First of all a lady named pallavi shinde called me and said I'm from bajaj finserv there is offer for you of 6 lakhs personal loan, she told me to purchase two policies and i purchased two policies 1]Edelweiss Tokio & 2]Indiafirst.then lady named aradhya patil called and said sir I'm also from bajaj finserv & the cheque process is very long if you want instantly pay now then i said i dont know how to pay then she said sir tell me your OTP every time when i ask & every time i told her OTP'S [i know that everyone say do not share OTP but there was a emergency & i needed the money] she made payment through razorpay and i received email like thank you for using your debit/credit card for purchase with cash at razorpay and she made transactions of RS.20000, 35000, 10000, 15000, 50000 total=1lakh 30 thousand, i checked that all payment are paid to sarvshikshasolutions.com then i called patil madam & said what is this ? she said sir we have [bajaj finserv]partnership with sarvshikshasolutions.com & you will receive your loan tomorrow . from a month everyday i call her she accept calls and says sir we have server problems, sir our manager is not present, sir...so on & now i think its fraud

please help me!

    Bajaj wallet apps 5000 add but cut 9 octber
    4999 cut bajaj finsev emi cut auto bank account. Call custmcare spak u apply elite card physical card not delver my addres

    I also chited by bajaj elit card. I payed rs 4999 for bajaj elit card but no any facility given by them. Bajaj elit card fraud card pl let me know how can return the said amot

      I purchased filter
      Loan amount is 5000
      7 month (715 per month emi)
      I have no balance in one month in my account
      So one month emi not deducted
      Next month bajaj finserv debited 2 emi 1430 also extra 650 rupees charges
      And now for one month emi of 715
      Bajaj wallet shows total due of 3700 /-
      How it is possible?
      Your emi is auto debited then why this happen???
      Why my card was blocked?
      Pls clear this immediately

          I had applied for loan.. Agent called me asked me to submit 50000 which would be added to the loan and then asked me to deposit 100000 for fd and then again asked me to deposit 100000 for 2nd fd then they started processing after 2 days i again received a call i need to submit 90000 for final fd which i spoke to the agent and got it reduced to 50000 which i paid in all.. Then i received the user id and password which was invalid.. I called them to check the user id and password they said theybare facing technical issue due to which user id and pasaword is nit working.. After 2 days i got a call from them it has been active but on the site it still says.. Invalid.. I informed the agent about it and he gave me a new option.. That they would directly transfer the fund to my account via neft but they asked charge of 41800 for it.. I asked them why should i pay i m ready to do it my self just activate the ids but due to technical issue they would not do anything.. Agent then told me he would get that refund back to my account after 3 days.. I then agreed to pay.. I paid it and called the agent to transfer the funds.. He said it would be done in next 30 min.. But 1 hr passed by.. I again called them.. He said he is working on it.. It would take 30 min more.. Again 2 hrs passed by.. Nothing happened.. I tried call them back again and again but they did not rrceivr the call i the just got a response we will get back to u.. Thats not a service anyone would like investing soooo much money.. I[censored] have any issues say it.. Or atleast give update about it.. Do not share fake commetmemts...

                Good day,

                I took bike loan for the amount of 76, 000 on 13/10/2018, for that inr 3633 for 24 months and monthy due date is 06th of every month. This month on 06/12/2018 i maintain amount for emi auto deduction 3633 as my emi amount on 06/12/2018 and banalce got deducted same day towards emi and my bajaj finserv loan account showing outstanding amount for inr 530 and even on 14/12/2018 my balance inr 590 got deducted for the bajaj finserv from my salaried account.
                I tried to complain in bajaj finserv many times with references and every time i am not able to complain in application for that particular complaint. Do the needful as soon as possible for my request.

                      My Brother & Friends received a call from "+91-[protected]" claiming that they are calling from Bajan Finserv collection department and mentioned that I have taken the loan and didn't pay EMIs for 10 Months.

                      Here I have the following queries
                      1. If I am defaulter what are my details like loan account number etc?.
                      2. How you people are going through our privacy? I mean how you people are accessing the personal data like Aadhar Number, etc of mine, my friends & relatives?

                      They are not following the Data Protection Act.

                      When I called back, they warned me that I can't go legally as they have a corporate legal team.

                      Luckily I have voice recordings of all conversations.

                        I Have taken loan for Home appliances from Bajaj Finserv .Loan account number(5490CD[protected]. First Due was scheduled on 05.01.2016 and Last EMI Dated[protected].I have paid all the Emi on time .But yesterday (26.12.2018) some one called me and said you have 35, 000+ penalty to pay or it will be recorded to Cibil and Bajaj will initiate legal actions against me .i was wondered and checked my loan status .It says there is an outstanding balance of Rs. 1080 on one weird Loan A/c No (549EWC[protected] which is meant for Extended warranty .they never told me single word about that extended warranty and bajaj applied for that without my knowledge .They are saying i was signed on the form but its done without my knowledge and bajaj finserv not even single time intimated me about the pending payment .they cheated me .They said i wont get any loans after this ..why should bajaj want me to pay Rs.35000+ for Rs.1080 pending payment . im really upset on this matter .Im requesting bajaj to look seriously on this matter and cancel all the actions against me .

                            Yes, they are cheaters and trying to make fool to everyone. Even i got a call to apply for flexi loan and they didn't tell me the whole scenario. When i agreed to apply for the same, n asked about the charges i. E. Processing fees and all. Then they told me for the one time charge around rs 4999, which they were denying earlier.

                              The bajaj company employees fraud seller who are not ready to even give bills. Major issue i purchased a geyser which was a faulty one. The customer support allocated some foolish so called mechanics who said they couldnt do anything about it. They said the company would replace the product. Now they are not even attending my phone call. Request to the government kindly do something about these frauds. All i know the sellers name its sandhu electricals ambala, court road, haryana. Kindly be responsible for your own faulty products and do something about these frauds who dont even produce bill for the customer.

                                Daily i am getting at least 4 to 5 calls for loans. every time new person calls and says i am dialing you for the first time and i have deleted your number from database. you wont get calls again. after 10 mins somebody else calls and says the same.

                                they calls randomly from any number. says we will delete it from database but they dont. this company should be banned forever.

                                The Bajaj Finserv telecallers are calling me everyday from different numbers and harassing me to take their products/services. Requesting them to stop calling me didnt help.
                                My number is already registered and active under the DND register. That doesnt seem to bother them as well.

                                      I'm not borrow any item since last 8 months but still i get the messages and call from your end regarding the EMI amount & above items are not related to me but still you guys are bothering me for the same.

                                      since last 8 months your guys are bothering me for the EMI Account but i.m not purchasing anything so how you can call me and messages me for the payment. And also i didn't get the Bajaj Finance Card till date. If someone is purchasing by using your Bajaj Finserve Card so you guys have to confirm with the customer first then you are allowed to do payment. but in my case i didn't got any confirmation call or mail from your end so how you can do the payment. It's all your fault and it's not my. But because of these matter my reputation in my bank has been down & my cibil score is also affected.

                                      I'm tried a lot to call your customer care regarding the above subjected matter but there is no proper response from your executives.
                                      My loan acciunt has been closed in last month only. I didn't got No Due certificate for this (Loan Account No.: 4050CD[protected]
                                      So, i request you to kindly closed these loans from my account & give letter in my bank that these are your mistakes not mine so my reputation in bank will be safe and it's your duty, and refund my deducted amount ath the earliest otherwise i have to take legal action against you.

                                        This mail is regarding the request for cancellation of Bajaj insurance on the purchase of Hp Laptop via Bajaj Finserv. We already had taken Reliance insurance at that time, but we are unaware of the insurance scheme taken at the time of purchase and was taken mistakenly. We were not intimated about the insurance by the sales executive who made us sign on the papers, which is why we are reporting this complaint. We had previously contacted the customer care and the marketing salesperson about this claim when the money was first cut from my bank account and we were informed that the insurance would be cancelled, but in the very next month the money was cut again from my bank account. We don’t want to continue this insurance scheme, so please cancel it as soon as possible.
                                        The Laptop and insurance was taken on 11th October 2018 from Orient Infocom HP World.
