherwise i will take suitable action in the court of law. Also publish the same communication on the web portal of the consumer protection. Not only this, i will use my horrible experience on my youtube channel also to expose your malpractices and make aware the public in general to alarm from borrowing from bajaj finserve. Please treat this as feedback from the borrower and make improvement in the robbing type of modus operendi.

                                    Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I dont understand what is the policy for emi card. I visited last week at your branch but i am not fully satisfy. Your executive not explained why is blocked my emi card.Please give a satisfy answer.
                                    And how can unblock my emi card please inform me at my no.[protected], [protected]

                                      Dear team,

                                      This is to bering in your notice that i am a holder of your card with card no [protected] in the name of raghvendra pratap singh.

                                      I would like to lodge my complaint againt the bajaj finserve staff. They monitored by card transactions closely and when they r sure that i am not using this card for long, they changed the contact number themselves and did the transaction just within two days of changing the contact number.

                                      No one even bothers to check the physical precense of the customer at any of the store as the card has been used thrice without my knowledge or even send any email gto my registered email id.

                                      The conatct number has been changed on 05/12/2018 and after that 3 transaction of rs 12610/-, rs 50097/- and rs 24950/- respectively.

                                      We lodged several request at your customer care desk and all in vein. (Refer sr08998378, sr08980068, sr08975721 and sr08976065.

                                      The customer care excecutives so politely ask for 21 days time first, later they put all the blame on customer end. They even deny to provide the escalation matrix which is the right of a customer.

                                      Everyday one or another emi hits my account and it is very difficlut for me, therefore request you to please look into the matter on priority and solve this issue.
