Bajaj finserv the most popular finance company in our city is doing useless and not tolerable things with us. It was the beginning of the month there was enough amount for them to deduct the emi amount as i am a holder of laptop and refrigerator bought with their emi service. I don't know why they didn't deducted the money!!! But on 9th oct this year they deducted it. Ok
But after few days they called me and said that i have not paid the bill of this year!
I thought may be there are some problem so i took screenshots of the bank messages and sent it to them. Then they said ok. And i thought the problem has come to an end. But again after 2-3 days there was a message claiming that i need to pay 450 fine charge?
I mean why? Why should i pay? U didn't deducted the money was that my fault?
But i didn't pay much attention to that and ignored.
Now today the 450rs has deducted from my account and after 2 hours later someone called me saying that i have noit paid anything of this month!
I mean is this a company? Who are providing us serviced without having updated details of their customer? And deducting the money for giving diwali bonus to their employees? I want my money back. Do possible needs

I raised mail for change mobile on Oct 10th 2018 still not updated if I called to customer care number, they said within 48hours it will updated but almost 4 days was gone. I am very disappointed with bajaj finserv.

      Has been with bajaj finserv for the last many months.
      With the weakening of economy and change in finances, i have changed the way i repay your emi. To this effect i conduct myself such that i repay each month and bear quite a sum on the penalty and interest.
      However, your offices in pitampura delhi employees call up each month and despite telling them that i will do the repayment online - insist on cheque / cash and if i do online - to furnish details immediately.
      Further, today - 17 oct, i recieved a call from mr. Manoj shokeen who was categorical in telling me (On telling him that i will pay 6000 of the 26 thousands on 20th (Twenty already paid)-"madarchod - aaj hee bharnaa padega, aake teree gaand marungaa - wahin rukk". He called from landline number - [protected]

      What training imparted from your end requires you to do this escapes me.

        We bought air conditioner from vijay sales seasons mall pune, with bajaj finserv cashback offer 6 months back. We have promised that cash back will be credited post 2 successful emi payment. But till date no such cashback received. We even complained to bajaj representative at vijay sales but no response received, even spoke to some bajaj manager of him still no success. I requeat bajaj finserv to take a note of this or otherwise loose more such loyal customers like me. #bajajfinservfraud

          I have made a payment of 4999 for Elite EMI card. However the Wallet app didn't show my Elite card details.
          I was contacted by Elite EMI customer care for taking the card.
          I informed them that the payment is done and still the Elite EMI card is not showing in my app.

          I was told that that it will show in 6 days.
          But even after 7 days, there is no progress.

          How long should I wait for the Elite EMI card number.

              I had raised the following issues from June - 2018 and still not got resolved. I had tried following options

              a. Sent an email to wecare and giverence team (Didn’t get any response to solve the issue).
              b. Talked with customer care executive in[protected]Always get the response “We will forward to the backend team and let you know.”)
              c. Talked to ASM (Nothing had happen)
              d. Talked to Chennai RSM (Nothing had happen)
              e. Talked to Location Manager (Nothing had happen)
              f. Send Email to TOP Management (Nothing had happen)

              1. Cancellation on Insurance.
              While loan disposal I got a notice that 1 new Insurance had been created with a separate loan. I didn’t sign any loan / insurance agreement, Now it is surprise for me that how it had been sanctioned. On discuss with the Sales Person, he told after 3 Months, I can cancel the policy and the full amount will got adjusted in my Home Loan. Now they told, I need to surrender my policy by deducting some amount.

              2. Elite Card Processing
              While checking my account statement, I came to know there is Rs. 4, 777/- amount had been deducted for Elite Card Processing. I don’t know anything about this product. I request to refund the amount.

              I came to know this detail by verify the account statement. I didn’t receive any email / SMS for the confirmation and didn’t receive any card.

              I tried to call the Bajaj Finserv Digital Lounge Customer Care @ [protected]. Waited for 15 minutes. No one was respond to my call.

              I am trying to call Bajaj Finserv Customer Care @[protected]. It is responding there is some issue to connect with the Customer Care representative for last 4 days.

              They are fooling me.

                  I am praneet khalkho and my loan no. For consumer durable at bajaj fineserv is 594ecf61040089. I paid advance emi for the month of october on 1st of october via bajaj official wesite for which i got a confirmation of sucessfull payment whose txn no. Is zp[protected]e. Now i am getting calls from bajaj that your emi is due for the month and the reason they are giving that advance emi can be paid only before 22nd of last month dan only it is accepted but it is not mentioned anywhere in the site nor at the time of payment about their term and condition for advance payment. Now they are harrasing me by calling that we cant adjust so you have to pay the amount. Kindly help regarding this that what can i do.

                    Hi my name is Renil K Joy and I took personal loan in 2017 February from Bhopal Madhya Pradesh and I moved to abroad now and want to clear my laon. I wrote mail to customer head and your griviances cell I has some issues before I clear my loan. I am not getting proper response from anyone. I send my representative to Bhopal office which is at Ranjit tower MP Nagar Zone 2 but the Assistant Manager is never in the office I tried calling from Canada I send my friend and relatives to the Bhopal office but not succeeded in meeting assistant manager. It’s really frustrating I am trying to clear my dues but not getting response from you people. I never expected this from a professional company like Bajaj. Kindly do something on this and check the Bhopal office why it is so unprofessional always there are only a boy and a girl at reception nobody else ever. I expect a positive response on this or I move to consumer redressal forum.

                      Hi team,

                      I am holding few consumer loans with bajaj with customer id: 43134188. I am trying to close all existing loans with bajaj finserv as their customer care centers and service are pathetic.

                      During the loan creation day, the representative has taken my bank details with wrong ifsc code and hence the presentation is not happening from starting of the loan. It's bajaj finserv issue. No issue from my end or end from my bank end.

                      But bajaj finserv has blocked the emi card ; and also effecting my cibil score for their error.

                      Please resolve the foreclosure payment page issue in experia to close all my existing relation ships with you. Thanks!

                          My wife took the loan from ur bank with the loan i'd 404saf25719142. I lost my job 8 months back since then we are not able to pay our emi on time but we were paying those with bounce chaeges. Today i got a call from a number +[protected] saying he will file a fir against me and my wife if we don't pay this month emi. First we are paying it every month with charges. Which means no old emi pending. Then he started abusing me. I never saw such behaviour with other banks ever. He told me if i don't give the money today, he will beat me up, how can he talk to me like or anyone else. No old emi pending only for this month, and this is how your goons behave with us. Rather than giving sollution he was threatening me. So i believe he was hired by you people to threatened someone who is already going through bad times.

                            This is regarding a loan that i have taken in the month of Jan 2017. Loan account No. is 4L6ECF33849157. Although my payment of EMI has completed but still i am getting constant harrasement from bajaj finserve employees for payment of bouncing charges which i had no idea of and also was not my fault. Here, i would like to state that i wanted to contact BAJAJ FINSERVE customer service for payment of EMI and change of my bank account for their convinence as well as mine but there is no way for me to do that via the customer service no. provided. A bajaj finserve representative called me when my first emi bounced and i explaind to her my situation that i am not currently using the account that is linked to my bajaj finserve card an she assured me that i can pay the emi in cash before 5th of every month because thats when the ecs is generated and sent to the bank for the bouncing charges and i did just that. i continued to pay the emi's in cash long before the due date to avoid bounce charges.
                            Following are details of payment which i have made before the due date:

                            1. I have paid my first EMI of Rs. 2434 (including bounce charges of Rs. 350) on 14 Mar 17.

                            2. Furthermore, again i paid my second EMI on 31 Mar 17 so that ECS will not be sent to my bank account again (as i was not using that account) and i will not have to pay any bounce charges again (as your rep told me to pay the EMI by cash in any axis bank branch before the ECS release which is before 1st of every month). But again i received text of EMI bouncing charges on 7 Apr 17. I did not enquire about that as i thought it was a mistake done by you.

                            3. I again paid my third EMI of Rs. 2100 on 26 Apr 17 which is way before the due date, but again i received a text of bouncing charges on 9 May 17. I paid this EMI through one of your bajaj finserv centre and also applied for change of bank account so that further EMIs can be paid easily.

                            so you see, we had put in all our efforts for successfull completion of EMI's. We had no malicious intension but still we are getting calls every day regarding this. The cheque bouncing was not our fault, we paid each and every EMI long before the due date except first EMI (for which i have paid the bounce charges along with the EMI) so that the ECS will not be released and sent to our bank account so that we do not suffer any extra charges. Also the places where we paid EMI on cash promised us that they will update the payment action on the same day.

                            SO, YOU SEE HOW BAJAJ FINSERVE IMPOSE THEIR INCOMPETENCE ON THEIR CONSUMERS, AND AFTER CONTINUOUS CALLS I AGREED TO PAY HALF OF THE BOUNCE CHARGE ( RS 413) AS THEY PROMISED THAT THEY WILL CLOSE THE LOAN ACCOUNT, WHICH THEY DID NOT .SO, I KIND OF GOT SCAMMED INTO PAYING THE HALF . I WANT BAJAJ FINSERVE TO STOP HARASSING ME CONTINIUOUSLY,
                            THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR THEIR OWN FAULT OF NOT UPDATING THE PAYMENTS ON TIME.

                                Hi.. This is prafullaranjan swain and recently availed a salaried personal
                                Flexi loan. My customerid is 77998022.

                                While the loan was sanctioned i requested for 0% processing fees and i had talked the bajaj person vineet. [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and he told me as my application came through the third party they could not make 0%, however, they would provide me with the gift hampers of rupees 12k from the channel partner deals4loan.

                                I asked the mail confirmation mentioning the same and deals4loan confirmed the mail coping the same bajaj person.

                                Now when i am yet to receive the gift hampers as promised, the deals4loand people are not receiving my calls or not replying to the mails as well and when i contacted vineet, he is also not responding to my calls and he is scolding me with bad words.

                                I have the mail copy with me confirming the same.

                                I am requesting bajaj to look into this and resolve this.

                                  worst service from BAJAJ FINSERV Company. This company is worst for service. IF Any of the Bajaj Finserv customer call to the Bajaj Finserv customer care Number NOT Working at all. Shame on the THE BAJAJ Finserv employees and thier customer care service Numbers is 02039574151

                                    As I pay my Bajaj Fin Serv EMI through Paynimo on 7th Oct 2018, the amount is debited from my account but Bajaj Fin Serve Executive called me and they did not get my payment till date.

                                    so Kindly Refund the amount. and the EMI Bounces because of you

                                      I have applied for croma bajaj finserv emi card online on 3rd sep 2018 by paying 412 inr through my debit card, but i have not received a card or even any details from your end. I received only a e-mail from bajaj finserv that my card is generated & it will reach to me with in 30 days but yet not received.
                                      Secondly, trying a so-called customer care number where in there is no option to talk to any person who can resolve this.
                                      I am giving the details above. Also attaching a screen shot of the e-mail that i received from bajaj finserv. Hopefully you will respond at least.

                                        I have noticed that rs.117/ has been debited without any authorization from my idbi bank saving account. On 29th september 2018. I do not have any loan or any relation with bajaj finance now. Please refund my account immediately. Please take care that this does not happen in future else i have to take some legal action.
