From bangalore im the emi card holder of bajaj finseve since 3years... Have taken a baja loan 4months back. Some how i am not able to pay it but from last 1 months i am paying 4300 monthly instead of the regular emi rs.4300 due to financial crisis. On 3rd of november 2018 four robust people came to my house, without prior information, when i was not at home. One of them was saying that he is from court[new delhi]. All of them abused my wife and my mom in front of the neighbours. They shouted loudly in front of the house in my street. When i came home they did they same to me also. They were threatening us that they had a court's order to collect my all valuable assets to pay my dues to the bank or i should pay some good amount at the same time. They called 2 more robust people to threaten me so that they can forcefully collect my assets. They harrased me a lot... They used nonsens badwords... And they came to my home for rcovery at evening 8 :30 pm 3/11/2018 is this is the right time bajaj finserve send gundas to collect the money...

    Recently we went to a reliance store. Where one of our relative work (Never knew he would be such a fraud). We had been there to buy a smartphone with our bajaj emi card. The guy there took a picture and took signature on adhaar card saying that the stock isn't available right now. And he said that he would get it as soon as the stock comes so he needed the signature! After few days we got 2 otps from two loans the guy there said there was some error so it was twice for our smartphone. We waited for a month still didn't get the smartphone. But then a bajaj guy called saying that we have taken home theatre and a samsung smartphone (Which we never wanted. We wanted a redmi note 5 or a vivo v9) and then after this from months we have been threathened by your bajaj people while they bang the door and stand out of our houses. We are undergoing this from quite a few months. We explained all the stuff to the bajaj guy but he didn't listen even a bajaj executive called and we said the same thing. Look, we know that all you need is your money back. But why should we pay for something we never took.. After a while we went to that guy and we got our phone (For which we are paying the monthly installments on time). He told he will claim the responsibilty to pay at times. But those people still come here and wait outside the houses. Please help us out and change the loan bank account and address to the guy who actually took it. It would be a great help. Thanks.

      This is to inform that i had purchased a product in the year 2011. Having cleared all my dues regularly. Now in this year 2018.. I recieve calls almost 5 to 6 times a day from the call centres that i am due of cheque bounce charges.

      After 7 years of settling my dues, bajaj wants cheque bounce charges which i cleared at tgat time.
      This definely needs public attention and police assistance.
      I receive calls almost 3 tk 4 tines and sometimes 10 times a day.
      I have registered a complaint regarding this matter.
      I hold a bajaj card with a two lakh limit which stands enough eviidence that no company will issue a card if they are due of any charges to them
      If the matter is not looked into and if i keep receiving such calls ahead.. I will be forced to being the matter to consumer attention through tv media.

        I am one of your loyal customer. Regret to inform you that you have deducted rs. 117/- from my bank account (Boi - alkapuri branch) without informing me & without taking my permission before deducting this amount.
        This is not fair and it is unfair practice to your customers.

        I request you to please de-activate my card immediately that was given to me as free (Without any charges).

        Pls de-activate my card with immediate effect on receipt of this mail and refund rs. 117/- back into my savings account which you deducted without my consent and without contacting me / without taking my permission.

        Hoping needful and prompt actions from your end in this regard.

          Hi,

          I just received a sms which states rs. 117/- has been deducted for emi card inactive fees.

          First of all, what is this emi card? I have once taken your emi option and now i am not bound by any contract that every year i am gonna use your service.

          Secondly, you have been using this fraud and malpractice and deducting the amount without my consent and charging me yearly.

          Now return this amount and stop this emi card, there are many more like me who has reported about this fraud.

          Get this resolved quickly.

            On 3rd august my rbl bajaj finserv card was blocked as requested by me and all the dues were paid at that time.
            Still i am getting call from bajaj finserv stating that i have to pay charges for blocking card and that is ₹4, 000.
            Unnecessarily they are calling my dad who is a heart patient and harassing that they will charge penalty if this is not paid.
            We are ready to pay the charges but since the card is blocked i don’t understand why this need to be paid as all dues were already cleared.
            The customer service representative is not answering my queries and unnecessarily calling my dad regarding this payment.

              I am sagnik roymuhury from jaipur. I purchased an ac which was financed by bajaj finserv. The loan amount was rs 22300 for which emi was 2900 for 8 months. I used to get message of deduction of 2900 rs every month. Today i just looked at my account statement. I was shocked to find that from last 2 months 3095+2900 were getting deducted by bajaj finserv. They didn't send the message also. I went to bajaj finserv office. At first they denied to even acknowledge that such thing can happen. When i brought the transaction statement from bank, they said they would clarify and investigate and it will require 4-5 days. When it is clearly shown that double the amount is getting deducted, what is the need to harass customer i dont know. Now i read in consumercomplaints that there are many similar cases with bajajfinserv. This is their strategy to block money and earn interest. I purchased a zero interest loan. Now the amount i need in petrol, calls for several times will be more than the interest.

                  I am trying for 2 days and not receiving the otp to login and pay the dues. They will unnecessarily charge the interest on daily basis. I have tried to login at least 50 times in past 2 days and couldn’t get any otp. Not sure how come the large financial corporate have not resolved such a small issue due to which customers are loosing money. It might be an idea to gain more interest keeping that at start of month everyone will receive salary and try to make partpayment or pay the dues.

                            Hi, my name is ankush lokhnde i am your existing customer with customer card number: [protected] from last jan-2018 and i have tried to pay all the emi by me from your company, i aslo have a emi card provided by bajaj.
                            My icici bank account which was not linked with bajaj initially as my persona
                            L account and for that reason one of the emi was tranfer to another account
                            I also went to your branch in my city sanpada, navi mumbai and explained them all the problems and made the emi payment for coming months they had told me what needs to be done and even they assured me.

                            So please change hdfc account into my icici bank account and i have clearly mentioned to them that going further whatever emi i will be paying will be done through the same account and nothing else, i wanted to complain about this.

                              Due to some financial crisis, I had got 4 out of 10 EMIs bounced during Loan Tenure from April, 2017 to January, 2018. Although I have cleared all the overdues till 31st January, 2018. But, I was informed that my EMI Card is permanently blocked due to the above issue. As each and every time Customer Care is telling that your Card is blocked and we will review in next Qtr about the same. But, since then, it is almost 3 qtr crossed but till date, my card is blocked.

                              While checking through my CIBIL ID, my Score is 767 since July, 2018.

                              Kindly arrange to activate my EMI Card.

                                I purchased a mobile phone (Vivo v9) from mobile mall through bajaj finserv and insured the same phone from bajaj finserv but some technical issue phone are not perform well so company (Vivo) replace this phone with new one.

                                  The company has deducted rs 117 fee as annual charges of bajaj emi card even i have not requested for any emi card but still they deducat annual fee directly from my account without inform me. I have not requested you to create my emi card. It's totally illegal that you are entering in my bank detail and deduct the amount. Look into this matter asap otherwise i will not take a second to go to consumer court.

                                    I am shocked to see this, please reverse and credit it back to my bank account.

                                        I ordered an asus zenfone max m1 from flipkart for which my order id is od[protected]

                                        Order value was 7499 rs.
                                        I cancelled it as courier told me that my item has been stolen and i should wait 3 days more to which i denied and cancelled the order as i have not received the product yet.

                                        So, as refund is accepted from flipkart and showing that money will be sent back to original payment method within 8 business days.

                                        So, i request bajaj to clear my debit balance as soon as possible so that i can soon make a valid transaction via emi card and check with flipkart for the case i mentioned.
