Kindly deactivate my Bajaj Finserve EMI account ending with number 1446.

While purchasing the first product your person assured that there will be a fee for the card and there will be no other money will be charged. But now a msg has been received that we are going to charge a fee of Rs 117 for being inactive.And it's my wish to use the card.this is purely a ###

    I am installed the Bajaj wallet app and generated EMI card Last one month before. Late 20 days before i purchased one product using Bajaj Finserv. But, Still my EMI card status is IN-PROGRESS. Also the expiry date also not displayed. I need to buy another product through online. Due to the abow mentioned issue, I am not able to buy anything.

        मैने बजाज finserv से लोण लेके asus का मोबाईल लिया था जीस की सारी emi मैने भरी फिर भी ये लोग मुझ पर 4000 रुपये बाकी दिखा रहे है और बँक मे लगातार चेक पे चेक लगा रहे चिस वजसें बँक मेरे से 9000 रुपये से ज्यादा चार्जे ले चुकी है मुझे बँक चार्जेस इनसे चाहीये अगर मेरी गलती थी तो मुझे कॉल करके या massage करके बता सकते थे लेकिन आप लोगोको फाइन ज्यादा से ज्यादा कैसे वसूल सकते हो ये देखते है अगर मुझे मालूम नही होता तो ये लोग 13000 का loan मुझे करोड़ों फाइन लगाके मुझसे वसूलते अभी भी मुझे ये मोबाइल 30000 से ज्यादा में पड़ा है

          My acc has been debited with rs.295 n number of times in the name of investment intermedii, even after all my emi has been cleared long before.

          This has been prevailing for the past 4 or 5 months.
          And even after inquiring with bajaj finserv, am not getting a clear clarity.
          If this happens, then there is no way left rather than going to the judiciary.
          So, please take steps to solve my issue, because more than 10000 has been debited since closure from my account

            Dear sir, i mandeep singh not willing to have insurance policy associated with bajaj flexi limit my loan application number is76328324. I want to cancel the insurance policy. After lots of mails, still policy is not cancelled. I request again please cancel my policy immediately otherwise i will complaint to irda & consumer forum for forcefully selling insurance policy.               Again November 6th, 2018 i got the same message & debited 295/-.

              I want the details of why my money (1180/-) debited & where it's going to invested...

              I have a doubt, how can a company can deduct money from an account

              without intimating with account holder & without his permission...?

              plese letme know the above my questions as soon as possible...

                    Sir,
                    I am emi card holder bajaj finserv my card no is [protected]. I have booked my washing machine front loan koreo branch from big bazar deoghar on 29th august 2018 of rs 17490/- which i have paid using bajaj emi card with the option of 5 emi each of rs 3498. The proposed delivery of the peoduct was on 10th of sept 2018 but it was not delivered upto 15th so i have gone to big bazar and asked the delivery status. On inquiring they have said that your product in on the way and it may take some times but it was not delivered upto 20th so finally i have planned to cancel the product and asked big bazar to cancel the order on 21st and t have cancelled that order on same date and given me the cancellation letter. On 21st itself i have sent the mail alongwith the cancellation letter to bajaj finserv team for the refund the loan amount in my card. Their customer care representative informaled that we have received your complaint and it will be resolved within 48 working hours. After passing 48 hours i have called again this time they have said that your request is under process so you will have to wait few more days and further they have said that it takes time and till today they are saying that it will take few more days to resolve the iaaue but not ginlving any final date. I also want to convey you that i have paid 2 emi of that loan each of rs 3498/- in the month of oct and nov 2018.

                    Sir you are requested to kindly look into the matter on priority and make the arrangements to refund my loan so i will no have to pay further emi and also refund my 2 emi which i have already paid.

                      I was browsing through mobiles on 01 nov 2018 at bajajfinservmarkets.in as i wanted a new mobile for myself. I was interested in redmi mobiles. But i didn't ordered anything that day.
                      Next day a call comes on my number that you were intrested in redmi mobile bur you didn't ordered anything. I said yes i wanted a redmi note 6 pro. Now the executive asked me if she can order it for me. I said alright.
                      Now the mobile arrived at my address on 03 nov. The delivery boy asked for my aadhar and he took photograph of my aadhar. Then he took out the mobile and asked me to hold so that he can take photograph of myself with mobile. After the photograph i checked the box for mobile name and then i realised that it was redmi 6 pro and not redmi note 6 pro which i expected. I told him the same and asked him to change the product to redmi note 6 pro or redmi note 5 pro but he said that it's not possible. Then i said that i will not take this product please take it back and cancel my order. And the delivery boy took the mobile back. Same day i also wrote to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in to cancel my order as i wanted something else.
                      The bajaj finserv replies that you have to cancel this order at the website. I checked the site but there's no options to cancel this order. Same thing i conveyed to bajaj finserv but there's no reply this time.
                      Today on 06 nov a sms and email from bajaj finserv conveys me that your product has been delivered.
                      Horrible!
                      There's no email id of bajajfinservmarkets where i can write nor there's any contact number.
                      There's no customer care number where i can sort out the issue with their executive
                      I request you to please take this case forward and to cancel the loan sanctioned by bajaj finserv as i haven't took any delivery

                      Received a call from bajaj finserv Pune office and a mail from [email protected] that the loan sanctioned against my name has been cancelled. There's no return/exchange policy at bajaj emi store (experia). Once a product is ordered and it is dispatched you can't cancel it. The seller can mark the product as delivered even if you didn't signed the invoice or gave receiving. Once a product is marked delivered your instalments will start from 02 of next month. And if the product you received is defective you have to live with that. The balance is highly tilted against the customer and I sincerely hope that bajaj experia will take necessary steps to rectify it. Thanks to all.

                      Today I received a call from bajaj finserv Pune for confirmation whether I received the mobile . I told the executive that since the product was not what I wanted I had not taken the delivery and didn't signed any invoice and returned the mobile to delivery boy himself and asked him to cancel the order.
                      Then he told me that your mobile has been marked delivered and you have to pay the instalments starting 02 dec.I said that how can you start the instalments when the delivery itself hasn't been completed. This is a complete fraud against customers.
                      Then the executive gave me a number of bajaj customer care [protected] and asked me to call there and get the order cancelled.
                      On calling this number it says welcome to bajaj finserv experia commerce and then there's series of beeps and nothing else. After four minutes of waiting patiently I hanged up
                      I have learnt my lesson well that don't ever order anything on EMI store of bajaj. Not even have a look at the products on their website.
                      I again request you to please cancel the loan against me as I haven't received any product from you.

                      I don't know what's happening at customer care of bajaj finserv.
                      On one hand they have assured me that your complaint will be looked into yesterday evening and now comes the mail directing me to contact the eCom although the Emi store is their own subsidiary/partner.
                      Since they have sanctioned the loan and they will be deducting the instalments from my account the onus of responsibility lies with them to check the invoice for my signature to confirm whether the product has been delivered or not.
                      They haven't done that but when I am writing to them they are just snowballing me in one way or another.
                      Now I would also like to point out here that the Emi store doesn't have any customer care number where one could talk and neither do they have any email ID where one could write.
                      Now this episode has harassed me a lot with no conclusion in sight.
                      I am seriously contemplating to take legal course against Emi store their seller who marked the product as delivered and the bajaj finserv who without checking the invoice sanctioned the loan against my name

                              My name is jhilik karmakar iam bajaj finserv customer i have a consumer loan since august 2017 my loan is clear in 2018 but yesterday bajaj finserv deducted rs 295x2 =590 receive mandate fail and again deducted rs 295 for the same reason received mandate fail total rs 885/= is deducted

                                Sms massage:
                                Hello! Your a/c no. 535342 has been debited by rs. 7486 on 02nov18. The a/c. Info: ecs/bajaj finance li/404shl16522168. Call [protected] (If in india) if you have not done this transaction.

                                I dont have any loans with bajaj and i dont know what is this li/404shl16522168.

                                When i call bajaj fin customer care, they are asking me to send a email to [protected]@bajajfenserv.com, i have sent email to them service request no. Is sr05676803 created. Support team will answer to my query within 2 working days. And two days over now.

                                The stupid thing is... They deducted my amount. They are asking me to follow up the bajajfin, why should i followup? Who is this bugger deducted from my account? Who has given rides to deduct the amount from my account?

                                When it was debited, i went to my axis bank branch and check with them ecs process initiated by bajaj. I lost hole day spending time with bank.

                                Point#1: without intimation, how they will deduct?
                                Point#2: finance matters they should take immediate attention
                                Point#3: these many days taking time to resolve my issue... Who will pay my interest.
                                Point#4: who is this bugger deducted from my account?
                                Point#5: who has given rides to deduct the amount from my account?

                                  Myself rajanagowda shanthi a existing customer of bajaj finserv

                                  I had my account credited with the sufficient money for the emi to be deducted but bajaj is mandatorily doing this of deducting the amount without any reason stating “chrg recvd-mandate fail txn dt” and due to this when the time comes for the emi to be deducted the sufficient amount will be lesser and so again they will charge for bounce and failure of payment again 250/-. This seems worse more. Is this your customer support and none of the customer care number is pickedup and when they call they speak to a customer with a rude attitude even when the customer is genuine.

                                  I have taken more than 5 products with my bajaj finserv

                                  I have already finished remaining previous emi except the current 2 emis

                                  On month of august, (08/17) i got fined 450/- and paid already for delayed payement. Stating dishonour charge.
                                  But still bajaj finserv has withdrawn 295/- on today 5/11/2018 from my linked sbi savings account.
                                  Even after clearing the emis, bajaj finserv trying to get money from my savings sbi account (Linked to bajaj finserv).
                                  The amount of 295/- has been withdrawn from my account

                                    Dear sir/madam,
                                    My name is sandeep bhosale my registered mobile no. Is [protected].
                                    I were taken loan twice rs.5207/- & 5568/- respectively.
                                    And for loan 5207/- i received a msg regarding the emi to be paid against of loan amount rs.5207/- is 1735/- for 3 months
                                    2) and for loan rs.5568 i received a msg regarding the emi to be paid against the loan amount 5568/- is 1856/- for 3 months.

                                    But afte paying emi 1735/- for two months i received a msg from bajaj that remaining emi of rs.1735/- and 1856*3=5568/- would get merge and and will convert it into 1607/- for six month.
                                    But instead of deducting rs.1607/- per month. Bajaj finserv is deducting rs.1607/- deducting twice from my account at a time this would continue till 3rd march 2019. This is totally wrong deduction kindly look into this matter.
                                    I hope a proper solution from your side.

                                    Sir, i don't want this policy kindly cancel it. Pls my loan ac no is 534ctb89691500. Pls sir do it as soon as possible. The policy was given on my phone samsung a star.
                                    Sir i have give all emi of my loan with all panaleties but bajaj finserv is continuing deducting amount from my account bajaj finserv is thief please take care of this we are common problem

                                      I am sambit paikaray. Ur new customer for last 3months. I took ur emi card first tym at the time of buying a tv. It's a emi for 8months. I have already give 3 installment & it's going on. Bt my main problem is although i gave 3 installment.. Bt i was unable to buy new items (Above rs 5000) by online.. At the tym of payment process it shows that ur card is inactive or invalid. Why sir... Didn't miss any single installment...

                                      Here is the problem related to my last due emi. The account number of loan account is-410ecf86767605.
                                      Since 02 nd november 2018 was the last emi ecs date, i have checked the balance on 1st of nov and it was much higher to pay the loan amount.
                                      Today i got a massage that my emi of rs. 4165 for loan has bounced and will be represented on 5 th november. Also they will charge 450 as bounce charge..
                                      So, is that my fault to pay that 450?
                                      I need a solution asap of this disgusting matter.
