Really so shameless team is there in bajaj as still no one is realizing his mistake & due to your mistake you charge me rs. 450 as penalty as well as you forced me to pay advance emi.

We request you to please kindly send us a scanned copy of your bank statement/passbook to verify and validate our records.

            I have bought mobile in the month of dec and i have paid all charges required for the card information and processing charges at the time of purchase. I have observed that the amount of rs118 has been deducted from my account as deduction of amount from my account info : bajaj fin mndtvr-fchgs jan11. I don't understand that why the above mentioned amount has been deducted as already i have paid all dues on time. Arrange to credit this amount in my account. Ans rly why this has been deducted?

              I recently took loan from bajaj finserv which a over draft. I submitted all the documents for my loan as per 1.5 percent process fee and it was successfully approved but suddenly they increased the rate of interest from 11% to 14% and also they deducted rs 12000/- in the name of flexi fee and financial fitness report. Usually all banks and finance organization charge only processing fee but bajaj finserv found a new way of making money from customers.

              All the bank charge the process fee as they do the documentation and background verification but i really don't know what kind finance fitness doing by the bajaj finserv. They found new way of cheating/pulling the money from customers they are making crore of rupees in day from these charges and no one is stopping them...

              They force customers to pay such charges apart from the processing fee and they don't have answer or logic of this deduction.. They are taking benefits of customer's needs and customers are compelled to pay the charges as customer's are needy

              Such organization should be banned in india as they are picking pocket of the customer. Either they force customer to pay such non-sense charges or buy insurance from them. They don't process the file if you are not ready to pay such charges...

              I think such organization (Bajaj finserv) should be banned in india or should work under a law so that it can be stopped..

              I know i will hardly get my money back but at least government should stop this loot and should take the necessary action against them.

                This is a huge disappointment from india ideas platform.

                I paid a loan amount of rs. 5310 to bajaj finserv through google pay upi.

                These were the transaction details:

                Payment page got stucked in the middle, and i got a failure notice from bajaj.

                3 days have already been passed, but still the money has not reversed. Make sure it gets resolved asap

                  I have a bajaj finance digital product loan of rs.32, 500/- and with emi of rs 3250 which gets auto debited on 2 on every month.

                  I have foreclosed my bajaj finance digital product loan account no 417dpf86024802 on dec 28 2018 but still there is emi deductions on 2 jan 2019 after foreclosure.

                  How and when they will process the refund of the extra emi deducted?

                      I have found that rs. 79211/- has been credited to my bank account on 17.11.2018 without my concern. I severely mail to bajaj finserve ltd. And tell them please give your bank account number so can i refund the loan amount as i don’t need any loan. But there response to refund the loan to the bajaj finserve office which is not near to me. They send me a loan application no. Rncjzs3o1qq3vnrqrv27vq through mail and request to click the link for accept the terms and condition on 10th nov 2018. But i never click on the link nor accept their terms and condition.
                      They also deducted emi for the above loan from my bank account on 02-jan-2019 for rs. 3931/-.
                      Please resolve the issue.

                        This is for your kind perusal that i applied for bt transfer and top up loan form bajaj fin serve. After so many delay executive turns up to collect the documents. Ie my house papers. Although i told your executive ie mr. Dhaval who is sitting on ahmedabad office that i have only single copy of my property paper and take a xerox and send me back my documents. Which he said ok and committed that he will give it back immediately. But after so many days and again and again calling him he is not picking my phone nor giving my documents. And due to that i am not able to collect the property verification certificate ie bu and na layout plan from buider to submit it to bajaj and process my loan. Due to this my case was delayed. Please help on priority and send my paper back so that i will move further for loan. This is really pathetic and its a question on your service and reliability. These kind of irresponsible people are vanishing the name of organization.

                          Bajaj loans always makes mandatory insurance for an extra amount of 1-2. % of the loan they take. If activated through online then line activation charges and flexible charges and miscellaneous charges, again 1-2 % of your loan amount. Totally 3-5% of processing fees is charges as hidden. I paid 16000 rs for 2 lake loan amount. Please don’t go for bajaj. Go with other banks as normal loan without any hidden charges.

                            I could not use my card at rs brothers as i got a message that a fresh ecs mandate is required and my ecs limit is 0.00. I have two loans which got completed just this month with auto debit then how come i have to submit nach form at the branch again and wait for 15 days or more for it to be updated? Is there no online solution where scanned copies can be taken and activation done at the earliest. First of all why should a fresh mandate form be asked each time we are purchasing some thing at stores? I can understand if there were no emis getting deducted in the last three months or if no recent transaction. It was such an embarassment at the counter as we did the shopping and then get to know we have to leave everything

                              Sir mene online samsung mobile buy kiya tha to mera 1st EMI 2665/-rs ka 02/01/2019 ko tha to mene 02/01/2019 ko online payment kiya par wo next month ki EMI paid ho gayi aur is month ka EMI bounce ho gaya aur 09/02/2019 ko massage aaya ki apka EMI bounce ho chuka hai to aaj me bharane hi vala tha EMI with bounce charge par pehle hi mujhe call bajaj finserv ahmedabad collection department se call aya aur dhamki dene laga payment aaj hi karani hai warna product jama ho jayega, ghar par aa kar marunga me rabari hu, aur to aur ghar wale ko call kar ke bolte hai aaj me usko marunga.

                                i have bought an ac. For my home at rs.40000, and have paid down payment of 10, 000 to the shop keeper and took the bill, and rest 30, 000 as loan through bajaj finance.

                                Out of my total 8 emi's . I have already paid rs. 3, 750 and rest 7 emi's payment of rs. 26, 250 i paid in advance to close my loan account.

                                But bajaj finance is still deducting my emi's every month without informing me nor they are updating their records of my close of loan account.
                                Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                I have EMI Card ending with 2906. I Do not get too during transaction. I Called to [protected] but failed to connect. Also send SMS to mobile no ending with 4444.in reply it said that this no isn't been registered for EMI card. In customer portal same never was highlighted. WHAT SHOULD I DO.

                                  Legal action notice from bajaj finserve for loan account number 580bal00046109 dated 23.11.2018. I purchased durable consumer products in gurgaon show room and availed loan from bajaj finserve and paid all emis with no dues by auto debit from my bank account. I have moved to hyderabad in 2012 for my new job. Suddenly i received email from bajaj and asking me to pay rs.133, 372. I thought its fraud spam mail and ignored. Early 1st week of jan 2019 i got a call and asking me to pay the loan amount. I explained them that i have not taken any loan but they are bothering me and calling daily to pay the loan due. I checked online in my bajaj finserve account and found the same details.
                                  I was shocked to see because i have not seen this loan account till i cleared all the emis. I went to bajaj finserve branch office and inquired about this. They said just reply to [protected]@bajajfinserve.in. I have mailed in detail to them and waiting for the reply.
                                  Mean while the agent calling me again and insisting me to pay the loan which i refused and said i am in communication with the bajaj finserv. But that guy said i am the company and you have pay and using filthy language which i cant explain. I have emailed the same to bajaj finserv but no action.
                                  I never understand that if so called insurance policy i have taken why they have not communicated this to me that loan is pending. From past six years no communication i have received regarding this loan.
                                  If i have taken the insurance policy, if i dont pay the insurance will lapse on my products. But for sure i have not taken any insurance policy from them.
                                  They are calling to my working place and defaming me with vulgar language.
                                  I request bajaj finserv to resolve this as early as possible.

                                  So far no response from the company and daily I am getting abusive calls from the Bajaj finserv agents to pay the loan which I have not taken. They are calling to my office and defaming me with filthy language which is not tolerable.
                                  I have emailed couple of times to the company but no response.

                                  I do not understand why bajaj finserv is not responding to emails and resolving the issue.
                                  I can not tell how these recovery agents bothering me and calling so many times to me and my office using very bad language which i can not tell also.

                                    Due to the fall of my phone the display has been damaged and the body has also been scratched, please fix my phone.

                                    Company debited rs 30 more than emi amount without inform customer this leads to failure of emi from my account, bank charged 295 because of this cheaters. When i register a service request against this, the reputed company said that the charges debited by bank and file my complaint against bank. Is this the right way.

                                    My acc has been debited with rs.3357 whereas my EMI was 3507 in the name of investment intermedii and no one is responding on the call centre numbers

                                    If this happens, then there is no way left rather than going to the judiciary.

                                    So, please reverse the additional amount or give clarification for the additional amount.

                                      Even Every month money gets auto deducted from my bank account on time.. I have paid extra amount 3234 i.e 539*6

                                        Bajaj finserv company has deducted 117/- from my axis bank account unnecessary with my permission. This rule was never explained while purchasing.
                                        There is no outstanding loan on my card.
                                        All the loan amount has already been cleared in 2017.

                                        One cannot only show due charges. Charges cannot be deducted directly from the account without any authorization.

                                        This is against rules and totally fraud.

                                        An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of Central Bank of India without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i have not taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont even have any EMI card from Bajaj Finance that might be a reason for charging their annual fee. I totally don't understand these kind of charges are deducted from my account, which are totally irrelevant.
