I have been charged 2499/- as credit vidya fees and Rs. 3099/- as CPP Variant Which was never informed nor i am aware of.

I dont want any credit vidya report nor CPP membership as I was never informed about this.

Need the repayment of same at the earliest. If not will go to consumer and RBI for hidden charges leveraging on customer and false promised before transaction.

I have order 2 items in flipkart on wed, oct 10th '18 for a total value of rs. 39829/- under no cost emi through bajaj finserv.

Since, i ordered the sofa set wrongly, i have canned the item immediately (Within 10 mins.) for rs. 19199/-.
The same was accepted by flipkart and money was credited...

Baja finserv is doing fraud business

I got a message from baja finserv amount 2282 will be debited from saving account for amc charges on 10th oct.

Regarding this i have called customer care and spoke to them, as they confirmed the amount will be debited from bajaj and not from my saving bank account. As customer care people told the amount debited from my bajaj account

I had taken loan from bajaj finserv, during taking loan it was said that its mandatory to take the insurance. After few months when i enquired with bajaj finserv customer care, then they said the insurance is not mandatory and its optional. I had been told false information and forced me to take the insurance and pay the premium for that. I was tricked into buying this emi card saying that it was free for lifetime. I have used this and also completed all the emis.
