Dear bajaj finance team,

This mail is regarding the issue of my account closing. As i am a privileged customer of bajaj finance since 5 years. As i have taken washing machine in 2016 through bajaj finance loan account number 400ewc19920165, as i have paid regularly the emi and also now i am holding bajaj finance loan. Even that i am paying regularly. Today[protected], at 11 am, i received a call from advocate that i have not paid exceeded warranty card of 150/- rupees. So as its been 2 years so with surcharges it had come 11490 rupees

First thing in this issue, i would like to report that i have not been intimated by mail or message or any notifications till now not even single message i received saying that you have been charged for so and so amount. Without any notification or message how would i know that i should be paid this huge amount. Also never been informed by bajaj finance also that you will be getting extra charges for not been paid.

Second thing in this issue and this is important please note that i have received a call from your lawyer or collection department. Two ladies from the number [protected] had called me and harassing me in such a way that you have to pay by 2:30 pm. If not you will be in to the court and you have to pay whole amount otherwise you will be in jail. You will be getting a court notice about it. You can clearly listen the conversation had with lawyer. Both the lawyer harassed me in such a way that i have to rush to office. And paid the minimum amount 312 /- rupees. I received a receipt, receipt no[protected] i have said the same thing to lawyer also but she is not listening to my words she keep harassing me. Being a lady she should have a soft corner and should speak politely. And should have minimum respect with at least for being long run customer you can see the past and current records how i am paying the emi, mostly within the due date. Also you can check the recordings which i have attached how they are spoken to me. Is that the way they are responding to the customer. Is that the bajaj finance lawyer are harassing me or your collection department. I have raised to customer care and said the same. With the request no sr05131824. They have said that they will wave off the amount and revert me back. But they also closed the request with out resolving anything.

Now bajaj finanaz people or ceo whoever, i need a solution from your side which my account should be closed for this immediately and i need a apologize from your lawyer. As she was so rude to me and blackmailing me that you will be in jail for no reason and you will be getting lawyer notice. I want this to be answered quickly. Please find attached recordings for your reference. I want this action to be immediately with respect. Because i suffered a lot from your lawyer taking my baby who is suffering from high fever. When i said i am in bajaj finance office kukatpally. She is saying that why are you doing nonsense there just pay 11500 and get lost. She spoken such a harsh it tends to me to take suicide as being a lady i have my ethics and also have a rights to ask that why i have to pay so much of amount. And without any notification or mail or call or message in between 2 years and suddenly now you are charged of 11500. That much immediately i should have in my pocket right as i am not working women that huge amount will not be carried in my pocket. This should be answered by you.

Request you to look on to this and make sure this should be resolved soon..

Since it has been 3 days I am getting a warning calls and blackmailing me that you will be in jail now and SI is coming to your home stay at home only. I want to know what the hell is happening is this way that your customers are treated. And till now BAJAJ finance Team has not responded to my queries. Not even a reply from any department or any call. I want it should be resolved immediately and close my account with Noc. I don't want this issues to be happened and nor calls should come now. Response immediately or else I have to raise an issue that your are harassing me a lot with no reason.

    I have received a message from you stating that, an inactive fees of RS. 117 is due on 20th December, that means that I have to pay Rs. 117, whereas I was told that its free of cost at the time of registering for the card.

    This is unfair practice.

    Please de-activate my Bajaj Finance account and block my card as soon as possible. I do not want to use your card.

        I had purchased a kent ro water purifier from great eastern trading
        Co., nagerbazar branch dt.[protected]. We chose bajaj emi finance for
        The payment method.

        Upon checking with the details of the bajaj card, the bajaj finserv
        Executive told us about the bank account no. Which was linked to the
        Bajaj emi card. We then told them that the bank account is no longer
        Active. Then the bajaj finserv executive told us to provide the
        Cancelled cheque of the account from which the emi would be deducted.
        We then provided the cancelled cheque of the active bank account to
        The executive.

        Now when the first emi was charged we got a call from bajaj finserv
        Office that the cheque had bounced and we have to pay a fine of amount
        Rs 450. Then an executive from the collection department, sector v
        Came to our house and collected the total amount of rs[protected] emi
        + 450 fine) in cash.

        But again in next month same thing happened. Again we got a call from
        Bajaj finserv that the cheque had bounced and we have to again pay a
        Fine of amount rs 450. Then the executive came to our home and
        Collected the same amount of rs 2033.

        But this was not possible as we checked with bank and found out that
        The emi amount was there in the account. We then went to bajaj finserv
        Executive in great eastern trading co. And explained the whole
        Situation. Upon checking he found that the account which is linked to
        The emi card is that deactivated account which we mentioned
        Previously. The bank account was not changed from bajaj's end as we
        Have already provided the cancelled cheque of the active bank account.

        He was unable to give us an immediate solution but gave us an email
        Id ([protected]@bajajfinserv.in) and told us to drop a mail and explain the situation. And also he
        Collected another cancelled cheque from us and told us to pay the
        Third months emi by 15th aug 2018 from online portal as again a fine
        Of rs 450 could be levied.

        Then after mailing we got response from bajaj end and one fine day we get a message that our query has closed and resolved. Do you understand how bad or fake bajaj customer support is?

        As you can clearly see that there is no fault from the our end as we
        Have provided the cancelled cheque of the active bank account on the
        Date of purchase of the product.

        We would we want bajaj to provide us an immediate solution and return
        Our rs 900 which was charged as a fine because it is only fair on our
        Part that we get back our money which was wrongly fined.

          Dear sir,

          With reference of above subject, i wish to inform you that since three month, i have paid by emi on regular basis of personal loan (Loan a/c - 6g2gpl[protected] and emi card loan and my emi date is 2nd of every month.in the month of oct 2018, i failed to pay personal loan emi. So i had taken time to pay overdue amount within 20 to 25 days. On 21nd oct (Sunday) 7 pm two person from bajaj fin. Office ramgarh, jharkhand. Mr. Pawan and mr abhishek senior employee came to my house to recovery and start abusing, talking with wrong words and misbehave in front of my family member and nebhiour. Which is illegal offence. As per loan recovery guideline of rbi - any finance company or bank employee or recovery agent will talk in decent and civilized manner, no abusive language should be used.

          I am looking forward for reply on this matter bajaj finsev. If it's not been done. I have to approach to banking ombudsman, rbi new delhi, media channels and newpapers.

                I bought a laptop and has a loan with yourfor 9 months. Despite of paying the loan amount there was an unauthorised charge for 118 and i want a refund for the same. How did you even dare to deduct my money without informing me. If needed i will go to the court. This vet unethical. Respond asap. I want an explaination.                           I got call 11 oct from bajaj customer service for elite card with 26000 rs vouchers
                          Said to pay 4999 on the same day
                          Received continues calls to pay they said to make an insta credit 5000 to pay 4999 i paid on 11 oct on the same day amount successfully debited after that they said i'll receive an mail regarding 26000 vouchers
                          But after that no mail no call no elite no vouchers too without anything i paid 4999.

                            Bajaj finserv the most popular finance company in our city is doing useless and not tolerable things with us. It was the beginning of the month there was enough amount for them to deduct the emi amount as i am a holder of laptop and refrigerator bought with their emi service. I don't know why they didn't deducted the money!!! But on 9th oct this year they deducted it. Ok
                            But after few days they called me and said that i have not paid the bill of this year!
                            I thought may be there are some problem so i took screenshots of the bank messages and sent it to them. Then they said ok. And i thought the problem has come to an end. But again after 2-3 days there was a message claiming that i need to pay 450 fine charge?
                            I mean why? Why should i pay? U didn't deducted the money was that my fault?
                            But i didn't pay much attention to that and ignored.
                            Now today the 450rs has deducted from my account and after 2 hours later someone called me saying that i have noit paid anything of this month!
                            I mean is this a company? Who are providing us serviced without having updated details of their customer? And deducting the money for giving diwali bonus to their employees? I want my money back. Do possible needs

                                Has been with bajaj finserv for the last many months.
                                With the weakening of economy and change in finances, i have changed the way i repay your emi. To this effect i conduct myself such that i repay each month and bear quite a sum on the penalty and interest.
                                However, your offices in pitampura delhi employees call up each month and despite telling them that i will do the repayment online - insist on cheque / cash and if i do online - to furnish details immediately.
                                Further, today - 17 oct, i recieved a call from mr. Manoj shokeen who was categorical in telling me (On telling him that i will pay 6000 of the 26 thousands on 20th (Twenty already paid)-"madarchod - aaj hee bharnaa padega, aake teree gaand marungaa - wahin rukk". He called from landline number - [protected]

                                What training imparted from your end requires you to do this escapes me.

                                  We bought air conditioner from vijay sales seasons mall pune, with bajaj finserv cashback offer 6 months back. We have promised that cash back will be credited post 2 successful emi payment. But till date no such cashback received. We even complained to bajaj representative at vijay sales but no response received, even spoke to some bajaj manager of him still no success. I requeat bajaj finserv to take a note of this or otherwise loose more such loyal customers like me. #bajajfinservfraud

                                    I have made a payment of 4999 for Elite EMI card. However the Wallet app didn't show my Elite card details.
                                    I was contacted by Elite EMI customer care for taking the card.
                                    I informed them that the payment is done and still the Elite EMI card is not showing in my app.

                                    I was told that that it will show in 6 days.
                                    But even after 7 days, there is no progress.

                                    How long should I wait for the Elite EMI card number.

                                      My name is thakur yurath singh. I am a existing customer of bfl. My id is 68737340. 09 & 12 october 2018 i am purchase a product mobile at 5999 & 6029 from amazon (Order id is order # CS[protected] & CS[protected] and used bajaj finance limited no cost emi with 3month emi. But some problem i am cancelled the order amazon and amazon cancel this order and refund my bajaj card but bajaj generate the loan emi start 2/11/2018.. (Loan account no is - U44ECF90129560 & U44ECF[protected]. Plz cancel this loan amount. Helpful 2 documents file are attached it.

                                        I had raised the following issues from June - 2018 and still not got resolved. I had tried following options

                                        a. Sent an email to wecare and giverence team (Didn’t get any response to solve the issue).
                                        b. Talked with customer care executive in[protected]Always get the response “We will forward to the backend team and let you know.”)
                                        c. Talked to ASM (Nothing had happen)
                                        d. Talked to Chennai RSM (Nothing had happen)
                                        e. Talked to Location Manager (Nothing had happen)
                                        f. Send Email to TOP Management (Nothing had happen)

                                        1. Cancellation on Insurance.
                                        While loan disposal I got a notice that 1 new Insurance had been created with a separate loan. I didn’t sign any loan / insurance agreement, Now it is surprise for me that how it had been sanctioned. On discuss with the Sales Person, he told after 3 Months, I can cancel the policy and the full amount will got adjusted in my Home Loan. Now they told, I need to surrender my policy by deducting some amount.

                                        2. Elite Card Processing
                                        While checking my account statement, I came to know there is Rs. 4, 777/- amount had been deducted for Elite Card Processing. I don’t know anything about this product. I request to refund the amount.

                                        I came to know this detail by verify the account statement. I didn’t receive any email / SMS for the confirmation and didn’t receive any card.

                                        I tried to call the Bajaj Finserv Digital Lounge Customer Care @ [protected]. Waited for 15 minutes. No one was respond to my call.

                                        I am trying to call Bajaj Finserv Customer Care @[protected]. It is responding there is some issue to connect with the Customer Care representative for last 4 days.

                                        They are fooling me.
