Dear Sir,
Due to some financial crisis, I had got 4 out of 10 EMIs bounced during Loan Tenure from April, 2017 to January, 2018. Although I have cleared all the overdues till 31st January, 2018. But, I was informed that my EMI Card is permanently blocked due to the above issue. As each and every time Customer Care is telling that your Card is blocked and we will review in next Qtr about the same. But, since then, it is almost 3 qtr crossed but till date, my card is blocked.
While checking through my CIBIL ID, my Score is 767 since July, 2018.
Kindly arrange to activate my EMI Card.

Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have recently closed my EMI Account towards Bajaj Finance Ltd. as on 08.10.2018. My Loan Account No. 4C20CD34449310. I have paid all dues related to my Loan Account. So kindly provide me the Statement of Account and N.O.C. through your email at my registered Email ID.
