Hi, my name is ankush lokhnde i am your existing customer with customer card number: [protected] from last jan-2018 and i have tried to pay all the emi by me from your company, i aslo have a emi card provided by bajaj.
My icici bank account which was not linked with bajaj initially as my persona
L account and for that reason one of the emi was tranfer to another account
I also went to your branch in my city sanpada, navi mumbai and explained them all the problems and made the emi payment for coming months they had told me what needs to be done and even they assured me.

So please change hdfc account into my icici bank account and i have clearly mentioned to them that going further whatever emi i will be paying will be done through the same account and nothing else, i wanted to complain about this.

    Dear Sir,

    Due to some financial crisis, I had got 4 out of 10 EMIs bounced during Loan Tenure from April, 2017 to January, 2018. Although I have cleared all the overdues till 31st January, 2018. But, I was informed that my EMI Card is permanently blocked due to the above issue. As each and every time Customer Care is telling that your Card is blocked and we will review in next Qtr about the same. But, since then, it is almost 3 qtr crossed but till date, my card is blocked.

    While checking through my CIBIL ID, my Score is 767 since July, 2018.

    Kindly arrange to activate my EMI Card.

      Dear sir,
      I purchased a mobile phone (Vivo v9) from mobile mall through bajaj finserv and insured the same phone from bajaj finserv but some technical issue phone are not perform well so company (Vivo) replace this phone with new one.

      I told the company representer (Bajaj finserv) please transfer the insurance old to new phone. But he did not transfer insurance to new phone.

      Now my phone screen is breakup and i want to cliam it but company not give the claim to same.

        The company has deducted rs 117 fee as annual charges of bajaj emi card even i have not requested for any emi card but still they deducat annual fee directly from my account without inform me. I have not requested you to create my emi card. It's totally illegal that you are entering in my bank detail and deduct the amount. Look into this matter asap otherwise i will not take a second to go to consumer court.

          Yesterday, i have noticed that rs.117/ has been debited without any authorization from my hdfc saving account.

          I am shocked to see this, please reverse and credit it back to my bank account.

          Please let me know why and by whose authorization have you debited this amount.

          I expect the amount to be credited to my hdfc account immediately with proper explanation from your end.

              I ordered an asus zenfone max m1 from flipkart for which my order id is od[protected]

              Order value was 7499 rs.
              I cancelled it as courier told me that my item has been stolen and i should wait 3 days more to which i denied and cancelled the order as i have not received the product yet.

              So, as refund is accepted from flipkart and showing that money will be sent back to original payment method within 8 business days.

              So, i request bajaj to clear my debit balance as soon as possible so that i can soon make a valid transaction via emi card and check with flipkart for the case i mentioned.

                An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of sbi bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Also i didnt even used this card for more than a year and still for what reasons the fees are charged to me. Also you can not force me to use my card every year without any need just to keep the account alive. It ill be better that you refund the amount you charged to me illegally asap.
                I wanted my money to be refunded asap.

                      On 29th oct 2018, my andhra bank sb account nach debited for inr 117 by bajaj finance. I do not have any pending loans with bajaj finance. If so, how nach tpcf bajaj finance category of my sb account is deducted. Could you refund the amount and credit in my sb account. Surprising to note that how bank is permitting to withdraw the said amount from my account without my knowledge.

                        The reason why I have gone through consumer complaints forum is that all toll free number given are unavailable either they been auto ending or saying that number is unavailable.

                        I don't understand why you are unable to contact with my registered number when you can able to send messages to the same number on asset care and emi payments. Atleast you may have contacted me through my registered mail but you have not done anything above but simply commenting that call back to your helpline numbers, it's very poor and disgusting of you're service to customers...

                          Bajaj fiserv od loan facility is doing worst service as they are giving initial commitment was one thing and after agreement copy signature document receive nobody is guided. Further they would not told about processing fees + other charges + insurance after loan processing we will get money deduction from our account then only we are call to that agent up to that we don't know they are not a bank people. Then only they will tell us.
                          They don't have customer care service and all.
                          Now, i suffering from collection team due to i am stopping my ecs from my bank because nobody is answering in my question why they detect money from my account.

                          Now a days they are blackmailing kindly request to support this query.

                            I have paid 150000 as secure deposit for getting loan. As bajaj finserv from chennai branch taken amount and not provided insurance policy details. When ever i called they keep on telling we will provide or under process like that. It already over for 1 month. Last two days they never pick my call and they talking inproper way to us.

                            * because of loan purpose we have paid 1.5 lakhs secure deposit for 10 lakhs loan but still not yet received any loan amount from them. I have communicate with cyber crime help line too they asked us to come chennai crime branch commissioner office on coming monday. Please do the necessary action as soon as possible before i make complaint on your company.

                            When ever i called different different people are talking and all are giving different different answer to us and i have received amount paid receipt under : ultra trendz ". I have asked them why name showing in this name and they said we are agent team for providing loan dept. The below mentioned people are attending my loan file and collected my amount.

                              I have prepaid the loan emi for one month which was not at all considered in the entire loan tenure despite my intervention and requests. till last emi the company has failed to address this issue. during the course they have raised bouncing charges on account of bouncing. actually it was a case of switch over of the bank account from sbi to canara bank. after switching from the sbi they have successfully made ecs clearance through canara bank. from the next month onwards they have reverted to the sbi and has raised the issue of bouncing charges. how silly on their part to be a professionalisting company. and the manager also insisting to pay the bouncing charges otherwise he will seize the product purchased online. how stupidity is this .

                              many a communications were made to address this issue but it was my futile efforts. they did not understand the problem and still they are insisting to pay the bouncing charges even though the loan account is cleared. i have insisted not to pay the bouncing charges which is not my mistake. this mistake happened from bajaj finserv, why should i pay for the mistake of the bajajfinserv . still they are insisting for the same.

                                    I have been charged 2499/- as credit vidya fees and Rs. 3099/- as CPP Variant Which was never informed nor i am aware of.

                                    I dont want any credit vidya report nor CPP membership as I was never informed about this.

                                    Need the repayment of same at the earliest. If not will go to consumer and RBI for hidden charges leveraging on customer and false promised before transaction.

                                      I have order 2 items in flipkart on wed, oct 10th '18 for a total value of rs. 39829/- under no cost emi through bajaj finserv.
                                      1. Vu 102cm (40 inch) full hd led smart tv
                                      2. Flipkart perfect homes crete leatherette... And fabric 3 + 1 + 1 black sofa set
                                      Since, i ordered the sofa set wrongly, i have canned the item immediately (Within 10 mins.) for rs. 19199/-.
                                      The same was accepted by flipkart and money was credited to bajaj finserv immediately.
                                      Hence, only amount rs.20624/- has been approved as purchased value by bajaj finserv.
                                      Further, i want to state that when i have entered at bajaj finserv customer portal, it shows the following details:
                                      Loan account no; 458ecf90226209,
                                      Loan amount: rs.39, 823/-,
                                      Emi paid: 2,
                                      Emi pending: 4...
                                      Monthly emi: rs. 6638/-
                                      All are wrong information..
                                      The same was informed to bajaj finserv consumer care via email at [protected]@bajajfinserv.in on october 12, 4: 37 pm.. There was no reply..
                                      Again, we have sent the same on october 25, 9: 16 am. There was no reply..
                                      Hence, we request you to kindly solve the problem at the earliest, so that we can pay the emi amount on 2nd of next month uninterruptedly.

                                        I have ordered "realme2 pro" phone from flipkart.com with an exchange option, however flipkart has refused my exchange request and cancelling my order.
                                        Hence i'm requesting you to cancel my approved loan amount of rs.12, 040.
