Please delete the account created with cell number [protected]. With two accounts i am unable change my profile update likeaadhar. If enter my aadhar in one account that shows it is already used.in order avoid this case i am intrested to delete my on of the account created with [protected] would like to delete. Thanking you

    My wife took the loan from ur bank with the loan i'd 404saf25719142. I lost my job 8 months back since then we are not able to pay our emi on time but we were paying those with bounce chaeges. Today i got a call from a number +[protected] saying he will file a fir against me and my wife if we don't pay this month emi. First we are paying it every month with charges. Which means no old emi pending. Then he started abusing me. I never saw such behaviour with other banks ever. He told me if i don't give the money today, he will beat me up, how can he talk to me like or anyone else. No old emi pending only for this month, and this is how your goons behave with us. Rather than giving sollution he was threatening me. So i believe he was hired by you people to threatened someone who is already going through bad times.

      This is regarding a loan that i have taken in the month of Jan 2017. Loan account No. is 4L6ECF33849157. Although my payment of EMI has completed but still i am getting constant harrasement from bajaj finserve employees for payment of bouncing charges which i had no idea of and also was not my fault. Here, i would like to state that i wanted to contact BAJAJ FINSERVE customer service for payment of EMI and change of my bank account for their convinence as well as mine but there is no way for me to do that via the customer service no. provided. A bajaj finserve representative called me when my first emi bounced and i explaind to her my situation that i am not currently using the account that is linked to my bajaj finserve card an she assured me that i can pay the emi in cash before 5th of every month because thats when the ecs is generated and sent to the bank for the bouncing charges and i did just that. i continued to pay the emi's in cash long before the due date to avoid bounce charges.
      Following are details of payment which i have made before the due date:

      1. I have paid my first EMI of Rs. 2434 (including bounce charges of Rs. 350) on 14 Mar 17.

      2. Furthermore, again i paid my second EMI on 31 Mar 17 so that ECS will not be sent to my bank account again (as i was not using that account) and i will not have to pay any bounce charges again (as your rep told me to pay the EMI by cash in any axis bank branch before the ECS release which is before 1st of every month). But again i received text of EMI bouncing charges on 7 Apr 17. I did not enquire about that as i thought it was a mistake done by you.

      3. I again paid my third EMI of Rs. 2100 on 26 Apr 17 which is way before the due date, but again i received a text of bouncing charges on 9 May 17. I paid this EMI through one of your bajaj finserv centre and also applied for change of bank account so that further EMIs can be paid easily.

      so you see, we had put in all our efforts for successfull completion of EMI's. We had no malicious intension but still we are getting calls every day regarding this. The cheque bouncing was not our fault, we paid each and every EMI long before the due date except first EMI (for which i have paid the bounce charges along with the EMI) so that the ECS will not be released and sent to our bank account so that we do not suffer any extra charges. Also the places where we paid EMI on cash promised us that they will update the payment action on the same day.

      SO, YOU SEE HOW BAJAJ FINSERVE IMPOSE THEIR INCOMPETENCE ON THEIR CONSUMERS, AND AFTER CONTINUOUS CALLS I AGREED TO PAY HALF OF THE BOUNCE CHARGE ( RS 413) AS THEY PROMISED THAT THEY WILL CLOSE THE LOAN ACCOUNT, WHICH THEY DID NOT .SO, I KIND OF GOT SCAMMED INTO PAYING THE HALF . I WANT BAJAJ FINSERVE TO STOP HARASSING ME CONTINIUOUSLY,
      THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR THEIR OWN FAULT OF NOT UPDATING THE PAYMENTS ON TIME.

          Hi.. This is prafullaranjan swain and recently availed a salaried personal
          Flexi loan. My customerid is 77998022.

          While the loan was sanctioned i requested for 0% processing fees and i had talked the bajaj person vineet. [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and he told me as my application came through the third party they could not make 0%, however, they would provide me with the gift hampers of rupees 12k from the channel partner deals4loan.

          I asked the mail confirmation mentioning the same and deals4loan confirmed the mail coping the same bajaj person.

          Now when i am yet to receive the gift hampers as promised, the deals4loand people are not receiving my calls or not replying to the mails as well and when i contacted vineet, he is also not responding to my calls and he is scolding me with bad words.

          I have the mail copy with me confirming the same.

          I am requesting bajaj to look into this and resolve this.

                I have applied for croma bajaj finserv emi card online on 3rd sep 2018 by paying 412 inr through my debit card, but i have not received a card or even any details from your end. I received only a e-mail from bajaj finserv that my card is generated & it will reach to me with in 30 days but yet not received.
                Secondly, trying a so-called customer care number where in there is no option to talk to any person who can resolve this.
                I am giving the details above. Also attaching a screen shot of the e-mail that i received from bajaj finserv. Hopefully you will respond at least.

                      I have authorised authorised bajaj finserv to auto debit from sbi saving account for a loan account with baja finserv. But for last 2 month bajaj finserv is debiting extra money which is absolutely illegal from my account. Even after complaining, bajaj finserv is debiting extra money from my saving acoount.

                      In september there are two occassion whee bajaj finserv debited rs 295. And in october 2018. Bajaj finserv debited rs 295 in 4 occassion.in total rs 1770 have been deducted from my saving account. I am ready to provide all other details in this regard,

I try to gel Personal loan and apply for that two times and i summit all my documents to local store. But they tell my location (Given Below) is avail Under Negative Area so we can't proceed your Loan. But i settle all my EMI loan without any arrear. still i buy more product and pay by emi successfully. i have all documents to apply Personal Loan then why they reject my application still andalso i'm in city. So what i do for getting Personal Loan immediately. Now i have bad situation that's y i ask for this. So please kindly clear way to get PL to me as soon as possible. And please remove my area under Negative.

                          We tried to call you on XXXXXXX333, however not received by your end with reference to your email we wish to inform you that we can not be processed the loan inline with our credit policy.

                          There are multiple factors considered as part of the credit policy such as Low CIBIL score, income, residence and office verification, overall credit performance of the individual across other lenders etc.

                          But i have good credit score and city area and working in IT company. So they said only one is my living area is under negative, i want to just tell please remove that area under negative, area nature was changed now its near from collector office.

                            But from last few month im facing a problem money from my bank account deducting but i have fully settled the loan with proper payment i had only 2 bounced emi which i settled

                            02/sep/2017 (I had made the payment via paytm to your agent but i don`t remember the date)
                            02/march/2018 (On 9/03/2018 i made a payment of 9782 for this emi)

                            So after the payment of these 2 emi my loan should get closed but after this my account got debited on

                            22 sep 2017 deducted 450 no discription in bank statement

                              I have purchased air tickets through emi card and i fully paid the emi amount. After that i cancelled the air tickets. Make my trip has refunded full amount to bajaj finserv, as they have given me the the refund reference number, amount and date of refund. But bajaja finserv has not refunded me the amout yet. Its being 1 month i am chasing the but of no use. Please help. They are not giving me any updates regarding the refund.

                                I have told many executives of bajaj finance that i do not need personal loan
                                But everyday i get 5-6 calls from different numbers
                                In the middle of office meetings, travel and other important stuff this is getting mentally harrrasing
                                Please block my number for any further calls from it’s getting mentally exhausting.

                                Helpless. The executives even get rude when i cut the call and call back to shout stating how dare you cut the call

                                    I take a mobile through bajaj finserv. Now only 2 emi due. When i check my digital emi card. It shows only 30, 500 total card limit also it is rural. I live at shivpuri district in mp and it's not a rural area. My gross salary is 35000 p. M. But my cards limit is only 30, 500. If a want to purchase any thing which is costly than 30, 500 my card is useless. Now what should i do. Please tell me.

                                        Hi my name is pradeep acharya and i am continuously receiving messages from bajaj finserv saying "dear customer, your mandate has been rejected by your bank, to register click here https://www.Paynimo.com/ regards, bajaj finserv." the details of my loans are as follows:
                                        Loan no. 1: 4000cd66707517
                                        Loan no. 2: 4000vs68163309
                                        I just have one more month to finish of the emis for these two loans. All this time, everything was fine, but with this message i am worried a lot because i did some research and i found out that an emi bounce would ruin my cibil score plus i would have to pay extra and i also read about some very bad reviews about the bajaj finserv customer care. The worst part is when i contact the customer care executives, each one says a different thing. One says that the message was sent by mistake while the other says that i have to visit a near by branch and submit a canceled check. I am very much confused as to what to do and how to proceed. I had availed these two loans in hyderabad and i have now moved to bangalore. So can you please let me know what needs to be done? Is it mandatory to visit the branches? Or can it be done online?
